To Preserve The Free Nation-States of Europe -Vote ‘NO’- To the NEW EU Constitution.

 

In the Leader Column of The Daily Telegraph on Thursday 27th January 2005 appeared the following article:

 

Europe’s point of no return.

 

At last we have it: the most momentous question for the electorate since the retrospective referendum on the membership of the European Economic Community (as it then still called itself) three decades ago [1975].

“Should the United Kingdom approve the Treaty establishing a Constitution for the European Union?”

It must be acknowledged that the wording of the question is neutral. Tony Blair has confounded expectations by playing the first ball of this campaign with a straight bat. It was in his interest to do so. To have asked a loaded question would have elicited an indignant answer.

 

By conceding this referendum,

 

[We don’t believe he had any choice in the matter-whatever he may think of himself there is one who can still politely but him in his place]

 

Mr Blair took a colossal risk. But the debate on the Constitution has been muted lately, because both sides have had tactical reasons to keep their power dry.

 

[New] Labour is banking on winning a Referendum in the wake of a third election landslide, and has no desire to imperil the mandate by raising Europe at this stage.

 

The Tories having tried and failed to cash in on the issue four years ago are equally wary of it.

 

The ‘No’ campaign, flushed with success in seeing off the Euro, has waited to see how the Government would play the [New European] Constitution before showing its hand.

 

[The ‘NO’ Campaign also had the massive win against the proposed Regional Assembly in the Northeast even though the Government (As is usual) put in a great deal of extra money and had the help of much of the Press and Media particularly the BBC Northeast and other bodies and Placemen all to no avail- the people have at last awoken from their sleep to see the dangers inherent in Tony Blair’s European Dream.]

 

Nevertheless, this week Europe has returned to take centre stage. Whether or not Michael Howard intended his Immigration Policy to re-ignite the European debate, it has certainly had that effect. The response that the Tory proposal to impose annual quotas on asylum seekers drew from [Big Brother] Brussels was so unequivocal- “Don’t even think about it”- that the whole country has been reminded of what the theory of “pooled Sovereignty” actually means in practice it comes down to this: Britain proposes, Europe Disposes.

 

[An Article by Andrew Alexander in his Column in the Daily Mail in June 1996 gave a clear answer to the term “pooled Sovereignty”.

Those in public life are well aware of how many of their everyday decisions are bedevilled by European laws, Regulations, Directives [etc] The rest of us notice only fitfully, as when the State is compelled to abolish some cherished liberty or tradition.

 

But in reality the process is incessant and inexorable.

The forces he first mobilised had the unintended consequence of transforming this concept, first into a customs union, then progressively into a continental superstate.

 

The British have hitherto comforted themselves that this had little to do with them. Churchill’s phrase of 1914-

 

“business carried on as usual during the alterations to the map of Europe”

-Still resonates. But the impending Referendum ought not to be seen as a distraction from the real business of the country. Its result is as crucial as any election.

If we wish to preserve Europe as a free association of nation-states, then the [New European] Constitution belongs in the dustbin of history. We now learn from the Daily Mail COMMENT on Christmas Eve that the Queen's Speech will cover the catastrophic fall in Values and Moral behaviour since the beginning of her 56 -year reign. This has been brought about by the actions of HER MINISTERS and the greater number of those in HER PARLIAMENT who have placed THEIR CONCERNS before the INTERESTS of THE PEOPLE and NATION STATE.

 

 As for the fact that HER PEOPLE feel LOST that has been the direct result of the actions of HER SUCCESSIVE GOVERNMENTS and the TRAITOROUS POLITICIANS including PRIME MINISTERS who have stealthily over the 56 years of HER MAJESTY'S REIGN have almost achieved their aim of ENSLAVING the PEOPLE to a FOREIGN POWER. 

The reason for the marked drop in the number viewing THE QUEEN'S SPEECH is no doubt because the mass of people have realised years ago that the MONARCH is powerless to PROTECT their WAY-OF-LIFE and events up to now have PROVED THEM CORRECT.

Is it the case on Christmas Day 2007 while the  Monarch talks  our Rights and Liberties are being taken from us under our very  noses?

Of course the QUEEN under HER CONSTITUTIONAL ROLE can only 'Advise and Warn' HER MINISTERS but when the matter concerns the very LIFE of an INDEPENDENT STATE we expect that HER MAJESTY consider the arrangement to be AT AN END as it would make a MOCKERY of the PRIME IMPORTANCE of the MONARCH to protect our inherited Rights and Liberties which HER MINISTERS  are endeavouring TO GIVE AWAY.

We as loyal subjects of the MONARCH who is the living embodiment of OUR RIGHTS and LIBERTIES  ask at this late stage with only months to the eradication of a FREE NATION STATE some veiled comments that HER MAJESTY will PROTECT our RIGHTS and LIBERTIES.

As for the MORAL tone of the NATION STATE at this most crucial time in ENGLISH CONSTITUTIONAL HISTORY this matter should be left to CHURCH LEADERS who's responsibility it is to CARE for their FLOCKS particularly at this FESTIVAL of CHRISTMAS.

IF HER MAJESTY'S SPEECH has not been pre-recorded  we ask HER MAJESTY to give those MILLIONS of HER subjects some hope that their PROTECTOR has NOT FORGOTTEN THEM.

The Queen, Treason and the Coronation oath

Together with Churchill, King George VI saved our nation; he was a Monarch to be proud of. But his daughter the Queen is the only monarch to have broken all her coronation oaths, by signing these six treaties that abolish our common law, the British Constitution, the British and English nations, and our sovereignty. She has also committed treason, together with co-signatories Ted Heath, Margaret Thatcher, John Major, Tony Blair and Gordon Brown.

Realising that under the five Treason Acts they should already be hanging by the neck until dead, Tony Blair and the Queen signed the Crime and Disorder Act, 1998, which secretly abolished much of the crime of treason (s36.3) and reduced the penalty to life imprisonment - they didn't tell the MP's what they had just voted for.

1.4 million British Servicemen gave their lives for our independence. The Queen has thrown their sacrifices away and made them worthless.

At no physical risk to herself, she could have fulfilled her oath and duty as a constitutional check and balance, by refusing to sign the six treaties until an in/out referendum had been held. In the unlikely event the vote went against her, she was even more unlikely to lose her crown (not her life or a limb), and would keep her £9 billion plus palaces either way. Those servicemen's lives would still have meant something.

But she was always keen to sign; and said in advance she would sign the last treaty. Princes Charles, William or Harry can now never be King. You can't have a King without a Kingdom: they can only be princes of a region (principality) within Europe.

The Queen's aspirations are not ours; she clearly serves a much darker master; the faith she defends cannot be the one we think it is. King George VI, the one recent monarch not indoctrinated with Nazi or Communist philosophy, must be turning over in his grave.

I ask that the law be enforced, and the Queen be tried for treason before 12 honest people, and not by our corrupt judges. And that the illegal section 36.3 Crime and Disorder Act be declared null and void, so that she can hang by the neck till dead.

The new EU Hitler doesn't have to get elected
Its worth noting that Adolf Hitler first had to get elected, if on a 35% minority vote, and then get his Enabling Act passed. An EU dictator has no such problems. Our EU rulers do not submit themselves for election now. And the Queen has already signed the Enabling Act (Civil Contingencies Act 2004).

The EU's Hitler will have a much easier rise to power, and will have the formerly British and French nuclear weapons from day one. Adolf Hitler killed 54 million people. The EU's dictator could kill a billion at the touch of a button, with no democratic checks and balances to answer to. How could any aspiring dictator resist the EU opportunity?

The behaviour of our politicians over the past thirty-five years has confirmed the dangers of one-party rule which was warned of over two millennium ago .
