Race Laws 'are stifling DEBATE on White Flight.

POLITICAL correctness and race laws are stifling debate over the

 'White flight'

Which threatens to segregate communities, a Government adviser has warned.

Professor Ted Cantle claimed laws designed to stop extremists stirring up racial hatred were becoming

'part of the problem'

-because individuals felt unable to voice unease over changes in society.

He called for 'greater tolerance' for those expressing fears and warned unless such concerns were debated openly they would be driven underground.'

Professor Cantle, who was commissioned to write the Government's report into the 2001 race riots, spoke out as a BBC Panorama investigation highlighted evidence of segregation between white and Asian Muslim communities in Blackburn.

Producers found many white residents who had misgivings about their neighbourhoods being 'taken over' by Muslims, but refused to speak on camera for fear of being branded racist.

Professor Cantle said political correctness and race relations laws were partly to blame.

He said:

'I think it can become part of the problem if it has the effect of limiting debate. Most of the legislation we've got stems really from a position 40 years ago where we were very concerned about the rise of the extreme right.

'We're now in a different position. I think we actually need to loosen some of those ties so that we can have a more mature debate. 'It will be painful, but the longer the process will be, I think, a much better level of understanding.'

The laws against racial discrimination were 'sound', he said, but those covering inciting racial or religious hatred were preventing discussion.

It is an offence to use 'threatening abusive or insulting words or behaviou' to stir up hatred against anyone on grounds of colour, race, nationality or ethnic origin. New legislation will shortly add religion to the list.

Professor Cantle said: 'I think there is a perception at least that there is too much political correctness and people feel unable to express their views.

'probably getting worse'

-both in terms of residential ghettos and in

EDUCATION and EMPLOYMENT

[Well they would wouldn't they. The Government policies over the last decade exacerbated an already dangerous and volatile situation and literally they themselves lit the fuse by their

policy without being selective in ensuring ONLY those who were prepared to integrate would be welcomed into our already overcrowded country.

The politicians over the past four decades have ALL contributed to the unstabling  conditions in many of our towns and more especially our cities by ignoring what should have been obvious from the beginning particularly with our country's experience in India where Muslim and Hindu slaughtered each other and the situation in that same country today is becoming even after almost 60 years  racial outbreaks are on the rise.

It is so ironic that we have citizens of Asian culture who have bridled us on being

RACIST

yet even in Asia and Africa at the present time thousands are suffering because of a Caste system and racial attacks.

There is possibly no country in the world which in the main is

TOLERANT

-after its long history of welcoming refuges and immigrants from across the world

What has since destabilised the situation was the

NUMBERS

and

RELIGION/CULTURE

OF

THOSE

NEWCOMERS.

Everyone is welcome provided that they acknowledge that the host nation has a right to expect that its

INSTITUTIONS-CHURCH and LAW

ARE

RESPECTED 

This is no difference to what ANY other Nation State

-in the world at large

WOULD ASK!

Today many Englishmen find that they are in many cities across our country looked at as strangers in their own neighbourhoods-in many cases the place of their birth and generations before them.

Today in May 2007 they are not allowed to voice their concerns because of being accused of being a

RACIST

And that is why many of our cities are no longer England but divided as surely as the Sunni and Shia enclaves of Baghdad. And the person responsible is the same

Tony Blair

He will shortly leave office to make his £10,000,000+

-on his lecture tour and we understand to form a

Foundation as the Man of Peace

and to give some credence to this travesty of Justice he will ask the very same Roman Catholic Church to give their support and blessings.

His crowing over his supposed triumph in Northern Ireland will rebound on us in a few years when the cover is lifted and the enforced marriage is revealed to be a poisoned chalice-which time will show has merely been in the case of the IRA a temporary rearrangement to suit the lose of support from America.

A letter to the Daily Telegraph struck the right nerve and illustrates our point.

THE disbanding of the Royal Ulster Constabulary

POWER-SHARING.

It does us no good to allow Mr Blair to re-write history and to pretend that his so-called

LEGACY

-is anything other than a demonstration
