-WITH VIRTUALLY NO
BOBBIES-ON-THE-BEAT- NO SURPRISE!

JOHN REID suffered a fresh blow
yesterday after it emerged that levels of crime have risen since he took
over as Home Secretary this year.
According to the British Crime Survey,
the number of offences went up between March and June, the first such
increase since 1995.
Ministers have always insisted the BCS
is the most accurate measure of CRIME.
The news came out in a Home Office
performance report that also showed targets to cut reoffending and
hard-drug abuse were missed.
The reversal of an 11-year fall in
CRIME on his WATCH will embarrass Mr Reid, who has portrayed himself as
a tough Home Secretary.
He still holds ambitions of taking on
Gordon brown to become party leader and Premier.
[Well to have any chance at all he
needs to use the £30,000,000 which was earmarked for prison building and
still not spent and put Bobbies -on-the -Beat back on their plod in
every community in the once almost law-abiding and safe and pleasant
land]
Mugging, low-level violence and drug
possession are up [NO SURPRISE!] after MINISTERS eased the LAW on
DRINKING and CANNABIS and axed a ROBBERY crackdown.
The Home Office Report describes the
rise in CRIME as a 'slippage' [Not a 'Gap' in this instance] in the
flagship target to cut offending by 15 per cent from 2002 to 2007.
[Criminals across the world are
converging on our Capital City and throughout our land as they realize
what a lot of looney politically correct police chiefs-
politicians and their ardent helpers have made our country the ideal
place to make loads of money and if -which is most likely they may have
a chance of a jackpot of £50,000 because life was so marvelous in the
nick that they decide to stay put rather than accept their black plastic
bag at the door to freedom. With what we hear the facilities in
many prison would put many hotels to shame]
In the twelve months to March this
year, the BCS showed
10,912,000
-
offences were committed against adults in England and
Wales [And these figures do NOT include the great number of crimes which
are not recorded because the public has given up trying to get any
response from their overburdened paper-chase police who are
confined to their safe blockhouses. ]
While the increase is small, the
Government can no longer claim that crime is falling. In recent years
the BCS -based on household surveys in England and Wales -showed crime
falling even while police logged more offences. [Well it is easy to see
why-because so many people have come to accept the futility of giving
information about crime levels when they see that the statistics later
show that the state of the war on the streets that they see is totally
different to the message they are palmed off with that things aren't half
so bad -Want a bet many would say?]
Ministers said the BCS results were the
best measure of trends, claiming police figures were distorted by new
counting rules [OH! Yeah!] But with the BCS showing a two per cent
year-on-year rise in over-all crime, the Home Office stressed police
recorded crime fell by a similar amount and called the BCS rise by a
similar amount and called the BCS rise .not statistically significant'
[Well those suffering from crime would have something to say about
that.]
The Home Office report lists targets
that have been hit, such as reduced fear of crime among the public and
more offenders brought to justice [What JUSTICE! from what most people
see it is a TRAVESTY of JUSTICE they see when they see so many criminals
escaping from REAL PUNISHMENT whether MURDERERS or THIEVES. The increase
in CRIME is because the criminal can see what a soft option it is if
they are -most unlikely to be nicked in the act -with the traditional
Bobbie -on-the -Beat nowhere to be seen]
It also boasts that the number of
'unfounded asylum claims' in Britain has dropped from a peak of 70,000
in 2002 to around 40,000 this year.
BUT the number being removed fell by 30
per cent and the backlog of deportations is growing. [We understand from
reports that it will take 27 years in order to clear the backlog and
the time scale is growing each month New Labour stays in power]
The Home Office
is missing its target of cutting reoffending among young criminals by
five per cent over five years, with more than 41 per cent still being
caught again within one year.
There has been no significant fall in
targets to cut Class-A drug use among young people in eight years [Now
isn't that a coincidence considering that New Labour has been the main
culprit in giving the wrong message on DRUGS and so much more with their
looney schemes of understanding such as are held by the Inspector of
Prisons who believes there are too many young people in prison. The
problem we have today is that the young have figured out the so-called
system to suit themselves. The Home Office possibly doesn't know it but
it is the CRIMINALS who are in CHARGE not the HOME OFFICE.]
The proportion of under -25s using HARD
DRUGS still at 8.4 per cent.
Class-A drug abuse among vulnerable
youths rose from 14.1 per cent in 2003 to 14.3 per cent.
ROBBERIES rose by five per cent in the
year on June, after police abandoned a street crime initiative
when Home Office funding ended. [The £5 billion cost of the illegal Iraq
War -no doubt.]
A 16 per cent rise in drug offences
reflected an increase in cannabis possession after the law was relaxed
[They were told it would happen -just as they have been told of the
dangers of excess of GAMBLING-DRINKING-DRUG USE but there is no EXCESS
PUNISHMENT for MURDERERS or VIOLENT CRIME and the street monsters who
now rule the streets throughout the country because there is NO
-Bobbie-on-the-Beat -released from paperwork and PC garbage and the
return of powers to put the troublemaker in stir and the fast building
programme to house the thousands of Hardened offenders out of the
200,000 on parole who should Be- Out-Of -Sight and Out-Of -Mind -DON'T
YOU AGREE?]
Low-level violence was up 14 per cent
year on year, which critics link to 24-hour drinking.
Shadow Home Secretary David Davis said:
'Despite the tough talk from this Home
Secretary, the Government has failed to meet targets for reducing CRIME,
DRUG USE by YOUNG PEOPLE and RE-OFFENDING. This amounts to a SERIOUS
FAILURE.

BUT
[We are not either very pleased with
the cuddly approach of his 'Out-of this -World' leader who has only in
the last few days after a year in the job to acknowledge that the
FAMILY
is the BEDROCK
of a stable law-abiding society.
After a year on trial we have to say
that he has fulfilled what we expected from him
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
He goes into his second year with a
possibility that he is heading in the right direction and we don't mean
the ice packs or sky diving over the hole in the ozone layer but down on
EARTH and build on a fellow colleagues example-But please no apologizing
for ANYTHING because up to now you have done NOTHING that even resembles
a SERIOUS THOUGHT but there are now hopes that the Iceman is beginning
to melt to show - dare we say it -a prospective PRIME MINISTER in the
making. But is early days yet because he is still the SILENT MAN when
the matter of the EU is raised and unless he takes into his confidence
his deepest thoughts on the most important subject which has faced the
country in its long history many more will desert him and his
party.
HAVE YOU ALL NOTICED THAT THE MEDIA
AND THE PRESS APPEAR UNWILLING TO RAISE THE SUBJECT OF THE EUROPEAN
UNION AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF ENGLAND COMPOSED OF THE REGIONS OF THE
UNITED STATES OF EUROPE
SURELY
IF THE EUROPEAN UNION IS SUCH A GOOD
IDEA WHY WONT THE POLITICIANS APPEAR IN PUBLIC AND DISCUSS THE
MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE OF A NATION STATE
-ITS FREEDOM AND LIBERTY?]
AND
ITS ETHICAL RELIGIOUS FOUNDATION
History tells us that it is to those
nations in which the religious instinct is most implanted that their
supremacy of the world belongs, and that because the struggle for
existence is most strenuous. So in ethics the moral qualities descend
from parents to children as distinctly as physical ones. A father and
mother live wholesome lives, who do not allow their minds to be debased
by ignoble thoughts and bequeath to their children minds of fine moral
fibre which will bias their character towards the GOOD rather than to
EVIL. By the coming together of similar minded individuals who will hand
down their ethical strengths to future generations of healthy minds and
bodies.
On the other hand if parents give
a loose rein to passion - if they poison their blood with the madness of
blood, if they are flabby in moral principle and are given to lying and
cheating these characteristics WILL descend upon their children. As is
said the sins of the fathers shall be visited upon the children unto the
third and fourth generation
Of course many spend their lives
endeavoring to achieve these aims but the reality is that the absence
of any interest at all in even contemplating the difficult but only true
journey of life will result in the total breakdown of society and the
eventual demise of a people who more than most has it in its power to
regain its treasured links with the past and prove itself a force for
GOOD
Many will say we live in a secular
STATE and that there is no place for such matters but what have they to
put in its place but the 'anything goes dogma' whatever its destructive
character on society as a whole. Of course the individual has the
freedom of his actions but unless the majority maintain the corrective
course which in our usually cool though warming climate our people were
renowned for their greater energy, greater keenness, industry, and all
the qualities of the heart and head which came from a stern, strong
nerved hardy race.
The drift over the past decades but
even more so over the past ten years to an abandonment of past
values for the greater temporary excitement of release from all
restraint has according to a recent poll left our people the most
unhappy people among a host of nation states and a growing appetite for
any new innovation which has cost the bodily health and mind of
many of our children and adults alike.
There has been much talk over the
past few days of Victorian values and it is not too late to take in
train the lessons to be learnt or find our future in the hands of those
who have their own culture and values which if not matched by our own
inherited truth will fill the void thus created and a different future
will be ahead for our children and their children's children'
