It is often stated that what occurs in the USA finally arrives in our country whether for good or evil. At present in the land which was once termed the land of the FREE there is a beginning of another REVOLUTION and it is happening in TEXAS and no doubt in many other states . There is an opinion about that America will eventually split in to six parts but it is more likely to be much greater.

What is causing this revolt against the Federal Government -it is the usurpation of the 'Rights and Liberties of Englishmen' which was the clarion cry of many future Americans in the days before their Declaration of Independence. The insurgents fighting for their freedom and liberty  realised that though the English had a despotic King they were a free people  as 'the three centuries of struggle against executive despotism, the ENGLISH PARLIAMENT was the only legislative body of the European state system which was able to survive and develop.  Beginning with the issue of Magna Carta (1215), the Petition of Rights (1628), the Habeas Corpus Act (1679),  and continuing by means of depositions and executions of kings and a CIVIL WAR between the KING and PARLIAMENT. the English freed themselves from executive despotism and sealed their victory by the BILL OF RIGHTS of 1689 which established PARLIAMENTARY SUPREMACY and a JUDICIARY free EXECUTIVE CONTROL.

The American Revolution of 1776, a revolt from an executive according to the Declaration of Independence, combined with the Glorious Revolution of 1688, freed Anglo-Saxondom from executive tyranny, made possible the free institutions of the United States and the British Commonwealth of Nations, and furnished an impressive example and methodology for the rest of mankind.  Truly these revolutions fired the shot that was heard around the world. LIBERTY and DEMOCRACY were on the march, and men in the process of becoming free in their own name and able to determine their OWN DESTINY.

When we now fast-forward to the year 2009 well over 200 years later what does one find?

In  England all those Rights and Liberties of Englishmen' which the American colonists insisting on being their RIGHTS been usurped by the traitorous actions of THE QUEEN and the traitorous majority in PARLIAMENT and an inactive JUDICIARY.  Should there be in the future any accountability for their heinous TREASON they ought to remember that in England's past the Lord Chief Justice [Lord Chief Justice Finch] fled the country fearing the anger of the Long Parliament . Earlier in 1629 he refused to read the REMONSTRANCE against tunnage and poundage after the king's message for the adjournment of Parliament had been delivered. A tumult occurred, during which the Speaker [Finch] was held down in his chair. He was known as "an unprincipled lawyer and time-serving minister".  Well we have a lot of those in the present Parliament over the past decade and today in May 2009.   It will not be enough for them to say they were unable to prevent it happening. In Nazi Germany  a number of judges resigned rather than serve Hitler - some even gave their lives.  We have heard of no English Judges resigning because of their TREASON to the Oaths taken by THE QUEEN  and  HER  MINISTERS by all concerned to protect the CONSTITUTION. Of course they will point to a secretive attachment to a Bill in 1998 when they were covertly removed from their fear of TREASON but that attachment to the TREATY is a TREASON itself because it is THE PEOPLE by REFERENDUM who are to decide the fate of THEIR FREEDOMS- CONSTITUTION and THEIR COUNTRY.

We had a BRITAIN which Mr Trevor Phillips remembers but he conveniently forgets that under NEW LABOUR there is now a SCOTTISH PARLIAMENT with its wish for INDEPENDENCE and a WALES ASSEMBLY which is not prepared to wait too long for its NATIONAL INDEPENDENCE.  So as you all can see we are now no better but in fact in a worse situation than were the American colonists in 1776 as shortly if the LISBON TREATY is ratified at the year's end there will not be an integral ENGLAND and in fact the very name ENGLAND does not appear on the EU map and much of its territory then REGIONS will be controlled by continental countries.

Mr  Trevor Phillips keeps going on about BRITISHNESS because in his chats with Gordon Brown who is continuingly harping on about it needs a cover for the demolition of ENGLAND - its ENGLISH CONSTITUTION and the LAND of ENGLAND which will not exist neither will there exist the ENGLISH CHANNEL in name. At least the  Archbishop of York [3] concurs with encouraging Englishness.  If Trevor Phillips was around ENGLAND before and over the war years of 1939-46 he would hardly if ever hear the word BRITAIN or BRITISHNESS and at a time when we were ALL united the word used by FRIENDS and FOE was ENGLAND.  Hitler used it!   The America President Roosevelt used it! and almost everyone amongst the millions of visitors to our shores then and now still use it!.   It has been stated by a number of journalists that a number of Scottish newspaper proprietors shortly before the war and after had a habit of changing the word ENGLISH for BRITISH.  Of course we had the BATTLE OF BRITAIN  and the greater loss of property and lives lost was overwhelmingly in

ENGLAND

and the word England embraced the nation states of the then United Kingdom of Great Britain.

We ourselves in the AIMS of the PARTY mention a GREATER BRITAIN but of a FAMILY of INDEPENDENT NATION STATES.  This as we all know since 1998 has now been obliterated by Tony Blair and Gordon Brown.

Returning to the situation today in 2009 in America but particularly in the STATE of TEXAS a silent REVOLUTION is taking place with a PATRIOT as determined as his forebears were in 1776  and who is campaigning for a return to the letter and spirit of the AMERICAN CONSTITUTION which has been usurped by the PATRIOT ACT a name which Americans everywhere consider synonymous with SLAVERY.  It has decimated their RIGHTS under the CONSTITUTION to a point that they the PEOPLE are treated by the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT as the ENGLISH are treated by their TRAITOROUS GOVERNMENT as SERFS.

In 17th century ENGLAND Sir John Elliot who was the recognised leader of the constitutional party . In 1627 Elliot was one of those who with Hampton and Wentworth refused to contribute towards the forced loan levied by the CROWN, and was imprisoned in the Gate House.  In the Parliament of  1628 he was again foremost in the attack on ROYAL GOVERNMENT, and bore a chief  share in drawing up the REMONSTRANCE and PETITION of RIGHT.  On the dissolution of the PARLIAMENT he was imprisoned in the TOWER (March 1629) In spite of his application for a habeas corpus, HE WAS NOT RELEASED. He was kept in confinement, and his health was broken by the harsh treatment he received, and ,on NOv,27, 1632, HE DIED. During his imprisonment he wrote a treatise called Monarchy of Men, which embodied his views on the theory of constitutional monarchy.  Elliot was  one of the ablest as well as the most estimable of the popular leaders of CHARLES I.s reign. "Great  as his intellectual powers were," says Mr Gardiner, "it was not by mere force of intellect that he won his way to distinction.  It was the moral nature of the man, his utter self-forgetfulness, which made him what he was."

We have given these details above as what follows is taken from his work and is in the pages of Presidential Government in the United States  -The Unwritten Constitution by PROFESSOR C. PERRY PATTERSON (1947). AS the book is a learned work we use every opportunity to take its learned work to develop our thesis on the present dire constitutional situation in the USA and in ENGLAND in 2009.

'THERE IS an ETERNAL STRUGGLE between LIBERTY and AUTHORITY. MAN loves BOTH.  THE STATE is the personification of AUTHORITY.  LIBERTY is always at a DISADVANTAGE in this STRUGGLE because those EXERCISING AUTHORITY have the POWER of the STATE to SUPPORT THEM.  LIBERTY is INDIVIDUALISTIC in its nature and DEPENDS on the RESOURCES of the INDIVIDUAL for its PRESERVATION in the normal course of events while AUTHORITY is a COLLECTIVISTIC FORCE representing SOCIETY as a WHOLE.  It is not DIFFICULT to see why EXECUTIVES who as HEADS of STATE are in a STRATEGIC POSITION to us FORCE to SUPPORT their AUTHORITY constitute a difficult PROBLEM in the CONSTRUCTION of POLITICAL INSTITUTIONS.  The VERDICT of HISTORY lays the WRECKAGE of POLITICAL INSTITUTIONS at THEIR DOOR.   OUR forefathers were keenly SENSITIVE to the DANGERS of EXECUTIVE POWER.  James Wilson of PENNSYLVANIA, a DELEGATE to the FEDERAL CONVENTION, a MEMBER  of the RATIFYING CONVENTION in PENNSYLVANIA, and later a MEMBER of the SUPREME COURT of the UNITED STATES, in speaking of the CONSTRUCTION of the PRESIDENCY, called it "THE MOST DIFFICULT PART OF IT.

In the year 1836 there was a TEXAS Revolution and there is the beginnings of one again in 2009.  They have a leader with millions joining his banner who has been able to put his message of the protection of THEIR CONSTITUTION which had been almost disabled by George Bush  with his treasonable  PATRIOT ACT and we will have to see if President Obama will join Senator Ron Paul in the fight to reclaim the  compliance to the letter and spirit of the Constitution of the United States of America  which has been undermined by many presidents since Woodrow Wilson who after signing the FEDERAL RESERVE ACT in 1913 which gave International Bankers -a cartel and interest in the bank later realised the enormous power placed with those bankers regretted his action and history has proved him right as events of the past two years have witnessed..

 Will President Obama join with Senator Ron Paul in order to reclaim their Constitution which has been overruled by the President -the Congress and most importantly the SUPREME COURT of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.  The president has the power to decide who will become a member of the Supreme Court and is therefore able to ensure that his policies are followed and as his predecessors have made sure that they will comply he knows the POWER is in HIS HANDS.  The signs do not look hopeful as it is surmised that President Obama is but a figurehead on behalf of the NEW WORLD ORDER and the ILLUMINATI who now control the USA of which there is an abundance of information and video's on our website for you all to view.

In 1791 our greatest parliamentarian of the 18th century Edmund Burke in 1791  said that the Americans in the revolution against England had stood "in the same relation to England, as England did to King James the Second in 1688."

In 2009 there is still a similarity between the people's revolution in the USA against their CONGRESS - SUPREME COURT and PRESIDENT for usurping their CONSTITUTION and in ENGLAND  against the traitorous QUEEN  -PRIME MINISTER and PARLIAMENT and the JUDICIARY usurping the ENGLISH CONSTITUTION.  Both are attacks on the RIGHTS and LIBERTIES of THE PEOPLE and destroying THEIR CONSTITUTION.

What we find so alarming is that a great number of  influential people particularly prominent journalists are ignoring what is happening to the 'Rights and Liberties of Englishmen' and appear to be aiding and abetting  the treason of QUEEN and PARLIAMENT.  We can only conclude that they are more interested in keeping their well-paid jobs and care not a wit for the PEOPLE'S RIGHTS.     Those in earlier days who gave warning of what was to happen are now silent. At least in the USA there is a FREEDOM MOVEMENT gathering momentum but in ENGLAND only a sole voice or two are heard.

  The 'FREE PRESS' is a misnomer and though we now see some articles which were no doubt VERBOTEN in the past they know that by the year's end the LISBON TREATY will be ratified and ENGLISH LIBERTIES and the very name ENGLAND will be lost because of the inaction and cowardly behaviour of many who consider themselves ENGLISH but who are too timid and forgetful about those countless millions who have given their lives in defence of ENGLAND since its conception over 1500 years ago.  We have to say that we are greatly disappointed at the lack of UNITY by those who have expressed their wish to SAVE THEIR COUNTRY but their so-called leaders have only their minds on the power game and will not UNIFY and take positive action and less talking which is the only way to SAVE OUR CONSTITUTION and COUNTRY.

WE WANT A REVOLUTION WILL YOU JOIN US?

Well! if past experience has anything to go by there will not be any response whatsoever.  But it can never be said that there was no Englishman who would not put his head above the parapet and fight on for a CLAIM OF RIGHT  for the forfeiture of the Crown of England against the traitorous Monarch and the majority of members of PARLIAMENT.
