Bankrupt US government issues fake bonds in doomed attempt to keep afloat

The bankrupt U.S. government in Washington, D.C. was able to pretend it did not go bankrupt last week by issuing fake bonds, but these will be blocked, according to Pentagon, Asian secret society, and European royal sources.

In 2008, the Khazarian mafia puppet government in Washington, D.C. was able to avoid bankruptcy by using 700 tons of gold to forge 750,000 tons worth of gold-backed bonds and create $23 trillion out of thin air, confirmed by CIA, Pentagon, MI6, and other sources. That money has now run out.

Now they are forging the identity of a murdered man, “Doctor” Zvonko Berdik-Albert (it is actually Count Albert) to try to do the same thing, this time using Chinese currency. A copy of the forgery can be seen below.

Brock Long was behind the fake hurricane crisis that was used to cover up the bankruptcy of the Puerto Rico operations of the Washington, D.C. Corporation.

Many of the “intel dumps” will be about the politicians and power brokers who are receiving huge bribes from the illegal drug industry, CIA sources say. Already, the drug lord El Chapo testified at his sentencing hearing that Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, and others received drug money from him.

Similarly, Pope Francis “was forced to make a historic move in defrocking sex predator ex-Cardinal of D.C. This was apparently the first time in the entire 2,000-year history of the Church that a cardinal has been defrocked, or “laicized.” McCarrick was a top power broker in Washington, D.C. who protected many high-level political criminals, the sources say. (Remember George Bush Jr. and Tony Blair going to see Pope “Maledict” to ask for protection after leaving power?)

The defrocking of McCarrick was related to the removal of top Vatican financier Cardinal Pell after he was found guilty last December of sexually abusing children, according to P2 freemason sources. Pell had been blocking the start of the new financial system, they say.

This is also connected to the formal request by the British government, sent to the Vatican via diplomatic channels, to investigate the Vatican’s role in the March 11, 2011 Fukushima mass murder, British MI6 sources say. The Fukushima criminal proceedings will start with charges being laid against Israeli security company Magna BSP and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the sources say.

However, the fascist and germ warfare-promoting Prime Minister Shinzo Abe of Japan and his Iwasaki clan backers (Mitsubishi Group) will also face trial later in the proceedings, the sources say. As a reminder, Abe’s government was installed through election fraud after the Fukushima disaster. The whole human population will benefit from NESARA. Earth is a most abundant planet. There is more than enough gold-backed human money currently in existence on Earth for each and every human being to be a GBP millionaire without debts of any kind. GBP = Great Britain Pound. NESARA is about sharing the resources of the planet around fairly. And NESARA is about putting benevolent banking systems in place worldwide to deliver this monetary fairness. NESARA will cancel all credit card, mortgage and other bank debt due to illegal banking and government corruption worldwide. Income tax will be abolished. There will be increased benefits for senior citizens. In the USA, there will be a return to Constitutional Law at every level of the legal system.

And in the USA, a new banking system – American Banking Central – will click into function and will involve twenty nine new locally-orientated banks. SOME of you will recall the novel

A Very British Coup,

subsequently made into an award-winning television series on Channel 4.

It was written by Labour MP Chris Mullin, published in 1982, and revolved around a conspiracy by the

MILITARY-THE MEDIA-BIG BUSINESS-M15

to bring down a Left-wing government.

At the time, the plot was entirely credible, since Britain was riven by strikes and revolution was in the air. I read the book as a young labour and industrial correspondent, and it made sense to me.

 The Bennites were in the ascendancy, Margaret Thatcher was horribly unpopular and it looked as if the wizened Hampstead Leftie Michael Foot-Worzel Gummidge, as Private Eye dubbed him-would be our next Prime Minister.

Mullin's assumptions were based  on hard fact. In the Seventies there had been well-founded reports about the Establishment plot to depose Labour's Harold Wilson.

In some quarters, there were even rumblings of a military coup.

A couple of years ago, when the un reconstructed Bennite Jeremy Corbyn became leader, Mullen talked about writing a sequel. He imagined the Funny  People orchestrating a putsch to thwart a democratically elected Corbyn government.

Trouble is, history has a habit of not working out as you expect. Although, as Marx said, history does have the capacity to repeat itself, first as tragedy, then as farce. That's where we are right now. Except tragedy and farce are running in tandem.

WE are in the middle of

A VERY BRITISH COUP

but not as Mullin predicted. What we're seeing is an elaborate, well-financed and coordinated plot to overturn as extreme Left-wing Prime Minister

BUT

the democratically expressed will of the British people.

It's being mounted by the Government of the day, aided and abetted by Big Business and the Civil Service.

[A repeat of 1970's-again by a supposed Conservative Government.]

 

THIS is A  Very BRITISH Coup, only written by Lewis Carroll not Chris Mullin. In our new Looking Glass World, words mean-as Humpty Dumpty declared-whatever they want them to mean.

Thus the dwindling band of MPs sticking uo for the

[The EDP has over decades seen much evidence of this very fact and though continually bringing evidence to the surface nobody appears to be interested whether it is lack of Bobbies -on-the beat - Health Service in crisis-Pot-holes-closed Police Stations...Britons on worst State Pensions in the Europe-even Portugal is marginally more. And a bloated -wasteful and grotesque so-called FOREIGN AID which even some regimes as recipients have requested to be stopped .

The next, when he is forced to resign because Mother Theresa has deliberately undermined his position and then lied about it, he's dismissed as a disloyal traitor. And If I hear anyone else demanding a second

'People's Vote'

I'll scream.

All they want to do is reverse the referendum result or give us three options so they can split the

LEAVE VOTE

To be honest, I can't take much more of this patronising guff. The Beeb's idea of discerning commentators these days seems to extend no further than 'Baroness' Shameless Chuckabutty, Potty Toynbee and Mad Alastair Campbell, the author of the dodgy dossier which took into an

ILLEGAL WAR IN IRAQ.

Thank you for helping Sean David Morton’s appeal.
UPDATE:

We want to share the update to Sean David Morton’s saga with his legal battle with you—his friends, supporters, defenders, and loved ones.

When we first started helping Sean with his legal research, we thought it would be a routine task and only a month or two of work.  After beginning the research, it became clear there was a rabbit hole of hidden conspiracy within conspiracy to take him down and that it has a lot more to do with who he is and his role as a radio show host and author covering government cover-ups than actual criminality.

What we uncovered took months of long days and intense focus.  Together with your generous support enabling us to have the time to research, we were able to find the connection between Sean’s case and the Lois Lerner IRS scandal that reveals ongoing political targeting of conservatives.

We left no stone unturned, even doing background checks on the jury and witnesses, etc.  You won’t believe what we found:

The government went all out to take down Sean and silence his radio show:

  1. Hiring a government contractor to make false claims in Sean and his wife Melissa’s records;
  2. Planting Obama’s head campaign manager for the 2012 re-election campaign in the jury (expert in DoD military infiltration, political consultant and political operative who advised Obama when the IRS scandal began to sway the 2012 election);
  3. Bringing in the former IRS commissioner Mark Everson under an alias to testify to information records.  Everson ran against Trump for president and Sean’s arrest was timed to interfere with the Trump 2016 election;
  4. Blatant IRS perjury and false records were used as the only evidence;
  5. Intentionally withheld exculpatory evidence that exonerates Sean and Melissa and impeaches the government (the government already charged Sean’s tax preparers as the cause of these same offenses in two other cases then the government hid those cases to pretend Sean and his wife did the taxes and instruments themselves);
  6. Much more…  on and on it goes.

In the meantime, this week Sean is filing his expedited motions for summary disposition to dismiss all charges forever (click the link below).  We really think he can win and beat the false charges.  Pray for justice!

The Next Steps

Next, if this expedited motion for summary disposition is denied (we think it can be granted, but we know they are tricky so we are preparing for the worst while hoping for the best), we will have a full appeal brief ready to file by the due date of November 29th, 2018.

We are also starting to prepare the backup plan to help Sean file for habeas corpus in order to try every speedy remedy available because the issues in this appeal are quite extensive.  With such an extensive amount of minutia details involved, if Sean is forced into the full brief, it will likely take quite a while for the court to research and resolve such a large amount of tedious details.  The goal is to use this motion and the writ of habeas corpus to cut to the chase and get Sean out of prison as quickly as possible.

We intend to make this go quicker than a full appeal by holding the government accountable for their jurisdictional mistakes and bad motives to prosecute Sean based on his exercise of first amendment protected speech, association, and media.  So far we have helped Sean prepare six expedited motions to cover every angle, and we won’t stop until he wins.

The next couple of months will be very busy by helping Sean try to re-open the Lois Lerner emails and IRS scandal to get the proof of how Sean and his wife are both victims of the political targeting scandal against conservatives (and admitted plot to jail radio hosts like Sean).  The criminal investigation of IRS was closed because there was no injured party with evidence, but Sean was actually falsely jailed due to the IRS illegally targeting conservative political foes, and therefore he can hopefully force the case to re-open.

Sean wants to turn his hardship to light and directly challenge the Chevron deference case that allows agencies to make, interpret, and enforce their own rules.  That case is literally the most important case in American jurisprudence and why America has the highest prison population.  Overturning Chevron is Justice Kavanaugh’s plan, and why there was such a fight to keep him from being confirmed.  Now that Justice Kavanaugh is confirmed, Sean may be able to bring his Chevron challenge to the Supreme Court and finally overturn it.

The fight will not be over when Sean wins this appeal.  Freedom isn’t free, we need to demand it and insist on it for each generation and now is the time to stand up, do the hard work, and be heard.

If all goes as planned, the government will not be able to overcome the motions for summary disposition being filed now and Sean will be able to prove he is entitled to dismiss all charges with no new trial.

We look forward to the truth coming to light and to finally being able to clear Sean and his wife Melissa’s good names in an expedited way.  Thank you again so much for your support!  These motions and appeal could not have been done so thoroughly without your support and Sean sends his love and thanks to you.

Archcriminal Netanyahu seeks immunity by squealing on his bosses

Mass-murdering war criminal and Satan-worshiping Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is trying to reach a plea deal to save his own life by squealing on his Rothschild masters, Mossad sources say.  The impending fall of Netanyahu means the final collapse of the Khazarian mafia is now in sight and it will not be long before the French and Swiss branches of the Rothschild family and their hidden allies are brought to justice.

Until now Netanyahu has been able to use his position as Prime Minister to prevent his own prosecution.  However, now that he has lost his Parliamentary majority, his ability to prevent his own arrest is coming to an end, say Mossad sources.

Netanyahu’s downfall was precipitated by his quickly defeated offensive against the Gaza Strip, Pentagon sources say.  This offensive was aimed at distracting public attention from the murder of Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi, the sources say.  Instead however, it backfired as the UN, Russia, Jordan, France, the UK, Egypt, and the U.S. all united against his rogue activities.  This will be “the final nail in Netanyahu’s coffin,” the sources say.

I am going to write this email to you although there is no necessity, as I am going to read it to you in person, but I do it so all the people who are spying on you and me, which are a few, can read this.

First I want to thank you for all your kindness and support, but also I want to tell you to show me just one proof.  Not a million or a hundred, but just one proof that I am an agent of the Jesuits.  I am sorry, Ben, but I could only laugh when I read that.  Also, because you know you even went to the P2 Lodge of the Vatican to speak with them in person to learn their opinion in person (the extermination of 90% of humankind), and after that they even tried to kill you, showing how evil they are.

But you could not ask me while I was by your side if it were true what your sources told you.  Although I have only known you for a few days, I consider you my friend, as you have only shown me kindness and I think I also I have treated you fairly and justly at all times.  I am one of the honest persons of the planet and I totally hate lies.  And that is why I admire you and you are my favorite newspaper, because you are fighting for the truth.  And I do believe the only reason worth fighting for is love, peace, truth, freedom, and justice that for me are all one and the same.

Having said that I could only laugh when I read it in your article, because I was an atheist until recently almost my whole life, and my concept of God is that all is love and we are all one.  The only religion I always really felt a deep connection with is Buddhism, because they do not believe in gods but the enlightenment of all.  I love meditation because it means the control of your thoughts and therefore your actions and feelings.

My conclusion is:  Don’t you believe is very weird that the conspiracy book I just began to write and I have sent you (that someone broke illegally into my house to erase and the police refused to report when I went to denounce it), which begins with the financial system and groups of power and secret societies, and the only part written of this first chapter is about the Jesuits, not exactly speaking well of them, but quite the contrary?

My book is just notes now.  I wrote the Jesuit part first because in my notebooks of the conspiracy (where I have written all the interesting facts I have found over the years so I don’t forget them), I started investigating them, that’s all.  But don’t you think is very suspicious that they accuse me of being an agent of the Jesuits when the only part written of this chapter is the Jesuits?  I guess someone did not like that fact at all.  Don’t you think?  To accuse me with false accusations.  Although I believe most Jesuits may be really good people—the ones in poor areas living in a humble way with honest and pure hearts helping the most vulnerable—I also do believe that the very top is very corrupt and it is not just me, but popes, heads of state like Napoleon, and Jesuit priests themselves who have believed this throughout many centuries.  And not to forget that it was a Jesuit teacher who founded the Illuminati.

In any case, according to Cobra they have founded ISIS using the name of the Goddess of Love as a perversion to create terror and evil.  And they are at the very top of the chain of command of the planetary psychopaths (as I call them).  I am totally against any war and I am very upset about the war in Syria.  That is one of the many reasons that these people are targeting me.

I was never into any religion, secret society, or cult, although when I first started to investigate the conspiracy I was asked to found a lodge by one of my friends from my teenagers (the former Secretary of the Communist Party in Spain) and I refused.  This is another reason these people are targeting me and after I refused, the harassment started almost five years ago now.  I have nothing against Masons—probably most are really nice people—but I do not have to be persecuted just because I don’t want to be one of them.

About being an MKUltra victim—I was never a mind-controlled slave victim.  We all are, to some extent, as we have all grown up surrounded by this mind-control mental-slave matrix dictatorship.  But they are raping me while I am sleeping and unconscious, maybe drugging me, as I have woken up with needle wounds for many years now (actually since I refused to found the lodge), and I have the recordings to prove it now which I have given you.  And also I am targeted 24/7 with Direct Energy Weapons that have created in me many wounds and scars, and I can prove this with sound recordings (that you can hear during the rapes) and many pictures.

I was never trained as a programmed MKUltra slave and I am totally against it.  I hate what they do to them and I am totally against slavery in any shape or form.  I actually believe someone really free would never enslave any human being or living creature.  Someone really free just wants everybody to be free.  Only a deranged mental-slave psychopath would want to enslave others and turn them into slaves.  And although Cobra said all Lightworkers were taken to bases for programming from 1996 to 2001, I am not brainwashed and they could not stop my awakening.

In any case, I think they are harassing me 24/7 and raping me and doing experiments on me while I am sleeping because I am not a brainwashed person, I am not a sheroot—a zombie—and I am never going to be.  My aim is to be awakened, to love, share, and be honest, generous, kind, and respectful with everybody.  My aim is the liberation of all human beings, the whole universe, and myself.  The only law that should exist in my opinion is just peace and love.

“Jesus Christ to marry Asian Goddess” as East-West secret societies agree to save planet

At present there are several competing plans being presented at the highest levels of world power.  The Vatican and the P2 Freemasons want to make funds available to existing nation-states through selected individuals, P2 sources say.  The Chinese have already started their work through their One Belt One Road program.  The white hats in the Pentagon and the military-industrial complex are promoting their NESARA and GESARA Global Currency Reset ideas.

Enough money is theoretically available for all of these projects to go ahead simultaneously.  However, there is agreement that any release of funds will have to be firmly connected to reality and real-world projects if we are to avoid hyperinflation or asset inflation, as we have under the current system.

The White Dragon Society has also put forward proposals that have been given initial approval by both Eastern and Western secret societies, WDS sources say.  The WDS proposal is as follows:  The creation of at least two competing future planning agencies.  Each would have a governing board of seven people selected from seven regions:  China, East Asia excluding China, Europe including Russia, the Muslim world, India, Africa, and the Americas.  All decisions would be reached by majority vote and vetoes would be limited to individual regions.

Proposed headquarter locations for the Western agency are Winnipeg, Canada, the exact geographical center of North America;  and Buenos Aires, Argentina (the Pope’s home).  For Asia, Nara, Japan, Laos, and Singapore are being proposed.  Negotiations are ongoing and no final decision has been reached.

However, it has been confirmed that over $200 billion in gold-backed funds will be available to start the agency as soon as the appropriate legal documents are prepared, BIS sources say.

EZRA POUND-AMERICAN PATRIOT-IMPRISONED FOR TELLING THE TRUTH!

 

Ezra Pound is among the most remarkable men of the last 120 years. He made his name as a poet and guided W. B. Yeats, T.S. Elliot and E. Hemingway on their way to the Nobel Prize (back when it meant something.) He is the most brilliant founder of Modernism -- a movement which sought to create art in a more precise and succinct form. Modernism can be seen as a natural reaction to the florid, heavy Victorian sensibility -- it is not the meaningless abstractions we are assaulted with today.

Born in Idaho, Pound left the United States for Europe in 1908. In London he found an audience of educated people who appreciated his poetry. He married Dorothy Shakespeare, a descendant of the playwright. Pound also befriended some of the most brilliant artists of the time and watched them butchered in the First World War.

Henri Gaudier-Brzeska, a sculptor and one of Ezra's best friends, was one of these sacrifices. The Great War changed Pound's outlook on life -- no longer content with his artistic endeavors alone, he wanted to find out why that war happened.

The answer he got bought him 12 years as a political prisoner in St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Anacostia, just across the river from the Capitol in Washington D.C. Pound was never put on trial but was branded a traitor by the post-war American media.

What answer did Pound find? Our wars begin and end at the instigation of the international financial houses. The bankers make money on fighting and rebuilding by controlling credit. They colonize nations and have no loyalty to their host countries' youth or culture. No sacrifice is too great for their profit.

Much of Pound's work chronicles the effect of this parasitic financial class on societies: from ancient China to modern-day Europe. Pound was a polyglot and scoured numerous (well-documented) sources for historical background. The education that Mullins' work promises is delivered by the truckload in Pound's writing. Pound often lists his sources at the end of his work -- and they always check out.

Eustace Mullins got to know Pound during the poet's time as a political prisoner. He was introduced to Pound by an art professor from Washington's Institute of Contemporary Arts which, in Mullins' words, "housed the sad remnants of the 'avant-garde' in America."

According to Mr. Mullins, Pound took to him and commissioned Eustace to carry on his work investigating the international financial system. Pound gave Eustace an American dollar bill and asked him to find out what "Federal Reserve" printed across its top meant. Secrets, many derivative books, and thousands of conspiracy websites have sprung from that federal reserve note.

And here is where the story goes sour. Pound was a feared political prisoner incarcerated because of what he said in Italy about America's involvement with the international bankers and warmongering. Pound was watched twenty four hours a day and was under the supervision of Dr. Winfred Overholser, the superintendent of the hospital.

Overholser was employed by the Office of Strategic Services (the CIA's forerunner) to test drugs for the personality-profiling program, what would be called MK-ULTRA. (See John Marks' The Search for the "Manchurian Candidate": The CIA and Mind Control.) Personality profiling was St. Elizabeth's bread and butter: The asylum was a natural ally to the agency.

Overholser was also a distinguished professor in the Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences Department of George Washington University. This department provided students as test patients for the Frankfurt Schools' personality profiling work, which the CIA was very interested in. Prophets of Deceit, first written by Leo Löwenthal and Norbert Guterman in 1948, reads like a clumsy smear against Pound.

It does seem odd that Eustace Mullins, a nationalist student, would be allowed to continue the work of the dangerously brilliant Pound right under Winny's nose. The story gets even stranger, as Mr. Mullins describes his stay in Washington during this time. He was housed at the Library of Congress -- apparently he lived in one of the disused rooms in the Jefferson building and became good friends with Elizabeth Bishop.

Bishop was the Library of Congress' "Consultant in Poetry" -- quite a plum position. She was also identified by Frances Stonor Saunders as working with Nicolas Nabokov in Rio de Janeiro. Nabokov was paid by the CIA to handle South American-focused anti-Stalinist writers. (See Saunders' The Cultural Cold War.) If what Saunders says is true, then it puts Eustace in strange company at that time of his life.

According to the CIA's in-house historians, the Library was also a central focus for intelligence gathering after the war, so it is doubly unlikely that just anybody would be allowed to poke around there after hours, as Mullins claimed.

Whatever the motivation for letting Mullins in to see Pound was, the result has been that confusion, misinformation and unverifiable literature have clouded Pound's message about the financial industry's role in war. Fortunately Pound did plenty of his own writing.

According to Eustace, his relations with Pound's relatives were strained after Pound's release from prison. Pound moved back to Italy where he died in 1972. He was never the same after his stay with Overholser in St. E's. The St. Elizabeth's building is slated to become the new headquarters of the Department for Homeland Security.

Eustace went on to write many, many books about the abuses of government, big business and organized religion. They are very entertaining and are often insightful, but are arsenic from a researcher's point of view. A book that contains interesting information without saying where the information came from is worse than no book at all.

While lackadaisical about references in his own writing, Mr. Mullins could be extremely perceptive and critical of the writing of others. I once told him how much respect I had for George Orwell's daring to write 1984 -- to which he sharply replied: "It's a great piece of pro-government propaganda -- they win in the end." Mr. Mullins is of course right: Orwell's Big Brother is always one step ahead, almost omniscient -- and therefore invincible.

Eustace Mullins was much more than a writer. He became a political activist and befriended many prominent people in the American nationalist movement. But Mr. Mullins didn't have much faith in American nationalism: It is a movement, he told me, that the government would never let go anywhere.

QUENTIN LETTS: I fear Mrs May has no idea how angry Brexiteers are about this customs fudge

And still they fight, still they kick, gripping the bannister and screaming that no, no, no they are NOT going to go to school, are NOT going to eat their vegetables, are NOT going to bed.

Those of us who have been parents of young children know how it plays out, this sort of thing. They bite us, thump us on the chest, tell us they hate us and that we have ruined their lives.

We keep calm and quietly detach their pink little fingers from whatever anchor they have grasped.

Eventually — though with still much silent sobbing — they do what we have asked them to do because, in the end, there is no alternative. We are bigger. We are stronger.

This time, their front-person was Business Secretary Greg Clark, little-known to the public, but one of the Establishment’s more mellifluous schmoozers. Mr Clark, once a member of the SDP, is a determined Remainer.

On Sunday morning, with the approval of Downing Street, he appeared on television to re-ignite ‘Project Fear’ and predict thousands of job losses unless we subscribe to a version of the customs union after we have nominally left the European Union.

Within minutes, he was supported publicly by the usual suspects: the pro-EU Confederation of British Industry and the British Chambers of Commerce, former Home Secretary Amber Rudd, MPs Anna Soubry and Nicky Morgan, the George Soros-financed Best For Britain lobby, etc., all jumping to the EU’s tune. But please don’t suggest it was co-ordinated.

Mr Clark himself is a piffling figure. Let us not waste time by examining him, save to note that it is strange for a business minister to be such a plodder. Business fortunes are made by embracing opportunity and change, yet this Business Secretary possesses all the verve of a Fiat Punto driver pfaffing along in the middle lane of a motorway at 60mph.

More concerning is the fact that such an ardent Europhile was chosen to be the voice of Theresa May’s Government at such a sensitive time, and that he felt so comfortable spouting a line on the customs union that is so at odds with both last week’s decision by the inner Brexit Cabinet to reject it and with the political realities facing Mrs May.

If they persist, they will bring about her destruction. The longer they continue to ignore this reality, the more her Eurosceptic colleagues will conclude that the benefits of getting rid of her could outweigh the dangers.

Greg Clark was supporting the idea — attributed to Mrs May’s senior Brexit adviser, a civil servant called Oliver Robbins — known as customs partnership.

This would force post-Brexit Britain to continue to collect import duties on behalf of the EU. It would be horrendously bureaucratic and would deter companies from doing business in an independent Britain.

The plan is opposed sharply by a large number of Tory MPs. They see it as both unworkable and unprincipled, because it would kill Brexit. (No wonder Labour goes along with the idea — for the time being. Jeremy Corbyn’s lot would love it because the Tories would get the blame for obstructing the democratic result of the June 2016 referendum.)

If Tory MPs did not know before last week that customs partnership would be fatal to their party’s future, they must know now.

Last Thursday’s local elections showed that Brexit remains a powerful vote-winner. Ukip voters migrated en bloc to the Tories because they see them as more Brexit-friendly than Labour.

And yet the Prime Minister, while publicly reiterating her determination to leave the single market and the customs union, is prevaricating in private. She allows her Downing Street team, who for the main part were Remain supporters, to continue with their crazy appeasement of Brussels with this customs partnership proposal.

While it may be pointless to plead with politicians on policy grounds, we can surely agree that the one thing they really understand is personal self-interest. So from that vantage point, let us ‘wargame’ Mrs May’s options.

If she goes for the Robbins/Clark idea of a customs partnership, she would need to force one of her key Cabinet colleagues to change their mind.

The two ministers thought to be vulnerable to persuasion are Home Secretary Sajid Javid and Defence Secretary Gavin Williamson. But both men fancy their chances as future Tory leaders. 

 

Slaughted

 

 

If they did cave in to Mrs May’s pleas to re-think their position on customs partnership, they could immediately forget any dreams of being leader. The Tory Party in the country would never vote for such a person.

Even if Mrs May did manage to ‘fix’ the Cabinet committee to rethink its position on customs partnership, she would have to contend with her backbenchers. Uh oh. She would be slaughtered.

Scores of Tory MPs are far less polite about the Robbins/Clark plan than Jacob Rees-Mogg, who is their spokesman on this issue. And even the gentlemanly Jacob has called it ‘cretinous’!

Under Conservative party rules, it needs only 48 MPs to trigger a vote of confidence in Theresa May’s leadership. If she green-lights customs partnership, that will happen within hours.

I fear she simply has no idea how angry Brexiteers are about this plan, or about the Whitehall establishment’s continuing attempts to stymie Brexit. The mood is one of tranquil resolve: if the Prime Minister tries this outrageous anti-democratic move, it’s off-with-her-head.

 

Weariness

 

Would any of this lead to a General Election? Until last week, I would have said no way. An early General Election requires a two-thirds majority from the Commons and, with hard-Left Opposition, I did not think the Tories would risk it. But the encouraging local election results might just tempt them.

The Opposition will always support a chance of unseating a Government, and pro-Brexit MPs know that an election would see off some of the leading Remainers. Ken Clarke would most likely retire. One hears similar rumours about Dominic Grieve, and Miss Soubry would probably lose her strongly pro-Brexit seat.

Yet that fine woman ‘Brenda from Bristol’ spoke for many of us last year by expressing weariness at the prospect of yet another election.

That is why Mrs May will surely take Option Two — which is the only option she should ever have contemplated — and accept that we will not continue in any form of customs union with Brussels after we have left the EU.

If Brexit is to mean Brexit, it must mean independence from foreign tariffs and taxes and blether and bureaucracy.

Stop this damaging and demeaning dither, Prime Minister. Put Greg Clark back in his boring box and set our economy free. It makes principled, electoral sense — and the alternative is too horrible to contemplate.

Families and businesses face the heaviest tax burden for more than 30 years as austerity extends into the next decade, experts warned yesterday.

The Institute for Fiscal Studies said tax revenues will reach 37 per cent of national income in 2019-20 - the highest level since 1986-87 when Margaret Thatcher was in power.

But Britain will still be running a deficit of £21.9billion at that time as the Government spends even more on public services, welfare and other projects than it earns in tax. Describing the outlook as 'awful', IFS director Paul Johnson said: 'Another parliament of austerity is the sad prospect.'

The bleak prognosis undermines hopes of tax cuts or spending giveaways in next month's Budget. It also makes clear the huge challenge ministers face in getting Britain back into the black.

Chancellor Philip Hammond has pledged to balance the books 'as early as possible in the next Parliament'.

The IFS expects the age of austerity to extend well into the next decade but it said a surplus – which would be the first since 2000-01 – was unlikely before 2024-25.

 

'I wouldn't put a lot of money on achieving that,' said Mr Johnson. 'It will be very difficult to get there.'

The comments came as the IFS published its annual Green Budget, an independent analysis of the state of the economy and the public finances ahead of the Chancellor's Budget next month.

It showed borrowing this year of £68.2billion will be higher than in all but 13 of the 60 years before the financial crisis struck in 2008 and the fourth highest of the world's 28 advanced economies. The national debt is at its highest level as a share of national income since 1965-66 and higher than that faced by all but five other advanced economies.

This is despite a string of painful tax rises and 'by far the longest and biggest fall in public service spending on record', the IFS said.

The report added: 'After six years of 'austerity' the deficit this year will still be higher than it was 80 per cent of the time in the 60 years before the financial crisis while debt is now at its highest level as a proportion of national income since 1965-66. And there is probably more uncertainty now over the future prospects than at any point in the last 60 years.'

The IFS warned that the UK faces 'relatively disappointing' economic growth rates in the coming years – making it even harder to balance the books. Oxford Economics, which compiles the economic forecasts for the IFS in the Green Budget, has pencilled in growth of just 1.6 per cent this year and 1.3 per cent next year.

Andrew Goodwin, one of its economists, said: 'The economy is proving to be far more resilient than many economists had feared after the vote to leave the EU.

'However, we expect it to endure a softer patch over the next few years. Of late, growth has been heavily reliant on the consumer, but this looks unsustainable given that the sharp depreciation of the pound is likely to result in a period of much higher inflation, squeezing household spending power.'

He warned that the economy would be 3 per cent smaller in 2030 than it would have been had Britain voted to stay in the EU.

Mark Littlewood, director general of the Institute of Economic Affairs, said: 'This study points to a serious problem. For all the talk of austerity and killing off the budget deficit, the Government has made precious little progress. The problem is not that we tax too little but spend too much.'

A Treasury spokesman said: 'The Government is committed to repairing the public finances. That has required some difficult decisions on spending, but we are determined to deliver efficient public services which provide maximum value for every pound of taxpayers' money.'

The basic payout of £122.30 a week is the least generous in the West – worth just 29 per cent of average earnings – and last night former pensions minister Ros Altmann warned the situation could get even worse.

Government projections suggest that for those now under 30 the age when they can claim a state pension will have to be raised to 70, while future payments could be cut even further to avoid needing massive hikes in national insurance, Baroness Altmann said.

The league table revealing Britain's pension shame was compiled by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), which analyses the world's industrialised nations. 

Out of all the countries compared, Britain comes bottom – even behind poorer nations such as Chile, Poland and Mexico.

While the UK's state pension is worth just 29 per cent of average earnings, in France the equivalent figure is 74.5 per cent. 

Germany's state pension is worth 50.5 per cent of average earnings, while in the USA it is 49.1 per cent. 

The most generous state pension in the world is in the Netherlands, where the payments are slightly higher than average earnings.

Baroness Altmann warned that despite a recent overhaul to the pension system, payments will need to be cut further to avoid massive tax rises in future to pay for it. 

She said: 'We are one of the world's leading economies, but our support for the oldest in society is not fit for purpose.

'In April 2016, major reforms to the UK state pension were supposed to have made the system affordable for the future, reducing its generosity. Beyond the 2030s, the new state pension will be lower than the old system for most people and the lowest paid, predominantly women, will lose significantly from the new system.

'Despite this, the Government has been advised that the costs of paying state pensions will soar so much over the next 20 years and beyond that further cuts could be required.'

From later this year the state pension age for women will rise from 63 to match men at 65, and will reach 66 for both by 2020.

The Government's economic forecasters, the Actuary's Department, believes it will become 70 in the 2050s and 71 in the 2060s.

This would mean that anyone aged 30 or below now will not get their state pension until they are 70, while those under 20 will have to wait until they are 71.

Baroness Altmann added: 'The Government actuary believes that just funding the UK's exceptionally low state pension will require reducing payments in future or dramatic tax rises. Policymakers face difficult decisions and are also likely to need to increase the state pension age further.'

The former pensions minister called on the Government to do more to address the crisis, including making private pensions more attractive so that more people are willing to pay a portion of their wages into their own fund.

'To avoid burdening younger generations with significant tax rises, it is vital that more is done to boost private pension saving,' she added. 'Auto-enrolment is a good start, but the pensions industry needs to attract more customers to pay more into their pensions.'

Conservative Friends of Israel, abbreviated to CFI, is a British parliamentary group affiliated to the Conservative Party, which is dedicated to strengthening business, cultural and political ties between the United Kingdom and Israel. CFI is an unincorporated association. It also seeks to strengthen ties between the British Conservative Party and the Israeli Likud party.

It was founded in 1974 by Conservative MP for Bury and Radcliffe, Michael Fidler. It is currently chaired by Stuart Polak. The Parliamentary Chairman is James Arbuthnot, the Parliamentary President is Baroness Shephard of Northwold. The Vice Chairmen are John Butterfill and James Clappison, the Secretary is David Amess, the Officers are Alistair Burt, Lee Scott, and Theresa Villiers, and the Chairman of CFI Europe is Timothy Kirkhope.

In 1995 Conservative politician Robert Rhodes James called it "the largest organisation in Western Europe dedicated to the cause of the people of Israel".[1]

By 2009, according to the Channel 4 documentary Dispatches – Inside Britain's Israel Lobby, around 80% of Conservative MPs were members of the CFI.[2] In 2013, Peter Oborne, the Daily Telegraph's chief political commentator called CFI “by far Britain’s most powerful pro-Israel lobbying group”. The same is true of AIPAC in the US.”[3]

 

 

Activities[edit]

The group's 2005 strategy identified the following areas of activity: supporting Israel, promoting the British Conservative Party, fighting terrorism, combating anti-semitism, and promoting peace in the Middle East.[4] According to their website, "over two thirds" of Conservative MPs were members of Conservative Friends of Israel in 2006.[5] In 2007 the Political Director stated it had over 2000 members and registered supporters.[6] In 2009, at least half of the shadow cabinet were members of the group according to a Dispatches documentary.[7]

Their website states the opinion that it is one of the fastest growing political lobby groups in the UK.[8] According to the Dispatches documentary, between 2006 and 2009 the CFI funded more than 30 Conservative parliamentary candidates to visit Israel.[7]

In 2012 CFI reconstituted itself as a private company limited by guarantee.[9]

CFI annual business lunch[edit]

David Cameron, then newly elected leader of the Conservative Party, addressed the CFI annual business lunch on 30 January 2006, whose audience included half of the Conservative Parliamentary Party. As part of his speech, he stated "I am proud not just to be a Conservative, but a Conservative friend of Israel; and I am proud of the key role CFI plays within our Party. Israel is a democracy, a strong and proud democracy, in a region that is, we hope, making its first steps in that direction."[10]

Former Conservative party leaders Iain Duncan Smith[11] and Michael Howard[12] have addressed the CFI lunch.

The British Pakistani MP Sajid Javid has also made business lunch speeches which have been positively received by the CFI, the Jewish Chronicle even reporting Javid as a future Prime Minister.[13]

Donations[edit]

The Dispatches documentary claimed members of the group and their companies have donated over £10 million to the Conservative party between 2001 and 2009. The group called this figure "deeply flawed" saying that they have only donated £30,000 between 2004 and 2009 but that members of the group have undoubtedly made their own donations to the party. Dispatches described the CFI as "beyond doubt the most well-connected and probably the best funded of all Westminster lobbying groups".[2][7]

Significantly, the Saudi royal family is more vulnerable than ever. It has launched a costly war in neighbouring Yemen, where it is supporting the Muslim Brotherhood-dominated rebels against separatist forces.

Its efforts ton install an Islamist proxy government in Syria have  been scuppered by Russia's dramatic intervention in support of Putin's ally Assad.

And all the while, a dramatic fall in oil prices has forced massive cutbacks in Saudi domestic spending.

Rumours swirl of an impending coup within the royal court, and King Salman is reportedly on his deathbed.

In these circumstances, Britain has considerable leverage, and we should make it perfectly clear from now on that the Saudi do not have us pinned over a barrel. [Nicely put!]

The kingdom that floats on oil is drowning in hypocrisy and barbarity, and it is time we stopped prostrating ourselves before its reprehensible rulers.

POINT BY POINT, HER BLUEPRINT TO FREE BRITAIN FROM BRUSSELS
THERESA May delighted Eurosceptics yesterday with an ambitious road map for BREXIT. The PM extended the hand of friendship to the EU but threatened to walk away if BRUSSELS tried to impose a punitive deal. Jack DOYLE sets out her 12 objectives and analyses her chances of success.

1. CERTAINTY

 WHAT SHE SAID

We will provide certainty where we can. The same rules and laws will apply on the day after BREXIT, as they did before. And the Government will put the final deal to a vote in both houses of Parliament.

CAN SHE DELIVER

By keeping in place-at least initially-all EU laws, Mrs May will provide a degree of continuity and confidence for business. However, as she freely admits she cannot control the outcome of the negotiations. Parliament is highly likely to approve any deal because the alternative will be a chaotic BREXIT.

2. OUR OWN LAWS

We will take back control of our laws and bring an end to the jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice in Britain. Because we will not truly left the EU if we are not in control of our own laws

 Adopting the 'take back control' slogan of the Leave campaign, Mrs May repeated her promise to end rule by EU rule and judges in Luxembourg and restore power to Parliament and domestic courts. Without this there is no Brexit. A firm red line

A stronger Britain demands that we strengthen the precious union between the four nations of the UK.

By consulting devolved administrations, Mrs May is seeking to reassure voters in the nations of the UK which didn't vote for Brexit that she is listening to their concerns, and avoid Nicola Sturgeon calling for a second independence vote.

4. THE IRISH BORDER

WE will work to deliver a practical solution that allows the maintenance of the Common Travel Area with the Republic, while protecting the integrity of the United Kingdom's immigration system.

Both countries want to maintain the open border between Northern Ireland and the Republic without opening a back door into Britain. Likely to mean UK border checks at Irish ports and airports.

5. CONTROL OF IMMIGRATION

 WHAT SHE SAID

The message from the public before and during the referendum campaign was clear: BREXIT must mean control of the number of people who come to Britain from Europe. And that is what we will deliver

Ending free movement is a  RED LINE, but Mrs May left open when it will end, what system will replace it and details of any transition deal. The PM wants highly skilled EU migrants, doctors and nurses, but will she compromise on unskilled migrants to get a better trade deal

 6.  EU NATIONALS AND BRITISH EXPATS

  

WHAT SHE SAID

We  want to guarantee the right of EU citizens who are already living here in Britain, and the rights of British nationals in other member states, as early as we can.

CAN SHE DELIVER

Likely to agreed early on, as long as the EU doesn't want to haggle. Last year Mrs May offered to settle on the rights of three million EU nationals in the UK, and 1.2million Brits on the continent in advance of formals talks- but Angela Merkel refused.

 *		 7.WORKER'S RIGHTS

 WHAT SHE SAID

Not only will the government protect the rights of workers' set out in European legislation, we will build on them.

CAN SHE DELIVER

Mrs May is determined to at least preserve protections for workers on low and middle incomes-many of whom voted for BREXIT. Could come under threat if there is no deal., and Britain slashes taxes and regulation to attract business.

8. TRADE WITH EUROPE

WHAT SHE SAID

As a priority, we will pursue a bold and ambitious free trade agreement with the EU. This should allow for the freest possible trade in goods and services. But I want to make it clear. It cannot mean membership of the single market

CAN SHE DELIVER

The crux of the negotiation. Britain will leave the single market, and with it EU laws and free movement. Instead Mrs May wants a tariff-free trade and customs agreement to stop goods being held up at ports. She ruled out ' vast contributions' to the EU budget, and the only money going to Brussels will be for particular programmes and agencies like Europol. Her huge gamble is to threaten to walk away if the EU attempts to punish Britain

9. GLOBAL TRADE

 WHAT SHE SAID

A global Britain must be free to strike trade agreements with countries outside the EU too. But I also want tariff-free trade with Europe and cross-border trade there to be as frictionless as possible.

Mrs May wants deals with non-EU countries including the US. That would be impossible from inside the customs union, which imposes a uniform tariff on all non-EU countries. It would also make trade Secretary Liam Fox's job redundant.

WE have a proud history of leading and supporting cutting -edge research and innovation. So we will also welcome agreement to continue to collaborate with our European partners on major science, research, and technology initiatives.

Unlikely to be an obstacle to any deal. Much collaboration between academics takes place outside formal EU structures and will continue unimpeded.

11. CRIME AND TERRORISM

All of us in Europe face the challenge of cross-border crime, a deadly terrorist threat, and the dangers presented by hostile states.  All of us share interests and values in common, values we want to see projected around the world.

Security and intelligence cooperation and defence cooperation cannot be a formal bargaining chip, but without making it one, Mrs May reminds EU allies of Britain's importance as an ally in fighting terrorism and important status as a military power.

12.  A SMOOTH EXIT

It is in no one's interests for there to be a cliff-edge for business or a threat to stability as we change from our existing relationship to a new partnership with the European Union.

Mrs May wants tranitional arrangements to smooth the process of leaving the EU with specific deals on budget contributions, immigration, trade and customs lasting different periods of time. Securing this as well as securing a final deal within two years is a huge task.

YESTERDAY  was a HISTORIC DAY for OUR COUNTRY. BY a RESOUNDING MAJORITY of 384, the COMMONS swept away [our  past 45 years of tutelage within an undemocratic-unaccountable-unbearable-corrupt-expensive- strait-jacket Europe.]

 

THIS was a historic day for our country. At 7.30pm yesterday by a resounding majority of 384, the Commons swept away the last serious obstacle to freeing Britain from the chains that have bound us to an unelected, unaccountable Brussels for 45 YEARS.

True, we can still expect dirty tricks from the 114 who, to their shame, voted  against implementing the

PEOPLE'S WILL.

Constitutional Principles of Power and Remedy.

The Constitution is specifically intended, indeed designed to limit the powers of the state with respect to the people. The Constitution sets a standard upon which the performance of governance may be measured and contested and to provide remedy if abused.

The whole constitution originates its authority from

COMMON LAW

Supremacy resides in the

LAW and PEOPLE

NOT THE

CROWN or PARLIAMENT.

It is a matter of constitutional principle and legal fact that,

THE LAW IS SUPREME

The rule of law is the antithesis of arbitrary power. Integral with this, is the system of jury trial. It places the power of law enforcement in the

HANDS of the PEOPLE.

This the most vital safeguard against DESPOTISM.

The English Constitution's function is to

PROTECT the

"RIGHTS and LIBERTIES

 of ENGLISHMEN".

These are the 'BIRTHRIGHT' of the PEOPLE'

[In 2016 one can see how successive governments have by gradualism watered down these rights with even attempts to replace jury trial by trial by judge only on the grounds of speed and saving resources. The people in the main have been, amiss in not being vigilant to the protection of THEIR CONSTITUTION. The fundamental rights and liberties are listed in the preamble of the Coronation Oath Act of 1688 which declares that  the oath is taken for the purpose of

" Maintaining our spiritual and civil rights and properties"

It is a contract with the people which makes it the permanent duty of the CROWN, and the CROWN in both GOVERNMENT and PARLIAMENT.

This contracts the Monarch to govern only according to the STATUTE, COMMON LAW, and the CUSTOM and to 'CAUSE LAW and JUSTICE with MERCY to be used in all JUDGEMENTS'.

All power of governance is vested in the CROWN.

The two Houses of Parliament may upon their concurrence offer bills for ROYAL ASSENT.

A BILL is not ENACTED until it has been authorised by the SOVEREIGN POWER.

Whilst the enacting power (a royal prerogative) of Royal Assent is entirely vested with the monarch it is contracted ONLY TO BE USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.  This is a limitation and essential safeguard to protect the people from any over mighty governance  [such as Tony Blair's and Gordon Brown's NEW LABOUR and since DAVE'S PARTY]

 It was used  to defeat the Divine Right of Kings; a claim of absolute power by the Stuart monarchs.  The OATH ascertains the SUPREMACY of the LAW, not the supremacy of CROWN or of PARLIAMENT.

There is certainly no Divine Right of Politicians.

The Coronation contract is of the Crown owing allegiance to the Constitution. The PEOPLE give ALLEGIANCE to the CROWN.

Here is a system of mutual protection for there is a constitutional interdependence.

made provision for the PEOPLE to use ANY MEANS including FORCE if the CROWN is found to be in BREACH.

THE RIGHT OF RESISTANCE IS THE ULTIMATE REMEDY...

That which constitutionally binds the Monarch is a restriction upon Her Majesty, Her Government and all Parliamentary power.  The Monarch may do no wrong, but should she refuse by her negative power( the right to withhold assent) to

'LET WRONG BE DONE.'

[Millions of patriots have been waiting over four decades for:-

'Right to be Done!']

Sir William Blackstone confirms this. Whilst the monarch accepts the advice of ministers, they must only advise to do that which COMPLIES with the CONSTITUTION.  Plainly NO MONARCH is FREE to ASSENT to ADVICE that CONFLICTS with the CONSTITUTION in FORCE.

There is no authority in Parliament to pass any power of governance in England to those who hold or owe no allegiance. [such as the EU]

 There is no constitutional authority for Parliament to deliberately breach the constitutional laws by new   conflicting enactment.

 There is a natural duty resulting from the logic of our constitutional law to debate and resolve conflicts, if necessary by prior repeal.

 We must put an end to this form of 'legal' abuse, particularly through the misapplication of party politics.

 Most but not all of our constitution is written:- the Magna Carta, the Petition of Rights, the Declaration of Rights, the Bill of Rights, the Act of Settlement and the Acts of Union etc. It has evolved over centuries with the expenditure of much blood. It has been abused and corrected many times. It was finally settled by the Glorious Revolution of 1688/9.

The Judicial function is to be the independent arbiter between party and party or party and government under the terms of our constitutional law.  The courts are bound to declare upon the constitutionality of an Act where it may prove to be an action of unconstitutional governance. The great examples of the Magna Carta, the Petition 1628, the Declaration & the Bill of Rights 1688/9 make this duty of the court utterly plain.

Judgement may only be given in accordance with the constraints of constitutional laws in force.  At all times the presumption of law and justice in mercy be upheld and used  in all judgements. This is the trust sand the pre-eminent public policy reposed in the judiciary.

The right of petition to the Monarch is an appeal direct to the source of power, the Monarch is under OATH and at LAW, bound to provide REMEDY. Where there are RIGHTS there are REMEDIES. Politicians and Parliament must abide by the terms of reference and DUTY to the CONSTITUTION.

A fixed and certain standard with protection and remedy are the true purpose of the Constitution.

WE MUST RECLAIM OUR CONSTITUTION AND THE RULE OF LAW FROM THE SUPPOSED DIVINE RIGHT OF OUR POLITICIANS.

FIVE days ago, this paper said Theresa May remained something of an enigma after six years with her head down at the Home Office. Like the rest of the country, we wanted to know more about her vision for Britain and what makes her tick.

Yesterday, in straightforward language-and with the quiet assurance of a leader clear in her aims and confident of her ability to achieve them-she gave us the answers we sought.

Indeed, this was an historic speech, raising the curtain on a new age for

BRITAIN 

as a

SELF-GOVERNING NATION STATE

and telling us more in one hour about what the new Prime Minister stands for than we learned about David Cameron in his six years at the helm.

Above all, it was a speech of a women who understands the great mass of British voters, whose fears and aspirations have been ignored by the political class for so long.

More than this, she actually likes the people fate has chosen her to lead, sharing their concerns and

LOVE OF COUNTRY

with a genuine fellow-feeling unheard of from an occupant of No 10 since the days of the great Margaret Thatcher.

True, many have remarked that parts of her speech-on workers-rights, tax-dodging fat cats and state intervention-might have been written by Ed Miliband or even Jeremy Corbyn.

But this is no cynical, focus group-driven invasion of the Left's territory-effective though it may be in attracting Labour voters dismayed by their parties descent into idiocy.

Rather, the PM was voicing her own view (shared by millions, including this paper) prosperity, it is too often  abused to exploit the vulnerable and enrich the immoral...

This arch hypocrite twice promised a referendum on the EU and reneged both times.

Now he has the gall to demand the wishes of

17.4 MILLION VOTERS

BE REVERSED.

To the great credit of those on both sides of the debate, his arguments are falling entirely on deaf ears.  Polls show the vast majority of the public accepts the

REFERENDUM RESULT

and now wants ministers to get on with implementing it.

They also show just how spectacularly unpopular Mr Blair is, with fewer that one in five Remain voters viewing him in a positive light. And yet he persists with the notion that he could lead a new popular political movement against

BREXIT.

Thus messianic delusion morphs into megalomania.

The Mail confidently believes he won't succeed and that Britain has an exciting future outside the EU. As for Mr Blair, as much as this newspaper criticised him for it, perhaps he should go back to filling his boots by serving some of the world's nastiest autocrats.
