A Sense of history is the real

VICTORY

THE CHILD stood on the spot where Nelson was hit.  A rainstorm had made people run off the deck of HMS Victory, so he was almost alone.  The brass plague showed the exact place on the quarterdeck.  The child jumped up and down on the plague.  Now the father read from a book

Lord Nelson was killed by a musket ball from a French sniper.’  The word ‘killed’ always makes children pay attention. If it comes with mental pictures of blood and agony, that’s even better.

‘Did he have his head blown off?’ Ryan, aged eight, asked his father.

‘Not everyone has his head blown off?’ the boy was told.

Then the story was explained and the Battle of Trafalgar, a majestic day in the wonderful calendar of this country’s history came alive.

Ryan could not get enough.

His school was near Kingsworthy, Winchester, and just about every child there had been to Victory.

This was his turn. His father, Kieran, was taking a few days off work because Ryan had some holiday had some holiday time to fill.

When the rain stopped, people climbed back on deck. There were 100 children at least.  The next big group where the elderly, struggling with steep steps. The ship was alive.

On October 21st 2005

-it will be 200 years

Since the greatest

of all admirals

died after that sniper

shattered his spine

Ryan tried to lift a cannon ball, but only managed to move it.  Did you know anything about Nelson before your father told you, he was asked.  He certainly did, he said.  There were posters on the school wall.

What do you know about Nelson then? ‘He was a titch.’  He was right. Nelson was only 5ft 4in Kieran was proud this was known.

Simon Willerton was acting as guide

A survey had said more than half the schoolchildren had never heard of Nelson.

-he was told.

‘That’s not our experience on the ship itself.

Watch the faces coming up the gangplank.

Watch for the excitement,’ he said.

Kieran said he would like to know just where the children who didn’t know about Nelson came from.

‘Can’t say it any more, can you, but I bet a fair few of them weren’t born here.’ That sort of thing always upset statistics is what he thought.

Another guide, Terrence Hill lifted a small cannonball and gave it to a boy.  He could manage the 12lb, but not the one at the far end, which was almost 60lb.

‘These guns fired at point blank range,’ Simon said.  ‘I mean point blank:  20ft from the enemy ship, as close as 6ft or even touching.

The children were mesmerised by the stories of exploding decks and sailors cut to shreds by huge shards of shattering wood.

Terrence Hill walked the deck, explaining.  ‘Were any French killed?’ a small boy shouted.

‘Oh, most certainly thousands more than the British.  It was a great day for us.’

Blair would seethe and grind his teeth to hear such

Patriotism

He had to have his arm twisted to support any Royal Navy involvement

in the anniversary at all.

Blair should be made to walk Victory’s old decks and listen to the little hearts beating with pride.

Even some of the 12-year-olds had to duck under the beams of the lower gun decks. ‘How small were the sailors in those days?’

Terrence turned.  ‘That’s the most asked question from all people who ever come to see Victory,’ he said.

‘In fact, they weren’t much smaller.  The decks were built so low to give stability to the ship when the 104 guns were firing.’ Epic accounts of Nelson’s life raked the Victory like a broadside.

‘If they didn’t feel his heroics when they came aboard, they will by the time they leave,’ Terrence said.

Back at school, Ryan said the boys kept talking about the rats. ‘There were rats here all right.’ Terrence said to a bunch of children with huge eyes and blue and grey uniforms.

HOW did they get rid of them? In a special kind of way,’ he said, with a smile starting to beam. ‘Come on…you boys and girls must have heard of ratatouille.’

An old fellow found the steep stairs a problem. He had to pull hard on the handrail and pass up his walking stick.  There were big gulps of breath at the top. Seeing the schoolchildren enjoying themselves cured it.

‘Wonderful they’re so interested,’

he said, with pleasure.  ‘The emphasis seems to be to destroy the memory or, at best, to hide our history’.

No one had a chance to hide anything from the group on board.

‘Please, how did they get Nelson back to England? A guide told them it was in a barrel of brandy.

The children went wild.  ‘Did they drink the brandy afterwards?’

‘I bet they tried,’ they were told.

More rain made people hurry down to the lower decks.  The ship was all about guns. Nelson slept with a big cannon at his feet and one next to his head.  The noise of battle stunned your brain and the smell was like anaesthetic.

Ryan had roamed for two hours. Now, tired, he was being edged towards the car park.  He had his picture taken through the grey light with Victory right behind him.

Enjoy it? ‘Terrific,’ he declared.

Also he learned some history, his father said.

Which isn’t this Government’s idea at all.

Because apologising for the events of history is what they’re really keen on.

[WE were surprised a matter of some months ago when we saw the close warm greeting between Mrs May and Angela Merkel when they met to discuss BREXIT. WE expected that they would have kept at arms length ,at the time, that  a distance between them would have given more confidence to Brexiteers that the negotiations would not be a 'SELL OUT' which in some areas such as our Fishing Fields and the sovereignty of our sea lanes... we now have our suspicions. ]

As the picture above clearly shows it has been decades of association between Theresa May and  Frau Merkel who was a civil servant under the  Communist East German Government.  May's treasonous Cabinet plan appears to have all the hallmarks of the mindset of the German Chancellor.  May has admitted that she is in close contact with her once teen age friend so we should'nt be surprised if more bad news follows?

[A LESSON OF HISTORY]]

SATURDAY

ESSAY

BY

SIMON JENKINS: Dictators failed to unite Europe's ... - Daily Mail

OCTOBER 20, 2018

ON AUGUST 6, 1806, a herald in full regalia rode across Vienna to the city's Jesuit church. He climbed the tower blew his silver trumpet and summoned the crowd to silence. he then announced that the Holy Roman Empire was dead.

After a thousand years of existence, Europe's oldest union was being wound up-courtesy of Napoleon. The crowd wept.

Might it happen again? History tells us that whenever Europe tries to act in unison, it screws up. The Holy Roman Emperor Charlemagne left an empire that collapsed in ruins. Ferdinand of Bohemia tried to create a single Roman Catholic empire, and unleashed the Thirty Years War in the 17th century. Napoleon brought most of Europe under his rod, an millions died until Wellington did for him at Waterloo.

The Allies punished Germany after the First World War, and so brought Hitler to power. Today's European Union mishandled Russia after 1989 and paved  the way for the reign of Vladimir Putin.

Anyone who believes the EU is so modern, united and peace-loving that it will deftly handle Britain's departure should read history and shudder.

Ever since somewhere called Europe came into being under the Ancient Greeks, two forces have driven this continent forward.

One is the  inability of the descendents of its original migrant tribes to live in peace with their neighbours. The other is the attempt of one power

 [GERMANY TODAY]

after another to seek to dominate and unite those disparate tribes.

Rome  tried. So did successive popes, Holy Roman emperors, Louis XIV, Napoleon, Hitler and now, dare I add, the leaders of the European Union. Some of these attempts were well-intentioned; most were not so'

There is no question they together forged a continent that is globally outstanding.

Today, Europe is wealthy, stable, mostly liberal and a magnet to the world's migrants, rich and poor alike. Whether this was  because of or in spite of a history of ceaseless conflict is an open question, But so, too, is whether half a century of stability can survive any new breakdown in unity.

WHEN I first studied Europe's history, I searched for themes that have glued together its various forces. First was the potency of ancient Mediterranean culture. Greece under Pericles was a kingdom of reason, fascinated by the human condition as expressed in art, literature and civic politics.

Rome was a sort of opposite, a realm of law and order, the wielding of power over the entire Mediterranean basin. 'These be your arts, O Rome, 'said Virgil, to impose the ways of peace,' The operative word was impose.

As Roman rule disintegrated, it mutated into that of the Christian Church.

Christianity was ostensibly a doctrine of universal love and peace, but it soon became a cauldron of rivalry and disunity. It split Rome from Constantinople, and proved so quarrelsome that a third of Christendom-in the Levant and Africa-became Muslim and has remained so ever since.

In 1216, the bid of Pope Innocent III to declare himself sovereign lord of Europe bred endless conflict with the Holy Roman Empire, based in Germany. So we can conclude that as a glue of union, religion was a failure. By the 16th century the Reformation had split Innocent's Roman church in two, between Protestant north and Catholic south.

This in turn led to the Thirty Years War-the cruellest devastation of Europe before the 20th century. From the wreckage of that first great European War ever more potent nation states -notably France, Spain and Austria.

The new cause of disruption was not religion but dynasty. Louis XIV sought perpetual war with his neighbours. Russia flexed its territorial muscles. Frederick the Great of Prussia declared that 'national enlargement is a fundamental law of life'. To him, Europe was synonymous with struggle.

Nothing seemed able to bring peace to the continent: not the vitality of the Renaissance or wisdom of the Enlightenment, not great thinkers and writers like Petrarch, Shakespeare. Locke, Voltaire or Goethe.

Napoleon's attempt to unite Europe under French rule led to

5,000,000 DEATHS

The victorious nations at the Congress of Vienna in 1815, a few months after Waterloo valiantly attempted a

'Concert of Europe'.

In future, they ordained, difference would be settled around a conference table not the battlefield.

Peace lasted for a century, while Europe plunged into a different form of aggrandisement-that of overseas imperialism

By the end of the 19th century, the British, French, Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish and Germans ruled an astonishing half the world's population and 85 per cent of its trade

Some might have hoped that such expansion might leave Europe itself in peace. Yet no sooner had it strutted the globe as a champion of progress then it fell victim to two of the world's most horrendous conflagrations.

The idea that the 'Kaiser's war' and then 'Hitler's war were random Prussian monstrosities was absurd. They resulted from a failure of political imagination and leadership across all of Europe, whose turbulent nations seemed incurably belligerent.

By 1945, Europe was in self-inflicted ruins. Its peoples were starving, its cities destroyed and a centuries-old edifice of cultural achievement was crippled. Though Fascism had been defeated, the price was half a continent enslaved to Communism, and the other half dependent on American protection.

There is no doubt that the subsequent half-century saw  Europe at its best. It rebuilt itself, displaying a sincere desire for there never to be a war ever again

A Common Market was formed in 1956 under the Treaty of Rome. This treaty grew and flourished, until a free trade area covered virtually all non-communist Europe. The continent seemed genuinely at peace, under the embrace of 'ever closer union'.

But as this half of Europe prospered and cohered, it also slid into the morass of bureaucratic centralism. And here is where the lassons of history were ignored

The ambition of the Brussels  elite was curiously reminiscent of the medieval church. It became a quest for ever-tighter control of its adherents, and a disregard for the political mood of member states

The first moment of truth came with the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989. This ended the wartime division of Europe, to which the EU reacted like a conquering power. It enticed Russia's old Warsaw Pact allies into the EU and NATO, and left Moscow dangerously isolated.

When Boris Yeltsin warned that advancing NATO deep into Eastern  Europe meant 'the flames of war could break out again across Europe, the EU laughed.

The result was Vladimir Putin, vowing to 'make Russia great again' under  his kleptomaniac rule.  In the U.S., the balance of power between a central superstate and its various subordinate states was embedded in a constitution, written in blood. I Europe, that balance was left to evolve.

The EU ignored the risks it was running, not just in mishandling Russia, but in readily opening its borders to the immature democracies of Eastern Europe.

[And not forgetting the arrival in Germany of the once East German official Frau Merkel.]

After Maastricht in 1992, which effectively pledged the continent to become one giant federal entity, majority voting in the EU council eroded the authority of NATIONAL PARLIAMENTS.

Europe seemed the plaything of French bureaucrats and German bankers.

[HITLER WOULD BE PROUD]

Once more, the hard-learned lessons of the past were disregarded in the zealous pursuit of a new Nirvana. For example, the continent's longest confederation was the Holy Roman Empire. Voltaire may have called it not holy, nor Roman nor an empire-but its respect for the treasured autonomy of dozens of German princelings contrived to keep the German people's at peace with their neighbours for a millennium. Europe gained in the process, the wealth of the Rhine and the Baltic, the radicalism of Luther and the genius of Bach and Beethoven. That union collapsed only when Napoleon in France and then Bismarck in Germany could not tolerate what they saw as affront to their imperial ambitions.

The collapse of a united Europe did neither tyrant any good, but it did turn Germany from a peaceful confederacy - a kind of giant Switzerland - into a belligerent power under the supremacy of warlike Prussia.

The lessons must be obvious. Attempts at European union fail when they lose respect for the

IDENTITY

AND

AUTONOMY

of the continent's ancestral communities

You cannot ram union, let alone

GLOBALISATION

down people's throats. Diversity lies at the core of Europe's collective experience, but it is jealously guarded diversity.

Europe can never be subsumed under a single power structure. Union can only be a light-touch and consensual.

The EU's greatest mistake was to move beyond ever-closer trade to an ill-defined' ever closer union'. Above all, it lay in demanding that member states accept open borders.

That may have seemed a small matter to the globe-trotting cosmopolites of Brussels. But control over immigration meant control over the

CHARACTER and RATE of CHANGE of LOCAL COMMUNITIES.

To the member states of Europe this was a critical area-of sovereignty

[sacrosanct]

The character of one's society is not to be bartered merely for tariff-free trade.

Unlike previous unions in Europe, the EU is a collection of self -determining democracies.

Already by 2010, anti-European sentiment was growing and consent crumbling. Turnouts in EU elections plummeted from

60 % to 40 per cent.

Populist politicians-anti immigration and often anti EU-emerged in the UK. France, Italy, Germany and former communist states. The 2008 financial crisis saw the Eurozone's GERMAN MASTERS  inflict terrible damage on GREECE and SPAIN.

Then in 2016, the UK shattered the equilibrium. Its people voted -narrowly- to withdraw. Europe's union face d a fissure, and a deep one.

There was nothing new in Britain detaching itself from the rest of Europe. It had 'left' after the Hundred Years War that finally ended in the mid-15th century and after Henry V111's defection from Rome nearly a century later. It refused to join the Common Market in 1957, and only combined under NATO to benefit from America's nuclear shield.

Now, once again, Britain has said

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

We should have no doubt of the reason. Political Europe has not found an answer to the question that defied all earlier attempts at union. How can this fragmentary continent be united without lurching either towards debilitating central authority or towards disintegration

Since the Lisbon Treaty of 2009, the EU has lurched towards the former. Now, with the rise of a reactionary populism, it is lurching towards the latter

There is hardly a member state that would dare imitate Britain and hold a Referendum on EU membership. But that is insufficient consent for union.

With or without Britain the EU must find a way of returning substantive sovereignty to its

MEMBER STATES

not least over their borders. If it does that, who knows, Britain might rejoin.

If it fails, Britain will not be the only defector. The EU will go the way of its many forerunners - to

DISINTEGRATION and DANGER.

WORLD NEWS

A NEW WORLD IN THE MAKING!

Weekly Geo-Political News and Analysis

by Benjamin Fulford

Interview with Red Dragon Ambassador & White Dragon Benjamin Fulford

On the GoldFish Report No. 281, Louisa and Co-host Steve interview the spokesperson for the Red Dragon Family, The Ambassador, and the White Dragon Society spokesperson Benjamin Fulford for a discussion about the present economy, financial system, geopolitics, and what some of the obstacles have been to fulfilling the 555 Mission for Humanity that the Ambassador introduced over four years ago.

Benjamin explains a new system is possible and one that can operate parallel to the Belt and Road Initiative.  The Ambassador discusses the remit and surrender progress of the Old Guard and how it has been underway to make way for global economic prosperity and egalitarianism.

Benjamin agrees that the draining of the D.C swamp is where change has to happen first to trickle to other regions in the world.  This interview is packed with wisdom and perspective from behind-the-scenes, insider perspectives who want a better world for all people.  It gives you an insight as to how the real decision-makers of the world think and where they may need to rethink playing God.

The world is about to learn about Khazarian mafia crimes horrific beyond imagination

The Khazarian mafia have been torturing, murdering, and cannibalizing children on a horrific scale, and the world is about to find out as military tribunals begin.  Some very disturbing images and testimony sent by the New York Police Department and the CIA show just how evil the Khazarian mafia really is.  These people are beyond truth and reconciliation and do not deserve even a quick death.

Let us start with FBI statistics on missing children in the U.S., so that skeptics can prevent the sheer evil of these deeds from shutting their minds.  In 2015, 442,032 juveniles went missing;  of these, 42,032 were not found.
https://www.fbi.gov/file-repository/2015-ncic-missing-person-and-unidentified-person-statistics.pdf/view

By comparison, in the same year in Japan 17,971 children (the equivalent of 44,927 in the U.S. when adjusted for population difference) went missing, and close to 99% of these children were found.
https://www.npa.go.jp/safetylife/seianki/fumei/H28yukuehumeisya.pdf

The photographs below, sent by the CIA, are linked to CNN star and FRB Vanderbilt heir Anderson Cooper and may give a hint as to what happened to at least some of these children.

Even more gruesome is the video still-shot linked below that was sent to the CIA via courier by the NYPD.  It shows a young girl whose face was allegedly peeled off by Hillary Clinton in a satanic ritual.  Be warned, it is graphic and I stopped watching shortly after the 2 minute mark.
https://youtu.be/zIbY6jyQpJ8

Now I begin to understand the look of sheer horror on the face of George Soros when I asked him a question at a press conference about the families that own the Federal Reserve Board (FRB).  He had probably seen some of this sort of stuff firsthand.

The prosecution of these criminals is set to finally start now that the U.S. military government backing President Donald Trump has secured a majority on the Supreme Court with the confirmation of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Pentagon sources say.  “Attorney General Jeff Sessions has already met with the real special prosecutor, U.S. Attorney John Huber in Utah, so that the 57,000 indictments may be unsealed,” the sources explain.

“The seating of Kavanaugh on the Supreme Court should unleash declassification of FISA and other documents as well as military tribunals,” the sources say.  Furthermore they add, “The Senate unanimously approved a resolution calling for declassification of 9/11 documents, so the stage is set to take down the Zionists and the deep state.”

Another aspect to starting the prosecution of these criminals is the ongoing U.S./Russian military action against the rogue state of Israel, the sources say.  In particular, “Russian electronic warfare is aimed …

Warning from Singapore about Negatives of Meritocracy

Dear Ben,
Please reference the following article:
https://mothership.sg/2018/10/meritocracy-privilege-elitism-intolerance-problems/

While it may sound like a good idea to envision the future planning agency on meritocratic principles, the twin issues of privilege and elitism MUST be acknowledged as major stumbling blocks in meritocracy.

Otherwise, it will be a global case of what has been/is happening locally in Singapore.  Yes, the country is prosperous.  Yes, the country is advanced.  But at what cost?  Who here speaks for the homeless?  Who here helps the jobless?  Who here looks after the welfare of late bloomers?  Answer:  No one.

The general attitude here is “you die, your business” in Singlish, or “every man for himself” in English.  THAT is pragmatic meritocracy as practiced in Singapore.

The future planning agency of the WDS MUST look into the negatives of meritocracy, especially from the ground level in Singapore, and come up with game plans to effectively tackle these issues.  It is not sufficient to repeatedly hold the Singapore example up as a shining beacon to the rest of the world while conveniently sidestepping those who have fallen through the cracks;  never mind the “straitjacket society” that Singaporeans are loathe to live in.

Cheers,
—M

Hi M:
Yes, I am fully aware that Singapore is far from perfect in many ways.  We are planning to use the best parts of their system, but also intend to have a safety net based on best practices from around the world;  for example, the Scandinavian countries.
—BF

Hi Ben,
Thank you for the clarification.  Hopefully, a white paper could be published soon on the vision of the future planning agency, together with a public invitation for meaningful collaboration to make it even better.
—M

Urgent Request from Brazil

Hi Ben, how are you?

I don’t want to take too much of your time, so I’ll try to be brief.

In your last report (October 1, 2018), you spoke about Jair Bolsonaro, the right-wing candidate for Brazilian Presidency, as follows:

“Bolsonaro represents the Nazi/Zionist faction that has been looting Brazil’s resources and impoverishing its people, and so obviously they would be very scared of losing power.”

I totally believe you, but then you posted that letter from a Bolsonaro supporter that goes totally against that information and makes him a hero—the new Trump.

I can tell you for sure he is more a Nazi/Zionist than a new Trump.  He gets his support from the Evangelical Church, one of the most corrupt institutions in Brazil.  He supports dictatorship and the use of torture and he is not even ashamed of saying it on TV.  Because he knows his radical comments are not very welcomed to a good part of the population, he’s been skipping the debates with other candidates on TV even before he got stabbed.  Instead of debating, he’s using all his forces through fake news, using Whatsapp and Facebook groups, to blind his followers from reality.  He blames the media for everything, so that people only believe in his words.

It’s a very sad situation, especially when you know that the media was always actually against Dilma and Lula, and that’s why it got to play a huge role over the impeachment of Dilma and putting Lula in jail without concrete proof of anything.  Lula was by far the favorite candidate for presidency in 2018 and that’s why they did it.

On May 28th 2018, you posted another report that supports the fact that Bolsonaro is the bad guy, not Lula:

“Another blow against the Bush/Nazi faction of the cabal may come soon in the form of a military coup in Brazil, Pentagon sources are saying.  Here, a truckers’ strike has paralyzed the economy.  This is expected to be the trigger for a military coup that will restore former presidents Dilma Rousseff and Lula da Silva “from Zionist usurpers who seized control of the central bank in 2016,” the sources say.”

I kindly ask you to urgently communicate with your trustworthy sources to know what is really going on in Brazil and if possible give us a small report before this Sunday, as it is the Election Day.

For your information, your report from October 1st speaking about Bolsonaro was not even published in the Portuguese version.

https://benjaminfulfordtranslations.blogspot.com/search/label/BRAZILIAN

This has never occurred before and I am afraid the Zionists are blocking it.  That’s very serious, because there are a lot of people who get informed from alternative media like yours, and the Bolsonaro team knows it very well.

Thank you for your attention and for your great reports always.

—BM

OK, I will publish your letter and all I can say is that I hope the people of Brazil make a wise choice.
—BF

Much appreciated, although my intention was never to try to convince you of anything, but to push you to give us some information from your sources who know what is really going on.  At least people will get another perspective from my comment and get to make their own conclusions out of this.

It’s important to point out that Lula took millions of people out of poverty threshold, and that probably made the Zionists very mad, as these people would finally be able to have access to education, making them a bit harder to be enslaved and manipulated.

But with the Zionists in control of the mainstream media in Brazil, they were able to trigger the wrath of the middle classes against Lula, painting him and all his party as the bad guys (which many probably are, but not necessarily Lula).  And that’s how we got to the point where people prefer to have a dictatorship in place instead of having Lula’s party back.

—BM

Who’s the head of the Rockefeller clan?

Dear Ben,

I’m writing to ask how can we trust the WDS?  Duke Mehal Rockefeller is the current head of the Rockefeller clan, and is still trying to push the fake New Age Without Christ spirituality and can be seen wearing a white dragon ring.

How do you reconcile this?

Are we supposed to sit back and let the same families rule in the background?  Is Duke Mehal part of the P2 Lodge?  Why would Asian secret societies support a Rockefeller still?  Because the Rockefellers still have a base in China.  They wouldn’t have announced David Rockefeller’s death unless there was someone else to take his place.

How do you reconcile this?

—F

What is your source of information?  As far as I know, Mel Rockefeller, the son of Nelson Rockefeller, is the new head of that clan.  Hillary Clinton is actually Hillary Rockefeller, and we are removing them from power as you can see in the news.

I have never heard of “Duke Mehal Rockefeller,” and if he exists, he was nothing to do with the White Dragon Society.  It sounds like a psy-op to me.

PUB chain WETHERSPOON

 is to

STOP SELLING WINE AND BEER

FROM

FRANCE and GERMANY

AHEAD OF

BREXIT

It will focus on offering more beverages from the UK and non EU producers across its 880 from JULY 9,2018.

Champagne and German wheat beers will be switched for English sparkling wine and craft beers in the run-up to leaving the EU.

But Kopparberg cider, which is currently made in Sweden, will stay stocked after the Swedish firm said it will switch production to the UK.

JD Wetherspoon chairman Tim Martin said:

'This is the start of a review of all our products in the next six to 24 months, with the object of making our business more competitive.'

He said tariffs imposed by the 'protectionist' EU were keeping prices high for UK consumers.

Some 2million people visit Wetherspoon pubs every week

The group sells more than 6million bottles of Kopparberg and 2million bottles of sparkling wine and prosecco every year, but fewer than 100,000 bottles of champagne are bought at its pubs.

In place of French fizz, the pubs will offer UK sparkling wine brands Denbies and Whitedowns as well as Australian Hardy wines. Meanwhile UK brewed wheat beers Blue Moon,Belguim White, Thornbridge Versa Weisse and mSA Braines Atlantic White will replace German brands such as Erdinger.

Russ Mould, investment director at saving firm AJ Bell, said

'Tim Martin's strong held political views are well known and you have to respect anyone's ability to stick to their principles so firmly.

'Excluding popular brands of drinks based on their country of origin seems an unusual move for a firm which you would think wants to be seen as inclusive and welcoming to customers of all views and beliefs, but Mr Martin knows his customers and has successfully built the firm by providing

VALUE FOR MONEY.

Mr Martin said Brexit would create big marking opportunities for UK and non-EU producers, which the pub group is keen to encourage.

The Wetherspoon chairman added: 'The products awe are introducing are at a lower prices than EU products they are replacing.

'We intend to honour existing contracts with EU suppliers some of which have several years to run, but we are starting to make the transition to

NON-EU TRADE

NOW.

Unfortunately, the Godless European Union does have associations with 'The Beast' . It cannot be a coincidence that a massive Brussels-based computer called EURO NET, capable of storing all the personal data of the world's entire population, is nicknamed 'The Beast'.  The disturbing motif of the wanton women riding a modified beast from the Book of Revelations, Chapter 17, verse 3, is in widespread use throughout the EU -for instance, in wall paintings in the European Parliament at Strasbourg, on a German five deutschemark note pre-dating the political collective from 1948, on a British postage stamp dated 1984 commemorating the Second European Parliamentary 'Elections' , in the form of an unattractive sculpture located immediately outside the European Council building, on a German ECU coin dated 1992, and on a recent German telephone card.

And everywhere is to be seen EU's ubiquitous circle of 12 stars, which the ignorant comfort themselves by believing that they represent the crown of Mary (symbolism derived from Revelation, Chapter 12 , verse 1.)  In reality, the 12 stars are an attribute of the pagan 'Queen of Heaven', a name given to the mother of Nimrod (meaning, in Chaldean,' the horned one'), the builder and ruler of Babel.  the hideous new circular European Parliament building in Strasbourg is modelled upon Pieter Breughel's famous painting called 'The Tower of Babel', replicated in the Council of Europe's notorious poster. Symbology, which is much too large a subject to be dealt with adequately here, is a crucial component of the occult focus of all such man-orientated collectivist 'New World Social Order' constructions - the EU belong a conspicuous consumer of such neo-pagan symbolism.  But the occult underlying nature and motivation of the EUROPEAN UNION is not an issue that concerns the EU political and policy-making classes, which are measured by economics and ideology...

In any case, not a single politician belonging to or supporting successive British Conservative Government nor (much less surprisingly) the fellow travelling British Fabian Socialist Government (which, given its political orientation, shares the objectives of Lenin's World Revolution but proceeds towards these objectives by stealth, just like the European Union Collective itself...

Desperate Khazarian mafia is plotting fake alien invasion as Trump assassination fails

The Khazarian mafia is planning a fake alien invasion after their most recent attempt to assassinate U.S. President Donald Trump failed, say Pentagon and CIA sources.  The assassination attempt came in the form of a missile that was shot at Air Force One by an Israeli submarine, Pentagon sources say.  “Life imitates art, as the hunt for red October may mean Israeli and cabal submarines are sunk.  The October surprise may be bloody,” the sources add.

It is now apparent that the Khazarian mafia pulled out all the stops to delay the Supreme Court confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh in order to buy time for their assassination attempt.  Instead, their move is backfiring big time, as the Senate prepares to take legal action against the people making false accusations against Kavanaugh—something you can confirm from the Senate Judiciary Committee’s own home page.
https://www.judiciary.senate.gov/press/rep/releases/judiciary-committee-refers-potential-false-statements-for-criminal-investigation

Pentagon sources explain that “the FBI probe into Kavanaugh will not only clear his name, but will morph into an attack on his paid accusers, the Democrats, and the deep state.”  Furthermore, “Kavanaugh has 53 votes and may be confirmed on October 3, when Trump will send text alerts to all cellphones,” the sources add.

It is interesting in this context that the Swiss, French, and British branches of the Rothschild family have opened lines of communication with the White Dragon Society to inquire if it is not too late to surrender and accept South African-style truth and reconciliation hearings.  Clearly, the very real prospect of military tribunals and firing squads has made them realize it really is going to be game over unless they do something.

We also got the following communication from “the head of the CIA’s clandestine services in xxx [redacted to protect source] working out of the U.S. Embassy from xxx-xxx.

“It regards the Rothschilds.  My buddy is personal friends with Nathaniel de Rothschild, who lives a very quiet and discreet life in NYC.  (They went to Harvard Business School together back in the day).

Benjamin Fulford Talks: Interview Sept. 27, 2018 with Prepare for Change

Check out Benjamin Fulford’s September 27, 2018 interview with PrepareforChange.net at the link below.

Looks like an interesting bait and switch from the Republicans to the Democrats on the FBI investigation into Kavanaugh;  white hats trolling them hard.  He has all the votes he needs.

Khazarian mafia seeks Chinese protection as military tribunals loom

The satan-worshipping Khazarian mafia is in a frenzy of fear as military tribunals loom.  As a result, they are offering the world (as if it were theirs to give) to China in exchange for protection, according to Gnostic Illuminati and Asian secret society sources.  In addition to this, they are threatening to unleash pandemics, blow up the Yellowstone Caldera, set off a massive EMP attack, and cause other mayhem in a futile effort (as these attempts will be neutralized) to blackmail themselves out of the reach of long-delayed justice.  Also, they are carrying out a foolish and widely derided smear campaign to derail the appointment of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.

Pentagon sources say they used “the threat of 9/11 declassification, which may soon happen, to force George Bush Jr. to publicly back Kavanaugh, whose confirmation would unleash military tribunals.”  Remember, Kavanaugh said during his confirmation hearings that the U.S. has been under martial law since shortly after 9/11 and as a result, military tribunals could try, and even sentence to death, civilians guilty of treason.

In addition to this, the sources say that “because of the interference in the 2016 U.S. election by the Jewish mafia, which supported Hillary Clinton, Trump may use FISA declassification leverage to force the UK and Australia to purge Zionists and Israeli dual-citizens from positions of influence.”

The rogue state of Israel, for its part, has been trying to seek Russian and Chinese protection as it loses control of the United States.  However, this is backfiring, big time.  Here is the U.S. military’s analysis of where these efforts are leading.

First, in reaction to the recent Israeli stunt to fool Syria into shooting down a Russian plane in yet another desperate attempt to start World War 3, “An angry [Russian President Vladimir] Putin and the Russian Orthodox Church may have declared holy war on the anti-goy Jewish faction, and may impose a no-fly zone on Israel until it returns the Golan to Syria, lifts the siege of Gaza, denuclearizes, and returns the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and all stolen lands to Palestine and Lebanon.”

Second, “With China in control of the Haifa Port and infrastructure projects in Israel, the BRICS nations may ban this rogue state from the quantum financial system, and [U.S. President Donald] Trump may just agree to a UN arms embargo and air-sea blockade.”

With all this and more going on, it is no surprise that the Swiss branch of the Rothschild family, the BIS, and the Elders of Zion sent a representative last week to Japan to negotiate surrender with the White Dragon Society (WDS).  The negotiator (whom we will call the BIS man) said the banking families were worried about …

A Deep Dive into the Petro

General Milan writes about financial technology and cryptocurrency for the Earth Alliance, a loose-knit global alliance working for the benefit of humanity.  The battle over the future of Planet Earth has in many ways always been a financial battle.  As time passes and technology advances, that financial battle is increasingly being fought out in the cryptocurrency arena.
Follow General Milan on Twitter:
@generalmilan

In early December of 2017, just before cryptocurrency markets started to crater, President Nicolás Maduro of Venezuela announced the creation of the Petro cryptocurrency backed by Venezuela’s oil and gas reserves.  This was both an attempt to both circumvent the financial sanctions placed on the Maduro regime and a desperate effort to patch up the Venezuelan economy, the complete collapse of which was an entirely predictable outcome of Venezuela’s decades-long experiment with authoritarian socialism.

In this article we trace the development of the Petro from Maduro, to his Russian cryptocurrency consultants, to the Japanese/Malaysian blockchain technology upon which the Petro is based, all the way back to the Esalen Institute of California—the heart and center of socialist ideology.

Venezuela has quickly gone from being one of the richest countries in South America with the largest proven oil reserves in the world, to having a humanitarian refugee crisis on par with the war in Syria.  As in almost all cases of mass human suffering, very dark forces are behind it, and indeed the oil industry itself is obviously at the heart and center of many wars and global environmental problems.

The story of the Petro is far from over, however, and the real battle over the financial future of Planet Earth is probably still just beginning.  In this, the happenings in Venezuela have major geopolitical implications.

On August 5th, 2018 President Maduro was the target of of an apparent assassination attempt by drone, a bizarre false flag-ish event that was seemingly produced on a very modest budget.

Then, on September 8th, 2018 The New York Times ran an exposé describing how officials from the Trump administration had met with opposition forces in Venezuela to plan a potential coup against Maduro.  The article can be seen as both a critique of the Trump administration’s tactics and as a form of support for Maduro’s claim that he a “good guy” battling against imperial American forces.

We expect the geopolitical battle to continue in the weeks and months ahead, but for now our focus is on the Petro cryptocurrency.  In fact it remains to be seen whether or not the Petro is successful in any way.  On August 30th, 2018, Reuters ran a special investigative report entitled “In Venezuela, new cryptocurrency is nowhere to be found.”  The report describes the fact that the Petro is based on oil reserves located underneath a barren patch of land that would require an investment of at least $20 billion to retrieve, money that the bankrupt Venezuelan government does not have.

Thus, in many ways the Petro is nothing but a pipe dream.  The article quotes the exiled former Venezuelan Oil Minister Rafael Ramirez as saying, “The Petro is being set at an arbitrary value which exists only in the government’s imagination.”

The Petro is based on the NEM blockchain.  The idea for NEM originally came from a Bitcointalk user named UtopianFuture, but NEM was developed by an Osaka company called Tech Bureau, led by a character named Takao Asayama.  The NEM Foundation is domiciled in Singapore and physically located in the oil-rich nation of Malaysia.

Takao Asayama is said to be closely connected to Takafumi Horie, a notorious character in Japan who is deeply connected into the Asian underworld.  Horie is a kind of a Japanese Elon Musk—an aggressive technology businessman who was criticized for his M&A practices and actually went to jail for market manipulation tactics.  It’s said that when Horie went into jail he may have been “grey,” but when he came out he was fully “black” and 60 pounds lighter.  Horie is the founder of a rocket company called Interstellar Technologies which has unfortunately experienced two failed launches.

The logo for NEM is a combination of counterclockwise-rotating Japanese mitsudomoe symbol and a shield representing the Reuleaux triangle shape used inside of the internal combustion engine.  NEM stands for New Economy Movement, not to be confused with the New Economic Model (NEM), an affirmative action plan developed by the former Malaysian prime minister and the Malaysian Chinese Association.

The NEM cryptocurrency is based on a consensus algorithm called Proof-of-Importance, which is an attempt to improve upon the rich-get-richer characteristics of Proof-of-Stake algorithms.  In Proof-of-Importance, accounts are assigned a “reputation” or “importance” score, such that accounts that are deemed to be more important to the NEM ecosystem are awarded with more new currency units.  We fear that over time NEM’s consensus algorithm may need to be renamed Proof-of-Maduro’s-Importance.

NEM was at the center of the Coincheck hack of January 2018.  In that event, hackers broke into a Japanese cryptocurrency exchange called Coincheck and stole over $500 million dollars worth of NEM, making it one of the largest thefts in the history of the world.  The hack cast a pall over the cryptocurrency market in Japan and contributed to the global sell-off that became the cryptocurrency bear market of 2018.  The hack also reduced the number of exchanges trading NEM in Japan to only one—the Zaif exchange owned by Tech Bureau itself.

In March 2018, the Japanese FSA issued a business improvement order to Zaif and several other exchanges over their security and anti-money-laundering practices.  This put Zaif and NEM in the awkward position of being close to complete shutdown in Japan.

Then on September 20th 2018, Zaif announced that it had been hacked to the tune of $60 million, but also announced that a bailout loan was being arranged through a Horie-connected Japanese investment advisory firm called FISCO.  As part of the deal, FISCO would take a majority share ownership in Zaif.  Since FISCO already operates its own cryptocurrency exchange in Japan and is already partnered with Zaif, the bailout could be seen as a way for FISCO to subsume Zaif and start fresh with a clean regulatory record.

Just one day after the Zaif hack was announced, cryptocurrency investors were left scratching their heads as the price of the Ripple cryptocurrency surged by more than 60%.  But as one Twitter user keenly noted, “Anyone attempting to explain this Ripple move should also explain why Monacoin is up roughly the same amount.”  In fact, Monacoin, billed as “the first Japanese cryptocurrency,” was among the cryptocurrencies stolen in the Zaif hack.  If the hackers of the Zaif exchange wanted to unload their stolen Monacoin, it would make a lot of sense to pump up the price first.

But back to the topic of the Petro, how and why did Maduro decide to base the Petro on the NEM blockchain?  After all, Venezuela is a world away from Japan.  To answer that question, we need to look at some of Maduro’s cryptocurrency advisors.

The first character of interest is the 27-year-old Venezuelan Gabriel Jimenez.  After Jimenez’s father was charged for defrauding investors in the collapse of a Dominican bank, Jimenez went to work in Washington, D.C. as a congressional intern for one of Maduro’s strongest critics.  In that role he was a “spirited anti-government crusader who helped organize a caravan … in which thousands of Venezuelan exiles traveled by bus to Washington to pressure the Obama administration to slap sanctions on Maduro’s government.”  But soon after, he returned to Venezuela and quickly rose to become one of the top strategists behind the Petro.  We can only assume that he is either a spy or a complete sell-out.  In any case, to find the real masterminds behind the Petro we need to look farther afield, to Maduro’s Russian consultants.

In March 2018 after President Trump issued an Executive Order banning Americans from transacting in the Petro, Time Magazine published an exclusive article entitled “Russia Secretly Helped Venezuela Launch a Cryptocurrency to Evade U.S. Sanctions.”  Of course, as with all mainstream media articles about Russia, it is mostly an attempt to demonize Russia and link everything back to Putin, which is a little bit like saying that Trump controls everything that happens in the United States.  The author’s other Time articles include “To Understand Russia, Read A Terrible Country” and “How I Learned to Love the German Nanny State After Leaving Putin’s Russia.”

In any case, the Time article does a good job of detailing the Russian consultants behind the Petro.  It’s worth noting here that the symbol for the Petro, ₽, is exactly the same as the symbol for the Russian Ruble that was newly chosen in 2013 via a process organized by the Central Bank of Russia.

The main two Russian consultants behind the Petro are Fyodor Bogorodsky and Denis Druzhkov.  According to the Time article, “Bogorodsky moved to Uruguay around 2009 and became an informal ambassador of Russian culture across Latin America.”  Bogorodsky’s personal website details his family’s long history in Russia from its beginnings among “eminent Tatars,” to “military service in the Crimea campaign,” to the development of banking in Kazan province.  Bogorodsky’s contributions to Maduro were apparently run out of a shell company called Aerotrading, which is only really notable for using the Illuminati left-facing OK sign as its logo.

Denis Druzhkov is the co-founder of a Russian cryptocurrency exchange called the Zeus Exchange.  We note here that Zeus was not known to be a kind god.  The Zeus Exchange is based on the NEM blockchain and is partnered with the NEM Foundation.

Druzhkov’s Twitter account is enlightening.  He is a follower of the Latvia-based anti-Kremlin news agency Meduza, named after the snake-headed monster from Greek mythology.  He is also a follower of “the Kremlin’s leading critic-in-exile” Mikhail Khodorkovsky, the oligarch who looted Russia’s oil industry after the fall of the Soviet Union and a close colleague of Henry Kissinger and Jacob Rothschild.  Druzhkov also follows Shaltai Boltai, an anonymous hacking group that targets the Kremlin.  Needless to say, Time appears to have been completely wrong in portraying Druzhkov and Bogorodsky as puppets of the Kremlin.

Druzhkov is also a Twitter follower of the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California.  It is worth digging into this relationship a little bit, because readers may not be aware of the Esalen Institute’s prominent position in the global Satanic hierarchy.  But remember that while the 60’s produced a lot of love, freedom, and liberation, it also produced horrible events such as the Manson family’s murder of Luciferian movie stars, all of whom hung out around Esalen.

According to The Magic of Esalen:  “At its essence, Esalen culture is organized almost like a Masonic Lodge or Secret Society, with concentric orders of initiation and status.”  In fact, Esalen was influential enough during the Cold War to have arranged United States visits via its Soviet-American exchange program for several prominent Russians just before the collapse of the Soviet Union.  This included a visit for one of Mikhail Gorbachev’s chief economic advisors, and also included Boris Yeltsin’s first trip to the United States to meet with George H.W. Bush and other political leaders.  We wonder if the Esalen Institute would be as welcoming to Vladamir Putin today;  somehow we doubt it.  Those interested in reading more about the history of Esalen are encouraged to take a look at “How Darwin, Huxley, and the Esalen Institute Launched the Psychedelic Revolutions” or the associated map.

Following President Trump’s executive order banning the Petro, the Zeus Exchange appears to have cut ties with Druzkov, at least nominally.  But having structured at least two major projects around NEM (the Zeus Exchange and the Petro), it is a safe bet that Druzkov and colleagues still are heavily invested in NEM and perhaps even actively promoting it.

Indeed, NEM has been making headway among some interesting groups.  In August, at the 100th Annual Crow Fair for the Crow Nation of Montana, NEM systems were demonstrated to tribal leaders: “Good Guy NEM? – Helping Native Americans Get into Crypto! – Great Idea!”  The Crow Nation—or the Black Lodges, as one of its subgroups is called—is located in a major oil-producing region, but NEM’s interest in collaborating with the Crow likely also extends to the tribal casino business.

Historically, the Crow tribe worked together with the U.S. Army against their enemies the Lakota Sioux.  This is notable in the sense that the Lakota Standing Rock reservation was major news in recent years due to protests over the Dakota Access oil pipeline.  We have a feeling that the Lakota would not be as eager as the Crow to embrace using a cryptocurrency with deep ties to the oil industry.

Further south in Las Vegas, NEM recently signed an informal agreement with Kind Heaven, a new multimedia theatrical experience created by Peretz Bernstein, a.k.a. Perry Farrell, the frontman of the rock bands Porno for Pyros and Jane’s Addiction.  Taking a page from The Hangover film series or even the Vietnam War, the event will be Southeast Asia-themed, complete with betting on virtual monkey wrestling:  Inside Perry Farrell’s Wild Vegas EDM Musical: Sex, Drugs and War.  It will also run exclusively on cryptocurrency.

Another project building on NEM is Eterly, the “artificial intelligence platform for life extension.”  The logo for Eterly looks like the symbol for a biohazard.  We could go on, but you get the idea….

To summarize, while the Venezuelan Petro may collapse into a failed experiment, the cryptocurrency upon which it is based, NEM, is slowly seething its way into the oil and gambling industries and beyond.  The two most important commodities in the world are gold and oil.

Money has historically been backed by gold, but that ended in 1971 when Kissinger and Nixon detached the U.S. dollar from gold, and attached it instead to an oil and military agreement involving Saudi Arabia and Israel–the origin of the petrodollar.  The result has been the greatest debt bubble in human history, a global environmental catastrophe, and non-stop war in the Middle East.  Clearly, the days of the petrodollar are numbered, but nefarious forces are already experimenting with creating new forms of petro-currency.

Gold is created through the super-energetic collapse and collision of stars.  Oil, known as black gold, comes from deep within the Earth.  While gold has been very useful as the basis of money throughout human history, and while a return to the gold standard would go a long way toward preventing bankers and politicians from printing too much money and giving it to themselves to wage endless warfare, the real problem with the financial system is the centralization of control over the creation and distribution of money.  To put it another way, even under the gold standard, the central banks are still in control of the creation and distribution of money and generally have the power to debase their currencies when it suits them to do so.

What is really needed is a new economic system where the power to create and distribute money is truly decentralized, or in other words, put back into the hands of the people.  Bitcoin was a major innovation, but it replaces control by banks with a strange new system where all new money is rewarded to those with access to cheap computers and electricity, which happens to be a few people in China.

To understand the real potential for cryptocurrency as a new method of currency creation and distribution, we recommend the excellent article “Why Everyone Missed the Most Mind-Blowing Feature of Cryptocurrency.”  NEM was an attempt to create this kind of next-generation cryptocurrency, but it is flawed and is completely controlled by nefarious forces in any case.

Rest assured, alternatives are being created.  For now, we can only advise the citizens of Venezuela as well as the rest of the world to avoid both the Petro and NEM like the Black Plague.

LITTLEJOHN

News for daily mail richard littlejohn

RICHARD LITTLEJOHN: Come on Theresa, its time for the Reverse Ferret!

THE latest scare story surrounding the prospect of a NO-DEAL BREXIT is the collapse of the pet

    passport scheme.

According to papers drawn up by the Government, owners may have to plan three months ahead if

they intend to take their pets abroad.

Given that Britain is a nation of animal lovers, ministers fear that this will alarm the public and could

swing sentiment in favour of staying in the EU.

As the rules now stand, it is relatively easy to obtain a pet passport for travel within Europe. Provided

the animal has been vaccinated and either micro-chipped or tattooed, one  can be issued at fairly

short notice.  But if a deal is not reached, owners could face a mountain of extra bureaucracy.

The particular aspect of this story which caught my eye is that passports are currently only available for dogs, cats and ferrets.

    Eh?

Just run that by me again. Doggies and moggies I can understand.

    But ferrets?

Who takes a ferret on holiday with them? and where do they talk them - Cape Ferret, on the French

    Riviera?

I have visions of ferrets in fashionable Vilebrequin swimwear, sinking Pina Coladas down by the

swimming pool - like those meerkats in the television adverts.

Whoever heard of anyone microchipping a ferret?

Perhaps they get them tattooed instead, so that your average ferret now resembles a typical Premier

    League footballer.

To be honest, I had absolutely no idea that people kept ferrets as domestic pets, although I am

familiar with an ancient sport of 'ferret legging' which remains popular in the North of England-

especially in those constituencies where support for Brexit was stronger...

The 'ferret down the trousers' treatment could be meted out for a variety of reasons, from advancing

an unpopular policy to indulging in a little extra-curricular rumpy-pumpy.

Occasionally, following a shift in public opinion - or, more likely a phone call from the Sun's

proprietor-it was necessary to perform a 180-degree turn.

In which event, Kelvin would issue the instructions: Reverse Ferret!

No further explanation was necessary. The expression has since entered the language. Thus, any

newspaper which has a sudden change in its editorial stance [Such as Brexit!] is said to have

    executed

    a

    REVERSE FERRET

[Many Brexiteers would no doubt have a much harsher expression in mind.]

The same goes for any organisation which turns a previous policy on its head.  In recent years, everyone from Call Me Dave to the Republican Party in America and the Church of England has been accused of resorting out of expediency to the old

    Reverse Ferret.

It's the only sensible course of action when there is nowhere else to go. Mother Theresa would do well to NOTE.

THERE IS A MORAL IN ALL THIS.

Even she must finally realise that her stubborn

'my deal or no deal' is

    DEAD IN THE WATER

    following her humiliation in Salzburg.

The EU won't swallow her Chequers car crash, nor will the country, nor will Parliament, nor will

    HER OWN CABINET.

Instead of sticking a pair of ferrets down the front of her designer leather trousers

and hoping for the best, she should face up to the reality and perform a swift

handbrake turn, before the animal lovers of Britain rise up and bring Brexit

    crashing down to earth.

As Albert Einstein said: 'doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is

    the

    definition of INSANITY'

She's already been badly bitten. It's time for a full

    Reverse Ferret.

Juicy pomegranates are piled outside the entrance to a supermarket in Norrebro, a district of Copenhagen. There are queues of customers at the till most of the day and into the early hours, buying Middle Eastern pastries, exotic fruit, dates and ice-cream which remind them of home.

Yet beside the pomegranates is a deep hole in the metal door frame. It was made one night by a bullet fired from a 9mm pistol by a member of a drug gang guarding his trading pitch near by.

Ismail Schbaita, a 55-year-old originally from Palestine who helps runs the supermarket, remembers the chilling moment last March only too well. ‘The gunman was high on drugs. Luckily, his bullet missed the staff and the customers. Gangs are always shooting each other around here.’

For Norrebro is a dangerous area of the Danish capital. A stone’s throw from the supermarket is the city’s most notorious housing estate, Mjolnerparken, where mothers told me this week they are afraid to let their children walk to the sweet shop alone because of the knifings and shootings.

Mjolnerparken, with its drab apartment blocks and shabby streets, has been categorised as a ghetto by the Danish Government.

These ghettos are due to be ‘eradicated’ by 2030, following the introduction of controversial laws aimed at protecting ‘Danishness’ and ridding the country of so-called ‘parallel’ societies (pictured: Mjolnerparken)

Across the country, 21 other such places with high crime rates, soaring unemployment and more than 50 per cent non-Western residents have been given the same name. They are due to be ‘eradicated’ by 2030, following the introduction of controversial laws aimed at protecting ‘Danishness’ and ridding the country of so-called ‘parallel’ societies.

Later this year, legislation will force all families living in these ghettos to send their toddlers, as young as one year old, to approved day centres to learn the Danish language and Danish values.

The children will have to complete 25 hours of compulsory state education and, while the primary focus will be on language skills and learning, the plan is to educate the mainly Muslim children in the Danish way of life, as well as to give instruction on religious holidays, Christmas and Easter, and their importance in the Christian calendar.

Parents who fail to sign up have been told they could lose their child benefits.

This is the radical policy of a government that, like so many others in Europe, has accepted hundreds of thousands of migrants over recent years and is trying desperately to tackle the problems of integration. Indeed, the challenges Denmark is wrestling with are replicated across the EU as countries including Greece, Italy, Austria and Germany struggle to assimilate large numbers of

One disturbing common factor in these countries has been the emergence of strong far-Right political parties, and a return of the kind of ugly nationalism many hoped had died after World War II.

Denmark has long been proud of its reputation as a liberal, tolerant nation. But the fact that it has been forced to introduce tough laws to accelerate integration of migrants shows such tolerance has its limits.

Inevitably, some say the new laws are ‘racist’. They include a burka ban from next month, with fines of up to £1,200 for repeat transgressors. In the inner-city ghettos — where last year two thirds of residents were non-Western immigrants — there will be double the normal penalties for those who commit crimes.

Police will be given the freedom to conduct more intense surveillance of residents in order to curb extremism and violence, while migrant parents who send older children on trips back to their home countries in the Middle East and Africa could face four-year jail sentences if suspected of radicalisation.

The centre-Right Prime Minister, Lars Lokke Rasmussen, says these new laws are necessary because the number of first and second-generation non-Western immigrants has grown from 50,000 in 1980 to almost 500,000 today — a sizeable proportion, in a country of only 5.7 million people.

Rasmussen has said: ‘People with the same problems have clumped together. We have (until now) let it go, perhaps with the naive idea that integration would happen on its own over time ... but it hasn’t.’

Prime Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen says these new laws are necessary because the number of first and second-generation non-Western immigrants has grown from 50,000 in 1980 to almost 500,000 today — a sizeable proportion, in a country of only 5.7 million people

Inger Stojberg, the hardline integration minister, has gone further. The crackdown on ghettos — a word with awful Nazi overtones, to which the Danish policymakers seem oblivious — is a centrepiece of her legislative reforms.

When Stojberg clocked up her 50th amendment to the laws relating to migrants, she baked a celebratory cake and posted a smiling picture of herself with it online.

All this sounds very un-Danish. Yet more and more people here — even some migrants — seem to agree with her. Mr Schbaita, at the bullet-hit supermarket, told me: ‘It is too late to stop the problem of parallel societies in my lifetime. But I hope the new laws will help future generations live together.

‘The problems in the ghettos are caused by ignorance about Western ways and a lack of education.’

He says employers won’t hire anyone who says they live in Mjolnerparken. This means the residents are often poor, at a loose end and ‘turn to crime’.

He says migrants were originally placed in Mjolnerparken because the Government wanted to give the mainly Muslim incomers a sense of community. ‘It was a humanitarian act, a kindness. But now the politicians are asking what went wrong in this part of town.’

Mr Schbaita left Palestine for Moscow to train as a pharmacist before arriving in Denmark, where he married a fellow Muslim and raised a family.

His solution to the problems is to pull down the ghettos. But he is concerned that the new laws are being pushed by a small political elite who unfairly blame Muslims for all the country’s wrongs.

He may be right. Yet indigenous Danes have shown remarkable enthusiasm for the changes.

One of Inger Stojberg’s most popular ideas is for migrants who have lived in Denmark for more than three years to pay for translators’ services when visiting a doctor, rather than relying on the State.

She says: ‘Unless we dare to make demands on foreigners, we will fail to address the serious problems of parallel societies where people neither work nor speak the language and don’t have Danish values.

‘A good place to start is to give back responsibility to those who have come here: learn the language or pay for your interpreter.’

In a poll by the newspaper B.T., 93 per cent of Danes questioned agreed with the minister’s plan.

Miles away from the ghettos, on the outskirts of Copenhagen, there are quiet, well-ordered towns where daily life appears, at first glance, untroubled by the controversies over migration.

One of them is Hvidovre, where there is no mosque and the old Protestant church with the Danish flag flying proudly outside on a manicured lawn has a flourishing 7,000-strong membership.

Yet even here immigration is a heated topic.

‘People are afraid of the consequences,’ said Annette Bjerregaard, 54, who works at the church. ‘If they feel people are integrating, they are positive. If not, they are not so positive.’

Annette’s son went to what was known among local Danes as ‘the white school’, where all the pupils were ethnic Danes. In this part of town there are neat privately owned homes, shops and pavement cafes.

Yet a mile away in a poorer part of Hvidovre it is very different. Here 5,000 people, both foreigners and Danes, live together in a sprawling council-run housing estate.

Larry Ellis, a debonair 65-year-old resident with a shock of white hair, works as a gardener at the local university. Having finished his shift, he is relaxing with friends outside the estate’s community centre.

They all agree there are too many migrants coming to Denmark. ‘That is the problem and it has not been addressed for years,’ he says.

‘Even here, we are housed in different parts of the estate to the migrants. The council has put ethnic Danes in blocks on one side of the road and Muslims in blocks on the other. We just don’t mix, and religion is part of it.’

This does not bode well for the Government’s efforts to encourage integration. And indeed, some Danes want to crack down against migrants still harder.

As the mainstream politicians react to a growing sense of disillusion about mass migration, a new party led by a 42-year-old architect called Pernille Vermund has seized the moment.

The divorced mother of three, who lives far from the Copenhagen ghettos, hopes her party — the New Right — will gain seats in elections next year on a hardline anti-migrant manifesto.

It calls for the residence permit of any ‘foreigner convicted in court’ to be withdrawn and for no more welfare benefits, housing subsidies and other state payments to anyone except Danish citizens.

She told me: ‘Politicians for decades have let people into our country who do not share our values. They do not assimilate. Now the politicians make a patchwork of rules to try to correct their own mistakes. Forcing Muslim mothers to deliver their toddlers into state-run daycare is not going to make them Danish, or less Muslim. It simply will not work.’

Her views would have been condemned as xenophobic extremism in liberal Denmark a few years ago. But mass immigration has hardened attitudes.

Politicians fear that if they ignore the problem, they will lose ground to parties such as the New Right.

Back in Mjolnerparken, where 1,752 people of 38 nationalities live cheek by jowl, I meet one of the community elders.

An Iraqi Kurd by birth, smartly dressed Taher Mustafah, 59, came to Denmark in 1985. He has worked for years as a civil servant and helped run an Islamic charity.

We stand on a busy street corner to chat, as Danish girls in skimpy shorts cycle past women with veiled faces shepherding children along pavements, closely watched over by their husbands. Truly, it is a stark clash of cultures.

Taher looks at one of the veiled women and shakes his head.

‘I know her,’ he says. ‘She is Tunisian and her husband is an Iraqi. My view is that if you live in a country, you should show respect for the society in which you live. She should not wear the burka here in Denmark and soon she will not be allowed to.’

Yet nearby, in an Iraqi-owned cafe, I hear a different opinion from an Iraqi migrant father called Jaber Saleh, 40, who is eating a pitta bread-and-hummus lunch with his wife Farah, 29, and son Hassan, six.

The Salehs are angry with the Danish Government. Despite living and working here as a truck driver for 17 years, Jaber has still not been granted citizenship.

Since the day he arrived, he has clung to his roots. He sent his son to an Arabic school in Copenhagen until it was closed by the Government, which accused some staff of having links to terrorism.

‘The Government was wrong,’ says Jaber. ‘It was a good school where Hassan was taught in the Arabic language, not Danish, and he learnt the Koran. He speaks Arabic at home and has no Danish friends, and I am pleased about that. I don’t want him to learn from them bad things, the swearing, the low moral code of Denmark.

‘This society is too lax. I will do anything to avoid my son learning the values of Denmark.’

As I help Hassan write his name in the English alphabet in my notebook, I wonder what life will bring for this bright, well-behaved child, growing up torn between two cultures.

His family are not preparing him for life as a Dane and, in a rapidly changing country, he may never be accepted as one even if he wishes to be.

And that surely spells trouble for him and his adopted nation.

At last! A man who dares to tell the truth about race: Ex-race tsar says silencing of debate has done devastating harm to Britain

  • Trevor Phillips is the former chairman of  Commission
  • for Racial Equality
  • He has attacked 'racket' of
  • multiculturalism sparked by
  • Blair government
  • Blamed the silencing of race issues for
  • the Rotherham
  • grooming scandal
  • Claims we are 'more ready to offend each other' as
  • price for free speech

Britain is silencing debate on race issues  by ‘intimidating’ those who dare to askquestions, according to the former equalities watchdog.

In a devastating critique of a culture of misguided political correctness, Trevor Phillips said far too many people felt unable to speak their minds because they feared being branded racist.

The former chairman of the Equality and Human Rights Commission said that people would have to become ‘more ready to offend each other’ as the price of free speech.

In a hard-hitting article ahead of a TV documentary on race issues to be aired later this week, Mr Phillips attacked the ‘racket’ of multiculturalism which took root under Tony Blair’s government. He said:

  • The inability to discuss racial issues contributed to child grooming scandals in cities such as Rotherham and Rochdale, because authorities ‘turned a blind eye’;
  • Silence on racial issues led to the failure to take action to save Victoria Climbie;
  • A film commissioned to warn young people of the dangers of grooming was suppressed because it featured an Asian perpetrator abusing white girls;
  • He was accused of being ‘fatuous’ by senior New Labour figures when he warned of the dangers of multiculturalism;
  • Multiculturalism has become a ‘racket’ in many parts of the country, with self-styled community leaders battling for funds which prop up their authority and entrench segregation.

Mr Phillips was for a decade the chairman of the Commission for Racial Equality and its successor, the Equality and Human Rights Commission.

However, in the same TV documentary Tony Blair refused to admit that his decision to open the doors to EU migration in 2004 was a mistake.

The former prime minister said the influx would have ‘happened anyway’ and it ‘made sense at the time’ to open our borders when France and Germany kept their controls.

Tony Blair has refused to admit that his

decision to open the doors to EU

migration in 2004 was a mistake

Last night MPs welcomed the comments from Trevor Phillips, a man who was once at the pinnacle of the politically-correct establishment

Philip Hollobone, Conservative MP for Kettering, said: ‘For once, Trevor Phillips is right. Political correctness has acted as a huge deterrent to people speaking their mind on the important issues of the day.

'The vast majority of people in Britain are not racist, but they are concerned about immigration and about crimes committed by certain sections of the community.’

Philip Davies, the Tory MP for Shipley, said: ‘I’m always grateful when a sinner repents. Some of us have been castigated for years for speaking out, and I hope the tide is turning even among those who upheld political correctness in the past.’

In his article, Mr Phillips listed a range of areas where he suggested political correct ideas and multiculturalism had made things worse.

Jack Straw, who was foreign secretary at the time, has since conceded the policy was a 'spectacular mistake'

He put the failure of people to speak out down to fact that the ‘modern secular sin of being a racist, or its religious cousin an anti-semite or Islamophobe, is by far the worst crime of which you can be accused’.

Mr Phillips is a former television executive who became a Labour politician and then a front man for Tony Blair’s government as it tried to deal with ethnic and religious tensions.

However he dropped his ambitions for a political career and became head of the Commission for Racial Equality in 2003 and went on to the EHRC.

He was a central figure in the retreat from multiculturalism – the left-wing doctrine which encouraged migrants to keep their own culture rather than integrate into British ways.

After the 2005 London bombings he warned the country was ‘sleepwalking towards segregation’.

He earned £112,000 a year for a three-and-a-half day week at the EHRC, stepping down in 2012.

In his interview with the Channel 4 documentary, Things We Can’t Say About Race That Are True, Mr Blair insisted he was prepared to argue in favour of immigration.

Hundreds of thousands of Eastern Europeans came here because his government opted not to impose transitional controls 11 years ago.

The foreign secretary at the time, Jack Straw, has since conceded the policy was a ‘spectacular mistake’, while Ed Miliband has also said the party ‘got it wrong’ on immigration.

Last year former Labour home secretary David Blunkett warned of increasing public fears about immigration. Tory MP Mr Davies said: ‘Tony Blair must be the only person in the country who does not think it was a mistake.’

Explosive truths about race we're not allowed to talk about: The political class's failure to confront unpalatable facts has had appalling consequences, says ex-head of equality watchdog

BY TREVOR PHILLIPS, FORMER CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMISSION FOR RACIAL EQUALITY

When I took over as chairman of the Commission for Racial Equality (CRE) in March 2003, I was braced for trouble. Race and religion are the most divisive and potent flashpoints in Western societies.

I was pretty well prepared for the job of race relations tsar. I had been a journalist for 25 years; I had run several public bodies; and I had been elected to chair the London Assembly.

Like most men of my age and background I’d also managed to get myself stopped by the police in pretty much every model of car I’d ever owned. I thought I knew what I was taking on. But to paraphrase the famous Monty Python sketch, nobody expects to be shot in the face.

Trevor Phillips was the chairman of the Commission for Racial Equality during the Blair government

In autumn 2005, what I thought was a car backfiring outside the office turned out to have punched a hole in the window next to my desk.

The would-be airgun assassins missed. But had I been less lucky I might, I guess, have lost an eye. The police came, investigated, but never had much chance of finding the culprit. We repaired the window, stepped up security, warned staff to be careful leaving the building and forgot all about it.

Like many people in my position, I find that such threats are a routine occurrence. If you’re not white, they come with their own special menace. But that hole in the window beside my desk at the CRE’s offices in South London should have been a stark warning of the passions that were already being roused, even in this mild-mannered nation, by Britain’s growing ethnic and cultural frictions.

It had been central to the New Labour project led by Tony Blair that Britain’s attitude to a multi-ethnic society would be transformed. We thought that if the government tackled discrimination with enough vigour then we didn’t need to worry too much about racial and religious divisions, which would just melt away in time because, after all, we were the same under the skin.

While beautiful in theory, in practice multiculturalism had become a racket

When it was announced on July 6, 2005, that London had won the 2012 Olympics with a pitch based on Britain’s ease with ethnic diversity, it seemed as though the whole world had bought our philosophy.

But the very next day it became clear that not everyone shared our enthusiasm for multiculturalism. On July 7, 52 people were murdered and more than 700 injured by four explosions on the London transport system.

When it emerged that the bombers were all young British Muslim men, we were faced with a single devastating question: if our multiculturalist dream was working so well, why had this happened?

For me the shock was compounded by a dawning realisation that I might have to bear some personal responsibility for failing to see what was coming. Because I had made it my business to spend part of each week in a community outside London, I already knew some groups were becoming so isolated that values and ideas which most people would find alien were tolerated and even encouraged.

But we had said little about it and done even less. After 12 months at the CRE I had come to the conclusion that, while beautiful in theory, in practice multiculturalism had become a racket, in which self-styled community leaders bargained for control over local authority funds that would prop up their own status and authority. Far from encouraging integration, it had become in their interest to preserve the isolation of their ethnic groups.

In some, practices such as female genital mutilation — a topic I’d made films about as a TV journalist — were regarded as the private domain of the community. In others, local politicians and community bosses had clearly struck a Faustian bargain: grants for votes.

And I saw a looming danger that these communities were steadily shrinking in on themselves, trapping young people behind walls of tradition and deference to elders.

Of course none of this was secret. But anyone who pointed the finger could expect to be denounced for not respecting diversity.

When Mr Phillips said Britain was 'sleepwalking its way to segregation' both Theresa May and the liberal Democrat Schools Minister David Laws were among his critics

I myself had been quick to criticise others; in the autumn of 2005 I found myself the object of exactly this kind of witch-hunt. When I spoke publicly about my concern that Britain could be ‘sleepwalking to segregation’, I expected some mild debate. I didn’t anticipate the political fire-storm that would break.

On the evening of my speech, both the present Home Secretary, Theresa May, and the Liberal Democrat Schools Minister, David Laws — who were then in opposition — argued on the BBC1’s Question Time programme that I had gone too far.

Worse still, one of my Labour colleagues, David Miliband, who was Minister for Communities, dismissed my concerns as ‘fatuous’. Today, ten years later, we know better. On the face of it we should be a nation completely at ease with our growing diversity. But we are not.

In 2015, non-white school-leavers are more likely than their white peers to head for university.

Yet while many clever young Muslim women head for the top medical schools, a handful are boarding planes to become the brides of Isis fighters. We learn from his former headteacher that Jihadi John had attended a school where more than 70 per cent of the pupils were, like him, Muslims.

It is not Islamophobic to wonder if such a closed community might have nurtured a fatally narrow world-view

It is not Islamophobic to wonder if such a closed community might have nurtured a fatally narrow world-view. No one in France now doubts that the sickening violence that left a dozen dead in the Charlie Hebdo shootings was at least in part a consequence of the disastrous segregation of the French banlieues, the ghettos to which many Muslims have been consigned.

Yet simply pointing out these facts is thought to be so sensitive that they have become virtually unsayable. In a world that rightly venerates the memory of Martin Luther King and Nelson Mandela, the modern secular sin of being a racist (or an anti-Semite or an Islamophobe, its religious cousins) is by far the worst crime of which you can be accused.

The perverse and unintended consequences of our drive to instil respect for diversity is that our political and media classes have become terrified of discussing racial or religious differences.

Our desperation to avoid offence is itself beginning to stand in the way of progress. And all too often the losers are minority Britons.

If African Caribbeans are statistically more likely to commit some kinds of crime than other people, as indeed they are — we are especially proficient at murdering other African Caribbeans, for example — it might make some sense to understand why, so we can stop it happening.

Not all Jewish people are wealthy; in fact, some are extremely deprived. But if — as is true — Jewish households in Britain are on average twice as wealthy as the rest, might it not pay to work out what makes these families more likely to do well? Is there something that the rest can learn from their traditions and behaviour?

We all know why these things cannot be said. The long shadow of slavery and the Holocaust rightly makes us anxious about the kind of slack thinking that led to the dehumanising of entire populations.

Yet should history prevent us from understanding the differences between us — especially if those insights might improve life for everyone?

For example, one of the great educational successes of recent years has been the dramatic improvement in the performance of London’s schoolchildren at GCSE level. Many explanations have been advanced — better teaching, new academies, innovative exchanges of classroom practice.

The one explanation that almost every Establishment report seems to reject is also the most likely. It is that during the past ten years the capital’s classrooms have seen a huge rise in the numbers of high-performing immigrant children — Chinese, Indian, African and Polish — and a contraction in the numbers of under-achieving African Caribbean and white children.

A rigorous analysis conducted by Simon Burgess, professor of economics at Bristol University, has largely been ignored by the Establishment, although not by parents. Smart middle-class parents in London now visit schools with an eye to putting their child in a class with as many Asian children as they can find.

Burgess’s study shows that it’s not only the high-flying minorities who are doing well — they’re dragging up the averages among their white classmates, too.

The instinct to avoid offence is understandable. But its outcomes have been shown in practice to be disastrous. Victoria Climbie, an Ivorian eight-year-old, was tortured and murdered in 2000.

The subsequent inquiry by Lord Laming showed that doctors and social workers, desperate to avoid charges of racial insensitivity towards a black family, ignored or misinterpreted signs that should have led to her rescue.

Latterly, the unfolding tragedy of the street grooming of children by largely Pakistani Muslim gangs in several British cities has exposed a culture in which public authorities would do almost anything to avoid being accused of stigmatising an ethnic group — including turning a blind eye to abuse.

Victoria Climbie was tortured and murdered in 2000 after doctors and social workers ignored or misinterpreted signs that should have led to her rescue

The Times reporter Andrew Norfolk, who exposed the street grooming scandal, recently uncovered a film that had been commissioned by child protection chiefs to warn young people of the dangers. It was suppressed in 2008 for the simple reason that it featured a white girl groomed by a young Asian man — the most probable scenario, but one that was deemed unacceptable to be shown to the girls at risk. Instead, another film was commissioned. It features a white abuser, a black victim and no discernibly Asian characters.

One of the few senior figures who has never been afraid to speak his mind is the former Foreign Secretary Jack Straw.

Back in 2006 he stirred controversy by saying it would help him to communicate with his Muslim Blackburn constituents if women were prepared to remove their veils so he could see their faces when he spoke to them. He was denounced as insensitive and worse. He told me that ‘a lot of white politicians are nervous about this. They lack confidence about what their views are and they think somebody will criticise them . . . [call them] racist or some nonsense like that.’

Ann Cryer, the first MP to blow the whistle on the street grooming scandal, in her Keighley constituency, now says she discovered that others in her local party had been aware of it for years, but neither the police nor social services would take her complaints seriously.

She says she found it difficult to raise the issue without being called a racist. In the end she went public, because ‘if you pretend it’s not happening, as many people in Rotherham did, then you go down the road of condoning it.

‘You’re actually saying, “This is all right, because it’s what they do in that community”. Well, it’s not. It’s not all right.’

The actor Benedict Cumberbatch recently found himself in hot water after trying to make a perfectly reasonable — and much-needed — case for the employment of black actors in greater numbers.

Yet the star’s main point was buried in a shower of condemnation for using the ‘outdated’ term ‘coloured’ — although, in fact, in America the phrase ‘people of colour’ is the most common way of describing black and Asian people as a group.

There is a real cost to this type of intimidation. The upshot is that the next time a white person wants to speak up for minorities, I would guess they’ll hesitate and ask themselves: ‘Will I make things worse by speaking out?’

It’s not just the impact on free speech that we need to be concerned about. We find it more and more difficult to address real problems in our society because we are afraid to describe them.

In the past decade, more than half a million white Londoners left the city for the suburbs, not because they are bigots but because they wanted homes with gardens and better schools. Fewer non-whites made the same move, leaving the capital a far less integrated place.

Even among those who stayed, research by the Social Integration Commission showed that social mixing across the lines of race and religion was, relatively speaking, least likely in multi-ethnic London — because the more choice people have, the more they choose to hang out with their own kind.

Benedict Cumberbatch recently found himself in hot water after trying to make a perfectly reasonable case for the employment of black actors in greater numbers. He was condemned for using the 'outdated' term 'coloured'

The revelation that schools in Birmingham had been taken over by a small, religiously motivated clique — the so-called Trojan Horse scandal — shows that children’s education is at risk of being sacrificed on the altar of religious orthodoxy.

And the Electoral Commission has voiced its concern about the corruption in segregated and closed neighbourhoods.

The problems aren’t limited to the conduct of people of colour. Last week, it was reported that one employer has advertised for workers, suggesting Polish speakers would be especially welcome — not a demonstration of an equal opportunities policy, but part of the growing trend for factory and shift work to be organised by ethnicity and nationality.

It’s a phenomenon I noted when conducting an inquiry into the meat-packing industry a few years back. It’s practical common sense — the workers and their supervisors communicate more readily and there are fewer fights on the production line. But is this really how we want to live?

Few of us want to go back to the days of ‘no blacks, no Irish, no dogs’ notices. Most people would rather that racial distinctions played no part in our lives. Should there be limits to the racial or ethnic mix we tolerate in schools, workplaces or neighbourhoods?

Would the publication and use of ethnic crime data lead to racial profiling and provide an excuse for fresh discrimination by the police and criminal justice system?

In an unequal world, if we are to tackle the problems of racial inequality and segregation, we at least have to be ready to name the problem. And we have to face the political consequences of our mealy-mouthed approach to race.

Britain’s lack of frankness is echoed in every major European country and it is fuelling a growth of angry, nativist political movements across the continent. In Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Greece and Holland, far-Right parties have steadily built a solid presence on the political landscape. In France, Marine Le Pen’s National Front is tipped to win next week’s round of local elections.

At the heart of these parties’ appeal is a simple, oft-stated claim: we are the only people ready to speak the truth.

Nothing could be further from reality. But the po-faced political correctness that cramps all the conventional parties is allowing these frauds to get away with it.

Preventing anyone from saying what’s on their minds won’t ever remove it from their hearts. People need to feel free to say what they want to without the fear of being accused of racism or bigotry.

That means we’re all going to have to become more ready to offend each other. If we do, we might — in time — begin to see each other in our true colours. And surely that’s what the aim of changing Britain’s attitudes to race was all about.

The Muslim cleric who blames British mosques for the 7/7 bombings, says multiculturalism is a disaster and would throw Islamic fanatics out

By

 Richard Pendlebury
 on 30th April 2009

You can usually find at least one in any saloon bar, ready to give you the benefit of their peppery views on the parlous state of Britain today.

This particular example is a clean shaven, middle-aged man with the de rigueur attire of carefully knotted mustard tie and blue, golf club-style blazer.

Brass cuff buttons flash as he pounds an angry fist on to his knee.

7/7

Terror: The bus destroyed in the 7/7 London bombings

'I will give £5 to anyone in Britain who wants to live under Sharia law,' he declares. 'It will help pay for their ticket to Sudan, Yemen, Pakistan, or wherever it is customary to live under Sharia law.

'Please, please go and leave us alone. This is Britain, not 10th century Arabia!'

We are indeed sitting in a bar, on a busy main road in Oxford.

But the man before me is no stereotypical Islamophobe.

For one, he is sipping a glass of water rather than something more inflammatory.

More importantly, though by no means obviously, Dr Taj Hargey is himself an Islamic cleric; perhaps the most controversial imam in Britain today.

In an age when the highest-profile Muslim preachers are bearded, anti-Western firebrands such as Abu Hamza or Omar Bakri Dr Hargey seems an anomaly.

He does not care much for male facial hair. He believes that women can be both seen and heard, even in a mosque at Friday prayers.

And don't even get him started on the sort of fanatics who blow up London buses, or the poisonous teachings that inspired them.

After three men were cleared this week on charges of assisting the July 7 bombers, there have been calls for an inquiry into blunders made by the security services.

But Dr Hargey has little doubt who, and what, is truly to blame for unleashing such terrorism on our streets.

'It is the extremist ideology present in many UK mosques which is the cement behind nihilistic plots such as this,' he says. 'They are twisting Islam.'

Muslim

Violence: Dr Taj Hargey deplores fanatics such as the suicide bombers who targeted London

He has little or no time for the Government's 'pussyfooting' policy of encouraging multiculturalism.

'That is the biggest disaster to happen to Britain since World War II,' he says. 'It has given the extremist mullahs the green light for radicalism and segregation. We have to, we must, adjust to British society. And we can do so without losing our faith.'

Hardly surprisingly, such statements have made him wildly unpopular among those who adhere to the brand of ultra-conservative Saudi-funded Wahhabi Islam which currently makes most noise in Britain and around the world.

Certainly, if you Google Dr Hargey's name you will find him vilified as a 'charlatan' on any number of Islamic website forums.

In return, he is quite happy to describe his critics as 'fanatics'. Recently, one hostile publication went too far.

When we meet, Dr Hargey, 56, is still basking in the glow of his successful libel action against the English-language Muslim Weekly newspaper, which had accused him of being a heretic.

Earlier this month it agreed to pay him a five-figure sum and issue a grovelling apology, which was a little more esoteric than most heard in the High Court.

It stated: 'Dr Taj Hargey has never subscribed to, belonged to or been affiliated with any sect or minority group, religious or otherwise. On the contrary, Dr Hargey has consistently and openly reiterated his unconditional belief in the absolute finality of prophethood in Islam and Mohammed (peace and blessings upon him) as God's last prophet and final messenger.'

Afterwards, the cleric described the case as a 'watershed moment' in the battle between 'progressives' such as himself and what he called the 'Muslim McCarthyists', after the U.S. senator who accused opponents of being communist and 'un-American' with little or no evidence.

Muslim

Headscarves: Dr Hargey says they are not necessary

But despite his victory, or perhaps because of it, when his phone rings now it is still almost as likely to be an anonymous death threat as a request for spiritual guidance.

Certainly more people hate him than follow him.

'The masses have been brainwashed by the mullahs,' he says.

Which begs the question: can this intellectual Oxford imam really succeed with his ambition to lead a 'reformation' of British Islam? Or will medieval orthodoxy triumph in the end?

Dr Hargey was born and raised in apartheid- era South Africa. The racist state classified him as 'coloured', a second-class citizen.

One of eight children, his father was a supermarket packer; his mother illiterate.

But Hargey was a natural scholar and destined for a better, if consistently controversial, existence.

His first battles were against the Pretoria government, rather than fundamentalists from his own faith.

'The masses have been brainwashed by the mullahs'

The attention he received from the South African security services prefigured the intimidation and intolerance he says he receives from British extremists today: 'I was an anti-apartheid fighter, against institutionalised racism.

'For me, Islam was a liberating vehicle for attaining justice on this Earth. I was pursued then by the South African secret police, so why should I fear these people now?'

Hargey attained his doctorate in Middle Eastern and Islamic studies from Oxford University. His thesis was on the slave trade in Anglo-Egyptian Sudan.

Back home, his CV shows that he taught history at the University of Cape Town before relocating to the U.S. in the 1980s to drum up funds for a projected South African-based anti-apartheid newspaper.

It is there that his efforts ran into his first experience of widely reported criticism, as allegations were made about his money-raising efforts.

'Prophet or Phoney?' was one newspaper headline, which, according to his critics, could equally apply to his current endeavours.

Whether these smears had any substance is unclear, although his combative approach has clearly attracted, if not invited, brickbats for the best part of a quarter of a century.

Nevertheless, he did hold down a number of academic posts in the United States, not least of which was a spell teaching African studies at the Sarah Lawrence University in New York State, alma mater of Rahm Emanuel, Barack Obama's White House Chief of Staff.

His latest venture is the Muslim Education Centre of Oxford, of which he is founding chairman.

Abu

Firebrand cleric: Abu Hamza

Dr Hargey also leads the city's Summertown Islamic congregation. 'The most progressive pulpit in the land, from which we do everything in English except prayer,' he states.

From a borrowed Masonic hall rather than a dedicated mosque, his enemies sneer.

The ideological core of his opposition towards the fashionable Islamic fundamentalists lies in his rejection of the absolute importance of hadith and Sharia law.

To explain, the Koran is the teaching of Allah, handed down to the Prophet Mohammed.

The hadiths, meanwhile, comprise the sayings and actions of Mohammed, as recorded by others, some time after his death.

For many Muslims, the hadiths are a fundamental guide and part of their faith. For Hargey, they are often unreliable and an obstacle to the integration of Islam into contemporary society. He believes the Koran is all.

'This is a big fight for the hearts and minds of Islam. There is nothing in the Koran which is incompatible with (living in) British society, unlike what I call "Mullah Islam" and their reliance on hadiths.'

And so he explains his position: 'These people say they have a right to stone adulterous women. We say show us where it says that in the Koran.

'The Koran must have precedence. It must be sovereign. Everything else is supplementary or subservient. All that stuff about jihad, women's rights, apostasy, all these issues come from the hadiths.

'We do not say get rid of the hadiths. But we do say that every hadith must pass two litmus tests.

First, it must not conflict with the Koran. Second, it must not conflict with reason or logic.

'One of the hadiths, for example, says the majority of people in Hell will be women. But let's do a forensic examination of this. First, let's look at the fact that 88 per cent of crimes are committed by men rather than women.

'How then, logically, can there be more women in Hell? Theologically, the Koran says that every human irrespective of gender will be rewarded for what they did and punished for what they did not.'

Of Sharia law he is even more dismissive. 'The Koran is clear that blasphemy is dealt with in the next life by God. The Sharia, meanwhile, is a medieval compilation of religious opinion which is not immutable, not eternal.

'How can we be dependant on 10th-11th-century jurists and scholars? It makes no sense.'

He also wants Muslims to integrate more with mainstream Britain.

'The (Muslim) reaction to 9/11 was to withdraw. I think the best way is to go out and belong.

'I love this country, I follow Spurs and I go to the pub, if only to drink orange juice'

'If you met me walking down the street, for example, would you know I am a Muslim? No.

'I know I am a Muslim in my heart and my actions, not in my beard or the niqab face mask. The niqab only comes from a hadith and even that only refers to the Prophet's wives. This is a big fight for the hearts and minds of Islam. There is nothing in the Koran that is incompatible with (living in) British society.'

Of the cries of 'heretic' to which he is frequently subjected, he argues: 'Faith is between the person and God. No one can pronounce you a heretic (in Islam) and I think that is a wonderful thing.

'But we do need a reformation in Islam. We have to go back to the pristine principles in our faith. We need a British Islam and by that I do not mean a compromise.

'Christianity was once an alien faith. We have to integrate in a matter of decades rather than centuries.'

But what of the accusations that he is simply a State stooge? This angers him.

'I have called for Bush and Blair to be indicted at the international criminal court for their wars. What kind of stooge does that make me?

'We have a multicultural community of men and women, including converts. We are not fanatics and appeal to a very broad constituency. We do not appeal to those who have been brainwashed by the mullahs.

These people refuse to debate with me and instead send their minions to do their dirty work on the internet or via anonymous phone calls. We get death threats, intimidation and blackmail tactics. But it does not dissuade us.

'Our group is based on the "Three Es": Enlightenment, Egalitarianism and Erudition.

But the Government, with its anti-terrorist strategy, has never contacted us, even though we say violence and suicide bombing are against the faith.

'What a mistake. In this city we have the Wahhabi-backed Oxford Centre of Islamic Studies. It preaches the most repressive and egregious theology.

'We want to establish an Oxford Centre for British Islam. We will have a mosque and the leader could be either male or female.'

So, for example, he has supported a state school which banned the niqab, much to the fury of his Muslim foes.

And last October he hosted the appearance in Oxford of Professor Amina Wadud, a female Islamic academic, who gave a sermon at Friday prayers before a mixed-gender congregation, which was anathema to the extremists.

Dr Hargey says: 'She is the undisputed authority on women in the Koran. We invited this heavyweight intellectual and the people who made the most protest outside our prayer hall were women dressed in niqabs who had been brainwashed by their menfolk.

'It was like the time of Emmeline Pankhurst and the suffragettes agitating for the vote.

'Then, many of the women were conditioned to think their behaviour a scandal. Now look at all those women walking past us who have the vote and think nothing of it.'

He also frowned on the recent extremist demonstration against the troops parading through Luton.

'While we feel it was an illegal war, you cannot punish the average squaddie for what is done in the name of New Labour and that toxic Texan.

'Yes, the war was wrong, but you cannot call soldiers murderers, or cowards. My life's work is to make British Muslims integrated.'

He is also utterly dismissive of the Muslim Council of Britain, which until the Government's recent reversal of policy, was the state's contact point with British Islam.

'They are Indo-Pakistani and sexist,' he says. 'It's a reactionary group, infused with the repressive ideology of the Wahhabis.

'If we go along their path we will have a ghetto mentality, segregated and giving our enemies such as the British National Party the opportunity to target us like the Jews in the 1930s. Isolation is our greatest peril.'

For the record, he supported BNP leader Nick Griffin's recent appearance at an Oxford Union debate, although he certainly did not endorse his views.

'We should not silence him. We should expose him.

'I love this country, I follow Spurs and I go to the pub, if only to drink orange juice. I am also a Muslim. But I am not a threat. If people like me are smothered then we will all sleep less safely in our beds.

'These people are religious fascists. The view that Islam is incompatible with British society is something that the Muslim Council of Britain and their hangers- on have promulgated.'

And with that, he adjusts the knot in his mustard tie, drains the last drop of his (non-alcoholic) drink and leaves the bar.

He may be a deeply controversial imam. But he is undoubtedly a brave one.

BULLETINS FROM ACROSS THE WORLD

LITTLEJOHN

We need a fearless leader to deliver

BREXIT

- Nigel Farage:

RICHARD LITTLEJOHN believes the former Ukip leader should be an integral part of the process after campaigning for so long

Farage’s career should — repeat should — have ended in triumph. After all, he went into politics with just one aim and succeeded spectacularly

Enoch Powell said famously that all political careers end in failure. Nigel Farage should have proved him wrong.

Farage’s career should — repeat should — have ended in triumph. After all, he went into politics with just one aim and succeeded spectacularly.

Up to a point.

The magnificent Leave victory in 2016 was a vindication of Farage’s virtually single-handed campaign to get Britain out of the EU.

Yes, others can also take credit. But Farage was the figurehead, often a lone voice in the wilderness.

No one had to endure the vilification and violence directed at Farage as he took his message around the country year after year, well before Call Me Dave finally buckled and gave the people a long-overdue referendum.

Fifteen years ago, when I was presenting a nightly show on Sky News, I was about the only broadcaster who would give him a regular platform. The mainstream media treated him as a pariah — at best a circus act, at worst a neo-Nazi.

This was around the time that New Labour was almost unanimously agreed to have established a 1,000-year reich and opposition to our glorious future as a European statelet was considered futile.

Aside from a few principled players in the Conservative Party — former leader and one-time Maastricht rebel Iain Duncan Smith prominent among them — the political establishment wholeheartedly embraced the EU project.

But Farage kept banging away, making mischief in Brussels, where he’d managed to get himself elected as an MEP and used his position to ridicule the pompous panjandrums running the show.

Who can forget his wonderful denunciation of the ridiculous Herman Van Rompuy, self-styled former European ‘president’?

‘You have the charisma of a damp rag, and the appearance of a low-grade bank clerk . . . Who are you? I’d never heard of you. Nobody in Europe had ever heard of you.

‘I would like to ask you, President, who voted for you . . . oh, I know democracy’s not popular with you lot, and what mechanism do the people of Europe have to remove you?

‘Is this European democracy? You appear to have a loathing for the very concept of the existence of nation states — perhaps that’s because you come from Belgium, which of course is pretty much a non-country . . .

‘Sir, you have no legitimacy in this job at all, and I can say with confidence that I speak on behalf of the majority of British people in saying: We don’t know you, we don’t want you, and the sooner you’re put out to grass, the better.’

The Westminster bubble was horrified. How dare this upstart show such a lack of respect to our European masters? But out in the suburbs and the shires, and on the rundown council estates in the North of England, millions of decent British citizens gave a silent cheer.

Call Me Dave dismissed Farage’s Ukip as a collection of ‘fruitcakes, loonies and closet racists’. It was a cruel caricature, but partly accurate. Ukip’s annual conference certainly resembles a roomful of Hyacinth Buckets and men who model themselves on the Major in Fawlty Towers.

But Ukip was on a roll — and by now Farage was a ubiquitous presence in radio and TV studios, even if he was often only there as an Aunt Sally, to be shouted at by self-righteous presenters and panellists alike.

Yet Farage stood up to the verbal slings and arrows, and to the nasty physical abuse he frequently had to endure. Cigarette in one hand, pint of best in the other, he kept on plugging away.

In the 2015 General Election, Ukip polled almost four million votes, a large chunk of them in former Labour strongholds in the North, which felt ignored and abandoned and had suffered the greatest impact from mass immigration.

Farage’s ‘fruitcakes’ didn’t make a parliamentary breakthrough but they delivered the Tories their first Commons majority since 1992, simply by denying Labour seats they had taken for granted.

Now, Cameron feared, they were coming for the Tories, so he panicked and promised a referendum on EU membership.

Say what you like about Call Me Dave, but this was his greatest gift to the people of Britain, an opportunity we seized, asserting our sovereignty and overturning the decades-old project of submerging our country into an anti-democratic United States of Europe.

To paraphrase Monty Python’s parrot sketch, Ukip is an ex-party, it has ceased to be

Cameron’s gamble backfired. He resigned immediately and is now reduced to scraping a living on the international lecture circuit, essentially a political end-of-the-pier show.

Next week, he’s playing a small town theatre in Florida, but has sold fewer seats than its current production, Million Dollar Quartet, a jukebox musical featuring hits by Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins and Jerry Lee Lewis.

In the States, where they value national independence, Farage is a folk hero, a bigger draw than our former Prime Minister.

And yet.

OK, so the referendum wouldn’t have been won without Boris, Gove and the brave career politicians who dared to defy the Establishment stitch-up. But without Farage, there would have been no referendum, nor would there have been any Brexit.

What kind of Brexit, if any, remains to be seen. Which, presumably, is why Farage is now muttering about making a comeback as part of a Ukip Mark II.

The corpse of the old Ukip is still twitching, but without Farage it’s nothing. The party’s on its third post-Farage leader, no one you’ve ever heard of, and he’s on the way out over a few incendiary tweets sent by some dopey bird half his age he’s got himself hooked up with. I can’t be bothered to go into details, because it’s a waste of time.

To paraphrase Monty Python’s parrot sketch, Ukip is an ex-party, it has ceased to be.

One of the reasons Ukip imploded was because those four million voters returned to the two main parties, both of which made manifesto promises to implement Brexit in full, yet now seem hell-bent on either reneging or watering it down so far it becomes meaningless.

So I understand and share Farage’s concern. As I’ve said all along, the fix has been in since the result of the referendum was announced. The political class have stolen our biggest vote in history for anything and made it all about them — not the people they are paid to serve.

Frankly, I don’t trust any of them to deliver the Brexit we voted for. If the vast majority of MPs had their way, they’d stop the whole process in its tracks today. When Theresa May succeeded Call Me Dave, she should have established a grand cross-party coalition to negotiate our departure, including heroic Labour figures such as Gisela Stuart and Kate Hoey.

But the central player should have been Farage, a man who knows his way around Brussels and scares the EU to death.

He’d never have put up with the contemptuous treatment being meted out to Britain by Michel Barnier and his ‘damp-rag, low-grade bank clerk’ bureaucrats.

Instead, we’re stuck with Mother Theresa, who spent the referendum hiding behind the sofa and still won’t say whether she’d vote Leave if it was held today.

Her new de facto deputy, David Lidington, is a full-on federast, already speculating we could rejoin the EU at some stage. Rejoin? We haven’t even left yet — and never will, other than in name only, if the political establishment prevails.

Even David Davis seems to have gone native and Boris has been banished to the outer darkness, certainly when it comes to Brexit. In what kind of Fred Karno government is the Foreign Secretary excluded from the biggest foreign policy issue facing the country in modern history?

Never mind Boris, though. Mrs May should be making plans for Nigel, bringing him into the fold, allowing him to be an integral part of the very Brexit process for which he has campaigned so long, so hard and so selflessly.

He doesn’t need a knighthood, or a sinecure in the Lords — each of which would have been a traditional reward for his service to this country. Given the fuss over Mrs Thatcher’s memorial, I suppose a statue in Parliament Square is out of the question, too.

But what is beyond doubt is that, after Thatcher, Farage is the most influential, most significant British political figure since Churchill — much more so than the Westminster pygmies and time-servers who treat him with unwarranted disdain.

Ukip, the party he led, may be sleeping with the fishes, but if there is any justice, Farage’s career deserves to end in triumph.

Let’s hope Enoch was wrong.

OUR HISTORIC  ENGLISH SEA HIGHWAYS GIVEN AWAY BY THE TRAITOROUS EDWARD HEATH WILL BE RETURNED IN MARCH 2019.

'Ye mariners of England/that guard our native seas/Whose flag has braved a thousand years/The battle and the breeze'.

Thomas Campbell.(1777-1844) Ye Mariners of England

In September 1654 Cromwell summoned his first Parliament. The Speaker was  William Lenthall the greatest and most respected holder of that HIGH OFFICE during the English Civil War.

The Lord Protector said

"the main object in calling Parliament was that

"the ship of the commonwealth may be brought into a safe harbour."

 [LETTER]

For the Honourable William Lenthall, Speaker of the Commons

House of Parliament: these,

Sir                                      Harborough, 14th June, 1645

Being commanded by you to this service, I think myself bound to acquaint you with the good hand of God towards you and us.

We marched yesterday after the King, who went before us from Daventry to Harborough; and quartered about six miles from him.  This day we marched before him.  He drew out to meet us; both Armies engaged.  We, after three hours fight very doubtful, at last routed his Army; killed and took about 5000,-very many officers, but of what quality we yet know not.   We took also about 200 carriages, all he had; and all his guns, being 12 in number, whereof two were demi-cannon, two demi-culverins, and I think the rest sackers.  We pursued the Enemy from three miles short of Harborough to nine beyond, even to the sight of Leicester, whither the King fled.

Sir, this is none other but the hand of God; and to Him alone belongs the glory, wherein none are to share with Him.  The General served you with all faithfulness and honour: and the best commendation I can give him is, That I daresay he attributed all to God, and would rather perish than assume to himself. Which is an honest and a thriving way:-and yet as much for bravery may be given to him, in this action.  Sir, they are trusty; I beseech you, in the name of God, not to discourage them. I wish this action may beget thankfulness and humility in all that are concerned in it.  He that ventures his life for liberty of his country, I wish he trust God for the liberty of his conscience, and you for the liberty he fights for.  In this he rests, who is

Your most humble servant,

How Britain is ruled by patronising

B*#*@:rds

 by QUENTIN LETTS

A rebellion has taken place in this country of ours, an uprising, a new Peasants’ Revolt. A real kick in the kidneys for Britain’s ruling elite.

Before the EU referendum in 2016, the electorate was told firmly what to do. A vote for Remain would be safe and strong, and woe betide the country if you were stupid enough to back Brexit. You know your duty, little ones, said the elite. Sod that, said the people.

In the greatest citadel-storming since the French Revolution, they chose to leave the obtrusive European Union.

But it was not a result that happened by accident. It was born of a weary truculence — a yeoman impatience with those who make up our smug, self-perpetuating, invisible Brahmin caste.

Before the EU referendum in 2016, the electorate was told firmly what to do. A vote for Remain would be safe and strong, and woe betide the country if you were stupid enough to back Brexit. You know your duty, little ones, said the elite. Sod that, said the people

The government machine was used remorselessly to help Remain. We were muck-spreadered with warnings of hideous consequences from Brexit. The Governor of the Bank of England, Mark Carney, was mobilised. His friend George Osborne was Chancellor and, so far as the two of them could see, Remain was bound to win, and Clever George would become prime minister before the next general election

For decades, Britons have been bossed about by a cadre of administrators and managers and pose-striking know-alls.

The old aristocracy having faded, in came a more furtive elite, driven by the desire to own minds, not acres, determined to control opinion and dictate our attitudes.

It was done on the sly, of course. They posed as liberals, and crouched behind ‘enlightened’ attitudes while imposing their views on a populace they claimed to esteem but more truthfully disdained.

Politicians, civil servants and lawyers used a language few could understand, while government was farmed out to agencies and quangos and privatised supply companies.

Cheap labour was imported, suppressing workers’ wages, because that was what globalised boss-cats at the international forums said was necessary.

Could we criticise immigration? Only if we wanted to be called racists and fruitcakes. The elite’s media munchkins had placed it on the top shelf, somewhere safe where it could not be touched.

At the gates to the Palace of Westminster I bumped into pro-Leave Tory MP Kwasi Kwarteng, a great bear of a man. ‘This is bigger than any general election result,’ he boomed

Against our will, children were exposed to sex education by schools more interested in dogma than declension. Sex crimes rocketed.

Sociologists said murderers must be released into the community. Re-offending rates rose.

Smokers were made to feel like criminals. Criminals were encouraged to sue their victims.

From every side came instruction as to what we must think: about diet, gender, sexuality, race, even the weather, with the TV forecasters telling us to put on sun cream and giving silly names to every incoming squall.

The entire System was at it, badgering us, belittling us, patting us on the head, putting us in our place.

Think this. Don’t think that. Inappropriate! Hate-crime!

From the Chief Medical Officer and her strictures about alcohol limits to railway announcements saying ‘do not become a victim of crime’, they treat us like toddlers.

Even the most docile beach donkey, by nature placid and reliable, if repeatedly kicked, will eventually refuse to co-operate. It will bare its teeth and walk in the other direction, pulling its tethers out of the sand.

So it has proved with the British voters.

Get off our backs, they said. Stop goading us. Stop being such patronising bastards.

The morning we discovered we’d break free from Europe was that unforgettable Friday, June 24, 2016.

Everywhere, celebrity luvvies hyperventilated. Actress Amanda Abbington (she was Dr Watson’s wife in Sherlock on the telly) messaged: ‘Watch the collapse begin. Dark days . . . Where can I move me and my children too (sic)? Where’s nice? Italy? Canada?’ They might have better grammar there, certainly. Keira Knightley was foul-mouthed. ‘Stop others f***ing with your future,’ she bleated in a message to yoof

I was in a pokey hotel bedroom in London’s Bloomsbury and awoke at daybreak as the television relayed the referendum results from around the country.

I’d expected the technocracy was going to win. It always did, didn’t it? The experts had said defeat for Remain was unthinkable. Treasury officials, opinion pollsters and almost the entire diplomatic corps idly presumed Remain would win.

But it hadn’t.

Our dominating elite of parliamentarians, lobbyists, bankers, artists, political theorists, clergy, academics and sterile aesthetes was about to take a massive custard pie smack in the face.

So many well-connected people had scoffed at Brexit. They had belittled anyone who suggested it could occur.

But there it was, happening before our eyes as the BBC’s presenter, David Dimbleby, announced: ‘The British people have spoken and the answer is “we’re out!”.’

The cold print of the referendum ballot papers had merely asked voters if they wanted to stay in the EU. This result was the crystallisation of something bigger.

It was the eruption of a long-building resentment at being bossed around by an opaque snootocracy, by affluent fixers and the People Who Know Best.

James Corden, who left Britain to present a TV show in California, transmitted from across the water: ‘I’m so sorry to the youth of Britain. I feel you’ve been let down today. x’

In my hotel room on that Independence Dawn last year, I felt a giddying rush of patriotic pride. The apple-cart had been overturned.

This was not just a public rejection of the EU. It was an act of thrilling dissent. Our arrogant elite, after years of self-enriching condescension, had been whupped.

More than a year on, I still can’t get out of my head how unrelenting the campaign was for Remain to win the popular vote.

For months before the referendum, the System did its best to engineer things in favour of the EU.

Cabinet Brexiteers were silenced. Civil servants were told to hide sensitive EU material from Eurosceptic ministers.

The government machine was used remorselessly to help Remain. We were muck-spreadered with warnings of hideous consequences from Brexit. The Governor of the Bank of England, Mark Carney, was mobilised.

His friend George Osborne was Chancellor and, so far as the two of them could see, Remain was bound to win, and Clever George would become prime minister before the next general election.

Carney, a Canadian but bound to the status quo here by instinct and career, predicted Brexit would cause sterling to collapse, growth to stall and unemployment to rise.

From comedians to bishops (hard to say which of those two groups is funnier), fund managers to charity-sector tsars, Brexit was as pongy as a bad sardine. They did not just oppose it. They recoiled from it.

The reaction was not simply intellectual or even political. It was rooted in taste, aesth- etics, manners.

Let your future son-in-law have tombstone teeth, the clothes sense of Ken Dodd and a string of shoplifting offences to his name, but pray God Almighty he be not a Brexiteer.

We no longer have widowed duchesses who clutch their dewlaps in horror when they hear the word ‘serviette’, but Brexit had the same effect on managerial and technocratic types.

My wife, a sweet and liberal-minded soul, casually mentioned to a princeling of the Church of England that she intended to vote Leave. He gasped: ‘How could you?’ He might have been less aghast had she admitted to witchcraft.

From J. K. Rowling came: ‘I don’t think I’ve ever wanted magic more’

Fashionable ‘opinion leaders’ and pliable industrialists were pressed to the Remain cause to build the idea that superior people — good people — were of one accord. They crouched down beside the voters, looked them very gravely in the eye and told the boys and girls that Mummy and Daddy would be really, really sad if Remain did not win the referendum.

Opinion pollsters said Remain would win, and in the last week of the campaign the Cameroons started to strut.

Two days before the referendum, Guardian columnist Polly Toynbee, la-di-dah Leftist and one-time owner of the most perfect villa in Italy, opined that the result was in the bag. The headline over her article read: ‘On Friday I’ll get my country back. Britain will vote Remain’.

But the voters came to a different conclusion. They decided that those prominent Remain supporters were only in it for themselves, chasing either business contracts or honours.

The Leavers were the ones who reclaimed their country. On the morning after the referendum, I headed from my hotel to work in a taxi whose driver was cock-a-hoop at the Leave vote. At the gates to the Palace of Westminster I bumped into pro-Leave Tory MP Kwasi Kwarteng, a great bear of a man. ‘This is bigger than any general election result,’ he boomed. He was right. General elections are elections for Parliament. The referendum was an election against Parliament, in spite of Parliament.

Abraham Lincoln once spoke of ‘government of the people, by the people, for the people’. We had drifted towards ‘government of the people, by the Parliament, for the Parliament and its fleas’.

The Establishment reacted with petulant disbelief.

Tony Blair called it ‘a foolish excursion into populism’. The then Lib Dem leader Tim Farron, 46, normally a sunny fellow, was ‘angry that today we wake to a deeply divided country’. Would he have said the same if the scores had gone the other way?

Everywhere, celebrity luvvies hyperventilated.

Actress Amanda Abbington (she was Dr Watson’s wife in Sherlock on the telly) messaged: ‘Watch the collapse begin. Dark days . . . Where can I move me and my children too (sic)? Where’s nice? Italy? Canada?’ They might have better grammar there, certainly.

Keira Knightley was foul-mouthed. ‘Stop others f***ing with your future,’ she bleated in a message to yoof. James Corden, who left Britain to present a TV show in California, transmitted from across the water: ‘I’m so sorry to the youth of Britain. I feel you’ve been let down today. x.’

From J. K. Rowling came: ‘I don’t think I’ve ever wanted magic more.’ TV presenter and sometime footballer Gary Lineker asked: ‘What have we gone and done?’

The mood at Glastonbury pop festival was funereal. Coldplay’s Chris Martin saw ‘the collapse of a country’. Damon Albarn wore a black armband.

Marianne Faithfull, famous because decades earlier she was supposed to have done something filthy with a Mars Bar and Mick Jagger, said: ‘We are back to where it used to be, the Right-wing racist Little England. Those dreadful people, they’ve always been there.’

TV presenter and sometime footballer Gary Lineker asked: ‘What have we gone and done?’ The mood at Glastonbury pop festival was funereal. Coldplay’s Chris Martin saw ‘the collapse of a country’

Emma Thompson, mother, director, writer, actress, intellectual, citizen, was, naturally, appalled by Brexit. She said she felt more European than English and she regarded Ukip’s Nigel Farage as a ‘white nationalist’.

Where that left the many non-white Leave voters and non-white Ukip supporters, it was hard to say.

The Remain camp united atheists and the modern Church of England, with former Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams and arch-atheist Richard Dawkins deploring the result. Science bod Dawkins, who has made a study of natural selection, raged that the voters had been ‘ill-informed’ and ‘ignorant’. Personally, I blame evolution.

Another secularist, A. C. Grayling, wrote to MPs demanding that they reject the will of the people who, said Grayling, had voted on the basis of ‘demagoguery and sentiment’.

Too many voters were merely ‘System One’ thinkers, he argued — i.e. they acted chiefly on impulse and could be ‘captured by slogans’, unlike ‘System Two’ thinkers who made more considered, logical judgments.

Shades here, of the Greek philosopher Plato, who regarded democracy as rule by the rabble and proposed the creation of elite ‘Guardians’ or ‘Philosopher Kings’ who could be selected in youth and trained to rule.

Plato’s thinking is most clearly seen today in the French grandes écoles that train the cadre of Brussels Eurocrats who propose and draft EU treaties.

Tony Blair made a speech calling on people to ‘rise up against’ ... er, themselves, basically.

Time and again it was argued by anti-Brexiteers that Leave voters did not understand the vastness of their decision.

The elite was indignant and fearful — and that only made many Leave voters all the more certain they had made the right decision.

In their appalling condescension, what all these furious anti-Brexiteers ignored were people such as a Derbyshire factory worker called Stuart Carrington and the other 17,410,741 men and women who had voted to Leave.

Stuart had also been on my mind that anxious night as we waited for the referendum result. He was my brother-in-law. (Well, as good as. He and my wife’s sister Nicky were not formally married but they had been together years.)

Fifty-four-year-old Stuart’s health had become a worry in recent months. Out of character, he took time off work. Stuart’s machine, capable of the most intricate measurements, checked parts for aircraft jet engines.

He was proud of his work, just as he was proud of Nicky, her two sons and their flat. But he knew all that was coming to an end.

The doctors initially told him he had a low-threat cancer but they changed their prognosis. That week we were told he was dying.

Yet on referendum day morning, moving with difficulty, he had managed to get himself to his local polling station in the Spital district of Chesterfield, to vote for the last time.

A gaunt figure, he leaned heavily on the stubby pencil while casting his vote. Job done, he carefully dropped his ballot into the box, thanked the officials, winced a little and made slowly for the door.

A keen supporter of Leave — and normally a Labour man, his dad having been a miner — Stuart had been determined to vote and he had bloody well managed it.

I kept thinking of stoical, taciturn Stuart.

Those northern men don’t always say much but by God they make their mark. Stuart was not a showy person. He did not consider himself important, not in the way we normally use that term.

Not back then. Maybe things are a little different now. Maybe, with Brexit, the balance of power has shifted a little.

Maybe, but I wouldn’t bank on it.

As I will show in the rest of this series based on my new book, the patronising bastards are everywhere, lording it over the plebs, putting us in our place, waving their entitlement in our face, telling us what to think and what to do.

And not just over Brexit but on every issue under the sun.

And the biggest ‘bastard’ of them all, at the very top of my list of patricians treating the rest of us with contempt? I’ll reveal his identity on Monday.

H.F.1338 BREXIT MEANS BREXIT NOT A SURRENDER TO HITLER'S PLANNED EU.

THE TRUTH that BRUSSELS cannot BEAR: PEOPLE CRAVE NATIONAL IDENTITY.

What happened in Catalonia on Sunday was shaming and shocking in a modern European state. Spanish police bludgeoned and assaulted defenceless civilians who were simply trying to exercise their democratic right.

First and foremost, this is a terrible crisis for the wrong-headed, bully-boy government in Madrid. After the unedifying spectacle of police attacking blameless voters, the chances must surely have increased of Catalonia – Spain’s most prosperous region with some 7.5million inhabitants – seceding.

But it is also an enormous crisis for the European Union, which in recent weeks has said almost nothing as the Spanish authorities arrested officials arranging an independence referendum on behalf of the devolved Catalan government.

One reason he did not do so in the case of Spain is that it is one of the most obedient pro-EU countries in Europe, which seldom defies the will of Brussels, or causes trouble for Juncker and his ilk.

But there is an even deeper reason for the Commission’s silence. The events in Catalonia challenge at a deep level its project for ever closer union, about which both Juncker and President Emmanuel Macron of France have ventilated in recent weeks.

For how can there be an amicable union between the EU’s nation states if some of those nations are themselves deeply divided and fractious, as is plainly the case with Catalonia and Spain?

Here is a region of largely Catalan-speaking people who regard themselves as culturally distinct. A sizeable proportion of them yearn to break free from Spain, even though Catalonia has been part of the country for hundreds of years.

Sunday’s vote illuminates a truth which Brussels cannot bear. There are many people in Europe for whom the atavistic call of identity counts far more than any exhortation about forging a European superstate

That, after all, was one of the main messages of Brexit – that the majority of voters in our own ancient nation resent the undemocratic control of Brussels, and have no wish to be sucked into a united Europe.

For Brussels, the example of Britain was bad enough, and it has set about trying to punish us for having had the effrontery to want to leave. In a sense, the demonstration of Catalan nationalism is even more alarming to the federalists because this show of independence is happening inside one of the EU’s nation states.

How is it possible, they wonder, for the pan-European project to proceed if some EU countries are in danger of fracturing? The terror in Brussels is that if Catalonia were allowed to break away, regions in other member states could follow suit. Instead of coalescing into an amorphous whole, some EU nations might fall apart.

Belgium, whose capital, Brussels, is the seat of EU expansionism, is divided. The Flemish-speaking region of Flanders, which constitutes about 60 per cent of the country’s population, is at daggers drawn with the French-speaking minority.

Many people in northern Italy long to be rid of the impoverished south, which is relatively unproductive and, in the view of northerners, consumes more than its fair share of government spending. The Right-wing Northern League has campaigned with some success for independence for the north, and imagines a separate country called Padania.

France faces an independence movement in the island of Corsica. Meanwhile the cohesion of Spain is threatened not just by free-spirited Catalans but also by militant Basques, part of whose territory lies in France.

Romania and Slovakia both have unhappy Hungarian minorities. Even in Poland’s region of Silesia, much of which used to be ruled by Germany until 1945, there are stirrings of an independence movement.

All over Europe apparently unified countries are harried by breakaway groups which have a strong sense of separate identity. If Catalonia were allowed to go it alone, who knows what might come next?

The problem for Brussels is that it is used to dealing with individual nation states but is powerless to intervene in unruly regions. That is why the Commission has remained so quiet in the case of Catalonia apart from expressing a few words of solidarity with Spain.

By the way, the British response has been regrettably supine. Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson stressed his support for the Spanish government in a tweet. As the leading Brexiteer he should surely have been more critical of Madrid’s use of violence.

The Spanish government, it must be said, has behaved rashly and brutishly. Arguably some Catalan separatist political parties have been unwise in deliberately engineering a confrontation.

But given that the Catalan government had made numerous requests to hold a referendum on independence – after Spain’s constitutional court had controversially declared in 2010 that Catalonia was not a nation – what was it to do having been rebuffed time and time again? If it had possessed a modicum of good sense, the Spanish government would have allowed the referendum to go ahead. Had the vote been in favour of independence, it could have then questioned its legal status.

But to arrest Catalan officials, to close a large number of polling stations, and then to clobber innocent voters were acts of unbelievable stupidity as well as nastiness.

It passes understanding how the prime minister of Spain, Mariano Rajoy, can say that democracy has prevailed. The opposite is true.

Imagine if two or three years hence the Scottish National Party’s Nicola Sturgeon were to hold a referendum without the approval of Westminster – by no means an unthinkable eventuality.

In fact, her case would be much weaker than that of the Catalan government since there has already been one legal referendum in Scotland in 2014, which was said by the SNP leader Alex Salmond at the time to be the last for a generation.

Even so, it is inconceivable that a new unofficial referendum in Scotland would be met by the authorities in Westminster with police wielding batons and firing rubber bullets. Such a wild over-reaction would inevitably give a boost to Scottish nationalism – as, I have no doubt, the cause of Catalan nationalism will have benefited from Sunday’s onslaught.

The truth is that the Spanish state has a very restricted conception of democracy. We should know that already from its desire to shoehorn Gibraltar into Spain despite 99 per cent of its citizens having voted in a 2002 referendum to remain British.

God alone knows what will happen now in Catalonia. Unless the Spanish government agrees to an official referendum – an unlikely prospect – there will probably be deadlock. I am afraid there is also the possibility of more violence on both sides.

Justifying and supporting the Madrid government is the European Commission in all its absurdity, dreaming dreams of a union which the people of Europe do not want. It will do its utmost to ensure that Catalonia doesn’t interfere with its grandiose scheme.

Will Remainers look at Catalonia and reflect that we have a quieter and more civilised way of dealing with our differences in this country? I don’t know. What I do know is that every day I am ever more relieved that we are leaving this misguided club.

Finally, it’s sorted. Until yesterday, the anti-Brexiteers known as Remoaners had high hopes of Philip Hammond, the Chancellor.

But yesterday he appeared as joint author of a newspaper article with the most adamantine Brexiteer in the Cabinet, the International Trade Secretary Dr Liam Fox. The two supposed foes declared that in March 2019, Britain would not just be leaving the EU but also ‘we will leave the Customs Union and be free to negotiate the best trade deals around the world as an independent, open, trading nation’.

Although the Cabinet Brexiteers were content with Hammond’s proposal that there should be a transition period after March 2019, pending a final settlement of the country’s arrangements with the EU, the Chancellor had given the impression he was bending to the demands of the CBI that Britain remain within the Customs Union during that unspecified period.

Blunder

This they regarded as a fatal blunder — and not just because they suspected the CBI (which had campaigned for Britain to give up sterling for the euro) of seeking to keep the UK in the EU ‘by the back door’.

As Shanker Singham, chairman of the special trade commission of the Legatum Institute (a group consulted regularly by the Government), warned last week: ‘The UK must be able to provide the clarity of being outside the Customs Union on Day 1 of Brexit.

If such clarity does not exist, then other countries will not think the UK is serious about executing an independent trade policy and they will quickly lose patience and move on.’...

...In any case, the nation has not changed its collective mind since the referendum in June 2016. If anything, views have hardened in the direction set by the result. A survey of 3,293 people published on Friday by the London School of Economics showed that even those who had voted ‘Remain’ would prefer the sort of Brexit deal the LSE’s team described as ‘hard’.

A total of 51.3 per cent of Remain voters backed a Brexit deal which delivered ‘full control’ over immigration and led to lower numbers of migrants from the EU. No fewer than 54.7 per cent of Remainers said that the UK should ‘pay nothing’ to the EU by means of a ‘divorce bill’.

And 52.2 per cent of Remainers told the LSE researchers that we should entirely free British law from the jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice. Unsurprisingly, a still higher proportion of self-identifying ‘Leave’ voters supported what the LSE termed

His statement on The Andrew Marr Show last month that failure to reach an amicable deal with the EU ‘would be a very, very bad outcome for Britain’ was seen as an attack on his Brexiteer colleagues in the Cabinet (and, indeed, on the Prime Minister).

hard Brexit’.

Monstrous

This clearly disappointed the most voluble critic of the Brexiteers on the Tory parliamentary benches, Anna Soubry. In her own newspaper article yesterday, she lamented ‘a sense of resignation among most people who voted Remain that we have to “man up” and make the most of what we know will be a rotten Brexit’...

choice between that and no deal, with 58 per cent backing it.

Most Brits want to regain full control of our borders and to become free of meddling EU judges, survey reveals

  • Most polled want the UK to become free of EU judges and full border control

  • Two thirds said they would prefer 'no deal' rather than a soft Brexit, poll found

  • Findings boost for Theresa May who says no deal is better than a bad deal

Most Remain voters now back a Brexit that gives Britain a clean break from the EU and control back of our borders, a major study has found.

Many of those who voted to stay in the European Union also now believe the country should only pay a small ‘divorce bill’ and stop EU judges ruling over the UK.

The results are a major boost for Theresa May’s Brexit stategy - and suggest diehard Remainers, such as Liberal Democrat leader Sir Vince Cable and former prime minister Tony Blair, have overestimated support for backtracking on Brexit.

STEPHEN GLOVER: Despite the deviousness of our rulers

WE'LL LEAVE THE

EU

 A YEAR FROM TODAY

[ON]

MARCH 29,2O19

thanks to the good sense of the people.

One year from today, the United Kingdom will leave the European Union. It is now possible to say this with something approaching certainty.

I confess to being somewhat surprised that this momentous upheaval seems very likely to take place despite the awesome efforts of the Establishment.

Immediately after the British people voted to leave in the June 2016 referendum, I was afraid the political class would find a way to frustrate the democratic will of the majority.

But despite countless scare stories propagated by anti-Brexit politicians and the BBC, which followed bloodcurdling predictions pumped out by Project Fear before the vote, this country is on track to exit the EU. In the circumstances, this is little short of a miracle.

I confess to being somewhat surprised that this momentous upheaval seems very likely to take place despite the awesome efforts of the Establishment and Westminster doomsayers

It is, above all, a testament to the resilience and sense of the British people — or at any rate the majority who voted for Brexit and have stuck to their guns despite repeated attempts to unnerve them.

Consider how many apocalyptic prophesies have been aimed at them by doomsayers in Westminster and Whitehall, and will doubtless continue to be aired until we leave — and probably beyond.

Before the referendum, Project Fear, orchestrated by the then Chancellor, George Osborne, informed us that a vote to leave would bring about ‘an immediate and profound economic shock’.

Arrogance

An instant recession was predicted if people had the temerity to vote Brexit. Interest rates would rise sharply and unemployment would soar. There would be an emergency Budget.

Of course, none of these things came to pass. The economy continues to grow at a reasonably smart pace, and every quarter it exceeds most official forecasts.

What is so amazing — and, to me, moving — is that 17.5 million people ignored these dire predictions from a ruling class expert in the dark arts of hoodwinking, which had all the resources of the State at its disposal.

At a cost of £9 million, the Government even sent a leaflet to every home, warning voters of the certain shocks to the economy if people were foolish enough to vote Leave.

It turns out the Man in Whitehall does not only not know best, which most of us had gathered long ago. He is also mendacious, manipulative and often mistaken.

This realisation is bound further to undermine the trust of ordinary folk in their rulers. On the whole, this is regrettable. Democracy works best if people have faith in the integrity and competence of those in authority. The loss of trust will take a long time to repair.

Having grossly (and, I believe, deliberately) exaggerated the perils of voting for Brexit, many with powerful positions in politics and the media have continued to try to make the hairs stand up on the back of our necks.

Among the more fatuous myths is that the availability of material used in cancer treatment may be under threat after Brexit. Planes will be grounded. Traffic queues will stretch from the port of Dover to the M25.

Most of these threats are obsessively recirculated by the BBC. There was a time when almost every morning brought a new, usually bogus, tale of woe, which was promptly forgotten and replaced by another one the following day.

Certainty

It was stated with absolute certainty that thousands of high-paid financial jobs would move from London to Frankfurt or Paris. When a report was published last August forecasting the loss of 40,000 City jobs, it was warmly cited by the Bank of England (which separately suggested that 75,000 jobs could go) and taken up by the BBC.

Yet an apparently authoritative survey produced by Reuters yesterday suggests a mere 5,000 jobs will be lost in London. As I write, this cheering story has not made it even to the outer reaches of the BBC’s extensive website.

Nor, on Tuesday, did Auntie make anything of a prestigious think-tank again naming London as the world’s leading financial centre — ahead of New York (second), Frankfurt (20th) and Paris (24th). I scoured the pages of the fanatically anti-Brexit Financial Times in vain for a mention of this accolade.

Some obdurate Europhile politicians such as Tony Blair, who still holds out for a second referendum, had better be careful

Meanwhile, intransigent Remainers have persisted in their insinuations that anyone who voted for Brexit must be thick or deluded — or both. Don’t such supercilious remarks convey an appalling sense of arrogance and contempt?

Actually, plenty of very brainy people supported Leave — not that they get much of a showing on the BBC. Mervyn King, the former Governor of the Bank of England; the eminent Cambridge historian Robert Tombs and the distinguished philosopher John Gray are just three of them, among thousands of examples.

It is enormously to the credit of the millions of people who voted Leave that they have absorbed, without any weakening of their resolve, this unceasing onslaught of propaganda calculated to undermine their cause.

Zealots

In fact, the very opposite has happened. In a recent poll, 57 per cent of respondents agreed with the proposition that the Government should ‘get on with implementing the result of the referendum to take Britain out of the EU and in doing so take back control of our borders, laws, money and trade’. Only 22 per cent disagreed.

So pronounced is the shift in public opinion in favour of Brexit that, even in reputedly Remainer Scotland, more backed the proposition (44 per cent) than opposed it (32 per cent).

Some obdurate Europhile politicians such as Nick Clegg, Tony Blair, Chris Patten and Chuka Umunna, who still hold out for a second referendum, had better be careful. They have a diminishing band of supporters and are in danger of appearing isolated zealots.

Actually, plenty of very brainy people supported Leave — not that they get much of a showing on the BBC. They include Mervyn King (pictured) - the former Governor of the Bank of England

I don’t doubt, of course, that there will be difficulties ahead, just as there have been difficulties in the past. There will be compromises, too, as there have already been.

No one can be pleased that Britain will have to pay the EU a leaving fee of £37 billion, albeit spread over several decades. As I wrote last week, there are suggestions of a sell-out over fish, though I am assured by aides of Chancellor Philip Hammond that he opposes trading our fishing rights for a better economic deal.

On the other hand, the Northern Irish border presents much less of a problem than the European Union pretends. Vehicles daily cross the border between Switzerland (not in the EU) and France (EU) without hindrance, as they do between Norway (outside the EU customs union) and Sweden (inside).

I am assured by aides of Chancellor Philip Hammond that he opposes trading our fishing rights for a better economic deal

The truth is that EU Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier and his Remainer supporters in Parliament are using the issue of the Northern Irish border as a device to keep Britain in the customs union.

I suspect the Government will work its way through this problem, just as it has grappled doggedly with other difficulties despite continuous brickbats from Remainers.

In the face of such insults, and Michel Barnier’s infuriating condescension, Brexit Secretary David Davis has shown commendable patience.

But the real heroes of this saga are the British people, who have seen through the lies and scare stories churned out by politicians. What a contrast to the deviousness and defeatism of our ruling class.

And this, surely, is cause for hope. When we leave the EU in a year’s time, there will be untold millions who believe in a great future for this country.

AND IT IS THEY,NOT POLITICIANS

WHO WILL DELIVER

IT!

H.F.1520-'BREXIT MEANS BREXIT'-SAYS MRS MAY

THE END OF THE ENGLISH

ENGLAND OUR ENGLAND

MOST EVERYTHING WHICH IS PRECIOUS IN OUR CIVILISATION HAS COME FROM SMALL INDEPENDENT NATION STATES

 by LORD PETER SHORE.

A NATION STATE HAS BEEN REBORN

ON the momentous day Theresa May said Britain WILL quit the single market, she put Cameron's feeble negotiations to shame with an ultimatum to Brussels that the UK will 'walk away from a bad deal-and make the EU pay'

  • STEEL OF THE NEW
  • IRON LADY
  • The PM is hopeful of an EU-UK trade deal because of mutual economic interests
  • She said Europe not making a deal with Britian would be 'calamitous self-harm'
  • It was confirmed that we will be leaving the single market and customs union
  • But the EU's chief negotiator called her show of defiance counter-productive
  • Her speech was criticised by the Lib Dems as Labour fought on how to respond
  • Sterling rose 2.8 per cent against the Dollar and 1.8 per cent against the Euro

POINT BY POINT, HER BLUEPRINT TO FREE BRITAIN FROM BRUSSELS
THERESA May delighted Eurosceptics yesterday with an ambitious road map for BREXIT. The PM extended the hand of friendship to the EU but threatened to walk away if BRUSSELS tried to impose a punitive deal. Jack DOYLE sets out her 12 objectives and analyses her chances of success.

1. CERTAINTY

 WHAT SHE SAID

We will provide certainty where we can. The same rules and laws will apply on the day after BREXIT, as they did before. And the Government will put the final deal to a vote in both houses of Parliament.

CAN SHE DELIVER

By keeping in place-at least initially-all EU laws, Mrs May will provide a degree of continuity and confidence for business. However, as she freely admits she cannot control the outcome of the negotiations. Parliament is highly likely to approve any deal because the alternative will be a chaotic BREXIT.

DEAL OR NO DEAL 3/5

*

2. OUR OWN LAWS

 WHAT SHE SAID

We will take back control of our laws and bring an end to the jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice in Britain. Because we will not truly left the EU if we are not in control of our own laws

CAN SHE DELIVER

Adopting the 'take back control' slogan of the Leave campaign, Mrs May repeated her promise to end rule by EU rule and judges in Luxembourg and restore power to Parliament and domestic courts. Without this there is no Brexit. A firm red line

DEAL OR NO DEAL 5/5

*

3 A UNITED KINGDOM

 WHAT SHE SAID

A stronger Britain demands that we strengthen the precious union between the four nations of the UK.

CAN SHE DELIVER

By consulting devolved administrations, Mrs May is seeking to reassure voters in the nations of the UK which didn't vote for Brexit that she is listening to their concerns, and avoid Nicola Sturgeon calling for a second independence vote.

DEAL OR NO DEAL 3/5

*

4. THE IRISH BORDER

 WHAT SHE SAID

WE will work to deliver a practical solution that allows the maintenance of the Common Travel Area with the Republic, while protecting the integrity of the United Kingdom's immigration system.

CAN SHE DELIVER

Both countries want to maintain the open border between Northern Ireland and the Republic without opening a back door into Britain. Likely to mean UK border checks at Irish ports and airports.

DEAL OR NO DEAL 3/5

*

5. CONTROL OF IMMIGRATION

 WHAT SHE SAID

The message from the public before and during the referendum campaign was clear: BREXIT must mean control of the number of people who come to Britain from Europe. And that is what we will deliver

CAN SHE DELIVER

Ending free movement is a  RED LINE, but Mrs May left open when it will end, what system will replace it and details of any transition deal. The PM wants highly skilled EU migrants, doctors and nurses, but will she compromise on unskilled migrants to get a better trade deal

DEAL OR NO DEAL 5/5

*

 6.  EU NATIONALS AND BRITISH EXPATS

WHAT SHE SAID

We  want to guarantee the right of EU citizens who are already living here in Britain, and the rights of British nationals in other member states, as early as we can.

CAN SHE DELIVER

Likely to agreed early on, as long as the EU doesn't want to haggle. Last year Mrs May offered to settle on the rights of three million EU nationals in the UK, and 1.2million Brits on the continent in advance of formals talks- but Angela Merkel refused.

DEAL OR NO DEAL 5/5

*
7.WORKER'S RIGHTS

 WHAT SHE SAID

Not only will the government protect the rights of workers' set out in European legislation, we will build on them.

CAN SHE DELIVER

Mrs May is determined to at least preserve protections for workers on low and middle incomes-many of whom voted for BREXIT. Could come under threat if there is no deal., and Britain slashes taxes and regulation to attract business.

DEAL OR NO DEAL? 3/5

*

8. TRADE WITH EUROPE

WHAT SHE SAID

As a priority, we will pursue a bold and ambitious free trade agreement with the EU. This should allow for the freest possible trade in goods and services. But I want to make it clear. It cannot mean membership of the single market

CAN SHE DELIVER

The crux of the negotiation. Britain will leave the single market, and with it EU laws and free movement. Instead Mrs May wants a tariff-free trade and customs agreement to stop goods being held up at ports. She ruled out ' vast contributions' to the EU budget, and the only money going to Brussels will be for particular programmes and agencies like Europol. Her huge gamble is to threaten to walk away if the EU attempts to punish Britain

DEAL OR NO DEAL 3/5

*

9. GLOBAL TRADE

 WHAT SHE SAID

A global Britain must be free to strike trade agreements with countries outside the EU too. But I also want tariff-free trade with Europe and cross-border trade there to be as frictionless as possible.

CAN SHE DELIVER

Mrs May wants deals with non-EU countries including the US. That would be impossible from inside the customs union, which imposes a uniform tariff on all non-EU countries. It would also make trade Secretary Liam Fox's job redundant.

DEAL OR NO DEAL 4/5

*

10. SCIENCE AND INNOVATION

 WHAT SHE SAID

WE have a proud history of leading and supporting cutting -edge research and innovation. So we will also welcome agreement to continue to collaborate with our European partners on major science, research, and technology initiatives.

CAN SHE DELIVER

Unlikely to be an obstacle to any deal. Much collaboration between academics takes place outside formal EU structures and will continue unimpeded.

DEAL OR NO DEAL 5/5

*

11. CRIME AND TERRORISM

 WHAT SHE SAID

All of us in Europe face the challenge of cross-border crime, a deadly terrorist threat, and the dangers presented by hostile states.  All of us share interests and values in common, values we want to see projected around the world.

CAN SHE DELIVER

Security and intelligence cooperation and defence cooperation cannot be a formal bargaining chip, but without making it one, Mrs May reminds EU allies of Britain's importance as an ally in fighting terrorism and important status as a military power.

DEAL OR NO DEAL 5/5

*

12.  A SMOOTH EXIT

 WHAT SHE SAID

It is in no one's interests for there to be a cliff-edge for business or a threat to stability as we change from our existing relationship to a new partnership with the European Union.

CAN SHE DELIVER

Mrs May wants tranitional arrangements to smooth the process of leaving the EU with specific deals on budget contributions, immigration, trade and customs lasting different periods of time. Securing this as well as securing a final deal within two years is a huge task.

DEAL OR NO DEAL 3/5

*

[THERE IS EVERY LIKELIHOOD THAT OTHER EU MEMBER STATES WILL BE GREATLY ENCOURAGED BY BREXIT TO LEAVE THAT SOVIETISED-COLLECTIVIST-UNDEMOCRATIC SO-CALLED EUROPEAN UNION IN THE NEXT FEW YEARS WHICH SHOULD MAKE A NUMBER OF EU STATES TO CO-OPERATE FULLY WITH THE UK OR FACE THE CONSEQUENCES OF THEIR UNFRIENDLY ATTITUDE AT A LATER DATE.

AS THE GREAT PRIME MINISTER - WILLIAM PITT -  (1759-1806) ANNOUNCED IN NOVEMBER 9-1805 SHORTLY AFTER  NELSON'S VICTORY OVER THE FRENCH AND SPANISH FLEETS AT TRAFALGAR.

'England has saved herself by her exertions; and will, as I trust, save Europe by her example.'

The blueprint of a Free and Prosperous United Kingdom should be the blueprint of a future Free Europe and the world at large. Our past still lives in the hearts of FREE PEOPLES everywhere and soon we will rejoin that sacred past which we left over 43 years ago because of traitorous politicians and others who couldn't see the dangers ,for the gross lies and deceit in their path.

H.F.1092 BREXIT NOW

Brought-forward from August 2003

[THE WAY AHEAD TO RELAIM OUR SACRED INHERITANC.]

Faced with the possible imposition (illegally) of a E. U. Constitution this  article contemplating our own U.K. Constitution (English Constitution), is especially topical.

J. Bingley

Constitutional Principles of Power and Remedy.

The Constitution is specifically intended, indeed designed to limit the powers of the state with respect to the people. The Constitution sets a standard upon which the performance of governance may be measured and contested and to provide remedy if abused.

The whole constitution originates its authority from

COMMON LAW

Supremacy resides in the

LAW and PEOPLE

NOT THE

CROWN or PARLIAMENT.

It is a matter of constitutional principle and legal fact that,

THE LAW IS SUPREME

The rule of law is the antithesis of arbitrary power. Integral with this, is the system of jury trial. It places the power of law enforcement in the

HANDS of the PEOPLE.

This the most vital safeguard against DESPOTISM.

The English Constitution's function is to

PROTECT the

"RIGHTS and LIBERTIES

 of ENGLISHMEN".

These are the 'BIRTHRIGHT' of the PEOPLE'

[In 2016 one can see how successive governments have by gradualism watered down these rights with even attempts to replace jury trial by trial by judge only on the grounds of speed and saving resources. The people in the main have been, amiss in not being vigilant to the protection of THEIR CONSTITUTION. In just a few weeks on the 23 June,2016 they have a choice whether to vote to leave the EU and regain THEIR LAW-THEIR CONSTITUTION-THEIR FREE COUNTRY. or REMAIN in an ALIEN COLLECTIVIST AND CORRUPT UNDEMOCRATIC EU with NO PROTECTION of MAGNA CARTA of 1215 and BILL OF RIGHTS of 1688 and NO ENGLISHMAN'S ' RIGHTS and LIBERTIES' to be passed on to FUTURE GENERATIONS.]

The fundamental rights and liberties are listed in the preamble of the Coronation Oath Act of 1688 which declares that  the oath is taken for the purpose of

" Maintaining our spiritual and civil rights and properties"

It is a contract with the people which makes it the permanent duty of the CROWN, and the CROWN in both GOVERNMENT and PARLIAMENT.

This contracts the Monarch to govern only according to the STATUTE, COMMON LAW, and the CUSTOM and to 'CAUSE LAW and JUSTICE with MERCY to be used in all JUDGEMENTS'.

All power of governance is vested in the CROWN.

The two Houses of Parliament may upon their concurrence offer bills for ROYAL ASSENT.

A BILL is not ENACTED until it has been authorised by the SOVEREIGN POWER.

Whilst the enacting power (a royal prerogative) of Royal Assent is entirely vested with the monarch it is contracted ONLY TO BE USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.  This is a limitation and essential safeguard to protect the people from any over mighty governance  [such as Tony Blair's and Gordon Brown's NEW LABOUR and since DAVE'S PARTY]

It was used  to defeat the Divine Right of Kings; a claim of absolute power by the Stuart monarchs.  The OATH ascertains the SUPREMACY of the LAW, not the supremacy of CROWN or of PARLIAMENT.

There is certainly no Divine Right of Politicians.

The Coronation contract is of the Crown owing allegiance to the Constitution. The PEOPLE give ALLEGIANCE to the CROWN.

Here is a system of mutual protection for there is a constitutional interdependence.

The MAGNA CARTA

made provision for the PEOPLE to use ANY MEANS including FORCE if the CROWN is found to be in BREACH.

[THE CROWN IS IN BREACH!]

THE RIGHT OF RESISTANCE IS THE ULTIMATE REMEDY...

That which constitutionally binds the Monarch is a restriction upon Her Majesty, Her Government and all Parliamentary power.  The Monarch may do no wrong, but should she refuse by her negative power( the right to withhold assent) to

'LET WRONG BE DONE.'

[Millions of patriots have been waiting over four decades for:-

'Right to be Done!']

Sir William Blackstone confirms this. Whilst the monarch accepts the advice of ministers, they must only advise to do that which COMPLIES with the CONSTITUTION.  Plainly NO MONARCH is FREE to ASSENT to ADVICE that CONFLICTS with the CONSTITUTION in FORCE.

There is no authority in Parliament to pass any power of governance in England to those who hold or owe no allegiance. [such as the EU]

There is no constitutional authority for Parliament to deliberately breach the constitutional laws by new   conflicting enactment.

There is a natural duty resulting from the logic of our constitutional law to debate and resolve conflicts, if necessary by prior repeal.

We must put an end to this form of 'legal' abuse, particularly through the misapplication of party politics.

Most but not all of our constitution is written:- the Magna Carta, the Petition of Rights, the Declaration of Rights, the Bill of Rights, the Act of Settlement and the Acts of Union etc. It has evolved over centuries with the expenditure of much blood. It has been abused and corrected many times. It was finally settled by the Glorious Revolution of 1688/9.

The Judicial function is to be the independent arbiter between party and party or party and government under the terms of our constitutional law.  The courts are bound to declare upon the constitutionality of an Act where it may prove to be an action of unconstitutional governance. The great examples of the Magna Carta, the Petition 1628, the Declaration & the Bill of Rights 1688/9 make this duty of the court utterly plain.

Judgement may only be given in accordance with the constraints of constitutional laws in force.  At all times the presumption of law and justice in mercy be upheld and used  in all judgements. This is the trust sand the pre-eminent public policy reposed in the judiciary.

The right of petition to the Monarch is an appeal direct to the source of power, the Monarch is under OATH and at LAW, bound to provide REMEDY. Where there are RIGHTS there are REMEDIES. Politicians and Parliament must abide by the terms of reference and DUTY to the CONSTITUTION.

A fixed and certain standard with protection and remedy are the true purpose of the Constitution.

WE MUST RECLAIM OUR CONSTITUTION AND THE RULE OF LAW FROM THE SUPPOSED DIVINE RIGHT OF OUR POLITICIANS.

John Bingley-AUGUST 2003

*

[We ask how did it come to pass that the JUDICIARY did not PROTECT the CONSTITUTION from the illegal actions of PARLIAMENT and the Crown with the disclosures in 2001 under the 30 year rule from the Public Record Office at

 KEW-LONDON

which revealed the CONSPIRACY of the FOREIGN OFFICE to prevent the PEOPLE from hearing the TRUTH of their TREACHERY and BETRAYAL. Under the 1969 THE VIENNA TREATY CONVENTION on the  LAW of TREATIES  there are two key provisions which authorise a signatory power to abrogate a bilateral or multilateral treaty unilaterally, without giving the stipulated notice.

1. Where corruption has been demonstrated in respect of pro curing the treaty in the first place, or in respect of any dimension of its implementation, the European Commission (EC) permits and is associated with corruption on a monumental scale, which the EU authorities have tried to cover up with declining success.

". Where there has been a material change of circumstances. A material change of circumstances has surfaced into the daylight (September 2005), to begin with, following the death of

Edward Heath.

. It has been revealed that he was an agent of a foreign power (NAZI-GERMANY-since 1938), accepted corrupt payment for his services, and lied to the British people concerning the nature of the geopolitical trap into which he had been instructed by his handlers to lead them-and that he did all this on behalf of a foreign power which has all along disguised its continuing Nazi orientation.

[Massive payouts were given to the signatories of the  EEC which in reality was in effect the road to the corrupt-collectivist-undemocratic

FEDERAL STATE of the EUROPEAN UNION.]

*

[THE QUEEN FAILED IN HER SOLEMN DUTY TO PROTECT HER PEOPLE AND THEIR UNIQUE WORLD RENOWNED FREE PARLIAMENTARY INHERITANCE

AND APART FROM SIGNING ILLEGALLY 6 EU TREATIES CONTRARY TO HER CORONATION OATH-IN 1998 SIGNED TONY BLAIR'S SECRET AMENDMENT BILL  FOR TREASON FROM THE DEATH PENALTY TO IMPRISONMENT FOR LIFE-OBVIOUSLY THEY BOTH HAD REASONS  FOR FEARING A FUTURE IMPEACHMENT BY PARLIAMENT.

It's finest expression had already been given in

MILTON'S

AREOPAGITICA.

Milton boldly proclaimed two principles of profound importance.

One was the immunity of the religious life from political regulation. The other was that doctrine which has been the strength of the best thought of individualism from his day to the present, to wit that the well-being of society requires the natural diversity of its members, and that coercive uniformity of morals and manners would spell the ruin and degradation of any people.

WE DO NOT KNOW WHY EMPIRES FALL AND STATES DECAY;  BUT WE CAN AT ANY RATE CONJECTURE, WITH NO LITTLE JUSTICE,   THAT A DISTURBANCE OF THE RACIAL COMPOSITION OF THE ROMAN EMPIRE WAS ONE GREAT CAUSE OF ITS FALL.  RIGHT LAWS AND SOUND MORALS FORM THE STRONGEST SAFEGUARD OF EVERY NATIONAL STATE; BUT A SOUND RACIAL BASIS IS ALSO NECESSARY.   A NATION MAY BE ENRICHED BY THE  VARIED CONTRIBUTIONS OF FOREIGN  IMMIGRATION; BUT IF THE STREAM OF IMMIGRATION GROWS UNCHECKED INTO THE VOLUME OF A GREAT RIVER,  A NATION MAY LOSE THE INTEGRITY OF THE SOLID CORE WHICH IS THE BASIS OF ITS TRADITION  AND THE NATION WHICH LOSES ITS TRADITIONS HAS LOST ITS VERY SELF.

THE SPIRIT OF A PEOPLE

THE FIRST TASK of any politics that could be really scientific was to relate authority to its principle source, to show its dependence on the whole social fabric, the customs and traditions, the modes of thought and the standards of life that prevail among a people.  ...the work of Montesquieu.   He really sought to understand society, to show the influence of underlying  conditions ,climatic, geographical, economic, to show that custom and institutions neither are made nor can be changed by fiat, to show that there is in every people a spirit of character which their law must reveal

EUROPEAN UNION

[WE WILL SELECT INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM AUTHORITIVE SOURCES CONCERNING THE ILLEGALITY OF THE EU TREATIES AND THOSE WHO LIED FOR PERSONAL GAIN AND POWER AND OTHER SUBSTANTIATED INFORMATION COLLECTED OVER THE 20 YEARS SINCE WE COMMENCED OUR BULLETIN FILE AFTER STANDING FOR ELECTION IN THE 1997 GENERAL ELECTION AND THE 1999 EUROPEAN ELECTION. MANY WHO VOTED TO REMAIN IN THE EU WOULD SURELY HAVE RECONSIDERED IF THEY HAD BEEN DISINTERESTED OBSERVERS-DECIDING ON THE FACTS AND PUTTING NATIONAL INTERESTS  OF FREEDOM  and NATIONHOOD OUTLINED IN MAGNA CARTA AND OTHER PRIZED DOCUMENTS HELD IN TRUST-SACRED HEIRLOOMS - FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS, BEFORE THEIR OWN COMFORT ZONE.  FORTUNATELY, THE GODS, WERE WITH ENGLAND-AND THE SOON RETURN OF

A FREE LAND AND FREE PEOPLE.

OUR ENSLAVEMENT IN 1972 INTO HITLER'S PLAN FOR GERMAN EXPANSION AND POWER IN PEACE-TIME EUROPE WILL SOON BE AT AN END. AS A UNITED PEOPLE IT WILL BE SOONER THAN LATER. LET US WORK TOGETHER AS  AN EXAMPLE TO OTHER ONCE FREE PEOPLES WITHIN THE CAPTIVE EU WHO WILL SURELY FOLLOW. IF THE SHIP IS NOT ON AN EVEN KEEL IT CANNOT HELP OTHERS WHO WILL NEED OUR STURDY STEADY HAND.

'England has saved herself by her exertions; and will, as I trust, save Europe by her example.'

William Pitt.

A FAMILIAR WARNING FROM HISTORY - WE MUST NOT IGNORE!

'It is quite true that, in my opinion the waters which we have to navigate are likely to be stormy, and that the anti-social ferments within the nation are unusually malignant. But just a a healthy body generates anti-toxins to combat any virulent infection, so our nation

ENGLAND

may be vigorous enough to neutralize the poisons which now threaten our civilization with death. Nothing but good can be done by calling attention to perils which really exist, and which may easily escape due attention amid the bottomless insincerity of modern politics and political journalism.

DANGERS OF PREDICTION

However , the dangers of prediction have been so often illustrated that those who are naturally disposed to optimism may be excused for rejecting the anticipations of coming CALAMITY, which  are now  [as in 2016/7] widely felt, though not so often expressed.

In the Victorian age we had  our profits of woe [and doom], who vociferated warnings about "shooting Niagara" when the country was more prosperous than it had ever been before. [As yet again in 2016/7].

Even on the morrow of our victory in 1815, " as soon as Waterloo was fought," says Sir Walter Besant, "the continental professors, historians, and others began with one accord to prophesy the approaching downfall of Great Britain," which they liked to compare with Carthage.

They emphasised the condition of Ireland, the decay of trade, our huge debt, our wasteful expenditure, our corrupting poor laws, the ignorance and drunkenness of the masses. Nor was this pessimistic forecast confined to our jealous neighbours.  In December 1816, the Common Council of the City of London addressed the Prince Regent as follows:

" Distress and misery are no longer limited to one portion of the Empire, and under their irresistible pressure the commercial, agricultural, and manufacturing interests are rapidly sinking.   We can ,Sir no longer support out of our dilapidated resources the overwhelming load of taxation.  Our grievances are the natural result of rash and ruinous wars, unjustly commenced and pertinaciously persisted in, where no rational object was to be attained; of immense subsidies to foreign Powers to defend their own territories  or to commit aggressions on those of our neighbours;  of a delusive paper currency; of an unconstitutional and unprecedented military force in time of peace;   of the unexampled and increasing magnitude of the Civil List ;  of the enormous sums paid for unmerited pensions and sinecures;   and of a long course of the most lavish and improvident expenditure of the public money throughout every branch of Government."

In December 1816, the Common Council of the City of London addressed the Prince Regent with the above statement.

Sounds familiar in 2017-Don't you think?

[EPILOGUE-William Ralph Inge -Dean of St Pauls ENGLAND-1938] -(1860-1954)

We endorse the final paragraph which states:

" I have laid bare my hopes and fears for the country I love.  This much I can avow, that never, even when the storm clouds appear blackest, have I been tempted to wish that I was other than an Englishman."

*

[We appear to have learned NOTHING! since this speech  in 1816 as the multiple evils are still with us today August 6, 2011. The reason is OBVIOUS! because the SAME! once invisible GLOBAL CONSPIRATORS are  STILL in CHARGE! and  are now in the OPEN!

If the ECONOMY has a DISEASE and FAILS to take the CORRECT MEDICINE then the END RESULT is OBVIOUS.

WHY DO WE TRUST THESES DISCREDITED DOOM-MONGERS?

By Alex Brummer - City Editor-Daily Mail-Monday, August 8,2011

 [EXTRACT]

...and the answer is that the CREDIT RATING AGENCIES are now seen as the ONLY arbiters prepared to spell out just how SERIOUS the GLOBAL DEBT CRISIS really IS.... After all, the very same AGENCIES were still providing the US. energy company ENRON with TOP RATING up to THREE DAYS before IT COLLAPSED in the world's BIGGEST INDUSTRIAL BANKRUPTCY...  They also gave a CLEAN BILL of HEALTH to FANNIE MAE and FREDDIE MAC -semi-official, but privately owned U. S bodies set up to expand the HOME OWNERSHIP and the availability of MORTGAGES-despite WARNINGS from the LEGENDARY American investor -WARREN BUFFETT -THAT they were BROKE... S&P's downgrade may look like a poke in the eye for the UNITED STATES. But with luck, it could in the end DAMAGE the FUTURE CREDIBILITY of the CREDIT-RATING AGENCIES - they are in MORE URGENT NEED of REFORM than AMERICA.

 A MATTER OF FACT!

On October 11-2017 15 months after the PEOPLE had voted to LEAVE the EU  the Daily Mail in its COMMENT column stated the FOLLOWING:

'YES, the Mail would have preferred a quicker and cleaner BREXIT but how foolish of Eurosceptic MPs to kick up a fuss about the planned TWO-YEAR TRANSITION PERIOD. After 45 years of subjection to EUROPEAN JUDGES, another couple will be a mere blink in HISTORY'S EYE. The great thing is that BREXIT is GOING AHEAD and barring REMOANER'S TREACHERY, SEPARATION WILL BE COMPLETE BEFORE THE NEXT ELECTION.'

STATEMENT!

[We and no doubt the majority who voted to LEAVE the EU, knowing the following true facts will no doubt NOT AGREE! with that COMMENT.

What is FORGOTTEN is the MANNER in which the PEOPLE were DECEIVED by the TORY GOVERNMENT in 1972 and the LEGAL consequences of THEIR ILLEGAL ACTIONS as clearly indicated in numerous BULLETINS on our EDP website over the past 12 years. To call our DEPARTURE from the EU  a DIVORCE is a PERVERSION of the FACTS!  - A MARRIAGE if we are to call it THAT is INVALID if its DOCUMENTATION is  FALSE or obtained by BRIBERY and /or FRAUD.

  NO-MARRIAGE-NO CONTRACT-NO COMPENSATION

FOR THE EU TO EXPECT A GOLDEN HANDSHAKE UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES IS TO REWARD THEM FOR THE WICKED; ATROCIOUS; DREADFUL; INFAMOUS; OUTRAGEOUS; PERVERSE; SINISTER; VILLAINOUS; EVIL; AND WASTEFUL CONDUCT OF MANY POLITICIANS WITHIN THE EU, SOME AS MENTIONED BELOW.

*

Below we have shown details of the 1969 Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties and other relevant information which will clearly show that the UK could EXIT THE EU in MONTHS NOT YEARS. Obviously, there has been a COVER-UP of MAJOR PROPORTIONS by the POLITICAL CLASS in GENERAL because how can one explain the SILENCE! even FROM our FREE PRESS the FOURTH ESTATE in the land which we look too to PROTECT OUR  over a thousand year ENGLISH  RIGHTS  and LIBERTIES . Possibly the reason could be that there would be a REVOLUTION if the PEOPLE knew the TRUE FACTS?

EUROPEAN PAYROLA SYSTEM

THE BUDGET FOR THE EUROPEAN CONSTITUTION WAS $5.0 BILLION

An account held by Credit Suisse in Zurich, labelled the ‘SBC’ Charcol Account, held a total of some $470 billion when last reviewed by sources.  These funds were originally derived from Nazi funds and assets, are routinely used to pay top politicians and officials to sign successive European Collective treaties- the latest being the so-called ‘European Constitution’.

The budget set aside from the ‘SBC’Charcol Account and to be distributed from the Credit Suisse disbursement account for the latest ‘update’ of the ‘rolling  European Collective Treaty’ was $5.0billion- $2.5 billion being payable in Euros to the participants from the 25 EU countries.

On the finalisation of the Intergovernmental Conference (IGC), which framed the text of the Treaty, and a further $2.5 billion payable in Euros on ratification.  This tranche is currently the subject of much dissension.

For each national cadre of key negotiator, therefore, the total set aside  was $100 million per tranche.  The chief negotiators of each EU country, plus selected officials were each to be paid from the national pot of $ 100 million, whish equates to roughly $75 million per corrupted European Union country.

Silvio Berlusconi, the Italian Prime Minister, was allegedly initially offered $50 million.  being an extremely wealthy man, he departed for the weekend in question in July 2004, following conclusion of the IGC, having indicated to those concerned that he was insulted by such a figure, and that $100million would be nearer the mark.  In the event, following an allowance for his wife, he was allegedly paid $75 million, according to sources.

Tony Blair allegedly received $75 million, which was paid into an offshore bank account held in Belize, the former British Honduras.  There, official eyebrows were naturally raised at the Central bank of Belize, where we notice that all of a sudden, the official reserves of foreign exchange jumped from $49.72 million in February 2005, to $164.53 million in March [2005]

Since the corrupt payment ‘due’ at the completion of the IGC will have been remitted in or about July 2004, this may suggest that the funds have subsequently (in March 2005) been taken into the foreign exchange reserves of the local central bank, so that their actual ownership can be disguised, a ‘new form’ of money-laundering: through a central bank!

WE ARE RELIABLY ADVISED THAT THIS CORRUPT PAYOLA SYSTEM IS THE NORM.

This means that the European Union’s Treaties

 are null and void,

as they have been obtained by fraud.

That applies to the original EU Accession Treaty signed on behalf of the UK Government by [Nazi] agents Edward Heath and Geoffrey Rippon, agents of German intelligence, who were both recruited at Balliol College Oxford as discussed in this analysis.

It applies also to the Maastricht Treaty, signed by

John Major

Who allegedly received at least one corrupt payment for his services.  And it applies to the latest fiasco of the EU Collective.

THESE CORRUPT PAYOLA PAYMENTS

ARE ‘NON-REFUNDABLE’.

The second tranches of  $100 Million per country for the [New European Constitution] new treaty are payable on ratification, but following their referenda, the Netherlands and France cannot ratify.

THE VIENNA TREATY CONVENTION

Under the 1969 Vienna Convention on the

Law of Treaties

there are two key provisions which authorize a signatory power to abrogate a bilateral or multilateral treaty unilaterally, without giving the stipulated notice:

WHERE corruption has been demonstrated in respect of procuring the

TREATY

in the first place, or in respect of any dimension of its implementation.

AS the next section will show, the European Commission (EC) permits and is associated with corruption on a monumental scale, which the EU authorities have tried to cover up with declining success.

2. Where there has been a material change of circumstances.

A material change of circumstances has surfaced into daylight, to begin with, following the death of Sir Edward Heath. It has been revealed that he was an agent for a foreign power, accepted corrupt payments for his services, and lied to the British people concerning the nature of the geopolitical trap into which he had been instructed by his handlers to lead them - and that he did all this on behalf of a

FOREIGN POWER.

which has all along disguised its continuing Nazi orientation

As even more disturbing material change of circumstances has arisen as a consequence of the bombing of the London Underground and a bus , which took place on 7th July 2005, and the attempted explosions perpetuated two weeks later. We understand that the situation is so serious that the Civil Contingencies Secretariat has been in the process of drafting, or has drafted, legislation providing for the British Government to abrogate its putative international treaty [sic] 'obligations' towards the European Union.

ARE YOU STILL THERE MR HAGUE?

This development reflects the knowledge in certain UK intelligence circles that the attacks amounted to an

ACT of WAR

against the United Kingdom, and that the foreign powers behind this activity are ultimately controlled by the DVD from Dachau -( the same area of the World War II notorious concentration camp) which is the successor organization to the Abwehr, Nazi Germany's main external intelligence administration.

It was the Abwehr that first established , as a means of undermining British influence in the Middle East, the Muslim Brotherhood, from which ALL subsequent Islamic terror groups, without exception, originate. Al Qaeda, a descendant ultimately of the German-founded

Muslim Brotherhood,

is a controlled cut-out operation of international intelligence.

The Nazi regime and its Stalinist dialectical counterpart, were both Black Illuminati regimes. The Al Qaeda operation is an extension of the Black tradition, and is ultimately controlled, like the IRA (until very recently) by the DVD out of Dachau.
