The obituary of Sir Edward Heath published in The Guardian on 18^th July 2005 contained, in its final short paragraph, an oblique confirmation of the intelligence revealed in the next section of this Issue [Vol 30 NUMBER 4]  - namely,

[Edward] Heath’s lifelong service as a German agent, and his internal exposure in 2003.

The Guardian’s obituary ended on the following ambiguous note, revealing of course that the several authors of it had been informed of the TRUTH:

THE GERMAN GEOPOLITCAL CENTRE

                 To understand the significance of all this it is necessary to recall that the Nazis, as indicated established a central planning organization in Madrid in 1943, called the German Geopolitical Centre (or Deutsche Geozentrale). On 13th December 1944, the Associated press reported that Heinrich Himmler had initiated plans for the establishment of an underground network at the end of 1943, and that propaganda and related warfare operations were to be carried on by some 200,000 Nazi followers in Europe ,and elsewhere.'

For contrary to what is in the public domain, contingency plans do exist for the United Kingdom to leave the European Union.

Bureaucrats galore!

Much of the new employment generated within the EU in recent years has involved the hiring of more bureaucrats and civil servants. In large areas of the EU more than half of all employees are civil servants -working either for the EU or for nationalised industries.  Inefficiency and over-employment is commonplace.

For example the Banque de France employs nearly three times as many people as the Bank of England -

 although both institutions serve much the same purpose. The apparently unceasing increase in the number of bureaucrats in the EU has two adverse effects on the economy of the countries within the EU region.

 

First, the salaries and pensions of all these civil servants add to the growing tax burden.

Second, all these bureaucrats feel they have to do something to justify their existence.  And so they create paperwork. The bureaucratic demands they make on entrepreneurs mean that new businesses have to struggle to survive.

The economic future for the EU is bleak indeed. very few EU politicians have ever had a 'real' job in the 'real' world and so don't understand how damaging this is.

(John Prescott, England's Deputy Premier, is one of the small number of politicians in Europe who has ever had a 'real' job in the world outside politics. Prescott used to work as a ship's steward.)

Also Germany played its EU membership very cleverly. The Germans, unlike other Europeans, have kept themselves an opt out clause if things go wrong. The provincial governments within Germany control most things within their regions. The federal German government cannot act without unanimous approval from the 16 provinces.  The 16 German provinces have never signed any agreement (Deliberately at the time) with the EU. It was the federal German government which signed up. If things go badly wrong the individual regions can leave the EU.

There are 30 crimes for which European nations are legally entitled to 'kidnap' one another's citizen.

These crimes include xenophobia and trafficking in endangered plants [not atomic].

Fraud is on the list of crimes for which extradition must be granted, but whereas in England a prosecutor intending to show that a fraud has been committed must show that there was some intention to defraud, in other countries in the EU an individual who made a genuine error can be charged with fraud.

 

A cafe owner in England who accidentally overcharged a foreign tourist could find himself being frogmarched to the airport to face charges of fraud in a foreign court.  An English citizen can be arrested for a crime allegedly committed in England and then taken abroad to face trial -

 even when the crime which was allegedly committed in England isn't a crime under English law.

No wonder that Freddie Forsyth is such a successful fiction writer if he can convince even himself that the Tory party is changing for the good.

I seem to remember a letter from Sir Freddie prior to the 2005 general election in which he looked forward to the election of "young Turks" who would shake up the Tory party regarding the EU issue

Alas the only Turks on the horizon are the 70 million who want to join the European Union, supported by the Conservative Party.

UKIP does not "spilt the vote" as Sir Freddie believes. Everyone knows that we stand for unconditional withdrawal and the Tories stand for continued membership.

IT'S CALLED CHOICE.

Were a Conservative government to be elected at the next election (which looks extremely unlikely) there is no reason what soever to believe that the surrender of our liberties to the EU will cease, LET ALONE BE REVERSED.

A Democratic Europe: An Alternative to the EU.

In his latest book Sir Richard Brady provides a distillation of his ideas, developed during an active political life, some 40 years of which have been spent as a Conservative Member of Parliament.

In 1955 he was one of a small number of MPs who favoured joining what was then the Common Market and because of his views he was invited to the Communities' institutions in Brussels, Strasbourg and Luxembourg.

After an evening of entertainment, a Commissioner confided in him that separately the countries were powerless but together they would have far greater power than ever.

It was this revelation, that the European Communities were not about PEACE but about POWER, that led him to give up his practice as a barrister to devote more of his time to opposing Britain's membership.

Even when Mr Heath's government 's negotiations were successful, Sir Richard maintained his opposition, being one of a selected body of MPs who supported an otherwise unrepresentative band of eurosceptics who watched, with growing anxiety, the Common Market develop into a political union.

This book is constructive in that it offers a solution to the undemocratic nature of the present government of the European nations.

He points to the merits of FREE TRADE over a CUSTOMS UNION and suggests that the Council of Europe could be a better forum for forging agreements, depending as it does upon cooperation rather than coercion

This is a very positive and timely book.

WITH only months to go before the 300th anniversary of the

1707 Act of Union

-joining England and Scotland, there are uncomfortable signs of strain in this [once] United Kingdom.

In Scotland, an ICM poll suggests that for the first time since devolution a majority -

51 per cent -supports

SCOTTISH

INDEPENDENCE

 

At the same time, there is a growing English tetchiness [About time] at what is seen as unduly favourable treatment for the Scots.

 

So are the ties of nationhood really loosening? What is happening in Scotland, it may be argued, owes more to Labour's unpopularity and the charismatic leadership of the SNP's Alex Salmond that any desire to go it alone.

Nevertheless, there seems little doubt that anti-English sentiment is on the increase, while voters South of the Border are increasingly asking questions.

Is it fair for example that the Government spends £1,503 more per head in Scotland than in England?

Why can't English cancer patients get life-saving drugs available to the Scots?

Why must English university students pay tuition fees while their Scottish mates don't?

And WHY should Scottish MPs vote on English matters, while England's MPs can't discuss Scotland? For all our sakes, such issues must be settled.

Three hundred years on , we should be grateful to an

 Act of Union

-that is one of the great achievements of our

[ISLAND]

HISTORY

How sad it would be if we allowed devolution, skewed funding and political myopia to undermine a UNITY

-that strengthens US ALL.

[Well there are so many answers on our bulletin board to the above assessment that we will only say that the seeds of Scottish Independence have always been there and the emergence of the SNP in the 1930's meant it was only a matter of time before they reached their objective.

Magna Carta!

English citizens used to be able to petition their Monarch if they had a concern or grievance.  This right was given under Magna Carta.

According to the LAW OF ENGLAND the House of Lords must accept petitions from citizens, and take them to the reigning Monarch.

The Monarch must then hear them.

This right has now been quietly set aside. Petitions raised by citizens now go to the relevant minister and are invariably simply shredded

The Magna Carta, signed by King John in June 1215, still stands. It is doubtful if even the fat burghers of Brussels can make it go away

Much of what has been done in recent years is undoubtedly illegal, unconstitutional and contrary to both English common law and the Magna Carta.

So, why not test the legality of EU legislation in COURT?

BBC Bias

Dear Sir,

Your criticism of the BBC's superficial and biased coverage of EU affairs was fully justified. Indeed, it may not have gone far enough.

The European Parliament's debates may be excruciating and boring and the documents and press releases from the Commission and other EU agencies written in style that is designed to discourage public interest. But this does not excuse the BBC's very evident lack of interest in what is going on behind the scenes.

Indeed, now that 60% of LAWS or thereabouts are made in BRUSSELS the BBC has a statutory obligation to describe the political forces which are shaping our future.

But it has almost entirely ignored the current attempts to press ahead with the task of European political integration regardless of public opinion and has similarly ignored the phenomenon of what has been 'the creeping constitution'

This is a huge story to be told -but the BBC does not wish to tell it

 

Mark Thompson , the BBC Director General has backed up his promise of improved coverage of EU affairs by pointing to the appointment of a senior television journalist, Mark Mardell, as it's European Editor.

It should be noted the Mardell's task is very different from that of the huge staff that reports Westminster. although far more numerous than the BBC's European staff its concern is exclusively with political news.

Mardell's remit is so wide that he is expected to report on terrorist activities in European cities. Papal visits to European capitals, natural and man-made disasters, the domestic political affairs of member states and much else that occurs in Europe but little to do with the functioning of the EU.

Even if he wished to devote his time and talents to describing and analysing the interplay of political forces in Brussels and their impact on the lives of ordinary British citizens -which is surely what he ought to be doing -he would not have the opportunity to do so.

The inescapable conclusion must be that the BBC does not wish to report what is happening in the EU because it does not wish to draw attention to a process which is systematically destroying

They have 220,000 criminals on parole and 14,000 -low to risk high.

We are told that there is always a risk but what we say is that the more criminals that remain in prison the risk is reduced even further.

The Government's refusal to build more prisons means that they have to come up with crack-pot schemes in the short term such as tagging and open prisons which as the name applies offers no security to the terrified victim that the offender will (as has happened on many occasions) will make a return visit.

The Home Office admitted a few months ago that it had £30million earmarked for more prison places  but no start in the building programme has been made.

WE  WANT MORE PRISONS AND LESS CRIMINALS ON PROBATION AND THE REPEAL OF THE 1988 HUMAN RIGHTS ACT

 WHICH IRONICALLY HAS LEAD TO THE LOSS OF THE RIGHTS OF THE VICTIM AND THE INCREASED RIGHTS OF THE CRIMINAL.

SINCE 1997 THE GROWING ARMY OF LAWYERS HAVE FOUND A LOTTERY PAYOUT ON THEIR DOORSTEP IN THE INCREASE FOR THEIR SERVICES BECAUSE OF THE 3000 NEW LAWS AND THE FLOOD OF REGULATIONS FROM BRUSSELS.

LOCAL AUTHORITIES ARE IN ON THE ACT WITH AN INCREASE IN THEIR PETTY INTERFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF THEIR PAYROLLERS WITH MANY SPEED CAMERAS IN PLACE SIMPLY TO MAKE MONEY. AS TO RECYCLING THIS IS ANOTHER AREA WERE THE GESTAPO UNITS ARE AT THEIR BUSIEST.

CO-OPERATION IS ONE THING BUT FORCE IS OUT OF PLACE>YOU ONLY HAVE TO COMPARE THE LIFESTYLE OF A CONVICTED MURDERER AND OTHERS IN THE JUSTICE SYSTEM WITH THE HELP OF THEIR LEGAL TEAMS.

 

 A  HARMLESS RATEPAYER WITH NO LEGAL TEAM IN TOW WILL BE DEALT WITH STERNLY AND SEVERELY TO SEE THAT THE PUNISHMENT IS EXACTED WITHOUT COMPASSION.

 

OF COURSE ONE DAY ANY OF US WILL NEED LEGAL ADVICE BUT THE HUMAN RIGHTS ACT AND THE FLOOD OF REGULATIONS FROM BRUSSELS HAS MADE OUR COUNTRY WITH ITS COMPENSATION CULTURE A MENACE WHICH OUR CHILDREN AND FUTURE GENERATIONS WILL BE MADE TO SUFFER.
