When Labour came to power in
1997 they inherited a
SYSTEM of GOVERNMENT
that has evolved over
centuries to create one of the most stable and peaceful democracies on Earth.
THIS WAS NOT LEAST BECAUSE
OF THE
CHECKS AND BALANCES
OF
OUR
CONSTITUTION
THAT PREVENTED
ABUSES OF POWER.
Eight years
later, those safeguards are in ruins.
And the Prime Minister’s treatment of the advice of the Attorney
General, Lord Goldsmith, about the legality of the Iraq war proves just how
corrupted our system has become.
We are supposed to
have a Prime Minister who ‘is first among equals’. We are supposed to have a
system in which the Cabinet takes decisions collectively - and if it does not
agree with the Prime Minister, then HE must change his view and RESIGN.
However such
democratic niceties irritate a Prime Minister who prefers to think of himself
as a PRESIDENT.
The Conventions
and Institutions that once protected our liberties from an
over-mighty HEAD of Government have been wreaked, not least because of Mr
Blair’s knack of corrupting and soiling every pillar of the
CONSTITUTION
- he encounters.
Cabinet
Government was the first casualty of his premiership. Ministers were
appointed either because they were cronies, or because (like John Prescott)
they had a constituency within the party that had to be represented at the top
table.
Having reached the Cabinet
they were then routinely ignored in meetings that became shorter and shorter.
Mr Blair has
preferred to govern using a coterie of unelected advisers - such as his
political secretary Baroness Morgan, his Chief of Staff Jonathan Powell and his
former Press Secretary, Alistair Campbell.
And instead of their discussions being minuted for the record, they are
of an informal, ‘sofa’ nature.
The Cabinet never saw the
Attorney’s original advice on Iraq of March 7, 2003.
This was either
because Mr Blair has such contempt for his colleagues that he felt they had no
right to be consulted, or because he feared they might prevent him taking us
to war.
Some Ministers, notably Robin
Cook, behaved honourably when they were by-passed, and resigned.

But the vast majority sat
tight.
In the age of
the professional politician, Ministers would rather follow the call of a high
salary, further promotion and, in the end, a place in the House of Lords than
the call of their conscience.
The reputation of
the Attorney-General is now in shreds among the very people whose
respect for him is crucial: the Bar and the judiciary.
YET he has, so far, seen no
cause to resign over how he was persuaded to change his advice to the Government
between March 7 when he said there might be legal considerations affecting our
participation in the Iraq war, and March 17, when he said there were none.
When the credibility of the
Attorney -General is compromised in this way, the whole legal profession is
damaged.
The failure to
show the original advice to the Cabinet breached the
Code of Ministerial Conduct
One of the main
enforcers of the CODE is the HEAD of the Permanent Civil Service, the
Cabinet Secretary Sir Andrew Turnbull.
Sir Andrew,
like his predecessor Sir Richard (now Lord) Wilson, has presided
over a ruinous politicisation of the Civil Service, which has helped end the
culture of wise objective advice that existed not just to help Ministers govern
properly,
BUT
to protect the
Public from
EXCESSES
The Civil
Service is now of lower calibre than at any time since competitive
examination was introduced for entrants to it 150 years ago. Its morale is low. It is no longer an attractive career
prospect for high-grade graduates.
Civil servants are
now routinely blamed for decisions that are the responsibility of
Ministers. Advancement, it is clear, is
likely to be obtained only by civil servants who oblige the
administration. Sir Andrew seems
relaxed about the seismic, and highly damaging, cultural change.
THE BEST example of how a public
servant has profited from obedience is, of course
John Scarlett.
As HEAD of the
Joint Intelligence Committee, he helped the Prime Minister and Mr Campbell ‘sex
up’ the dossier advancing the case for war against Iraq.

Bush has admitted the Intelligence much coming from the UK was wrong but the
war was still OK, as we had removed Saddam Hussein]
He [John Scarlett]
never wavered in his support for them when the dubious quality of this
intelligence was exposed. And now we
learn that he had also touted ‘nuggets’ of intelligence to the Iraq Survey
Group, which he claimed proved Saddam was a genuine threat.
His reward for this betrayal
of his calling:
He has been promoted head of
MI6
Meanwhile,
Britain’s once-proud intelligence services enjoy a universal reputation for:
Incompetence
And
Servility to politicians.
As part of his
pursuit of Presidential power, Mr Blair has nobbled various other important
institutions. Parliament, in particular, has suffered profoundly.
News of important
Government business that would normally have been subject of a statement in the
Commons -where the MINISTER responsible could be questioned on it- is now
broken on Radio 4’s Today programme or in a grovelling newspaper.
The House of
Lords, whose value as a revising chamber and role in trying to limit the damage
done by absurd legislation were crucial, has been emasculated.
Hereditary peers
with an ethic of Public Service were all but eliminated. The HOUSE was packed with Mr Blair’s
cronies. Now further reform is planned
to remove what remains of resistance to the Blair line.
In the remote
event of a Government defeat there, legislation is imposed ruthlessly using the
PARLIAMENT Act. We now have,
effectively, a single -chamber PARLIAMENT.
Meanwhile, our non-political
institutions have been corrupted.
THE POLICE,
once universally respected for their effectiveness and fairness, have become an
instrument of social engineering, with CHIEF CONSTABLES falling over themselves
in sycophancy to the Government.
The FIGHT against
CRIME haws taken second place to the implementation of polices on
‘Inclusiveness’
for ethnic minorities and
homosexuals.
This is not
the least because ambitious officers know well they will not prosper without
toeing the New Labour Home Office line.
The BBC, after a
rare burst of independence after the death of weapons expert Dr David Kelly,
is now far more compliant with the Labour ‘project’. Its institutional Leftism is apparent in the daily tone of much
of its news and current affairs coverage.
Its political
editor is an unashamed Blairite.
Once-great newspapers of record are also degraded by their toadying
regard for Mr Blair and his philosophy.
AND NOT LEAST of
the things sullied by Mr Blair is the Honours system: not just in the way
peerages have been awarded, but in the shameless manipulation of the system to
provide gongs to low-rent celebrities to impress certain elements of the
public.
Such is the
casualness with which Mr Blair has treated the Queen that even she, as the FONT
of HONOUR appears to have no more influence over these matters than over
anything else ‘HER’ Government DOES.
BUT THEN the
Presidential project cannot allow for a rival HEAD of STATE, so HER MAJESTY had
to be taught HER place. The MONARCHY
has been damaged, like every other important institution in Britain, because of
Mr Blair’s arrogance and disregard for the
OLD
CHECKS and BALANCES
Sadly, the
shocking way he behaved over the Attorney-General’s
advice was more than just indicative of his character flaws. It was the inevitable consequence of the
destruction of
OUR
CONSTITUTIONAL
CONVENTIONS
If Mr Blair remains in power, his corruption of our great
institutions will continue relentlessly.
OUR LIBERTIES will continue to VANISH as his POWER mushrooms.
And the once-proud boast that the British way of Government
is an example to the world will be merely a sick joke.

In order to

Chapter one.
Only the most unobservant
can have missed the latest great fact in what the Victorians so charmingly
called ‘our island story’:
That the majority of the
Scots wish to lesson their nation’s antique ties with ENGLAND [But not lose the
special payments they have enjoyed for years]
The point was spectacularly
confirmed at the General Election of 1 May 1997, when the main Unionist party
in Scotland was unable to secure a single candidate to the United Kingdom
parliament at Westminster.
The message was relayed even
more loudly at the referendum on the Scottish parliament held in September
1997, when the Scots voted by a substantial majority to establish a legislative
body. [Their later Parliament
building cost over £400 million -the majority of which was paid by the
taxpayers of ENGLAND].
At almost every opinion poll
since then it has been shown that public support for the main separatist party
in Scotland, the Scottish National Party, is growing steadily [with the
encouragement of Tony Blair].
In September 1998, exactly a
year after the referendum, 50 % of Scots questioned in an opinion survey wanted
their country to be independent.
[The EDP was formed in 1994
to do exactly this for
ENGLAND
Another survey
[there have been many of them for Scotland but none for ENGLAND] taken three
month’s earlier, made the telling point that a majority of Scots, including
many who do not wish for independence, nonetheless expect their country to be independent
from England within fifteen years.
[Well! the way that the
majority of Englishmen are shirking their responsibilities to their own
country- England may not exist by then]
The phenomenon of Scottish
separatism is growing not least among the young it has become a fashionable
attitude. The glib explanation for why
this should be so has for the last few years been that this generation was much
moved by the film
BRAVEHEART
[‘We now learn that the only accurate thing in the movie is
that Scotland and England were at war.’]

In which mediaeval Englishmen are seen brutalising,
oppressing and generally being unsportsmanlike towards mediaeval Scotsmen. It
may be that this fairly typical piece of Hollywood anti-English acted as useful
propaganda for the Scots nationalist cause, but that cause was well advanced
before Mr Mel Gibson lent his reputation to it, and for reasons that we shall
shortly explain.

Whenever the movement really took off, it is now entrenched.
An ICM survey
carried out in Scotland for the Scotsman newspaper in June 1998 showed
that 63 per cent of people in the eighteen to thirty-four age groups would
prefer to see Scotland as an Independent country.

Sleazebusters Face Axe
The anti-sleaze
watchdog that forced David Blunkett to resign could be facing the axe [unless
the truly honourable and individual members of INTEGRITY in Parliament ignore
King Tony for this is a matter for the two Houses of Parliament to defend to
the death].
Tony Blair has
been handed a report calling for the ABOLITION of the Whitehall advisory
committee on business.
THE COMMITTEE aims
to STOP Ministers and senior Civil Servants taking up lucrative positions too
soon after leaving Westminster.
Mr Blunkett, the
former Work and pensions Secretary was forced to quit in November -2005 after
the Committee ‘named and shamed’ him for failing to consult it over jobs he
took in the four months after he first resigned from Cabinet.
The advisory
Committee, led by Lord Mayhew, released correspondence showing he had ignored
its warnings that he was breaking the MINISTERIAL CODE OF CONDUCT.
The report by Sir Patrick
Brown, a former Permanent Secretary at the Department for transport was
commissioned [no doubt to find a way to get rid of this unhelpful and
obstructive measure which Blairites detest - as with all other restrictions on
their immoral and unaccountable CONDUCT.] was commissioned 18 months ago after
Mr Blair rode roughshod over the Committee’s recommendations in the case of
former Air Chief Marshall Sir John Day.
It wanted a
year-long delay in his appointment as a military advisor to the defence
contractor BAE Systems on the grounds that the Company would benefit from
inside knowledge to win contracts. But Mr Blair overruled it.
THE REPORT
suggests responsibility for vetting could be passed to Civil Servant
Commissioners. [Over which Tony Bliar will have complete control]
Mr Blair has
already been criticised for scrapping the 83-year-old Honours Scrutiny
Committee, a watchdog that aimed to prevent political donors being rewarded
with KNIGHTHOODS AND PEERAGES [Lloyd George after World War I]
Tory
frontbencher Chris Grayling, who was instrumental in challenging Mr Blunkett’s
transgressions, said:
‘This is a completely
breathtaking act by the Prime minister. He has become completely arrogant and
out of touch’
‘In opposition he demanded
accountability and now he is considering abolishing this COMMITTEE.
[Well! Mr Chris
Grayling it is now eight years since MR NICE GUY the supposed ‘Servant of
the People ‘arrived on the scene and he has only got as far as he has
in dismantling our THOUSAND -YEAR CONSTITUTION and the CHECKS & BALANCES
because of the useless and accommodating OPPOSITION who were led like sheep into
an Illegal War and still feel that they have to imitate the Government not of
the once GREAT COUNTRY but as lackeys of a FOREIGN POWER in BRUSSELS.]
Mr Blair has been
sitting on the Brown Report since the Summer. [Well! Tony Blair already looks
on the British Electorate as a load of zombies who so wrapped up in their own
lives have not awaken to the dangers to their way-of -life and what that truly means.
Other Dictators in
the world at large must be watching developments in this once Democratic
country with much interest particularly Mr Putin in the USSR and many others
who have been criticised in our now poodle like assembly which does not deserve
the name by which it is known.
The example that
Mr Blair given of his apparent unlimited arrogance and contempt for the British
voter is there for everyone to see and he is getting away with it as shown in
his giveaway of £7 billion of OUR hard-won EU REBATE.
While millions of people
are enjoying their CHRISTMAS festivities behind the scenes there will be many
committed Europhiles who will also be celebrating at the wonderful progress
they are still making with the incorporation of ENGLAND
into the
UNITED
STATES OF EUROPE
solely on the strength of past EU Treaties -particularly
MAASTRICHT

PARLIAMENTS give away what is already our and our children's

If the above publicity exercise is to be used to
soften the impact to the population of the BETRAYAL of their
CONSTITUTION and COUNTRY then it would be the greatest TREASON by a
Monarch since James II who sold our COUNTRY to the FRENCH for MONEY and

We now learn from the Daily Mail COMMENT
on Christmas Eve that the Queen's Speech will cover the catastrophic
fall in Values and Moral behaviour since the beginning of her 56 -year
reign. This has been brought about by the actions of HER MINISTERS and
the greater number of those in HER PARLIAMENT who have placed THEIR
CONCERNS before the INTERESTS of THE PEOPLE and NATION STATE.
As for the fact that HER PEOPLE feel
LOST that has been the direct result of the actions of HER SUCCESSIVE
GOVERNMENTS and the TRAITOROUS POLITICIANS including PRIME MINISTERS who
have stealthily over the 56 years of HER MAJESTY'S REIGN have almost
achieved their aim of ENSLAVING the PEOPLE to a FOREIGN POWER.
The reason for the marked drop in the
number viewing THE QUEEN'S SPEECH is no doubt because the mass of people
have realised years ago that the MONARCH is powerless to PROTECT their
WAY-OF-LIFE and events up to now have PROVED THEM CORRECT.

it the case on Christmas Day 2007 while the Monarch talks our Rights
and Liberties are being taken from us under our very noses?
Of
course the QUEEN under HER CONSTITUTIONAL ROLE can only 'Advise and
Warn' HER MINISTERS but when the matter concerns the very LIFE of an
INDEPENDENT STATE we expect that HER MAJESTY consider the arrangement to
be AT AN END as it would make a MOCKERY of the PRIME IMPORTANCE of the
MONARCH to protect our inherited Rights and Liberties which HER
MINISTERS are endeavouring TO GIVE AWAY.
We as loyal subjects of the MONARCH who
is the living embodiment of OUR RIGHTS and LIBERTIES ask at this late
stage with only months to the eradication of a FREE NATION STATE some
veiled comments that HER MAJESTY will PROTECT our RIGHTS and LIBERTIES.
As for the MORAL tone of the NATION STATE
at this most crucial time in ENGLISH CONSTUTUTIONAL HISTORY this matter
should be left to CHURCH LEADERS who's responsibility it is to CARE for
their FLOCKS particularly at this FESTIVAL of CHRISTMAS.
IF HER MAJESTY'S SPEECH has not been
pre-recorded we ask HER MAJESTY to give those MILLIONS of HER subjects
some hope that their PROTECTOR has NOT FORGOTTEN THEM.

The abolition of
Britain
by The Reform Treaty
- Passed by majority of 138
MPs voted by 362 - 224 for the Reform Treaty in its Second
Reading on Monday 21st January. This sixth and final treaty, now
renamed the Lisbon Treaty, formally replaces Britain with the
European Union on 1st January 2009. This is a year before the
deadline set by the Chancellor of Germany, Angela Merkel.
The Treaty will abolish the British Constitution, and
therefore the nations of Britain and England, sweeping away our
Westminster Parliament, and giving the EU the power to close it.
The Treaty sets up an unelected three tier politburo
executive in Brussels with absolute power, a dictatorship on the
soviet model. The EU parliament has no power and is a sham.
Read the Reform Treaty one page summary on the left. Gordon
Brown was lying: the Treaty is worse than the constitution.
This sixth treaty is the fastest moving and most secret the
EU has drafted; opposition to and recognition of the EU as a
police state is growing, and they know speed is vital.
This Commons vote, one of the most important in our history,
was largely unreported by our controlled press and media.
The Queen and Parliament to complete ratification this
spring, 2008
Parliament has allocated 29 days to discuss this treaty in
February (not much for its own abolition). They will probably
have the final ratification vote in March. The Queen, the EU's
most loyal supporter, plans to give her Royal Assent in June
2008. This means Westminster and the Queen will ratify it behind
our backs, as they have the other five treaties.
No referendum
German Chancellor Merkel chose this sixth Treaty instead of
pushing it through as a constitution to avoid referendums in its
member nations. She twice visited 10 Downing Street and forced
Gordon Brown to cancel both his promised referendum, and his
General Election.
"Anti-EU" groups have
encouraged us to call for a
referendum precisely because
the EU has already
prohibited it. They know we
are wasting our efforts: our
four party leaderships take
their orders from the EU,
not from the voters.
How to fight
The real course of action is to change the minds of 70 MP's
and get a majority against. MP's have been selected on the Party
list system over the last 20 years to ensure an obediant
majority of pro-EU MPs.
These MPs now need to understand the EU has the constitution
(the six treaties) of a dictatorship, the laws of a police
state, and when enforced, its 111,000 regulations will create a
government command economy, soviet style: dictatorships cause
poverty.
They also need to realise that MPs are the people who put
this dictatorship in power. If they put it in power, they are
the greatest threat to take it out of power. All dictatorships
in the past have eliminated that threat. Inside the EU, the
lives of MPs will be even worse than our own; at best, they are
likely to be institutionalised and held against their will.
(This is the only good bit - these hated traitors will suffer
severely.)

The EU remains illegal
Each of these six treaties are completely illegal under the
British Constitution, our 1689 Bill of Rights, our treason laws,
and under our common law. It is unforgivable that the Queen, her
Ministers and our Parliament have committed the criminal act of
treason by signing these treaties, and broken our laws to
abolish our nation.
The EU will always be
illegal in Britain; but once
the EU has complete power
and control here, we can no
more get rid of it than we
could Germany, had their
planned illegal occupation
of Britain in 1940 been
successful.
The Countdown to abolition
Whereas the 465 page EU Constitution would have abolished the
five treaties and replaced them with a single document
conferring absolute power, the Reform Treaty adds to the
existing five treaties, bringing them up to the powers of the EU
Constitution. All six treaties with appendices add up to nearly
10,000 complex and unreadable pages. Tony Blair agreed to it on
23rd June 2007 as his final stab in Britain’s back. On the 23rd
July there was an Intergovernmental Conference (IGC), when we
should have seen a first draft of the Treaty.
Foreign ministers agreed its terms on 7-8th September at the
resort of Viana de Castelo, Portugal. There was a summit in
Lisbon on the 18th and 19th October, where they hoped to sign
the Treaty, but Gordon Brown signed it on December 13th 2007,
commiting treason, the most criminal act on the statute book.
The EU has decided to act now as if the Treaty were already
in force; they are consolidating their power each day. On
1.1.2009 the Reform Treaty and the other five seize all
remaining power from our Westminster Parliament, which becomes
defunct on that day; it has no remaining powers whatsoever. (The
Treaties do allow Brussels to return minor powers, but that is
very unlikely.) On 11th June 2009 we have bogus elections to the
sham Brussels Parliament, the only elections we will get in the
future.
Westminster's five year term expires on 5th May 2010 and a
British General Election is due. The six treaties make no
provision for an election to our Parliament. By that time the EU
will have consolidated its absolute power, and it will almost
certainly use it cancel that election and to close Westminster.
The EU has always planned to rule what was Britain directly
through its 12 nominated Regional capitals, by passing
Westminster, from which every function will be removed.
Its founders knew the EU dictatorship cannot be built while
there is a strong and freedom loving Britain on its doorstep.
They tried twice before in 1914 and 1939. Britian has to be
utterly destroyed for the EU to succeed. The success of the EU's
Frankfurt School subversion techniques on Britain (see left) has
been astonishing; the abolition of Westminster is one of their
final remaining goals.
You have 11 months left
Treason is the most serious of all Britain’s crimes. You have
just 11 months left to bring these vile British traitors to
justice, and get us out of the EU dictatorship.
Around 45 million British
people are against the
abolition of our nation, and
with the little European
voting that has been
allowed, it seems clear over
200 million of its victims
don’t want the EU. But we
will never be given the
choice. YOU have to decide
to act yourself.

left. Then we will need a mass blockade of Westminster to stop
our criminal MP's and Queen breaking our constitution and laws
for the last time.
