This week the killing of the Privy Council is all part of New Labour's mission to vandalise Britain's great institutions.

[Before we commence with the article we should remind ourselves that the damage is to

English Institutions

for as everyone knows Scotland has its parliament back and has always had its corpus juris law system in place. 

As for Wales they have an Assembly and no doubt in the future their own parliament.

It is this persistent reference to British institutions by a battery of misinformed so-called commentators on the destruction of what they call BRITISH which in reality is in fact the

ENGLISH CONSTITUTION

-reaching back over a thousand years in the past and the

ENGLISH -MAGNA CARTA

ENGLISH - BILL OF RIGHTS

ENGLISH-ACT OF SETTLEMENT

Nowhere in this Act of Parliament does it mention BRITAIN -we have the kingdoms of England, France and Ireland and the Dominions thereunto belonging...

By the general press refusing for years  to name the country which occupies 87 per cent of the land space in our shared island home

It has been possible over 35 years and particularly over the past 10 years of the

GREAT DECEIVER

GREAT DESTROYER

 Tony Blair and his traitorous cohorts to virtually achieve his objective with only one more signature to consign a once great independent god -fearing nation-state into a despotic - corrupt - unaccountable police state to call itself

United States of Europe.

As we are now being told by Peter Oborne this weeks killing of the Privy Council once the "Continual" or Ordinary Council of our earlier Kings(the source of the later Privy Council) not only as an upper court of appeal, but as a direct court of Royal justice in all cases which had not been specially delegated to the recently constituted Courts of the Common Law

It has been the Press in general which has consistently pushed the British label for well over a hundred years. Even in the 1930's an English prime minister Stanley Baldwin mentioned the increased habit of overlooking the fact that

THERE WAS AN ENGLAND.

Today in March 2007 whether it is the Press or the BBC or any other body in the public eye you will observe unless they are in Scotland or Wales their utterances are proscribed so that the word which has been forbidden for many decades

We admire our close neighbours in our island home and whether it is Songs of Praise or any other activity they portray their nationalism without apology and even encroach on the territory of England with their two language road signs hopeful that Englishmen may learn the language and when they have no country to defend will find the language lessons most useful in their new homes across Offa's Dike.

LAST WEEK , the former cabinet Secretary Lord Wilson made an acute remark. he noted that Tony Blair and his New Labour faction' had staged a coup, first against the Labour party and then against the

PROCESSES of GOVERNMENT'

[YOUR GOVERNMENT]

I have never read before such an accurate summary of the trajectory of British politics [English politics as it concerns in the main that country] over the past 13years.

In Opposition, Tony Blair and his coterie began destroying the Labour Party. The link with the Unions was cut -Party Conference was emasculated and the once governing national Executive Committee stripped of POWER.

After the 1997 General Election the Blair clique embarked , quite deliberately, on the destruction of the defining [ENGLISH ] INSTITUTIONS

-of the BRITISH [In reality the ENGLISH, Nation -State]

THEY ACHIEVED THIS WITH HUGE SUCCESS

During ten years in POWER, New Labour has wrecked:

THE CIVIL SERVICE

SIDELINED PARLIAMENT

DEMORALIZED THE FOREIGN OFFICE

SMASHED THE INTEGRITY OF THE INTELLIGENCE SERVICES

ABOLISHED THE ARMY'S REGIMENTAL SYSTEM.

In addition, it launched an audacious, but so far unsuccessful, attempt to undermine the MONARCHY, and initiated a long and sustained attack on the JUDICIARY.

[What we have to ask ourselves is WHY the protector of the over 1100  year-old House of Wessex did NOT refuse to sign the five EU treaties which made no secret of the plans to enslave HER subjects into a god-less despotic corrupt unaccountable police state to call itself the

UNITED STATES OF EUROPE

- particularly by the open door of the Maastricht Treaty in 1992

And you have all heard of YOUR Foreign Secretary Douglas Hurd being overheard saying:

'We'd better find out what we have signed'

His colleague Francis Maud  (now the Conservative chairman in 2007) must have had no doubt a similar frame of mind or he would have surely enlightened his counterpart of the enormous consequences of such a TREATY on the future enslavement of the ENGLISH PEOPLE.]

This has all been carried out in the name of MODERNISATION

[In reality it is the name of a future United States of Europe and if the majority of the English people cannot not see it then they deserve their

ENSLAVEMENT.]

New Labour is distrustful of INSTITUTIONS, and favours instead, a system of

DIRECT PERSONAL RULE

Indeed, this impulse remains predominant and, last week, saw two fresh instances of Blairite hostility to the

INSTITUTIONS OF THE STATE

On Wednesday, practically in secret, the Prime Minister abolished the

PRIVY COUNCIL

Office

The move was scarcely reported - and not even announced in [YOUR]

HOUSE of COMMONS

-even though it was made on a day when the Prime Minister was answering questions on. among other urgent matters, phone-in charges for TV competitions.

[Future generations will be astonished that their inheritance of over 1500 years in our new island home of the original and ancient Council of the Wise of the people about the person of the Monarch was demolished while the House talked about charges for TV competitions. ]

Presumably the modernisers would argue that this lack of fanfare simply reflects the fact that the Privy Council -an ancient government office dating back to the Middle Ages, when it comprised the inner corps of advisers who surrounded the Monarch -no longer matters.

Although Cabinet ministers and certain senior public figures are still appointed to the COUNCIL (which entitles them to place the title 'Rt Hon' in front of their name), in practice, it rarely meets and its executive functions are mainly irrelevant. But the Privy Council still possesses one rare and valuable quality. It is totally free from any taint of political bias, because it owes loyalty purely to the MONARCH [And as we all know from http://eutruth.org.uk there will soon be no need for MONARCHY in the new EU REGIONS only identity -to be blunt it will be the end as we see little chance that THE QUEEN will not accede as SHE has done so far on five previous occasions to sign the final document which will bring  slavery of a once free people of 1500 years in the making within a despotic-corrupt-unaccountable-totalitarian police state calling itself the

United States of Europe

-and a torrent of thousands of new laws waiting the final signature will cascade on to everyone and no doubt wake up many who had other things on their minds that Tony Blair was not kidding and with not so much as a whimper from YOUR REPRESENTATIVES in WESTMINSTER who have no doubt already been told of their more remunerative jobs awaiting them in Regionalised ANGLOLAND.

[It is said a PEOPLE get the GOVERNMENT  they DESERVE and from the INACTIVITY in the COUNTRY and IN PARLIAMENT we have to AGREE.]

Mr Oborne further states that this means that the Privy Council has been the ideal mechanism for carrying out its surprisingly numerous residual functions

These include a judicial role in British dependent territories; administration of the honours system; public inquires the safe keeping of public charters; the provision of neutral ground where political hostilities are suspended and leaders of rival parties can communicate on so-called

 'PRIVY COUNCIL TERMS'

-in other words, under conditions of total confidence and mutual trust.

For all its quaintness and antiquity the Privy Council has filled a vital role in our

PUBLIC DOMAIN.

-In its quiet way , it guaranteed ( once ) guaranteed the integrity of the British State.

[Here again we have that out- of- date description of a landmass that is no longer BRITAIN. The Privy Council was and is an ENGLISH INSTITUTION it is not of a British heritage which has only been in partial existence for the past 300 years.]

For these reasons, I do not believe that Tony Blair's decision to abolish the PRIVY COUNCIL was an accident or even, as modernisers claim an innocent 'tidying up exercise' [haven't we heard this expression used in the past when they are at their most dangerous?] On the contrary ,it looks  very much as if a sinister motive underlies this apparently casual act of constitutional vandalism.

[Tony Blair is as they have said is tidying-up before he shortly puts his signature to the

DECLARATION OF BERLIN

-a cosy get together of the 27 member states many of whom are determined to get an EU Constitution installed by whatever means they can. The words no doubt will NOT mention the word CONSTITUTION but that is

WHAT IT WILL BE!

-and after that all talk about Privy Council or any other part of our inherited constitution will mean NOTHING!.]

We will continue with Peter Oborne's list of destruction: 

Consider the facts:  the Political Honours Scrutiny Committee is administered from inside the Privy Council office, precisely because only the Privy Council can offer the independence and protection need to carry out its work.

Significantly, the current cash-for-honours investigation by the Metropolitan Police started only after this COMMITTEE objected to some of the Prime Ministers sleaziest recommendations to the peerage. But as a result of the new reforms, the committee will probably be moved to the cabinet office, where

MINISTERS CAN KEEP IT UNDER MUCH CLOSER POLITICAL CONTROL.

Another key function of the privy Council involves safeguarding the charters of great public bodies.

This means, for example, that Oxford and Cambridge Universities ultimately report to it. Both these world-famous centres of learning are under constant attack from New Labour ministers, who deep dislike their heritage of academic excellence and moral independence, and yearn to adapt them into instruments of social engineering.

I have been told that the Treasury makes regular calls to Cambridge dons, pressuring them to surrender the university's independence. There was the disgraceful episode when the Chancellor of the Exchequer tried to intervene in Oxford's selection methods when he said it was 'an absolute scandal' that a comprehensive school pupil had been refused a place 'by an interview system more reminiscent of an old boy network than genuine justice for society'.

One further key function  provided by the Privy Council is the provision of a forum for

INDEPENDENT PUBLIC INQUIRIES

-where they can be conducted without fear of being knobbled by ministers.

Only last week , William Hague, the Conservative Foreign Affairs spokesman, called for a

'PRIVY COUNCIL  INQUIRY

-into the origins and conduct of the IRAQ WAR'.

NOBODY would have FAITH in such an INQUIRY if it was ADMINISTERED from inside the CABINET OFFICE which has been POLITICISED in such a naked way during the New Labour years.

The truth is that New labour's attack on the Privy Council is just the latest strike in its sustained war against the INTEGRITY of the BRITISH STATE

[But we would say the English]

-and INDEPENDENT INSTITUTIONS

Wednesday's Commons vote on Lords reform was another dismal calamity for British [more particularly English] public life.

I would guess that the last quarter of a century has seen the finest period for the UPPER HOUSE since the late 19th century (the last time it played a genuinely creative role in GOVERNMENT.

The Lords have been playing precisely the role set out for them in the text books of constitutional practice - challenging half-baked or illiberal legislation that has been passed their way from the

HOUSE OF COMMONS

-be it Mrs Thatcher's poll tax or barbaric recent proposals for the abolition of ancient...

ENGLISH -JURY TRIAL

ENGLISH- HABEAS CORPUS

While the quality of debate in the Lords is higher than ever, in the Commons it has fallen sharply. this is partly because some of the rancour of partisan debate is absent from the Lords. But the real reason is that the speakers include some of the wisest and most distinguished men and women in Britain:

Senior Judges

Generals

Bishops

Philosophers

Former Prime Ministers

and other politicians of high rank.

(The recent DEBATE  on the IRAQ WAR, called on the instigation of the former Foreign Secretary Douglas Hurd, was an example of excellence.)

[But as we have explained elsewhere at the time of the 1992 Maastricht Treaty -the open door to a United States of Europe ,this same distinguished speaker was heard to say after signing possibly one of the most important TREATY'S in our long history in our island home.

'We'd better find out what we've just signed'.

His colleague that day was Francis Maud the present chairman of the so-called Conservative Party who no doubt also had no idea of the contents of the document of future slavery of a once free people in a

UNITED STATES OF EUROPE.

A document called the Declaration of Berlin is to be signed by the 27 member -states on the 25th March -2007 -Yes! just over a week ahead -A document which they will avoid mention of the word CONSTITUTION but in substance that is WHAT IT WILL BE.]

This week's vote towards a fully elected Lords, shamefully supported by the Conservatives, means the end to all this. The new elected house will be populated by

INDIVIDUALS TOO DIM OR DEADBEAT TO WIN SEATS IN THE COMMONS.

-They will have nothing to say, and will be dependent on their PARTY WHIPS.

This is a job creation scheme for Britain's strutting political class, and it makes you want to weep.

Many commentators have expressed bafflement at why the apparently minor issue of Lords reform should have come top of the Government's agenda this year. But it is simply part of Tony Blair's desire for measures that will cement his legacy before he leaves office this summer. This destructive modernising drive has earned him both the enmity and contempt of a long list of the most senior people in

 PUBLIC LIFE

In the past few months:

THE Archbishop of Canterbury

THE Chief of the General Staff

Several Law Lords

and

-last week-two former Cabinet secretaries have taken the unprecedented step of publicly attacking the Prime Minister and his GOVERNMENT.

This is because Tony Blair has done lasting damage to this country's system of GOVERNANCE which embodies long-held wisdoms and values that he has never liked or understood.

[And remember all this has been carried out with Her Majesty's  so-called OFFICIAL OPPOSITION PARTIES looking on.

We called for a Coup de Main some time ago as the ONLY way to protect our valued Constitution with its Checks and Balances but as the world today has shown that even the

 Mother of Parliaments

- with its Great Charter of 1215 still on the Statute Book has been paralysed by its inability to protect an original institution which has offered so much hope of

FREEDOM

to a warring world for over 700 years..
