and Liberties of Englishmen'
Because of the great sacrifice that our service
personnel give for their nation it is only right
that they who make the decision of WAR and PEACE
should be under scrutiny to insure that any conflict
is not entered into unless it is vital to the
security of our NATION STATE. Those in GOVERNMENT
who deliberately mislead the HOUSE of COMMONS must
face a charge of IMPEACHMENT for the GREAT WRONG
that has been done. Though the procedure of such
IMPEACHMENT was proceeded with by members of the
HOUSE the guilty parties have up to now escaped
their JUST PUNISHMENT. In fact REWARD seems to be
the norm in such cases. If the EU TREATY is ratified
over the following months by a treasonable HOUSE OF
COMMONS then the BIG PRIZE of PRESIDENT of the
EUROPEAN COUNCIL could well be our own WARMONGER
and top of the IMPEACHMENT LIST
Mr BLIAR.
What we have witnessed over the past decades is the
refusal of GOVERNMENT and JUDICIARY to be bound by
the respect of customary common law from the past for honourable and just treatment to the PEOPLE
in the protection of their LIBERTIES which
is their DUTY TO SERVE. Well over three
centuries ago a civil war was fought by Parliament
against a KING to protect our Ancient LIBERTIES and
RULE OF LAW.
A great part of the breakdown of our country's
cohesion and trust in politicians and governments
has been the slow process by stealth and deceit
on a steady slide of our once FREE
and INDEPENDENT COUNTRY into the corrupt
unaccountable and despotic police state THE EUROPEAN UNION
which could only be achieved by the connivance of
our JUDICIARY which in 2007 has almost achieved the deliberate
destruction of our FUNDAMENTAL LIBERTIES and ANCIENT
FREEDOMS.
In 1641 only months
away from a civil war during the Long Parliament there was the
IMPEACHMENT of LORD KEEPER FINCH, and then of a
high proportion of common law judges who were
responsible for the Shipmoney judgment in Hampden's
case.
Lord Finch was accused of:
'having traitorously
and wickedly endeavoured to subvert the fundamental
laws and established government of the
REALM of ENGLAND
-and instead thereof
, to introduce an arbitrary tyranical government
against law'
Have not all
governments with the help of the traitorous common law
JUDICIARY since 1972 been guilty of treason when
their actions are considered in the light of the
above judgment?
We have seen over the
past 35 years the same misuse of the prerogative to
usurp the
'Rights and Liberties
'
of Englishmen.
Those who have died
for their country and those who will carry their
wounds to the end of their lives
DESERVE JUSTICE
IF THE

COMMONS CANNOT DO IT THEN WHY ARE THEY THERE?
We need at this hour to remind
ourselves that many of out forebears crossed the
Atlantic many centuries ago and having in mind their
English heritage of Rights and Liberties of
Englishmen' on the
4th
July 1776
in their
United States' Declaration of
Independence
two sentences from its
historic declaration have inspired oppressed peoples
everywhere to seek to follow the message of FREEDOM
of that
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
as we do today on the 1st
November,2007.
'We hold these truths to be self
evident. That all men are created equal. That they
are endowed by their creator with certain
inalienable rights. That among these are life,
liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure
these rights, governments are instituted among men,
deriving their just powers from the consent of
the governed .That whenever any form of government
becomes destructive of those ends, it shall be the
right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to
institute new government, laying its foundations
upon such principles, and organising its powers in
such form, as shall seem to them most likely to
effect safety and happiness.

A great many people in our country
today value the links and special relationship with
the United States and the closeness of our
constitutional law particularly our common law to
them and other parts of the world where our
ancestors settled and to which in our own day there
are still close family ties.
We and many others in
our country today have no wish to exchange what is
rightfully ours by inheritance for a foreign
jurisdiction in which we are to be governed by a
alien system which is to the benefit of an ELITE few
and which is destructive of our accustomed
'RIGHTS and
LIBERTIES'
of
ENGLISHMEN
which those in the
New World all those centuries ago claimed as THEIR
RIGHT as the basis of their FREEDOM
Over the next few
months our so-called representatives are to decide
the
FATE OF A NATION
STATE
NO MORE -NO LESS
They have no
mandate from the people to destroy their Ancient
Constitution and Country and even were they by some
device to secure a majority to vote for SLAVERY this
would against the law of our land of a FREE PEOPLE
