A Political farce that benefits no one.

General Elections are supposed to be periods of catharsis. The nation decides, the great arguments stop and people then heave a huge sigh of relief and get back to their lives while the new Government starts to put into practice all the exciting things it has promised to do.

No such luck this time. This election has now saddled Britain with the two lame-duck leaders, in charge of the Government and the opposition respectively.

With exquisite symmetry, one is being entreated by his party to depart forthwith, with much bad temper that he is still there at all, while the other is being entreated by his party to stay, with much bad temper that he intends to go.

The dismaying prospect therefore looms of political convulsions and party infighting, with paralysis in government match by navel-gazing by the Opposition and with likelihood of any resolution of Britain’s problems obliterated by the smoke and fury arising from the collision of titanic egos on either side of the Commons chamber.

This is all the more extraordinary given the historic nature of Tony Blair’s achievement in being the first Labour leader to win a third consecutive election victory. Some victory-with MP’s now calling on him to step down without delay.

Tenacity

To coin a famous phrase, Mr Blair may be back in government, but he is no longer in power, which has drained away to Mr Brown.

This was graphically demonstrated within hours of his victory when he signally failed to reshuffle his Cabinet in the way he wanted, with ministers stamping their feet and screaming ‘Shan’t’ when he tried to move them or rearrange their portfolios.

If the Prime Minister can’t even appoint the Cabinet he wants, his position becomes absurd.

Nevertheless, he has said he is not going. And given this man’s tenacity and formidable political skills, he may well wait for events to move his way again.

In particular, he will be watching the opinion polls in France creep back towards a ‘YES’ vote in this month’s referendum on the EU Constitution.

If the French vote yes, he may well believe-however unlikely this may seem to others-that this shows he too can turn the tide of British euroscepticism in our referendum next year.

But his weakness remains. Despite the fact that on paper he has a comfortable majority of 67 MP’s, his 50-plus hard-Left backbench troublemakers mean that the erstwhile slayer of Left-wing demons has now effectively become their parliamentary prisoner. It’s hard to see how he can now get his anti-terror laws through, while radical reform of the welfare state becomes a vanishing prospect.

This is, of course, a great opportunity for the Conservatives to exploit Labour’s disarray. But instead, Michael Howard’s announced departure presages a prolonged bout of vicious infighting on the Tory side.

As a result, the modest gains made by the Tories’ election campaign threaten to be wiped out in the all-too-predictable clash of personalities. This is particularly unfortunate, since the campaign exposed the fundamental weakness of the Tories’ position, which must be addressed if they are ever to regain power again.

Mr Howard’s achievement in that campaign should not be underestimated. He took a party, which was flat on its back and in a short space of time turned it into a disciplined, united and professional fighting force.

But that considerable feat was not enough. Many Tory seats were won only because the slide in Labour’s vote to the LibDems let in Tory candidates by default. And despite the extra seats they gained, they still achieved no greater share of the vote than their dismal 33-per cent at the previous election.

Some suggest that that reveals a Left-wing mind-set among the majority of voters. But all the evidence suggests that the majority have conservative views over immigration, crime and Europe. That is why Mr Blair himself is in such difficulty over these very issues.

Idealism

While voters like certain Tory measures, however, they do not like Tory men. They regard the Tories as untrustworthy and opportunist. And that’s because what these politicians say doesn’t add up to a coherent picture of the society they want to bring about.

Their negative attacks on Labour irritate voters even though they may agree with the substance, because they recognise the the Tories’ attacks on their opponents are no substitute for having a positive vision of their own.

As the party’s co-chairman Lord Saatchi wrote yesterday, presenting a shopping list of slogans was not enough. A party needs to show a clear sense of purpose, which taps into voter’s idealism and gives them hope of a better society.

Every successful leader has such a vision. ‘We won the war, now let us win the peace’; Mrs Thatcher said ‘Britain can be great again’; Tony Blair said he wanted Britain to have ‘social justice and economic competence’.

Lord Saatchi was right to say the Tories needed to have such a purpose.

But what he did not say was what that purpose should be.

There is a danger that Mr Howard’s departure will merely trigger a rerun of the old, sterile argument in the party between the so-called ‘modernisers’ and the old guard; the advocates of tax cuts versus greater public spending; those who say we were too Right-wing versus those who say we weren’t Right-wing enough.

The issue is not how much government is wanted, but -as David Willetts began to suggest yesterday -what kind of government and society.

The overriding issue is increasing social fragmentation and the slide in decency, honour and accountability at all levels. The purpose should surely be nothing less than to restore and rebuild the integrity of Britain.

Honesty

Just about every one of today’s issues hangs on this simple concept. The Tories should discuss first and foremost how to restore the integrity of government, the primacy of parliament and the independence of the civil service.

They need to discuss how to rebuild the integrity of the nation itself, restoring its sense of national identity by tackling the issues of immigration and multiculturalism and giving back the ability to govern themselves by taking back powers from Europe.

They need to discuss how to take politicians out of the public services, restore the independence and integrity of professionals and make them accountable to patients. Parents and communities.

Fairness needs to be restored to education by removing worthless courses, restoring honesty to examination grades and enabling people once again to achieve through merit.

Transparency needs to be restored to the criminal justice system and just deserts to welfare; and words such as decency, toleration and compassion reclaimed from their abuse by the Left and restored to their proper meaning.

The obvious message of this election was the people no longer wanted Mr Blair but thought the Tories would be worse. The deeper message was that, disillusioned by Mr Blair’s failure to deliver the vision of the better society he promised, they desperately want someone else to offer it to them.

The Tories now have a chance to work it out- but only if they grasp that instead of feuding over who should lead their next attempt to gain power, they first have to tell us what they want that power for.

The signs are not auspicious.

Why Britain must never be cocooned in a United States of Europe.

The Nation States of Britain have much still to give to the world at large if they will only remember what they have already given to the world and what they can do if they remain FREE and true to their past.

An absorbed England, in a United States of Europe would be a betrayal of our Christian heritage and our stoic and independent nature garnered during our long historic time in this land - our homeland.

As we have said so often - as spoken by a great Prime Minister in the past - William Pitt - Earl of Chatham (1708-1778):

‘England has saved herself

by her exertions;

and will, as I trust,

save Europe by her example.’

Our ancestors came from Europe over 1400 years ago and since that time our peoples in our island home have tasted a freedom which is unique and has over a thousand years developed into our Parliamentary democracy of today.

Only a few days ago (May 2005) a Swedish Eurocrat said that unless the United States of Europe was born then there might occur another Holocaust in Europe.

If this is so feared even today in 2005 then the whole idea of European nations giving up their own independence in order to curb a possible Tyranny within their midst in the future will be a fruitless exercise for the very existence of the EU Super-state will in time neuter the influence of the majority of member states and leave the power where it has always been in a German and French Alliance.

The greatest security for Europe is to have a Free trustworthy neighbour on her northern border outside the United States of Europe who should be depended upon to use her influence and world contacts to be an independent arbiter and fair-play watchtower of events.

To use her centuries long diplomacy to be of assistance if she should be needed in the future to help any call from any oppressed member state of the monolithic tyranny called the EU and soon the United States Of Europe if the Voter in the UK does not awake from apathy to realise that they have much to lose and that the time for action is now.

George Bush has indicated that he wishes for more democracy within the states of the Great Bear but fails to understand that a United States of Europe will itself be devoid of any real democracy and will develop under a pretence of democracy into totalitarian regime as shown in its Constitution.

Tony Blair’s friend across the Atlantic appears oblivious of what is happening to Democracy in Britain being so obsessed by the idea of democracy but not realising that the very word has so many different meanings to that, which is perceived in the home of the American eagle.

One can name many so-called democratic nation states which are no better than dictatorships and are proud of their democratic label which enables them to get the best of both worlds when there is International aid in the offering.

In our now so-called Democracy where many of our constitutional safeguards have been eroded away by traitors over the last 32 years but particularly over the past 8 years you now have a chance to fight back by joining the new ‘NO’ Campaign.

The Campaign will be organised by a cross-party team made up of former members of the ‘NO’ to the “Euro” campaign which has merged with the Centre for a Social Europe, a left wing group of Labour MP’s, Greens and Trade Unionists who want a reformed EU.

Tony Blair hopes to use the British Presidency of the EU which starts in July, to begin the Government led ‘Yes’ campaign.

Insiders say that they are waiting for the result of the French Referendum on [May29-2005] before planning in earnest.

Mr Blair has promised to hold a referendum even if other EU countries vote ‘NO’ as long as there is a Constitution to vote on. Next Spring is the likely time for a vote.

Last Friday he appointed Douglas Alexander’ a senior figure in Labour’s election campaign and a close ally of Gordon Brown, as his new Minister for Europe, suggesting that the Government will use economic arguments to build the case for a ‘YES’ vote.

The ‘NO’ Campaign has used the lull of the General Election camp to poll the public on what they think of the Constitution.

It found that of those opposed to the Constitution: -

26 per cent voted Labour

25 per cent voted Conservative

[A recent poll showed at least 68 per cent of voters were in the ‘NO’ camp and the new ‘NO’ Campaign will be looking to increase this figure by showing the TRUE FACTS of what being a citizen of the United States of Europe really means to a FREE and Independent subject of the Queen in Britain?]

We now learn from the Daily Mail COMMENT on Christmas Eve that the Queen's Speech will cover the catastrophic fall in Values and Moral behaviour since the beginning of her 56 -year reign. This has been brought about by the actions of HER MINISTERS and the greater number of those in HER PARLIAMENT who have placed THEIR CONCERNS before the INTERESTS of THE PEOPLE and NATION STATE.

As for the fact that HER PEOPLE feel LOST that has been the direct result of the actions of HER SUCCESSIVE GOVERNMENTS and the TRAITOROUS POLITICIANS including PRIME MINISTERS who have stealthily over the 56 years of HER MAJESTY'S REIGN have almost achieved their aim of ENSLAVING the PEOPLE to a FOREIGN POWER.

The reason for the marked drop in the number viewing THE QUEEN'S SPEECH is no doubt because the mass of people have realised years ago that the MONARCH is powerless to PROTECT their WAY-OF-LIFE and events up to now have PROVED THEM CORRECT.

The Queen, Treason and the Coronation oath

Together with Churchill, King George VI saved our nation; he was a Monarch to be proud of. But his daughter the Queen is the only monarch to have broken all her coronation oaths, by signing these six treaties that abolish our common law, the British Constitution, the British and English nations, and our sovereignty. She has also committed treason, together with co-signatories Ted Heath, Margaret Thatcher, John Major, Tony Blair and Gordon Brown.

Realising that under the five Treason Acts they should already be hanging by the neck until dead, Tony Blair and the Queen signed the Crime and Disorder Act, 1998, which secretly abolished much of the crime of treason (s36.3) and reduced the penalty to life imprisonment - they didn't tell the MP's what they had just voted for.

1.4 million British Servicemen gave their lives for our independence. The Queen has thrown their sacrifices away and made them worthless.

At no physical risk to herself, she could have fulfilled her oath and duty as a constitutional check and balance, by refusing to sign the six treaties until an in/out referendum had been held. In the unlikely event the vote went against her, she was even more unlikely to lose her crown (not her life or a limb), and would keep her £9 billion plus palaces either way. Those servicemen's lives would still have meant something.

But she was always keen to sign; and said in advance she would sign the last treaty. Princes Charles, William or Harry can now never be King. You can't have a King without a Kingdom: they can only be princes of a region (principality) within Europe.

King Edward 8th was forced to abdicate because he was too overt as a German Nazi supporter. Mrs Simpson's divorce was merely the excuse. The Royal Family is a German Family - real surname Saxe-Coburg Gotha. Windsor is an adopted surname. All four of Prince Phillip's sisters married high ranking German Nazis. After they lost the war the EU was switched from a Nazi basis to a communist basis.

Between the ages of 12 and 22 Queen Elisabeth's political and constitutional tutor was Sir Henry Martin, a Fabian Communist. It seems clear she was well trained for her subversion and treason.

Because she waves and smiles at us most are fooled into thinking she's lovely; in fact the Queen is a member of the Illuminati, a Bilderberger, head of Freemasonry, is wholly pro the (German) EU, and has abolished this nation with ruthless determination. It is so obvious she cares nothing for Britain or the British.

The Queen's aspirations are not ours; she clearly serves a much darker master; the faith she defends cannot be the one we think it is. King George VI, the one recent monarch not indoctrinated with Nazi or Communist philosophy, must be turning over in his grave.

I ask that the law be enforced, and the Queen be tried for treason before 12 honest people, and not by our corrupt judges. And that the illegal section 36.3 Crime and Disorder Act be declared null and void, so that she can hang by the neck till dead.

The new EU Hitler doesn't have to get elected
Its worth noting that Adolf Hitler first had to get elected, if on a 35% minority vote, and then get his Enabling Act passed. An EU dictator has no such problems. Our EU rulers do not submit themselves for election now. And the Queen has already signed the Enabling Act (Civil Contingencies Act 2004).

The EU's Hitler will have a much easier rise to power, and will have the formerly British and French nuclear weapons from day one. Adolf Hitler killed 54 million people. The EU's dictator could kill a billion at the touch of a button, with no democratic checks and balances to answer to. How could any aspiring dictator resist the EU opportunity?
