LABOUR was accused last night of creating
a generation of QUANGO cronies who owe their highly paid public jobs to
their links with Tony Blair and his PARTY.
A Tory dossier was published detailing
20 friends and allies of the Prime Minister who earn up to £300,000 a
year from jobs handed out by the GOVERNMENT.
The top ‘Quango King’ is Lord Smith the
former Culture Secretary who was last week appointed Chairman of the
Advertising Standards Authority, a lucrative post that entitles him to
pocket £120,000 for a maximum
THREE DAY WEEK.
Between them, the 20 members of the
Quangocracy have held 83 public posts under this Labour
Government, six have worked directly for the Labour Party and five are
currently
LABOUR PEERS.
Another Sir Christopher Evans, has been
arrested in connection with the
‘Cash For Peerages Scandal’
-which is expected to lead Scotland Yard
detectives to quiz the
PRIME
MINISTER
Shadow Culture Secretary Hugo Swire
said: This latest appointment confirms Tessa Jowell as the
‘QUANGO QUEEN’
-handing out lucrative posts to
LABOUR SUPPORTERS.
‘ THE number of vested interests in these
appointments is quite astounding. These people are:
UNELECTED
UNACCOUNTABLE

of the
PUBLIC SECTOR.
