Reason No 232-
Right wing extremist parties - with
xenophobic policies -are gaining more and more power
in Europe
AS A RESULT OF THE EU
It's happening in England and its
happening in Germany, France, Austria, Belguim and
Italy. Soldiers in the German
Army celebrated
Hitler's birthday with Nazi salutes.
The introduction of the euro, and the
attempt to turn Europe into a single bureaucratic
nation, is responsible for this rise in xenophobia
-a development which could easily turn into
wide-spread genuine racism.
The Germans and the French are
becoming increasingly embittered at the prospect of
seeing their hard-won prosperity diluted as their
nations are subjugated to a monolithic STATE.
Racism could quickly spread
throughout Europe as more and more people become
angry at what is happening to THEIR COUNTRY.
The best way to stop the development
of racism is to ABANDON THE EU SUPERSTATE.

Reason No 234
-
Do you remember the petrol protest in England during
the AUTUMN of 2000? Long queues at the pumps.
Tanker drivers in disputes.All sorts of accusations
and counter accusations.
Blair
and brown stood firm and refused to lower petrol
taxes.
OR DID
THEY?
In fact, two weeks before the
protest, Brown had attended a meeting of the
European Council of Ministers where the EU had
decided that England's petrol tax would never be
reduced.
Blair and Brown had no choice. they
did what they were told. There are other examples of
Europe interfering with the ENGLISH TAX SYSTEM.
For
example, in his pre-budget speech in November 2000
Gordon |brown announced he was cutting tax on
repairs to church building to 5%.
OH NO
YOU AREN'T GORDON.
The EU
ordered that the churches should pay the full 17.5 %
and brown was overruled.

Reason 244 -
the system of proportional representation (favoured
in the EU) may , on the service, sound fairer than
England's old-fashioned first-past-the-post system.
But the PARTY LIST system of
proportional representation favoured by the EU
-means that professional politicians can stay
in power FOR EVER -without having to worry about
being elected.
Citizens give their
votes to a party, not a politician. And the people
who control the party decide which politicians GET
THE SEATS, THE SALARIES,THE HOUSES, THE CARS, THE
PENSIONS and THE PERKS.
New boundaries for
the European Parliament elections reduce the number
of constitutences dramatically. In future, each
constituency will have between 3 and 11 MEPs -all
nominated by the leaders of the varuious political
parties. It will be impossible to vote for an
individual MEP (unless you vote for a TRUE
INDEPENDENT)
We will simply be
expected to vote for a party. And since all main
parties support the EU there is little opportunity
for DISSENT.

Reason 248-
English citizens used to be able to PETITION THEIR
MONARCH if they had a concern or grievance.
THIS RIGHT was given under the MAGNA CARTA.
According to the LAW of ENGLAND the House of Lords
must accept petitions from citizens, and take them
to the reigning Monarch. THE MONARCH MUST THEN HEAR
THEM.
This right has been quietly set
aside. Petitions raised by citizens now go to the
relevant minister asnd are invaribly simply
shredded.
the MAGNA CARTA, signed by King John
in June 1215, STILL STANDS. It is doubtful if
even the fat burghers of BRUSSELS can make it go
away.
Much of what has been done in recent
years is undoubtedly ILLEGAL, UNCONSTITUTIONAL and
contrary to both ENGLISH COMMON LAW and the MAGNA
CARTA.
So, why not test the legality of EU
legislation in court?
YOU CAN'T
Try it, and you will be dismissed as a
'vexatious litigant'. the courts will not
even hear the case. Ministers and the EU regard
themselves
ABOVE THE LAW and out of reach of
ordinary citizens. When I recently tried to take the
HOME SECRETARY to COURT (for stomping on my HUMAN
RIGHTS and FREEDOM to speak out) I was told THAT I
COULD NOT.
WE HAVE TAXATION
WITHOUT REPRESENTATION.

Reason No 291
It will soon be ILLEGAL to WITHDRAW from the EU.
Even TALKING or WRITING (or possibly THINKING) about
LEAVING will be ILLEGAL.

IT IS NOT
NECESSARY FOR A GOVERNMENT TO BE FOREVER DOING
THINGS INTERFERING IN EVERY ASPECT OF LIFE.
