A Policeman's Lot is not a
happy one - particularly in Human Right's England

A CHESHIRE CHIEF CONSTABLE'S STATEMENT
AS TO WHY THEY COULD NOT HAVE PREVENTED THE DEATH OF FAMILY MAN GARRY NEWLOVE -
WAS A TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE.
Before we commence with the statement
from the Chief Constable we need to get to the real root of the cause of
the death of a innocent subject who was as millions before him doing his
best to protect his family and possessions and no doubt his
neighbours because he was like millions in our country a good neighbour.
The chief constable's statement offered
no real defence for failing to act against such an atrocious crime which
has been commonplace since the advent of the New Labour 'Rights' and
Heath and Safety-Political Correctness and Compensation culture, 24 hr.
Drinking.
He and many of his fellow chief
constables gave up the streets to the YOBS and CRIMINALS years ago when
they withdrew the
FIRST LINE OF DEFENCE
FOR THE
HOUSEHOLDER
THE
Bobbie-on -the Beat.
And should the criminal be accidentally
caught he knows he has nothing to fear from a so-called
JUSTICE SYSTEM
which targets the
VICTIM
who invariably defending his home and
property will
FIND HIMSELF IN STIR.
What amazes us how the police find
the space for the innocent when even if they built prisons for at least
another 100,000 criminals they still would not have enough space to put
all the criminals who as far as the innocent are concerned should be off
the streets and where they can no longer be a THREAT
IN TO PRISON.
The present laughable so-called
JUSTICE SYSTEM
is in fact a
TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE
All they seem to harp on about is how to keep criminals
OUT OF JAIL.
The GOVERNMENT seems to have one thing in mind-how to
reduce the prison population-no doubt there are many in prison that
should be in secure psychiatric hospitals-but
this is the same GOVERNMENT
which has a till -role mentality when
it concerns our Armed Forces and the safety of the subject in the home.
but has closed many hospitals providing
local/specialist/psychiatric -military and civil and much of the assets
to pay for an illegal war in Iraq and an Impossible War in Afghanistan.
WE need to return to the days when the
criminal understood that it was
an
'eye for an eye'
Millions of people over the past ten years have
seen their once secure back-yard now open to every type of criminal in
the book-in fact because there are so many criminals on the streets that
SHOULD BE IN JAIL
there must have come into operation in the criminal
fraternity a queuing system to ensure that the
HOUSEHOLDER
is not faced with a
MURDERER/BURGLAR or WHATEVER
at the same time as they may get in others way and find
themselves attacking each other because the one doing the job might find
himself accosted by what he may have imagined were concerned neighbours.
Many will say rightly it is no
laughing matter.
BUT
YOUR GOVERNMENT
MUST THINK SO
Because they will not return the
Bobbie-on-the-beat
and supported by a real
Justice System
supporting the officer by
SENTENCES THAT FIT THE CRIME.
Over the past ten years we have had
numerous articles about the plight of the elderly-the sick and disabled
and even the strongest members of the community are not free from the
savagery on the streets.
It has been the NEW LABOUR polices over
the past decade and know doubt those of their predecessors who had been
guided by the liberal elite who have taken their policies too far
in favouring the rehabilitation of the criminal at the cost of
withdrawing the vital first defence of the public
THE
Bobbie-on-the-Beat.
AND
A JUST PUNISHMENT
TO FIT THE CRIME.
Mr Newlove was murdered because he unfortunately lived
in Tony Blair's England where he had no permanent local
Bobbie-on-the-Beat backed up by a stern Justice System but instead the
system considered the welfare of the criminal not only on the streets
but also in the 5star treatment he received if he was fortunate to find
a cell vacant for him and of course his own key and if his interest was
devil worship then an alter there must be.
In the minds of the political elite in charge there is
only one thing that matters retaining power and if that means playing
the political game as with a roulette wheel then so be it. If one
happens to be elderly then your number is way down the list but if you
own a Casino or a 24hr drinking establishment or play the private equity game
then your number will always come up trumps.
We live in an anything goes culture where Children
must be treated as Adults and Adults as Children. Many people are lost
in a pursuit for more and when they get it they are still not satisfied.
They are living by the Blair Bible which insists everything can be
achieved even if they have not the natural ability to accomplish it .But
should they fail they will be told that they must not worry because they
will ensure everyone must be a winner in Blairland.
AND WE ALL PAY THE PRICE
THE PEOPLE
AND
THE COUNTRY
Our competitors around the world must look on with
wonder to see a once competitive industrial workshop of the world
turning into their store house while a greater part of the nation are no
longer shopkeepers but public servants and those who no longer care as
they know how to work the system too well to have to worry.
We learn from the Daily Mail of 16th August that there
are now nearly ten million people in Britain are out of work of - more
than six times the official unemployment rate-it was revealed last
night.
The tragic death of Mr Newlove was a consequence of
the policies of a Government which decided on their new disruptive and
disastrous plans after destroying the more durable structures which had
been in place for centuries. They sowed the seeds of Political
Correctness-Human Rights- Children's Rights - 24hr Continental drinking
and Casinos and whatever and now the people are asked to enjoy the
'harvest' of calamitous change.
What about Mr Newlove's Rights to live in a society
with a Government that ensured the protection of his home and
possessions. A full-time Bobbie-on-the-Beat would have seen the
inevitable consequence of allowing such a situation to develop and in
better times (before the 'Rights culture') with full support of a robust
and supportive Police and Justice system would have ensured that the
tragic event would be avoided.
Our own experience of contact with groups of drinking
youths/children is that the children are oblivious to the unease and
absolute terror that their activities can seem to the elderly
population now numbering over 20,000,000 and rising every day apart from
millions of others of all age groups who have also suffered. We now
learn that 45% of youths in England are out on the streets to get their
kicks and drinks and such an explosive mix of drunken children and
terrified individuals leads to the jungle-like savagery against
Mr Newlove a Father -a DAD and for his neighbours a
great lost friend.
