which Mikhail Gorbachev has referred to as 'the new European  Soviet'

In order to unravel the outlines of covert Communist Soviet strategy to collectivise Europe,

Christopher Story explains, in Part 1, that there has been no  genuine discontinuity of Soviet strategy since the false 'changes' of 1989-91, and that the Soviet Union was dismantled -strictly for external public consumption only -in part, so as to provide 'space' for the mysteriously eastwards -expanding

When the Allies established the

West German Government

under

Konrad Adenauer in the late 1940s, the returning Nazis penetrated the main structures at the end of the preplanned 40-year Allied occupation of Germany in 1989.

The European Union -a political collective constructed along Soviet and Pan-German lines -is the primary vehicle for the establishment of

European collective hegemony

being exploited today by the covert

Communist Russians and their Pan-German collaborators.
