WHY OUR TRAITOROUS PRO-EU MP'S WANT THE BEST OF TWO WORLDS.

We now hear from the political Editor of the Daily Mail on September 1-2007 that

'Majority of MPs'

 want a vote on the

EU CONSTITUTION

Former Europe minister Keith Vaz fuelled the campaign to give the public a say on the revived

EU CONSTITUTION

by calling on the premier to hold a poll on the same day as a

GENERAL ELECTION.

[We are surprised at Keith Vaz comments  as from our viewpoint the last thing that Gordon Brown intends to do is to permit a

REFERENDUM

How would he explain it to his new friend the German Chancellor who has already indicated to her new bosom friend

'All you have to do is betray your country and your future job as President of the

EUROPEAN COUNCIL

-is YOURS!

All this tipping around the mulberry bush has occurred because the Eurosceptic organisations many with hundreds of  thousands of pounds in their piggy banks  and over hundreds of thousands of members possible into a few million over the years have failed to realise that

'UNITED WE STAND-DIVIDED WE FALL'

Mr Brown did not need to be a genius to understand that all he could hear from the

EUROSCEPTIC

was TALK- MORE TALK AND YET MORE TALK and this in a year that they knew would see the end of our

NATION STATE

of over 1,400 in the making unless they moved forward together and united their resources and members on a gigantic

MARCH in LONDON.

We hear from Mr Vaz that he wants the

REFERENDUM

to ask the wider question:

'Do you support Britain's continuing membership of the EU as set out in the

'REFORM TREATY'

What the public should be asked is

'Do you want to accept the Treaty that the French and Dutch rejected in 2005 which is identical to the

'NEW REFORM TREATY'

with the exception of 10 proposals out of 250 and those 10 were merely as NEW LABOUR would say a' tidying-up exercise' to make the TREATY look more acceptable-

WHICH IT ISN'T!

For those who are ardent Pro-EU fans  because of the numerous examples of co-operation in EUROPE -many of their objects of admiration can be obtained outside a corrupt totalitarian police state naming itself the

UNITED STATES OF EUROPE.

We prefer to call it

 THE GANGS OF EUROPE

-because as with much of the trouble in our society with

GANG WARFARE

there is an analogy with the

MONSTROUS GANG OF EUROPE

What is the essence of gangs. A dictionary definition is:

'A band of  roughs or criminals'

Well this certainly fits the

EUROPEAN UNION

But many will say but all the member states are

NOT THE SAME

this is so in a gang of feral youths but everyone in the gang must obey the LEADER'

SO IT WILL BE IN THE

UNITED STATES OF EUROPE

There is one thing that pro-EU fanatics must remember and that is once the

TREATY is RATIFIED

it will place them within a continuing revolving iron curtain around the EU  with no chance to get out but to accept everything even if they find out later they have made a

DISASTROUS MISTAKE

Of course there is an opt out in the Treaty but even that has its consequences. Far better that we do not enter the TRAP in the FIRST PLACE and that is WHAT a REFERENDUM should DO

This late stage flurry of activity of conscience by the MPs is a typical manoeuvre to ensure they can still expect the support of their constituents should Gordon Brown call a snap

GENERAL ELECTION

which we believe

HE WILL NOT

as his chances of a spectacular win are receding by the day because what ever he says in the future unless he agrees to keep

HIS PROMISE

and have a

REFERENDUM

before the

TREATY is discussed in PARLIAMENT

NO ONE WILL AGAIN BELIEVE HIM

WHATEVER HE MAY SAY

Yet again we hear from Mr Vaz the legal eagle that has been flying too high and his wings are beginning to melt so he has for the moment come down to ground with a bump because he can not understand the majority of the British people who take their at present

FREE NATION STATE

 seriously and what ever he says they will not

'put up or shut up'

We have always stated that to have a REFERENDUM

 to ask the people whether they wish to lose their NATION STATE and in its place become a

PROVINCE of EUROPE

IS

UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

PARLIAMENT

and particularly the

HOUSE OF COMMONS

belongs to the

 PEOPLE

 and even they are not permitted to destroy what has been the makings of over a thousand years and belongs to

EVERYONE.

If the Eurosceptic organisations had performed their duty by

POSITIVE ACTION

There would have not have been the need of a

REFERENDUM

WE state here and now as we have frequently done over the years we would NOT

accept the result of a

REFERENDUM

if  the people failed to protect their

 NATION STATE

and if millions of eurosceptics had signed such a declaration years ago or had taken to the streets in their millions we would not be in the situation today in September -2007 and to be asked by our

MEMBERS

of our

 HOUSE of COMMONS

In England in October 1647 the extreme Republican party drafted a Constitution known as the

Agreement of the People

That the Representatives have, and shall be understood to have, the supreme trust in order to the preservation and government of the whole; and their power extend without consent or concurrence of any person or persons, to the erecting and abolishing of Courts of Justice and public offices, and to the enacting, altering, repealing and declaring of laws, and the highest and final judgment, concerning things spiritual and evangelical.  PROVIDED that, even in things natural and civil these six particulars next following are, and shall be understood to be EXCEPTED and RESERVED from our REPRESENTATIVES.

There then follows five points of detail which do not for the moment ,concern us. The SIXTH is, in the present connexion, of first-rate importance;

IT DECLARES:

'that no Representative may in anywise render up or give or take away any of the foundations of COMMON RIGHT, LIBERTY, or SAFETY contained in the agreement.'

What is the significance of the clause? It proposed that the powers of the LEGISLATURE should be LIMITED; that certain questions of supreme importance or difficulty should be reserved from its jurisdiction; that in a word, its function should be LEGISLATIVE but not CONSTITUENT.

Not even the extreme DEMOCRATS of the COMMONWEALTH were willing to commit unlimited POWER to a SINGLE legislative CHAMBER.

It may be objected that The Agreement of the People was never accepted and never came in force. that is true. But many of its PRINCIPLES reappear in the two written CONSTITUTIONS of the COMMONWEALTH and PROTECTORATE.

But what is certainly clear are the following:

'The English Parliament strikes its roots so deep into the past that scarcely a single feature of its proceedings can be made intelligible without reference to history'.-Sir Courtenay Ilbert.

Apology of 1604

by the House of Commons to James the First of England.

' And contrarywise with all humble and due respect to your majesty our sovereign lord and head, against those misinformation's we most truly avouch, - first, that our privileges and liberties are our right and due inheritance, no less than our lands and goods; secondly, that they cannot be withheld from us, denied or impaired, but with apparent wrong to the whole state of the realm; thirdly, and that our making of request, in the entrance of Parliament, to enjoy our privilege, is an act only of manners...! The Commons' Apology of 1604.

This is our contention that the House of Commons cannot as clearly stated above in the first clause:

first, that our privileges and liberties are our right and due inheritance, no less than our lands and goods...

In our Great Charter of Magna Carta-articles 39,40

'No free man shall be taken or imprisoned or disseised or outlawed or exiled or anyways destroyed; nor will we go upon him, nor will we send upon , unless by the lawful judgment of his peers, or by the law of the land.

To none will we sell, to none will we deny or delay, right and justice.

Since the days of Magna Carta and through the civil wars of the 17th century no Englishman would have ever thought that his Commons of England would deliberately over 35 years change the substance of our institutions and agree to sell the very sacred

'Rights and Liberties'

of

Englishmen

Though many have questioned the wisdom of not having a legal foundation (a rigid constitution) which the legislature could not disturb they trusted to the 'conventions and custom of the realm', and as the events of the last three decades have shown our own Legislature has almost sold our country and its unique parliamentary system -a model for the world for a

despotic corrupt self-seeking political elite to be based in

UNITED STATES OF EUROPE.

BRITAIN is paying £114,000 a minute to be a member of the EU, it is claimed today

That is £1,000 a year for every man, women and child in the country.

THE REPORT, by the right-wing Bruges Group think-tank, is an attempt to conduct the cost-benefit analysis demanded by many MPs and PEERS since we joined the then European Economic Community in 1973.

Successive  governments have refused such a study, arguing the benefits are self-evident. BUT the research concludes  Britain has contributed

£213 BILLION

To the

EU BUDGET

-since we joined -and forecasts that by 2013  this will have risen to almost

£300 BILLION

It also assesses indirect costs of membership.

Over-regulation costs Britain at least

 £26 billion a year

and the

Common Agricultural Policy at least

15.6 billion a year

This year, the REPORT says, costs to a British family of four, an additional

 £20 on their weekly food bill ,

about half of this is made up of higher taxes in order to subsidise farmers, and half through higher food bills compared to what we would pay for food on the world market.

Robert Oulds, director of the Bruges Group, said:

'To put it into perspective just

£1 billion will pay for

222,000 hip replacements,

or

46,893 nurses,

or

38,782 teachers

or

34,585 police officers.

THIS MONEY WOULD BE BETTER SPENT IN BRITAIN FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE BRITISH PEOPLE.'

·        Do you know 80% of our laws now come from Brussels without proper scrutiny by Parliament, forced on us by foreign bureaucrats whom we don’t elect and can’t sack? 

·        Do you know Euro law is accepted as superior to UK law by our politicians and judges?

·        Do you realise the new EU constitution will enforce EU citizenship, spell the END of our self-government, the monarchy and our independence, if as expected it is imposed later this year?

·        Do you realise British taxpayers pay £31 million per day every day to the EU and that almost all our net contribution to the EU is lost in fraud, now more than £6 billion a year?

·        Do you realise that the EU has virtually destroyed our fishing and agriculture, forced us to cut back on our armed forces and their equipment, caused massive under-funding in schools and hospitals, contributed to immigration pressures and taken possession of our cash, oil and gas reserves? Our contributions to the EU would fund a hundred hospitals a year!

·        Successive British governments have actively betrayed our sovereignty by helping to bring about destruction of our nationhood, not in our interests, but in pursuit of political gain.

·        Do you realise we have been disfranchised and have no choice because all the main parties favour integration within the EU, whatever the cost, however bad for Britain? Do you subscribe to the Conservative, Labour or LibDem Parties and believe we would be better off out of the EU? Why not withhold your subscription until your MP or candidate pledges in writing to uphold the primacy of our Constitution and rule of law over Euro law and to support withdrawal and re-negotiation of trade if reform proves impossible? ·        We have just delivered a Petition to the Queen signed by 900,000 patriots urging Her not to assent to any Bill accepting the EU constitution unless it has the consent of a majority of the whole electorate in an impartial referendum. You can still order Petition forms, also car stickers and videos. Get as many people to sign as possible, because we are hoping for at least another million by 6 June (60^th anniversary of D Day) for a second delivery.

·        BUT WE WANT MILLIONS OF RENUNCIATION LETTERS SIGNED! It’s our right and duty to renounce the EU if we want to save our country for our children and future generations. So copy this and send it to all your friends. Together we will save the Realm!

RENUNCIATION OF CITIZENSHIP OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

Post Code ………………….. am a subject of the Crown to which I owe allegiance as a British Citizen, Passport Number: …………….………… This is my birthright to which I am entitled and no government may legally remove this without just cause.

I understand that every citizen of the member states of the EU is now classed as an ‘EU citizen’ (Maastricht Treaty of Union Article 8), but that EU citizenship is additional and will not replace my existing British citizenship. I further understand that EU citizens shall enjoy the rights of the EU and be subject to any duties imposed, although these do not exist at present. However there appears to be no guarantee that duties, perhaps contrary to my national or personal interests, will not be imposed in the future. I am not persuaded that rights, privileges and benefits claimed as advantageous to EU citizens are beneficial when they have so far proved largely illusory and often positively harmful and vexatious. Yet British taxpayers are expected to contribute billions per year to the EU and endure the constraints of a continuing flow of EU directives, some 40,000 since 1973. These adversely affect nearly every facet of our lives and I refuse to continue to accept imposition of direct or indirect EU taxes that affect me as a British citizen.

Furthermore as an EU citizen, I understand I may in future be required to owe allegiance primarily or wholly to the European Union instead of to the Crown. I can only be a citizen of one state. I owe allegiance to the British Crown and Constitution. I cannot be a citizen of the EU because it is not yet a state, nor can I owe allegiance to two sovereign entities.

I have therefore decided to renounce my so-called EU citizenship and exercise my right and choice to retain my British citizenship and passport, together with my freedom to associate or not to associate as adjudged by the European Court of Human Rights in 1981. (Young, James & Webster v. United Kingdom ECHR 1981)

I am not prepared to have EU citizenship foisted upon me against my will, without public consultation or consent, nor do I accept primacy of EU law or the imposition of an EU constitution over the British Constitution and rule of law. I refuse to accept the transfer of the United Kingdom’s sovereignty, the sovereignty of the people, to EU rule.

I therefore herewith formally renounce EU citizenship, its rights and duties, as set out by the Maastricht Treaty and/or by any other treaty or act purporting to impose EU citizenship upon me. I await your response.
