GERMAN CONSTITUTIONAL COURT RULING ENABLES GERMANY TO BE LAST TO SIGN EU TREATIES. We in England have no protection of an English Constitutional Court to protect our Rights and Liberties. As we have stated over the years and in our AIMS OF THE PARTY we have been in need of a Supreme English Constitutional Court to protect a written Constitution which would have made it impossible for our politicians from ALL parties in Westminster by treachery to sell OUR FREEDOM-OUR MONARCHY- OUR CONSTITUTION-OUR PARLIAMENT to a FOREIGN POWER. In the USA each of the States have their Supreme Court as does the Federal Government of the United States of America which ensures that the treachery that has taken place in England by our Monarchy [Head of State] and Parliament could not occur there. At the present time the German Constitutional Court has a number of legal actions taking place before it by concerned German citizens as to the threat to the German Constitution in certain important matters. But as we have already explained as a matter of procedure the German Constitutional Court enables Germany to be the last member state of the EU to ratify EU TREATIES. From a historical perspective the EU treaties with Germany shown as the final signatory, this is tantamount to Germany accepting the surrender of the member states but particularly her victorious enemy ENGLAND with her sister nation states of Wales and Scotland in TWO WORLD WARS. It is on the ECONOMY that will prove the ineffectiveness of a so-called UNITED EUROPE that the fault lines of the undemocratic, unaccountable and demonic structure will be tested to destruction.
