Yes,
the
EU
intend
to
make
your
clinical
depression,
miscarriages,
drug
addiction,
cirrhosis

liver,

cancer

public

The

criticises
the
law
for
not
having
been
subject
to a
proper
impact
assessment
and
says
that

law
'does
not
fulfil

privacy.'
The
board
says
they
will
not
support
the
proposal,
which
is
great,
but
I
must
wonder
at
their
naiveté
in
imagining
the
EU
cares
a
toss
about
any
'significant
implications'

anyone's
'right
to
privacy.'
Or
that
they
imagine
Brussels
will
be
stopped
in
this
latest
empire-building
project
just
because
some
decent
Swedes
say
should
be.

Main
Now, that's why I just can't trust David Cameron on the European Union. Yesterday he gave a speech meant to warn the British that an incoming Tory government would make so many cuts to spending that it would preside over 'an age of austerity.' This apparently was all meant to sound fierce and determined about cutting costs. Yet if the Tory leader wants to start cutting costs, the obvious first place to look is at the costs the EU imposes on Britain. You have to wonder why he is happy to talk about cutting middle-class tax credits and pensions and the rest, but hesitates to mention cutting EU costs.
How much does membership cost this country? In the Lords last month, Lord Pearson of Rannock quoted figures put together by the TaxPayers' Alliance from official statistics. The figures show that the cost per year to each UK citizen is £2,000 -- that is, £300m a day for the country as a whole, or £120,000m a year. Over at the Open Europe thinktank, researchers have calculated that EU regulation alone between 1998 and 2008 cost the British economy £148.2bn: 'Of the cumulative cost of regulations introduced over the past decade, £106.6bn, or nearly 72%, had its origin in EU regulation.'
I'll believe Cameron is serious about cutting costs when he promises to start untangling Britain from this utterly unnecessary burden of euro-costs.
Meanwhile, William Hague, the shadow foreign secretary, inspires no more trust than does Cameron. Yesterday, while his leader was promising cuts, Hague was promising that a Conservative government would hold a referendum on the Lisbon Treaty -- but only if the treaty had not yet been ratified by all 27 member states.
What a weasel promise, and not least because Hague knows that the Irish and the others who have not yet completed the ratification of the treaty will be bludgeoned into saying 'Yes' months before the next election here.
What Hague is saying is that the freedom of the British people to vote on what is in fact a new Constitution must depend on what the Irish, and the Czechs, and even the German constitutional court, finally decide on Lisbon. If the Tories had any spine they would simply say the British will be allowed a vote to stay in the Lisbon Treaty, or withdraw from it, no matter what any other country decides.

European Parliament elections in 26 countries including GREAT BRITAIN,
where voters have been side -tracked by governments that have happily
ratified the LISBON TREATY without any democratic input from their
voters.
Great Britain has 12 European
Parliament constituencies and will certainly be a novelty -and a huge
relief -if formerly non-democratic endorsement of the EU Treaties hits
the buffers! The vehicle for Mr Ganley's initiative will be his

counties along England's south coast
form the "Manche Region" along with
northern France.

England, along with Ireland, Wales and

"North Sea Region", which covers areas

Manche ruled by the French, Atlantic by

The regions have legal status and Manche
has a budget of £261million between 2007
and 2013, Atlantic £127million and North
Sea £219million.
Every project funded by a region must
have a publicity campaign which ensures
"there is provision for flying the EU
flag at least one week every year".
Eric Pickles, the Conservatives'
communities spokesman, said: "We already
knew that Gordon Brown had hoisted the
white flag of surrender to the European
Constitution.

years ago, a massive and frightening array of powers have
been introduced which curtail Britain's long-fought-for
commitment to the

Convention on Modern
Liberty
They range from the
shameful decision to ban inconvenient but peaceful protests
in the vicinity of Parliament to the storage by the police
of DNA samples taken from entirely innocent people.
Town hall Stasi routinely
deploy anti -terrorist powers to snoop on dog foulers and
families suspected of cheating school catchment area rules.
Low-ranking officials have
access to the chilling Contact Point database containing the
sensitive personal details of every child in England. A
giant NHS database will allow confidential patient records
to be accessed by health workers across the land.
THE LIST IS TERRIFYING
But still ministers are not
satisfied they have sufficient powers to
PRY INTO EVERY ASPECT OF
OUR LIVES.
The Home Office will
shortly announce details of a new
Big Brother
' Intercept Modernisation
Programme'
which will store details
of every phone call and internet visit.
The Coroners and Justice
Bill
will allow the
STATE
to order inquests
involving matters of
NATIONAL SECURITY
to be held in secret if the
details prove embarrassing to ministers. This means it
will be possible to die in modern, 'civilised'Britain
WITHOUT ANYONE-NOT LEAST
RELATIVES-KNOWING HOW AND WHY.
And , as we reveal today,
there will soon be compulsory CCTV cameras tracking people
as they shop in supermarkets for a bottle of wine.
Without fanfare, ministers
have slipped powers into the
POLICING and CRIME BILL
for councils to force any
premises selling alcohol to install the cameras and hand
over the relevant footage to the police.
BUT IF PASSED
it will mean there is
virtually no aspect of public life
NOT UNDER SURVEILLANCE
Police already have 4.2
million cameras trained on the street, number plate
recognition systems watching our roads and are even , as we
revealed earlier this week, insisting drinkers should be
spied upon with CCTV
IN THEIR LOCAL PUB
Save for places of worship,
NOWHERE IS SACRED OR
PRIVATE.
Everyone is a potential
suspect
This Labour Government, in
ways that should shock its socialist forebears, is
systematically acquiring the tools of a
TOTALITARIAN STATE
in a way not even
George Orwell could have predicted.
The price we are paying
in the
LOSS OF INDIVIDUAL
FREEDOMS
IS
AWESOME.
But so is the
£34,000,000,000
COST to the TAXPAYER

In a display of
dizzying hypocrisy, ministers this week introduced a law
which makes it a criminal offence, punishable by ten
years in prison, to take a picture of a police officer.
[Well the only way to get a bad law taken off the Statute
Book is to see that it is strictly observed. We all know
there are over 100,000 convicted criminals who should be in
prison but there has been no space for them. The only way to
stop this nonsense DEAD is for there to be a nation-wide

FRIENDLY FELLOW CITIZEN AND POLICE OFFICER DAY
Of
course it will be necessary to have a
CAMPAIGN FUND
and LEGAL TEAM
in place to make
the impact and success of the project which we can call
FREEDOM DAY.
That should
shake the buggers up as Winston Churchill said to a
packed House of Commons in the Gathering Storm years
before the Second World War

and let them know that we are the MASTERS and they are the

Commons betrayed that sacred MANDATE? The revolution
was fought against an absolute sovereign in the seventeenth
century and the PEOPLE need to fight against an absolute
PARLIAMENT in 2009. the majority of lackies in YOUR
PARLIAMENT have forgotten their place in the CONSTITUTION
and it is time we made a stand in a Cromwellian mode and
made them leave the Commons with all due haste.

The Press will be hampered in reporting
legitimate rallies at which police are present.
Peaceful demonstrators will be stopped from taking their own
record of events and tourists who dare to take a to take a
picture of the Pc guarding Big Ben could quickly find
themselves behind bars.
Of course, the Government defends this, and
the many other assaults on
LIBERTY
since 1997, by pointing to the increased
threat Britain faces from serious crime and terrorism.
[Well as we have said so many times over the
past ten years the New Labour strategy was to direct its
polices in order to undermine the security on the streets
and in the country at large. It took away the local
Bobby-on -the -Beat -the fellow citizen respected by the
local community and a gather of local intelligence of crime
and replaced him with a CCTV camera. As for the terrorism
threat this was accomplished by an illegal war against a
sovereign nation state no threat to us but it gave the
Government the very weapon in order to suppress opinion and
forbid protest when ever they could. And where were the
so-called OPPOSITION parties while all this was going on?
Well good old Dave said he was happy to go along with New
Labour and we now see how well he did in protecting our
'Rights and Liberties of Englishmen.'

freedoms in this country and publicise the work of the many
individuals, groups and organisations deeply involved with

assist the growth of a movement to take back what has been
lost and to help shape a Modern Liberty capable of securing
individual and collective freedom at a time of profound
uncertainty and change.
The Convention will be a
powerful public display of concern. It will be taking place
both in London and in meetings in the regions and nations of
the UK. We are working out how to let people and meetings
feed in their questions and compare their responses,
feedback and proposals for action.
We are an ad hoc alliance
not an organisation. The Convention has been built up with
little resources and we are aware that others should be
included. We will be as inclusive as possible in what we do.
We are keen to link up with all other relevant discussions
and publicise them. If you work for an organisation that
shares our aims and would like to be added to our list of
partners we encourage you to get in contact with us to
discuss how we can work together. There are opportunities to
be involved in supporting regional and local meetings,
helping to run sessions, producing Convention videos and in

[We notice that two of the
speakers at the London meeeting on 28th February are in
different camps over the EUROPIAN UNION COLLECTIVE. We have
Helena Kennedy QC who has first hand experience of the dirty
tricks within the EU and Nick Clegg MP who led his party to
adore the EU and of course supported the destruction of a
nation state of 1500 years in the making. What many fail to
realise is that the whole purpose of the LABOUR and LIBERAL

RABID DOGS ATTACK BYSTANDER
On the same day the Daily Mail had an article
by Nickolas Blincoe -crime novelist of Waking the Dead who
suffered a horrific attack by teenage misfits who knew they
had nothing to fear from the so-called Justice System.
Because there was no CCTV cameras -it appears it was all his
fault. His problem was fourfold.
1. The so -called punishment system strikes
no fear into the sneering teenage monsters. They can see
that the worst that will happen to them is that they may
have to take cover for a short while and ask mummy to
pretend that she has learned her lesson-for NOW!.
2. He was most unfortunate because he did not
have a known regular Bobbie-on -the-Beat who would have
known about the teenage misfits and would have if the above
lunatic Justice System had been FIT FOR PURPOSE would
have had them locked away and thrown away the key some time
ago.
3. Unless there is a Bobbie -on-the-Beat the
householder has no-one who they trust to protect their homes
and their lives. Only regular known local
intelligence kept up to date by an officer on his local
round can nip the trouble in the bud and make the lives of
his fellow citizens worth living.
4. The present
routine of dealing with the trouble makers is making a
mockery out of a so-called Justice System. The new
Lord Chief Justice who recently said that there needs to be
much sterner punishment for crime . What better place to
start than with the young thugs who under the present system
will be before the Lord Chief Justice in their hundreds over
the next few years if something is not done to change the
attitudes of the sneering thugs and
INSTILL
FEAR and RIGHT PUNISHMENT.

WHAT WENT WRONG?
At the turn of the 20th
century a brief document, of a single page -The Introduction
to the Code of Regulations for
Public Elementary Schools -which admirably explains
the nature of the change. It was the work of the
parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Education (Sir
William Anson, the Warden of All Souls College ,Oxford), and
the Secretary ,Sir Robert Morant -men who knew the best
elements in the public schools and the old universities, and
knew. too, the lofty conceptions of education to be found in
the Old Greek philosophers. It sets out that the purpose of
the Public Elementary School " is to form and strengthen the
character as well as to develope the intelligence" that "
teachers can do much to lay the FOUNDATIONS of CONDUCT";
that "the DISCIPLINE of the SCHOOL can IMPLANT habits of
INDUSTRY -SELF-CONTROL and perseverance"; that "the
corporate life of the school, especially in the playgound,
should develope FAIR PLAY and LOYALTY"; and that in all its
work and all its efforts the school should enlist the
CO-OPERATION of PARENTS and the HOME.

produced a vast population able to read but unable to

Since 1997 New Labour has
destroyed the educational system and turned it into a STATE

similarity between the
last decade and that preceding
the Second World War with
Germany in 1939 when many German
Jews and others who feared

of those undecided German
citizens who made the mistake of
staying were betrayed by their
own citizens and even family

In 1944 alone 20,000 Germans

many others met their deaths in
the concentration camps. As
recent articles in the press
have stated many Germans were
betrayed by their own people as
had happened with French people
in France. German women played a
major part in assisting the Nazi
cause working in the
administration and concentration
camps. In 2009 it must be
hard for many people in England
and in our neighbouring states
of Scotland and Wales to
understand the full impact of
the
LISBON TREATY on their lives
as the millions who in Germany
before the last war who mistook
a job as more important than
their accustomed FREEDOM as many
do today in our own country in
2009. If those who
recently went on unofficial
strike to save their jobs had
been on our streets in their
millions years ago to save OUR
FREEDOM- OUR CONSTITUTION -OUR
COUNTRY we would not be faced
with the nightmare scenario of
today and many will live to
regret it if the TREATY OF
TREASON should be ratified by
all member states of the EU
before the years' end.
What
we find so alarming is the
laid-back attitude at this most
dangerous time in our history
since the Second World War of
organisations such as the
respected FREEDOM ASSOCIATION
with its long list of notables
of significant rank and
experience ,many do sterling
service to the Cause of Freedom
as MPs-Historians-Authors and
even MEPs and many others. Their
founders include men of stature
and great courage such as
Ross McWhirter
(1925-1975-murdered by the IRA
and the late Norris
McWhirter (1925-2004) who gave
his life for the CAUSE of
FREEDOM. We lament that such men
were not here when we needed
them so urgently to take the
banner of FREEDOM onto the
STREETS. But not one of
the long list had decided to
take the lead in the overall
BATTLE of BRITAIN onto the
streets as the LEADER of the
EUROSCEPTIC CAUSE at such a time
of great danger to protect what
we hold most dear. Their present
message in January 2009 is that
they are forming more branches
and putting forward the vital
message of the dangers to our

hour when our traitorous CROWN

the TREATY OF TREASON we had

energetic call for people to

should have happened over the
past few years to inform

DOZENS of
European Union QUANGOS costing taxpayers £1.8
billion a year are attacked today as 'not fit
for purpose'.
A report into
the growth of publicly funded EU AGENCIES said
many are duplicating work carried out at
NATIONAL LEVEL, and some were squeezing out
PRIVATE SECTOR rivals.
Until 1990,
there were only 2 EU QUANGOS. Then came 34 more
in 18 years, such as the COMMUNITY PLANT VARIETY
OFFICE.
Most expensive
is the EUROPEAN RESEARCH AGENCY with an annual
budget of
£460,000,000

It said the
QUANGOS were costing taxpayers £1.8billion a
year even though some-such as the EU's trademark
registration office-were self-financing. Ruth
Lee of GLOBAL VISION said the QUANGOS were
'symptomatic of an EU which fails to appreciate
that MEMBER STATES' economies can only RECOVER
and eventually PROSPER in a world which favours
INNOVATION over BUREAUCRACY and FLEXIBILITY over
CENTRALISED RIGIDITY'.
They are simply
not fit for purpose in the 21st century.'

EU leaders hope
2009 will be the year that the Lisbon Treaty finally
comes into effect, after months of delay.
The treaty is aimed
at streamlining EU institutions to make the enlarged
bloc of 27 states function better. Opponents say it
is part of a federalist EU agenda that threatens
national sovereignty.
The treaty was
rejected by Irish voters in a referendum on 12 June
2008 and, under EU rules, it cannot enter into force
if any of the 27 member states fails to ratify it.
Signed in Lisbon in
December 2007, the treaty was drawn up to replace
the draft European constitution, which was thrown
out by voters in France and the Netherlands in 2005.
Opponents, and even some of the constitution's
architects, say Lisbon differs little from the
constitution.
Can the EU still
complete ratification?
Yes, but it is not
clear what will happen if Irish voters reject the
treaty again in a second referendum this year. That
could scupper the treaty, or at least further delay
its implementation.
At a December
summit EU leaders agreed on a "roadmap" to get round
the blockage caused by the Republic of Ireland's No
vote.
The Irish
government agreed to put the Lisbon Treaty to a
second referendum by November 2009, in return for a
set of EU "legal guarantees" aimed at addressing
various concerns raised by voters. The EU pledges
not to impose rules on Ireland concerning taxation,
"family" issues - such as abortion, euthanasia and
gay marriage - and the traditional Irish state
neutrality.
Announcing the new
Lisbon deal, French President Nicolas Sarkozy also
said that under Lisbon "every member state will have
a commissioner" - another concession to Ireland.
That promise might prove difficult to reconcile with
the original plan under Lisbon to have fewer
commissioners than member states, as from 2014.

The Irish
"protocol" will be bolted onto Croatia's treaty of
accession, which will have to be approved by all 27
member states. Mr Sarkozy said that would happen "in
2010 or 2011".
Mr Sarkozy again
ruled out any renegotiation of Lisbon. The only
countries that have not yet ratified it are the
Czech Republic, Ireland and Poland. [and *GERMANY]
Czech ratification
is complicated by the fact that Czech President
Vaclav Klaus, a Eurosceptic, does not like the
treaty. And the Czech Prime Minister, Mirek
Topolanek, says Lisbon ratification depends on
whether MPs vote for the government's plan to host a
US radar base. But as current holder of the EU
presidency the Czech Republic will not want to be
embarrassed over Lisbon.
In the UK, the
opposition Conservatives want a referendum on
Lisbon. If they were to win an early general
election they could conceivably delay ratification
further.
Hungary was the
first of 25 countries to approve the treaty in
parliament.
Poland's President
Lech Kaczynski has refused to sign the treaty for
the time being, calling it "pointless". He says he
is waiting for the Irish question to be resolved.
Was Ireland the
only country to hold a referendum?
Yes. Most EU
leaders argue that Lisbon is an amending treaty
which does not transform EU structures to the extent
that a referendum is necessary.
That position is
rejected by the Irish No camp and the British
Conservatives, as well as by many Eurosceptics
across the EU.
One of the Irish No
camp's leaders, Declan Ganley, says his party
www.Libertas.eu
will compete for
seats in all EU states in the June European
Parliament elections.
According to an
Irish Supreme Court ruling in 1987, any major
amendment to an EU treaty entails an amendment to
the Irish constitution - and that in turn requires a
referendum.
How similar is
Lisbon to the draft constitution?
It contains many of
the changes the constitution attempted to introduce,
for example:
-
A politician
chosen to be president of the European Council
for two-and-a-half years, replacing the current
system where countries take turns at being
president for six months.
-
A new post
combining the jobs of the existing foreign
affairs supremo, Javier Solana, and the external
affairs commissioner, Benita Ferrero-Waldner, to
give the EU more clout on the world stage.
-
A smaller
European Commission, with fewer commissioners
than there are member states, from 2014.
-
A
redistribution of voting weights between the
member states, phased in between 2014 and 2017 -
qualified majority voting based on a "double
majority" of 55% of member states, accounting
for 65% of the EU's population.
-
New powers for
the European Commission, European Parliament and
European Court of Justice, for example in the
field of justice and home affairs.
-
Removal of
national vetoes in a number of areas.
Most European
leaders acknowledge that the main substance of the
constitution would be preserved.
If it contains the same substance, why is the Lisbon
Treaty not a constitution?
The constitution
attempted to replace all earlier EU treaties and
start afresh, whereas the new treaty amends the
Treaty on the European Union (Maastricht) and the
Treaty Establishing the European Community (Rome).
It also drops all
reference to the symbols of the EU - the flag, the
anthem and the motto - though these will continue to
exist.
How long did it
take to agree the treaty?
The effort to draft
a constitution began in February 2002 and took
two-and-a-half years, but that text became obsolete
when it was rejected by French and Dutch voters in
2005.
Work began in
earnest on a replacement treaty during the German EU
presidency, in the first half of 2007, and agreement
on the main points of the new treaty was reached at
a summit in June that year.
Negotiations
continued behind the scenes over the following
months before a final draft was agreed by the
leaders of the 27 member states in October 2007.
Why was the
constitution dropped?
France and the
Netherlands said they would be unable to adopt the
constitutional treaty without significant changes,
following the 2005 referendums.
The UK also pressed
hard for a modest "amending treaty", which could be
ratified by means of a parliamentary vote, like
earlier EU treaties.
Does the Charter
of Fundamental Rights feature in the new treaty?
No. There is a
reference to it, making it legally binding, but the
full text does not appear, even in an annex.
The UK has secured
a written guarantee that the charter cannot be used
by the European Court to alter British labour law,
or other laws that deal with social rights. However,
experts are divided on how effective this will be.

Are any
countries seeking opt-outs?
Ireland and the UK
currently have an opt-out from European policies
concerning asylum, visas and immigration. Under the
new treaty they will have the right to opt in or out
of any policies in the entire field of justice and
home affairs.
[FOR HOW LONG?]
Poland is also due
to sign up to the guarantees on the Charter of
Fundamental Rights negotiated by the UK. During the
treaty negotiations, Polish leaders voiced concern
that the charter could contradict Polish law in
moral and family matters.
Denmark will
continue with its existing opt-out from justice and
home affairs, but will gain the right under the new
treaty to opt for the pick-and-choose system.
When will the
new treaty kick in?
The pre-referendum
plan is in disarray now. Originally, the treaty was
supposed to come into force in January 2009.
The schedule -
which may well change - currently looks like this:
• The High
Representative on foreign affairs will not start
work until the treaty has been ratified. The new
president of the European Council could also start
work at that point.
• The European
elections in June 2009 will be held under the
existing Nice Treaty. That means there will be 736
seats in the European Parliament - down from the
current 785. Under the Lisbon plan, the number will
be fixed at 751.
• Although a new
European Commission will be chosen in October 2009,
its size will not be slimmed down until 2014.
• Some extensions
of qualified majority voting in the European Council
are already in place, such as the appointment of the
new commission president and the High Representative
for Common Foreign and Security Policy - but
Poland's objections over voting weights mean the
redistribution of votes will not come in until after
2014.
It could be at
least 10 years before the process is complete.

Yes! you have
guessed who we are talking about Her Majesty The Queen who
in 2008 traitorously signed the Lisbon Treaty ending over
1500 years of the rule of a MONARCH in England but for the
brief time when ENGLAND was governed by the great reformer
Oliver Cromwell who's fundamentals led to the Glorious
Revolution of 1689 and constitutional parliamentary
democracy.
Since that time we
have had many Monarchs on the throne but as far as we are
aware none who would have sold their people and country to
a foreign power as the present Queen who contrary to HER
OATH has done .
As a result of this
treasonable action by the Queen in 2008 in exchanging
English citizenship for European citizenship Her Majesty no
longer in reality is able to ask to be consulted by HER
equally traitorous PARLIAMENT who by a majority destroyed
the Constitution and therefore the immemorial
'Rights and
Liberties of Englishmen.
So prized by so many people the world over.
Once the members of PARLIAMENT knew that they
and its INSTITUTION would soon no longer exist what a golden
opportunity to make hay while the sun shines and fill their
pockets of taxpayer's money and for the greater majority it
was their own prize money for selling the people's
FREEDOM-CONSTITUTION and COUNTRY.
It appears there are
those who still believe the Ancient Constitution is in place
but the very Act of Parliament and signing by the Queen in
2008 of the EU TREATY with the connivance of the majority in
Parliament (unless the Lisbon Treaty is not ratified by
those nations who have yet to sign) our
CONSTITUTION is DEAD.
WHY this charade of conveying the impression
THAT THE QUEEN RULES
appears to be still maintained we are at a
loss to understand.

(and our Lib, Lab and Con parties, Reform Treaty clause

So with the above
information before our eyes we can but iterate our previous
conclusion which Simon Heffer so graphically described when
he stated that the MONARCHY would be a THEME PARK. We agreed
with him then and we would agree with him NOW! in
May-2009.
Our conclusion is that the once QUEEN does not REIGN but is
seeing before HER eyes the penalty of loss of HER COUNTRY
because SHE served other MASTERS who were interested in a
NEW WORLD ORDER and a WORLD GOVERNMENT. The Queen declined
to ACT to PROTECT HER PEOPLE and when the time came hid
behind the secrecy of the REPEAL of two LAWS of TREASON.
In
the words of our greatest poet William Shakespeare:
'The man was noble; but with his last attempt he wiped it
out; betrayed his country; and his name remains to the
ensuing age abhorred.'
ALL who signed the Lisbon Treaty are as far as any
Englishman is concerned are guilty of HIGH TREASON because
without consulting the ENGLISH PEOPLE to release THEM from
THEIR OATHS they still are and will always remain TRAITORS.

MONEY is important but it is
NOTHING when
compared to the SELLING by those many TRAITORS in WESTMINSTER of one's
FREEDOM-CONSTITUTION and COUNTRY. The
majority of those who decided that the people had no right
to a Referendum because they knew best as the greatest
parliamentarian of the 18th century that
"Your representative
owes you, not his industry only, but his judgment: and he
betrays instead of serving you if he sacrifices it to your

There can be little doubt
that Edmund Burke would NOT have considered that members of
the House of Commons would vote to sell their country to a
FOREIGN POWER. His many quotes on the subject confirm
this view. What we
have to ask in the present situation where it appears the
greater member of MPs are guilty of THEFT and FRAUD which
had it been a citizen outside of PARLIAMENT they would have
found themselves returning the money and spending a few
years inside.
When such an atrocious Act
of Parliament was passed last year which destroys a unique
parliamentary democracy of 1500 years in the making against
the Constitution and the Oaths taken particularly by Her
Majesty The Queen and in May 2009 we learn that many
of those who were required to give the matter their judgment
we have to ask the question
How can such a
decision now stand?
As we now know that the
very individuals who have traitorously sold of
FREEDOM-CONSTITUTION and COUNTRY to a FOREIGN POWER were
themselves not fit to be members of that Parliament and as a
consequence any involvement of those individuals should be
stricken from the record and such ACTS of PARLIAMENT should
be REPEALED and a NEW PARLIAMENT instituted with persons who
have the HONESTY-INTEGRITY and PATRIOTISM in order to make
the decisions that are the LIFE or DEATH of a MOTHER of
PARLIAMENTS and all that it implies to the freedom-loving
people of our ISLAND HOME.
A NEW GOVERNMENT should be instituted WITHOUT
DELAY of those who are prepared

Hardened as I am
to the absurd
behaviour of the
semi-official
media, I have
seldom heard or
seen such an
amazing
collective
missing of a
major story -
and such a
collective
effort to
protect a public
figure and a
political party
from harm - as
has taken place
in the last
three days.On
Monday, and then
again on
Tuesday, a
former Chairman
of the
Conservative
Party urged
Conservative
voters to
withdraw their
votes from that
party at the
coming European
Parliament
elections.
Nor was this
some titular
figure of whom
nobody had
heard. It was
Lord Tebbit,
once known as
Norman Tebbit, a
much-celebrated
former Cabinet
Minister who -
if the IRA had
not severely
injured him and
even more
severely hurt
his wife during
their attempt to
massacre the
entire Cabinet
in Brighton -
might well have
become Prime
Minister. Many
of you will
remember the
moving (and
typical)
stoicism he
displayed as he
was rescued,
agonisingly,
from the ruins
on live TV.
Thanks to that
same stoicism,
few of you will
know how much
pain, physical
and emotional,
he has endured
since, not least
because it was
his wife who
suffered so much
more than he. So
I'll just
mention it here.
You may have
guessed that I
rather like him.
In fact I
would go so far
as to say that
Lord Tebbit is
probably the
single most
significant
survivor of the
Thatcher
government, and
the man who
speaks most
cogently for the
traditional
Conservative
voter, still
loyal, but
increasingly
dismayed and
puzzled by his
party's
direction.
His decision
(taken, I have

votes from the

I can confess
that I tried
very hard to
make him do
something of the
kind when I
interviewed him
for my Channel

about David
Cameron. He
wouldn't oblige.
You can
criticise your
party from
within, but to
urge people not
to vote for it
tends to be an
unforgivable sin
and an expulsion
offence.
Nor is it the
result of a
secret briefing,
which can later
be denied. It
was done, more
than once, on
the record. The
Daily Mail
carried it on
Tuesday morning,
and the BBC
Radio Four Today
programme then
got him to
repeat it on air
in a recorded
interview -
though in a
bizarre mess-up
which has caused
the BBC some
embarrassment,
'Today' managed
to cut a crucial
section out of
its recording -
the section in
which Lord
Tebbit made it
clear that he
also strongly
(and rightly)
advised voters
to stay away
from the
repellent BNP
rabble.
Yes, of
course I
rejoiced over
this. For the
first time, a
genuine crack
has appeared in
the facade of
the Tory Party,
which all
insiders know to
be profoundly
split. It
appeared on the
same day that a
Populus Poll in
The Times showed
Tory and Labour
support
plummeting side
by side as a
result of the
expenses
revelations
engulfing both
parties.
There's been
a lot of silly
argument
(familiar to me)
about whether
Lord Tebbit was
secretly urging
people to vote
for UKIP. Why do
people find it
so hard to
believe that not
voting for your
former party is
itself a
powerful
political act,
highly effective
on its own, and
that no
alternative vote
is necessary?
Not voting can
be an extremely
potent form of
protest.
More
interesting is
his very narrow
condition - that
his advice
should apply
only to the
European vote,
not to local
elections or to
the next General
Election. Others
will have to
judge, or Lord
Tebbit will have
to say, whether
this is a
sustainable
position, and
whether disgust
can be contained
in so small an
area. In fact
it's quite
clever, since
the EU
elections, being
held under
proportional
representation
and in regions,
are much more
open to changes
in public
opinion than
first-past-the-post
polls. If the
Tories do
unexpectedly
badly, UKIP will
be the
beneficiaries
whether Tory
dissidents vote
for them or not,
and Lord Tebbit
will be able to
take credit for
it (and take the
blame and fury
from the
Cameroons). Lord
Tebbit cannot
fail to realise
that, however
narrow his
specific advice
is, a trickle of
this kind can
swiftly turn
into a torrent.
In current
conditions, when
the credit and
standing of all
established MPs
is exhausted,
who can say
where it might
end?
Why was this
enormous story
not at the very
least near the
top of every
bulletin and
every front page
yesterday? Why
was the bizarre
non-story, that
David Cameron
was
(understandably
but predictably)
trying to
minimise the
damage done by
the revelations
of his own
party's greed,
both pushed to
the front and
treated with
such reverence.
Why wouldn't he?
It would have
been news if he
hadn't. It
wasn't news that
he did. It's his
job and he is,
after all, a PR
man by
profession. But
this predictable
and obvious
action was
treated as if he
had
single-handedly
rescued a group
of menaced women
from the hands
of the Janjaweed
in Darfur, or
scaled
Kanchenjunga
without oxygen.
Even the
left-wing
'Independent'
carried a
leading article
on Wednesday
saying how
decisive etc Mr
Cameron had
been. Had he?
Had he sacked
anyone? No. Was
he himself
super-clean? No.
He had, in
effect, ordered
himself to pay
back money he
shouldn't have
claimed for
repairs to his
conservatory.
Conservatory?
Honestly, how
could anyone
have ever
thought it was
the taxpayer's
job to fix his
conservatory? I
shall return to
this at the
weekend, but it
simply isn't a
surprising or
unexpected story
that the leader
of a wounded
party seeks to
stem the damage
done to it by a
swirling
scandal. Gordon
Brown was
likewise seeking
to stem the
damage done to
his party, but
his efforts were
rightly
considered to be
of minor
importance and
not specially
impressive. Nor
were Mr
Cameron's. So
why the
difference in
coverage?

is: ‘Why didn't
David Cameron
move to expel or
at least suspend
him from the
Conservative
Party?’
This is not
explored because
the answer is:
‘He didn't
dare.’ And
journalists in
the liberal
elite don't want
to write such a
story, as it
reflects
discredit on
their chosen
hero. Remember
Michael Howard's
disgraceful
sacking of
Howard Flight,
or Mr Cameron's
equally wrong
dismissal of
Patrick Mercer
from his front
bench, (both
recently
defended to me,
very vigorously,
by a certain
Cameroon A-List
candidate)?
Norman Tebbit is
much bigger than
them, and
remains a canny
and
quick-thinking
political
operator. In any
fight between
them, Cameron
would end up
looking like a
callow teenager
who'd tried to
mug an elderly
war veteran and
been beaten off
with a few blows
of an umbrella.
Also the truth -
that Mr Cameron
has hijacked the
Tory Party for
the liberal
cause - would be
shockingly
evident. In my
view, Lord
Tebbit could
actually have
gone quite a lot
further and got
away with it. I
hope he does.

CAMERON'S EU ELECTION MANIFESTO -ITS THE OLD TUNE WITH NO
DEFINITE DATE FOR AN EU REFERENDUM.
As they say we have heard
it all before and if voter's believe David Cameron's slip of
the tongue of a REFERENDUM they are living in cloud cuckoo
land.
It is over 36 years since a
Conservative Prime Minister
Edward Heath told the people
that there would not be a loss of
sovereignty by joining the EEC which in reality was the
road to the
UNITED STATES of EUROPE. Just before his death in 2005
he admitted that he had lied to the British people. This
same individual had been a Nazi
spy for our 60 years
having been part of a ring of traitors which included Roy
Jenkins and Geoffrey Rippon.
The Conservative Foreign
Ministers since 1972 have signed every EU TREATY that has
been put in front of them. And if you thought that they knew
what they were signing you would be wrong as demonstrated
after the signing of the Maastricht Treaty

Even Kenneth Clark the most
ardent eurofanatic admitted he had not read the EU Treaty.

you know is shrouded with secrecy. Even photographing its
membership will get you arrested.
For over three decades we
have been getting the same idiotic statement from
prospective Conservative MEPS that they will change the EU.
They haven't but they continue with the same mantra year
after year. It is always in the future as is the so-called
promise of a REFERENDUM.
If the electors fall for
the message from the Conservative party which has been
repeated over the last 36 years they will soon learn that
their
PROMISES mean
NOTHING.
Why
not ask David Cameron to name a specific date for a
REFERENDUM as it is better to have it BEFORE the
TREATY
has
been ratified by ALL EU member states and of course the
Germans will be the last to sign as it appears is their
right which they will gloat over when it occurs and be in
their eyes the surrender of the European powers plus of
course their enemies in TWO WORLD WARS - particularly
ENGLAND which embraced the UK at that time.
We are reminded of a
possible situation where a friend has stated that he
intended to CHANGE his life and year after year one hears
the same mantra but after 36 years it becomes intolerable to
have hear yet again the same message. This is exactly what
the Conservative MEPs have been saying for 36 years. There
is certainly need FOR CHANGE but David Cameron and the
Conservative Party are incapable because at rock bottom they
support the EU and the coming UNITED STATES of EUROPE which
YOU allowed to happen because you trusted promises instead
of demanding proof of their TRUE FAITH which they have been
unable to give.
The irony of the whole
situation is that it fits the purpose of the
NEW WORLD ORDER
enthusiasts to have the most unique parliamentary democracy
of over 700 years discredited before the world which suits
their purpose as within a short period of the final
ratification of the EU
TREATY
the emphasis will be on
REGIONS not of PARLIAMENT which will soon disappear out of
sight. Absolutely nothing happens in this world which the
advocates of the NEW WORLD ORDER has not already planned
and the expenses scandal could have been under most intense
scrutiny since 1998 but within months of a possible
ratification of the TREATY. What a wonderful way to destroy a
unique parliamentary democracy which has been destroyed from
WITHIN.
At the JUNE4 EU election
place your vote with the smaller parties and NOT with the
GANG of THREE at WESTMINSTER the majority of whom have been
fleecing the taxpayer for years and should the EU Treaty be
finally ratified later this year they can count on even
higher rewards at REGIONAL level of government from an EU
which has not had its accounts passed for 14 years.
[We notice that the Daily Telegraph are
making hay while the sun shines by its extensive explosive
revelations but one wonders if there is more to this
campaign than disclosing the flagrant abuse of expenses at
Westminster which cannot have been a recent discovery
because it must have been known and tolerated for years.
Possibly the Editor had a call from up high to make the
maximum damage possible at this important time in our
Island's History in order that the population will be more
likely to accept governance at REGIONAL level with any
national aspirations discouraged. Those under close scrutiny
who have broken the law must be dealt with in a Court of Law
as any other citizen of our country. What has surprised us
is that there are many members of the legal profession in
the House who should have know better and given a lead as to
what is reasonable and what is excessive. But when the
majority of one's representatives have traitorously deprived
a people of THEIR FREEDOM -THEIR COUNTRY and THEIR COUNTRY
without their right of a REFERENDUM it is no wonder that
many of them cannot understand what is RIGHT and what is
WRONG. We believe that there should be an immediate GENERAL
ELECTION so that the people's voice is heard so that JUSTICE
IS SEEN TO BE DONE. Unless this action is taken
history will not be so forgiving knowing what example the
Mother of Parliaments has portrayed to emerging nations in
the past. Dictators around the world will be giving our
Foreign Secretary David Milliband an earful and we shall be
the laughing stock of the whole world for some time to come.
Gordon Brown should be honourable and seek an immediate
General election so that the stain on the institution of

Now, that's why I just
can't trust David
Cameron on the European
Union. Yesterday he gave
a speech meant to warn
the British that an
incoming Tory government
would make so many cuts
to spending that it
would preside over 'an
age of austerity.' This
apparently was all meant
to sound fierce and
determined about cutting
costs. Yet if the Tory
leader wants to start
cutting costs, the
obvious first place to
look is at the costs the
EU imposes on Britain.
You have to wonder why
he is happy to talk
about cutting
middle-class tax credits
and pensions and the
rest, but hesitates to
mention cutting EU
costs.
How much does
membership cost this
country? In the Lords
last month, Lord Pearson
of Rannock quoted
figures put together by
the TaxPayers' Alliance
from official
statistics. The figures
show that the cost per
year to each
UK
citizen is £2,000 --
that is, £300m a day for
the country as a whole,
or £120,000m a year.
Over at
the Open Europe
thinktank,
researchers have
calculated that EU
regulation alone between
1998 and 2008 cost the
British economy
£148.2bn: 'Of the
cumulative cost of
regulations introduced
over the past decade,
£106.6bn, or nearly 72%,
had its origin in EU
regulation.'
I'll believe Cameron
is serious about cutting
costs when he promises
to start untangling
Britain from this
utterly unnecessary
burden of euro-costs.
Meanwhile, William
Hague, the shadow
foreign secretary,
inspires no more trust
than does Cameron.
Yesterday, while his
leader was promising
cuts, Hague was
promising that a
Conservative government
would hold a referendum
on the Lisbon Treaty --
but only if the treaty
had not yet been
ratified by all 27
member states.
What a weasel
promise, and not least
because Hague knows that
the Irish and the others
who have not yet
completed the
ratification of the
treaty will be
bludgeoned into saying
'Yes' months before the
next election here.
What Hague is saying
is that the freedom of
the British people to
vote on what is in fact
a new Constitution must
depend on what the
Irish, and the Czechs,
and even the German
constitutional court,
finally decide on
Lisbon. If the Tories
had any spine they would
simply say the British
will be allowed a vote
to stay in the Lisbon
Treaty, or withdraw from
it, no matter what any
other country decides.

NEW LABOUR MINISTER DENIS MAC SHANE SCORES AN
OWN GOAL BY GIVING PROMINENCE TO BNP JUST BEFORE ELECTIONS.
His article in the Daily Telegraph on
Wednesday 13th May , 2009 in such a conspicuous spot under
the Letters section and opposite the excellent article by
Simon Heffer must have pleased the High Command of the BNP.
It would have cost them a packet to have bought such space.
If his object was to stop many floating
voters from voting for that party at the local and European
Elections he will soon hear that
HE FAILED!
What he failed to understand is that the greater number of
those voters going to the BNP are driven to them after 12
years of New Labour's disastrous rule with them ignoring the
worries of millions of voters on a number of issues but
particularly IMMIGRATION and EUROPE. It has been stated by a
number of MPs from both New Labour and Conservative parties
that it is no use complaining about the increased vote for
the BNP
which is the result of the GANG of THREE in Westminster
ignoring their concerns. To state that anyone who joins the
BNP is a
racist no longer stands up to scrutiny as much publicity has
demonstrated over the past few years. They are a political
party and they are entitled to have their say in a
democracy. One of our greatest poets John Milton has much to
say about allowing everyone to have their say and that the
TRUTH will OUT by doing so.
Mr
Mac Shane must be completely out of touch with reality when
he covers up the fact that Hollywood and the majority of
Major corporations and Press and Media are owned and run by the Jewish
community. There is no secret here the evidence is clear
for all to see. Of course as is usual some have changed
their names in order to not attract undue attention. We can
see no problem with this fact because they are as a race an
industrious and cultured people. What we are concerned
about is their manipulation behind the scenes and their
express purpose some one call it a common purpose to create
a NEW WORLD ORDER and
WORLD GOVERNMENT
of an ELITE with no place for the INDEPENDENT NATION STATE
or INDIVIDUALISM. To have a WORD GOVERNMENT of INDEPENDENT

Mac Shane has offered the BNP a massive publicity by his
prominently placed article in the Daily Telegraph and we are
astonished that so close to Local and European elections
that Mr Mac Shane had decided to do the BNP such a wonderful
election broadcast on their behalf. What ever the Labour
Minister's intention was it has back- fired and has
certainly alerted many readers of the DT that the BNP are
looking for votes. We happened to discuss this article with
others and one response was 'I wonder if there is a BNP
candidate standing in our area and that individuals like so
many millions in our country can see that when the main
parties are worried about their election results they
automatically attack the BNP which has attracted many who
have given up on the dishonest-deceitful and traitorous GANG
OF THREE and want someone to hear their concerns about

to be DONE. We can only see the Telegraph's comments as
an spectacular own goal since it will be seen as a sop
to the GREEDY BANKERS. Possibly the Barclay Brothers
have mentioned to their Editor to give some relief from
the natural onslaught their banker friends RICHLY
DESERVE. We have a suggestion for those bankers who are
able to obtain their bonuses because of legal matters.
They can give ALL their undeserved bonuses into a fund
for those who have been made redundant because of the
GREEDY action of the BANKERS. Now this is a CAMPAIGN
that the DAILY TELEGRAPH will get much acclamation from
those who have SUFFERED because of the actions of the
GREEDY BANKERS.
