UKIP WILL NOT STAND ASIDE FOR TORY EUROSCEPTICS.

UKIP will not step aside.
Dear
Sir,
In your front-page article
of the 12th May 2006 you again make the periodic plea for UKIP not
to stand against some Tory MPs.
You cite Phillip Davies
because he, and apparently eight other Tory MPs, have said Britain should leave
the European Union.
Mr Davies won his seat on a Tory manifesto saying that
Britain should stay a committed member of the EU.
If he fights next
time around we can assume he will fight under a similar manifesto pledge,
unless of course Mr Cameron dramatically changes tack, which is unlikely.
Mr Davies and his colleagues
hold their seats on a false premise
-and are likely to fight
again dishonestly under similar circumstances:
WHEREAS:
No UKIP candidate would, or will be
selected if they thought that EU Membership was a good idea.
Anyone voting UKIP
will know exactly what they are getting, which is sadly never the case with the
TORIES.
Mr Phillips and his
colleagues are just lobby-fodder, and their anti-EU stand will be tolerated by
Mr Cameron as a useful safety -valve and a cynical means of retaining the votes
of some Tory eurosceptics.
UKIP
-is a proper political party
with a full range of policies? We have no intention of standing down against
anyone.
If Mr Davies and his anti-EU
colleagues can reconcile their consciences with representing a party whose most
fundamental policy they disagree with then that is a matter for them, not UKIP.
You would not expect the
Labour or Liberal Democratic parties to stand down against a TORY because some
aspect of their candidates views seem to coincide, so don’t expect UKIP to do
so either.

Literary Contortions?
Dear
Sir,
Frederick
Forsyth (letters, 12th May) seems not to have thought through the
consequences of his scenario of 58 ‘rock- solid-on-the-EU MPs’ possibly
bringing down Blair (though not
necessarily Labour)
David
Cameron is the Tories’ fifth stab in less than ten years at finding an
‘appealing’ leader so they can expect to be stuck with him for some while to
come.
Yet
a large contingent of EU-sceptic MPs would make the Tories as divided and hence
ineffective as never before. Except it
wouldn’t, for they are so desperate for power now as Labour was ten years ago.
Once
in government, ranks would close and ‘EUROPE’ would cease to be an issue; at
the following election BOO (Better Off Out) candidates would be lucky to make
any list in the top half of the alphabet.
Also,
there is evidence to suggest that big business, the Tories’ principle
paymaster, countenances Britain leaving the EU. Why should it, when it can sup at the top table in Brussels and
calmly pass the cost of the rules it helps draft?
Even
the FSB [Federation of Small Businesses], whose members may suffer most from
these members, seem uninterested in a life outside the EU.
This dismal non-achievements
of cross-party and reassure groups suggest that we will only get out of the EU
when enough people vote for a party that is crystal clear on the issue.
Similarly, the idea that the demise of UKIP, the inevitable consequence of
giving Tory candidates a clear run, will hasten our exit from the EU by even
one day, is pure delusion.
Sadly the Tories still show
no inclination to put country before party as the literary contortions of their
best -seller writing champion show only too clearly.

[HOW TO CONFUSE WAVERERS OF THE EU CONSTITUTION - GIVE IT
A NEW NAME.]
This is a tactic most in use
when any government comes under intense pressure on a controversial issue which
as in the case of the
Commission
for Racial Equality
-Which we mentioned on its
inception that its title was an affront to the people of the most tolerant
people in the world and that there were already many laws already in existence
to cover any possible breach of the peace.
Eurofacts (continued)
Time to be bold as EU is
gripped by paralysis
One of the very few things
that EU foreign ministers can agree about is that the EU Constitution [For a United States of
Europe] should be given a new name!
Whatever their political
views most people who have taken the trouble to read the daft EU Constitution
are inclined to agree that compared to other such documents the text is prolix,
pompous and excessively long.
Needless to say this is not
the view of its author, [Mr X] the former French President Giscard d’Estaing
who still believes that it will be adopted.
In an interview with the Financial
Times on the 23rd May 2006 Giscard made it plain that despite
its rejection by the French and Dutch voters last year he remained optimistic
about its future. Provided that the
“modalities” were sorted out the treaty would be ratified without change, he
said.
The big mistake, apparently,
had been allowing ordinary voters in France and Holland to have a say:
“If we had chosen to have a
parliamentary votes last year the Constitution would have been easily
adopted. It is the method that has
provoked the rejection…There are 16 out of 25 countries that have ratified the
European Constitution [For a United States of Europe] That’s to say there’s a
qualified majority. There is an agreed (sic) text. The concern now is the
modalities of accepting it”
*
[Whatever changes take place
will make no difference to the determination of millions of people in our
island home to remain a FREE people in an Independent Sovereign Nation
State. As we have explained before it
is a matter for each subject-citizen to decide which camp to support -but there
can be NO surrender to a Foreign Power and if need be a civil war will result
if the Rights and Liberties are threatened by a
TRAITORS PARLIAMENT]
*
To continue:
Enunciating an entirely
novel approach to the interpretation of referendum results Giscard continued:
“It is not France that has
said no. It is 55 per cent of the French people-45 per cent of the French
people said yes.
I wish that we will have a
new chance a second chance, for the constitutional project [For a United States of
Europe] People have the right to change their opinion. The people might
consider that they made a mistake”.
Some people might, but not,
it seems, the former French President.
Giscard’s comments typify
the arrogance of a class which has shaped the EU institutions [See our Bulletin -Mr X] and which is consequently
responsible for its present state of paralysis as well as for many of Europe’s
most intractable economic and political problems.
He may believe that one day
every European capital will display a statue of the man who gave constitutional
form to the European project, but the odds are against.
The crisis which today
engulfs the European Union is profound as was apparent from the meeting of EU
foreign ministers in Vienna on the 27-28th May 2006, almost exactly
one year on from the French and Dutch referendums.
Eurosceptics should take
greater advantage of this fact
More palatable
Still unable to find a way
out of the morass one of the few things that the ministers could agree upon was
that the Germans should have the first shot at drawing up plans to resuscitate
the constitution next June- in effect extending the present ‘period of
reflection’ for a further twelve months [June 2007].
Press reports suggest that
the only other matter on which agreement could be reached was the term
“constitution” should be dropped in favour of something more palatable to the
voters.
[Such as the European country club-for elite members and friends only?]
On the big issues of whether
France and Holland should be made to re-sit the exam question they failed last
time around and how to deal with the spectre of referendums in the UK, Denmark
and the Czech republic (all strongly eurosceptic) if the French and Dutch
subsequently answer the question correctly , there was no agreement. Nor was
there agreement on whether the constitution should be preserved in its present
form.
*
[The EDP has always
opposed the need for a Referendum because it is tantamount to asking the people
whether they wish to be
Slave or Free
-a question which for a
decided majority would demand to retain their
Rights and Liberties
-as protected by our
Ancient Constitution.
Our contention is that even
if one Englishman or Scotchman for Welshman or Ulsterman would not give up the
most precious gift of
FREEDOM
-then that is sufficient
reason not to be a part of a despotic totalitarian State calling itself at the
present the
United States of Europe
-but whatever future label
which will endeavour to conceal this same diabolical creature.]
*
To continue:
Staging second referendums in France and Holland would of course be fraught
with huge risk for the europhiles since a further rejection of the TREATY would
surely kill it for all time.
A poll conducted by Open Europe on the first anniversary
of the polls in France and the Netherlands suggest a new referendum would see
the NO camp’s lead increase in both countries compared to last year.
In France, the survey showed
that 55 per cent would say NO compared to 54.5 per cent last year, while in
Holland 65 per cent would say NO compared to 61.5 per cent in 2005. Moreover, the poll also indicates that around two-thirds of voters
in both countries would take powers back from the EU
-which flatly contradicts
the claim that the referendums were not a vote against integration.
Among EU leaders there are
those who want to scrap the present constitution in favour of something
briefer, simpler, less ambitious. But
that raises the question of deciding what to do about the 16 countries
including three of the biggest- Germany, Italy and Spain-, which have ratified
the present text.
*
[The ANSWER is SIMPLE -
France -Holland and the United Kingdom? Leave the EU. In effect the EU will be destroyed at a stroke because the COST
to the remaining members will make the EU defunct.]
*
To continue:
There would be other
problems, too. The constitutional treaty was finalised following more than two
years of horse-trading [Just as happened in 1972 with the big give-away of our Fishing Fields
and other measures by the arch traitor Edward Heath a Nazi agent for 60 years
until his death last year]
As an excellent analysis by Honor
Mahoney of the euobserver pointed out on 24th May,
the danger of removing some parts of the Treaty, for examples in areas where
national sensibilities lead to the unravelling of the whole package- [Whoopee!]
Recently the EU Commission
has proposed that the so-called passarelle clause be invoked in order to reduce
the number of the vetoes in justice and criminal matters s that these can be
dealt with at the EU level.
This may still happen but
the initiative has been strongly opposed by Ireland and Germany. Both are said
to have agreed to stronger EU powers in these areas in the constitution, only
because they got other things in return and since these are no longer on offer
there is presently no basis for a deal.
As to the suggestion that
prospects for getting public approval for the constitution ca be improved by
changing its title -this smacks of desperation.
There is a well -established
EU tradition of trying to mislead the European electorates by calling things by
misleading or obscure names:
Competencies
rather than Powers
Rapid reaction forces rather
than [EU] Armies-etc.
-but it seems most unlikely
that the trick will work THIS TIME
Europe’s political elites
are capable of great cynicism and the voters-not least in Britain-have often
shown themselves gullible when it comes to EU matters.
But the device of changing
the name of the constitution [United States of Europe] while preserving its
substance in its entirety seems more likely to encourage derision than to win
public support.
No legal authority
In this situation almost the
only way European political integration can continue is if Ministers of Member
States permit measures for which there is no legal authority - as in the case
of the
Charter of Fundamental
Rights
And
European Defence Agency
-but this can only be done
at the cost of stoking up greater public antipathy towards the EU project as a
whole.
The fact of the matter is
that the EU project is in a deeper crisis than ever. It cannot be put into tactical reverse, and, on the EU’s own
admission; it cannot remain as it is.
The logical ting would be to
return to he starting point and to rethink the project in ways that fully
respect national sovereignties-but the philosophy which underlines the project
as well as the interests of Europe’s political elites do not, for a moment, permit
this.
In these circumstances,
British eurosceptics should be emboldened.
The EU is DOWN, if NOT OUT.
Those in public life who
have hesitated to acknowledge that leaving the EU is the sensible way forward
and that the case for ‘reform’ is risible should follow the example of Lord
Tebbit by announcing publicly their support for withdrawal.
The number of the great and
the good ready to contemplate withdrawal is plainly increasing, but further
public conversions are required if the eurosceptic cause is to regain a real
sense of momentum.
The recent improvement in
Tory fortunes should encourage Tory boldness. It is now just possible to
imagine a Tory government, which is not dependent on Lib-Dem support.
The party’s scope for honest
-speaking on the EU without damaging its prospects is correspondingly greater.
Remaining silent on
‘Europe’- when quite obviously ‘Europe’ is in a state of paralysis -in
the belief that this will assist a return to power could turn out to be
strategically foolish as well as unprincipled and irresponsible.
* * *
[Well Mr Nice- Guy-Dave
appears to have his own agenda and trying to extract substance in the way of
policy is like trying to get blood out of a stone.
Our opinion is that Mr
Cameron is a Blair clone with strong EU leanings and is biding his time until
his progeny has found his true vocation either in the upper echelons of the EU
or the UN.
It matters not one iota to
DAVE whether he leads the supposed Conservative Party or even the Labour Party. He has been in the shadows for a few years
and you can be assured that he was not wasting his time but being groomed for
the future. For WHAT! We will have to SEE?
One is reminded of the
legend of the Pied Piper of Hamelin.
Hamelin was a town in Hanover -Germany that was infested with rats and a
stranger in many-coloured garb offered to charm the rats away with his piping
in return for a certain sum. The offer was accepted, and the rats scampered
after the Pied Piper and were drowned in the River Weser. The townsmen denounced him as a sorcerer and
refused payment, whereupon the piper set up another tune and all the children
of the town scampered after him and disappeared with him in a hole in the
MOUNTAIN. [Or was it a GLACIER]
In our modern version of
events Mr Nice-Guy-Dave as leader or pied piper has charmed the Conservative
hopefuls and no doubt many from other parties with his Man of all Seasons where
everything is uncomplicated and certainly not nasty- a life of reasonableness
reigns. Those hearing the tune have
been taken in by this apolitical behaviour and have in many cases swallowed
this story line but there are now murmurings that life is not quite as
described even if Dave has visited a mountain.
What millions of previous
Conservative voters wanted from their new pied piper Leader in 2005 was for him
to lead the rats of BRUSSELS into the River Weser and different to the Legend
he would be rewarded with a cascade of returning voters to the fold.
Leaders have to lead and
what people want is policy that they can identify with whether it is palatable
or otherwise -not a hidden agenda, which may never be seen until it is too late
to complain.
The Labour Party changed its
policies to resemble in many cases conservatism and changed their party name to
New Labour.
The so- called Conservative
Party is no longer a party of conservative policies and YET it has NOT changed
its party name. WHY NOT?

EUROPEAN UNION
ATTACKED FOR HOARDING
£14 BILLION
[£14,000,000,000]
IN SECRET ACCOUNTS
*
Daily Mail
Tuesday, June 13-2006.
From
Justin Stares
in
Brussels
The European Union is
hoarding up to £14 billion of taxpayers’ money in secret bank accounts,
according to evidence to be presented in the House of Lords today. [JUNE12]
Critics last night compared
the ‘cash mountain’ to the notorious butter and grain mountains of the 1980s.
They say it is evidence that
the European Commission is seizing too much money from British taxpayers and
other member states.
Commission officials say
they always give back any surplus to national governments. But on a day-to-day basis the EU cash
surplus has risen as high as £14.7 billion, the same size as the entire economy
of Luxembourg. Details of the
reserves are contained in a submission to the House of Lords committee on
European finances.
It will be revealed today by
Independent MEP Ashley Mote, a member of the European Parliament’s
Budget Control Committee.
Mr Mote’s submission details
how difficult it is to track EU money and the failure of he Brussels Court of
Auditors to check up on where it goes.
The EU admits to having
662 bank accounts
-in 45 countries.
It also admits ‘dealing with’ another
214,000
-bank accounts across the
Globe.
Neil O’Brian, Director of the
Open
Europe -Think Tank, said:
-The EU has got to stop
running its accounts like a dodgy slush fund. Some people in the Commission are
determined to make the accounts so complicated that no one from the outside
will be able to tell what they are up to.
‘The EU’s cash mountain is
just as bad as its butter and Beef Mountains, because it means that corruption
and fraud can thrive in Brussels.’
[Tony Blair has been very
generous with giving away taxpayer’s money particularly our hard-fought REBATE.
This fact alone should debar Mr Blair from accepting any position in the EU in
the future.]

LATE NEWS!

Daily Mail

Blair’s failure on Europe,
by Geoff Hoon
[Previous Defence
Minister-Leader of the House of Commons -now Europe Minister]
by
Benedict Brogan
Political Editor
Tony Blair has failed to
persuade voters that it is worth being in the European Union, the Cabinet’s
chief Europe spokesman will admit today.
Geoff Hoon will set out in
stark terms he scale of the problem Ministers will face if they try to win a
referendum o the controversial EU Constitution.
‘The EU has a serious image
problem’ Mr Hon will concede in a speech that will be seized on by the Tories
as an admission that Blair’s pledge to ‘build a European consensus’ has
come to nothing.
Mr Hoon, who was demoted to
Europe Minister in the reshuffle last month, will give a candid assessment of
persistent voter hostility to the EU, arguing that only one in three voters see
a point in membership [And many of those in the ‘Yes’ camp have been bought with patronage]
Speaking ahead of this
week’s EU summit in Brussels, he will say that more than 30 years since Britain
joined, public opinion has barely shifted.
But his verdict will also be
seen as an indictment of the Prime Minister’s failure t make the EU more
popular with voters. ‘One of the most damning statistics is whether UK citizens
believe they have benefited from our UK membership,’ he will tell the Centre
for European Reform.
‘ You have 30 per cent of UK
citizens saying they recognise the benefits. That’s about the same as when we
joined.’
Mr Hoon who will set out his
agenda for Europe with a focus on restoring its battered reputation with the
public, will argue that voters remain unconvinced by EU membership despite what
he claims is the move in Brussels towards a British-led agenda of economic
reform.
He will also claim that the
EU is valuable in areas voters are concerned about such as the ENVIRONMENT and
CLIMATE CHANGE.
[As is usual with the EU
fanatics they desperately seize on matters, which could have been dealt with
outside a corrupt and monstrous totalitarian police state calling itself the
European Union as justification for the continued existence of that unnecessary
baggage.
The cost to Britain has been
enormous in lost Fishing Fields -overpriced Agricultural Policy- interference
in National Constitutions -Law and much else. -Over a billion Regulations
-Declarations and overmuch mindless and unnecessary regulation-Billions of
pounds lost in the Mammoth black hole of the unaccountable ‘hands up if you
agree’ system which hid any pretence that it was fail- proof with 600 votes per
hour -provided everyone said ‘Yes’ in by circuitive routes voting massive sums
into thousands of bank accounts over the past thirty years.
A Europe of co-operative Independent
Nation States would have been quite capable of discussing many topics
of European and World concern. The EU
or its intended objective a
UNITED STATES OF EUROPE
is a
wonderful mulch cow for the
many millions of Elite followers from the 25 Member States, will be well
rewarded and a select but numerous body will have no need to be troubled by Law
or Taxes as they would be exempted from such matters.
You notice that there is no
mention of the words ‘FREEDOM or LIBERTY’ as these expressions are TABOO in the
EU.
You must have guessed it by
now the EU is for those who wish to make fools of YOU!
To return:
Last year’s rejection of the
[New Constitution] in the referendums in France and the Netherlands initially
killed off the drive to impose the constitution and the federal Europe. [Everyone knows that the EU
is an unstoppable machine and though it may have slowed since the rejections it
is still in business]
The result allowed Mr Blair
to duck what was widely expected to have been a resounding ‘NO’ if a British
referendum o the proposal had gone ahead.
*
[What Tony Bliar fails to
grasp is that the EU is NOT only an Economic issue it is even more importantly
for millions of subject-citizens loyal to the Queen and Ancient Constitution a
matter of our accustomed LIBERTY which cannot be handed to a Foreign Power.
Therefore even IF through LIES and DECEIT a referendum went
Blair’s way -there would be the seeds of a Civil War to reclaim the fruits of
the victory of Naseby (1645) the day of the decisive defeat by Cromwell over
Charles 1 and the Royalists. But it will be a Royal Standard around which the
rebellion will fought in any future war to protect the
‘Rights and Liberties’ which
Mr Bliar and your cronies should know are
NOT FOR SALE!
‘As was said Charles the
First would have dragged the human race back to slavery…there were men in the
nation who loved England more than the king, and loved truth and justice more
than England; and such men dared to protest to the king that the English people
had ancient liberties which he had sworn at his crowning to observe.
DO
YOU GET IT NOW MR HOON?
[As a Privy Councillor to Her
Majesty the Queen Mr Geoff Hoon you gave an Oath of Allegiance -the
contents of which you know doubt remember -but should you need reminding we are pleased to mention the salient points
in the language of the time:
“NOE FORREIGNE [PRINCE,
PERSON, PRELATE.STATE OR POTENTATW HATH OR OUGHT TO HAVE JURISDICTION, POWER,
SUPERIORITY, PRE-EMINENCE WUTHIN THIS REALM.”
(Bill of Rights -1689)
For details are on our
Bulletin Board- need we say more?]
*
To return:
But there have been signs in
recent months that in other EU countries political leaders are trying to revive
the discredited document and are pressing for a renewed attempt to get it
passed.
[It should be remembered
that in many of the countries that have already ratified the New Constitution
of a
UNITED STATES OF EUROPE
gave NO referendum to
their peoples and therefore in TRUTH the ratification was not with the FULL consent
of its people. Though as we have previously explained the English Constitution and
our past history does not permit such a surrender of Sovereignty to a Foreign
Power.]

The abolition of Britain
by The Reform Treaty
- Passed by majority of 138
The abolition of Britain
by The Reform Treaty
- Passed by majority of 138
MPs voted by 362 - 224 for the Reform Treaty in its Second Reading on
Monday 21st January. This sixth and final treaty, now renamed the Lisbon
Treaty, formally replaces Britain with the European Union on 1st January
2009. This is a year before the deadline set by the Chancellor of
Germany, Angela Merkel.
The Treaty will abolish the British Constitution, and therefore the
nations of Britain and England, sweeping away our Westminster
Parliament, and giving the EU the power to close it.
The Treaty sets up an unelected three tier politburo executive in
Brussels with absolute power, a dictatorship on the soviet model. The EU
parliament has no power and is a sham.
Read the Reform Treaty one page summary on the left. Gordon Brown was
lying: the Treaty is worse than the constitution.
This sixth treaty is the fastest moving and most secret the EU has
drafted; opposition to and recognition of the EU as a police state is
growing, and they know speed is vital.
This Commons vote, one of the most important in our history, was
largely unreported by our controlled press and media.
The Queen and Parliament to complete ratification this spring, 2008
Parliament has allocated 29 days to discuss this treaty in February (not
much for its own abolition). They will probably have the final
ratification vote in March. The Queen, the EU's most loyal supporter,
plans to give her Royal Assent in June 2008. This means Westminster and
the Queen will ratify it behind our backs, as they have the other five
treaties.
No referendum
German Chancellor Merkel chose this sixth Treaty instead of pushing it
through as a constitution to avoid referendums in its member nations.
She twice visited 10 Downing Street and forced Gordon Brown to cancel
both his promised referendum, and his General Election.
"Anti-EU" groups have
encouraged us to call for a
referendum precisely because
the EU has already
prohibited it. They know we
are wasting our efforts: our
four party leaderships take
their orders from the EU,
not from the voters.
How to fight
The real course of action is to change the minds of 70 MP's and get
a majority against. MP's have been selected on the Party list system
over the last 20 years to ensure an obediant majority of pro-EU MPs.
These MPs now need to understand the EU has the constitution (the six
treaties) of a dictatorship, the laws of a police state, and when
enforced, its 111,000 regulations will create a government command
economy, soviet style: dictatorships cause poverty.
They also need to realise that MPs are the people who put this
dictatorship in power. If they put it in power, they are the greatest
threat to take it out of power. All dictatorships in the past have
eliminated that threat. Inside the EU, the lives of MPs will be even
worse than our own; at best, they are likely to be institutionalised and
held against their will. (This is the only good bit - these hated
traitors will suffer severely.)
Visit your MP in his surgery NOW and explain this. (Instructions top
left)
The EU remains illegal
Each of these six treaties are completely illegal under the British
Constitution, our 1689 Bill of Rights, our treason laws, and under our
common law. It is unforgivable that the Queen, her Ministers and our
Parliament have committed the criminal act of treason by signing these
treaties, and broken our laws to abolish our nation.
The EU will always be
illegal in Britain; but once
the EU has complete power
and control here, we can no
more get rid of it than we
could Germany, had their
planned illegal occupation
of Britain in 1940 been
successful.
The Countdown to abolition
Whereas the 465 page EU Constitution would have abolished the five
treaties and replaced them with a single document conferring absolute
power, the Reform Treaty adds to the existing five treaties, bringing
them up to the powers of the EU Constitution. All six treaties with
appendices add up to nearly 10,000 complex and unreadable pages. Tony
Blair agreed to it on 23rd June 2007 as his final stab in Britain’s
back. On the 23rd July there was an Intergovernmental Conference (IGC),
when we should have seen a first draft of the Treaty.
Foreign ministers agreed its terms on 7-8th September at the resort
of Viana de Castelo, Portugal. There was a summit in Lisbon on the 18th
and 19th October, where they hoped to sign the Treaty, but Gordon Brown
signed it on December 13th 2007, commiting treason, the most criminal
act on the statute book.
The EU has decided to act now as if the Treaty were already in force;
they are consolidating their power each day. On 1.1.2009 the Reform
Treaty and the other five seize all remaining power from our Westminster
Parliament, which becomes defunct on that day; it has no remaining
powers whatsoever. (The Treaties do allow Brussels to return minor
powers, but that is very unlikely.) On 11th June 2009 we have bogus
elections to the sham Brussels Parliament, the only elections we will
get in the future.
Westminster's five year term expires on 5th May 2010 and a British
General Election is due. The six treaties make no provision for an
election to our Parliament. By that time the EU will have consolidated
its absolute power, and it will almost certainly use it cancel that
election and to close Westminster. The EU has always planned to rule
what was Britain directly through its 12 nominated Regional capitals, by
passing Westminster, from which every function will be removed.
Its founders knew the EU dictatorship cannot be built while there is
a strong and freedom loving Britain on its doorstep. They tried twice
before in 1914 and 1939. Britian has to be utterly destroyed for the EU
to succeed. The success of the EU's Frankfurt School subversion
techniques on Britain (see left) has been astonishing; the abolition of
Westminster is one of their final remaining goals.
You have 11 months left
Treason is the most serious of all Britain’s crimes. You have just 11
months left to bring these vile British traitors to justice, and get us
out of the EU dictatorship.
Around 45 million British
people are against the
abolition of our nation, and
with the little European
voting that has been
allowed, it seems clear over
200 million of its victims
don’t want the EU. But we
will never be given the
choice. YOU have to decide
to act yourself.
There are ways to stop the EU - see "Your Campaigns" on the left.
Then we will need a mass blockade of Westminster to stop our criminal
MP's and Queen breaking our constitution and laws for the last time.

Stood for the leadership
| Where we are now:
1. Since 1972 The Queen has
illegally signed five of the six EU
Treaties.
2. The five treaties define and build the EU as an unelected
dictatorship.
3. The EU's laws, passed by Westminster, give it the powers
of a police state.
4. The sixth EU treaty will complete the abolition of Britain
as a nation
- the Queen is due to sign it this year.
A foreign power, the EU, will then rule us, and enforce the
laws of a police state.
Shouldn't we repeal the 1972 European Communities Act
now
before we are imprisoned permanently inside? We've only got till
July 2008.
Please fight the campaigns at the top of
the menu on the left.
The leaderships of the
Conservative, Labour and Lib Dem parties have been controlled by
the European Union for two decades. It is the EU agenda they
implement in Parliament, not your wishes, which is why your vote
doesn't count.
Our controlled press and media haven't reported it, but
Britain would have been abolished in November 2006 if the
French and Dutch hadn't voted down the EU Constitution.
Instead a sixth and final Treaty will now be signed; after
which EU Commissioners will have the power to impose the
Constitution (and the Euro) on us, and enforce the laws of a
police state.
5. Thirty three years inside the EU - have you noticed how
our democracy is being withdrawn?
The EU has already denied us that most basic of human rights -
the right to vote against the EU and to keep our own nation. A
majority of us don't want to be in the EU. We are being forced
in against our will.
Do you feel you've become powerless, unable to influence
events, or your vote is worth less? The six treaties have been
gradually removing our democracy; for thirty years our laws have
been "harmonised" with the EU; 80% of the laws now passed by our
Parliament are EU laws, not ours. Isn't the real reason people
have lost interest in politics precisely because the EU has
taken away our ability to change things?
Common law, where the government was our servant, is now
largely replaced by the EU's Corpus Juris, which puts the
government above the law, and we don't participate. We have
already lost most of our rights (including habeas corpus). The
power of government grows unchecked, as does that of large
corporations. Politicians continuously lie about the EU,
pretending its not significant.
6. Massive EU corruption
The EU's auditors have found the fraud is so widespread they've
refused to sign off the EU's accounts for each of the last
ten years. Whistleblowers like Marta Andreason, the EU
Budget Director, who in 2005 found the EU couldn't account for
95% of its £66 billion budget, are simply fired for
telling the truth.
7.The bribing of our Politicians by the EU
Europe works by bribing politicians with huge salaries and
expenses to vote for Europe, against the best interests of their
own voters.
As a result all three parties are in favour of the EU -
Westminster acts like a one party state of politicians: the
Lib-Lab-Con. The parties are run top down and implement the
policy of their leaderships, not that of their members.
(unfortunately UKIP is run in the same way). If you have voted
for the Labs, Cons or Lib-Dems since 1969, you have voted
for the EU dictatorship.
8. EU corruption is now exploding through our Civil
Service, our local government, and our 7,000 quangos.
A shadow EU government lives inside our bureaucracy,
headquartered in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM.)
It includes many parts of government including the RDA and the
Regional Assemblies. Common Purpose, an EU organisation,
the UK branch also headquartered in the ODPM, has members across
many government organisations including some city and county
councils, the Land Registry, the police and the NHS, which it is
destroying from within.
Common Purpose is the glue that enables fraud to be
committed across these government departments, most of it lining
the pockets of politicians and bureaucrats. It often involves
the sale of public assets such as land to friends of politicians
or their businesses. (The RDA -The EU Regional Development
Agency, is a major player in this type of fraud.) And the
handing out of plum government non jobs with big salaries and
expenses to members of Common Purpose, all of it involving the
theft of our money as taxpayers. The Chief Executive Officer of
Common Purpose is Julia Middleton of the ODPM.
9. Businesses closing under EU regulation
The EU's 111,000 regulations, when fully enforced, will
transform Britain from a free market economy into a Soviet style
command economy, closing hundreds of thousands more businesses.
They will also control our personal lives far more closely than
were those of Soviet citizens. (In a Parliamentary answer to
Lord Stoddart in January 2003, the government admitted there
were 101,811 EU regulations, growing at 3,500 pa).
The cost of Britain's 8,500 quangoes is £124 billion a year,
and they raise an additional £40 billion from us in charges,
according to the Cabinet Office. The Public Bodies Directory
2006 describes only 882 of them. Most exist to enforce EU
regulations; nearly all should be closed.
10. The EU costs us £200 billion pa, 20% of our economy
According to the government's Better Regulation Task Force
Annual Report 2005 (Introduction written by Tony Blair,)
complying with EU regulations now costs our economy over £100
billion a year.
By far the largest treasury expense is now the £167 billion
spent on the EU's 8,500 quangos, (Cabinet Office figures) most
of which enforce EU regulation. This is patronage, bribery,
putting thousands of officials and influential businessment on
£100,000 - £300,000 a year salaries. That's why the Exchequer is
so desperate for cash and can't pay for the navy, nurses,
students etc.
Economists say we lose £80 billion pa by associating with the
EU's inferior economies. The EU took our fishing industry, which
costs us £5 billion pa. EU damage to other industries (like
forcing us to close the Rover Car Co) a further £20 billion. Our
EU contribution is a relatively minor £10 billion, the only bit
the Press discuss.
Before we joined the EU we had an even balance of trade with
them. Now EU regulations have fixed it so we lose £30 billion
year trading with the EU on our balance of payments. We'd be
enormously more wealthy if we left.
The main use of taxes is now to finance government and its
greedy whirlpool of waste; they've doubled in real terms in the
33 years we've been in the EU. There's less money in the economy
left for wages, creating a growing underclass who can't make
ends meet.
11. Our counties to be abolished
The Queen signed the 1992 Maastricht Treaty, which adopts the EU
Regionalisation Plan. This will abolish England's 48 counties
and replace them with 9 European regions, each with their own
Regional Capital, which reports directly to Brussels, not to
Westminster. This effectively obliterates the country of
England. For example the County of Cornwall is replaced by the
South West Region, which stretches from Lands End and includes
Gloucestershire and Wiltshire; its regional capital is Exeter.
As this move is unpopular it is being kept low-key and will not
be implemented until the sixth treaty is signed, when we lose
our right to object.
12. The deliberate destruction of our standards and way of
life,
From Sunday trading, where large stores force staff to work
Sundays for derisory pay - or they don't get a job, to the
deliberate undermining of the family and teachers, to sex
education for the under 13's, to children being given obscene
homework, its all traceable via our compliant government back to
the EU over the last 34 years, as it sucessfully implemented the
subversion of the Frankfurt School. While inside atheist Europe,
British Christianity has almost died out; safety on our streets
and a great chunk of civilised life has left with it.
13. The EU has controlled our immigration since 1997
In January 2007 on the front page of The Westminster News we
forecast 1.5 million immigrants for the year, and people laughed
at us. On January 24th 2008 the Daily Express published
government figures of 1.3 million Polish immigrants alone for
2007. With Romania and Hungary joining in that year the total
was probaly double that. The Amsterdam Treaty handed control of
our immigration to the EU. 30,000 a year used to arrive - the
EU's increased it by 60 times That's why house prices
have been screaming up, even though the population of original
British people is falling.
Politicians and huge corporations like immigration - with
thousands of immigrants available on low pay, they can impose
the minimum wage on millions. Politicians then lie that they
can't get British workers to do dirty jobs. The truth is they
won't offer a decent wage, and cynically use immigrants to drive
wages down, adding to the huge underclass.
The Government pretends there are a maximum of 145,000
immigants annually, and 1.5 million new houses will be needed to
house them. But then Jack Straw admits that 2.6 million
immigrants applied to stay here last year.
Our infrastructure and services can't stand such huge numbers
and is breaking down in some cities, where English people are
becoming a 10% minority. But the EU controls it, not the Foreign
secretary, and he has no power, no options but to do as EU
policy dictates, and accept it.
Michael Howard was lying on the 24th January 2005 when he
said he'd fix immigration - as Prime Minister, he'd have had no
control over it whatsoever. Immigration hurts our existing
immigrants first - new immigrants move into their areas,
decreasing the wages and increasing the pressure on housing.
If the sixth Treaty is signed, we lose our right to
withdraw and Britain ceases to be a nation. Like the other six,
it only requires two signatures: the Prime Ministers, and the
Queen's |

| Examples of how our lives
have degraded since we've been in the EU:
In the EU, (which means in Britain) government is
above the law.
The EU's corpus juris now pervades right through our
legal system. A policeman was let off by magistrates
this year (2005) for driving his private car at 159 mph
in Ludlow, Shrops. Under Corpus Juris the government are
above the law and cannot be prosecuted The judge ruled
correctly under EU law. 45,000 police officers got off
speed cameras in this way in 2004, although their
speeding killed 44 innocent people. (Daily Mail
27.12.05.)
EU "monitoring Officers" have the right to dismiss
our Councillors.
The Local Government Act of 2000 empowered the head of
the EU government in England, the Office of the Deputy
Prime Minster (ODPM) to appoint a monitoring officer to
spy on every council. If an elected councillor disagrees
with the EU or government line, the unelected "Standards
Board for England" can suspend him for up to five years.
An example is in Cambridgeshire, where the ODPM has
threatened cllr Alex Riley with suspension if he attends
any debate discussing the ODPM's plans to build a new
town of 20,000 people called Nothstowe on his ward. The
ODPM has the conflict of interest here; but its powers
are becoming absolute.
We have lost the right to freedom
The EU arrest warrant (signed by the Queen on 18th
November 2003) allows us to be arrested without charge
and held indefinitely with no right to see a solicitor,
make a phone call, or even a right to a trial. You can
simply disappear.
Under the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act
(SOCPA) 2005, we can now be arrested and held in the
cells by any police officer for any petty offence, like
dropping litter. Before it had to be an offense that
carried a 5 year jail term. This also applies to all of
the EU's 107,000 regulations. Do you know them all?
The Civil Contingences Act 2004 allows government to
confiscate anything you possess permanently; you have no
right to object. This includes your house. It also gives
government the right to forceably move its population
around to different locations; you can be left with no
place to call your own and live like a refugee. The only
check and balance here is a Minister just needs to utter
the words "This is a national emergency." If a
demonstration or strike government doesn't like is being
organised, they can cut off all communications in a town
- phones, mobiles, the internet, TV, and block all
access to that town including closing roads and
railways. It has all the powers and more of Hitler's
Enabling Act of 1933.
We have lost the right to free speech
At the Labour Party conference the police held an 82
year old man, Walter Woolfgang, and denied him access to
the conference under the EU's "anti terrorist"
legislation because he had shouted the word "nonsense"
at Jack Straw, who was speaking about Iraq. Terrified
the true nature of the laws they have passed on behalf
of the EU was escaping too early, the Labour Party
stopped the police and begged the man to return to
conference.
On October 25th 2005 Miss Maya Evans was arrested
under the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005,
for a lone protest at the Cenotaph by reading out the
names of the 97 British soldiers killed in the Iraq war.
She was arrested by no less than 14 police officers and
found guilty at Bow Street Magistrates Court on the 8th
December 2005.
Would you hand over our nation, to be ruled by a
foreign power, with oppressive laws like these, ? That's
what's happening.
We have lost the right to protest
These laws make protest very difficult; if we did hold a
General Strike and blockade Westminster it would now
require some bravery: the powers the EU has demanded
from our government enable it to respond in a way
similar to the Chinese government's in Tiaanamen Square
should it so wish.
It is no coincidence that since 2004, all MP's
offices in Westminster are guarded by police with
machine guns, inside and out.
The Governments "terrorism" deception
All these new EU laws, including massive "anti
terrorism" acts (recently 2000, 2001, 2005) were passed
with the pretence they were only directed at
terrorists, or in the case of Asbos, ruffians who
terrorise the streets. In each case they are used far
more often against ordinary law abiding people,
particularly to suppress dissent. (91% of those detained
under Terrorism Acts are innocent and have been
improperly arrested. Most of the remainder are charged
with offences that have nothing to do with terrorism,
but cover up over zealous arrests).
We have lost the right to life
Under EU law the "Shoot to kill" policy did not need
democratic authorisation. Just two senior police
officers authorised the police to kill British people. A
democratic vote by Parliament was not required, but even
that would not have legalised the killing under British
common law. A recent victim was an innocent Brazilian,
Jean de Menezes, shot dead in Stockwell underground
station, even though he was being held down by police
officers at the time of the execution. The police used
dum-dum bullets, outlawed under the Geneva Convention
because they blow a man to pieces inside.
The police can no longer be convicted for killing
innocent people - Philip Prout shot at Lewannick in East
Cornwall is just one of 30 people shot dead by police
since 1992 when corpus juris crept in. At least one was
shot in the back; most were no threat to anyone. Not
once since 1992 has a policeman been convicted of any
crime for these murders.
Have you noticed this growing police state?
In addition to many more laws than those above, add the
107,000 regulations, and whole bureaucracies such as
VOSA building up networks of cameras and databases to
record our movements and criminalise us when we can't
comply. Persecution is no longer confined to motorists;
under EU Corpus Juris our courts have become extensions
of government power instead of independent arbiters of
justice.
Westminster had passed sufficient of the EU's
oppressive laws (the "harmonisation" in the Treaties) by
the end of 2004 that we have been living in what is
legally a police state since then. But at the moment,
its only one per cent enforced. After the Queen signs
the sixth Treaty, the EU has the absolute power to
enforce 100% of its regulations and laws.
