E U COUNCIL OF MINISTERS

 

With its soviet-sounding name, the Council of Ministers changes its composition in accordance with the ‘subject’ addressed. For instance, the Finance Council (Council of Finance Ministers, or ECOFIN) consists of Finance Ministers and their advisers/staffers, whereas the Transport Council consists of Transportation Ministers and their advisers/staff.

 

The Council’s ‘work’ is prepared for it by COREPER - historically COREPER 1 and COREPER 2, which are two committees (Committees of Permanent Representatives), 1 being superior to 2. The work of COREPER is ‘fed’ by a powerful and little known ‘K4’ Committee.

All these entities change their composition in accordance with the agenda.

 

Well over 3,000 secret EC Committees, details of which are being withheld from the European Parliament and investigators, conduct the ‘work’ of the EC in secrecy and without any control or accountability.

 

These secret committees are a primary ‘engine room’ of the New Underworld Order of unfettered, corrupt ‘cooperation’ ‘Decisions’ taken by the Council are collective decisions, prearranged by its underlying controlling committees.
