A
CALL TO ARMS
[If our political system has been neutered it will be necessary for the
loyal Britons to take direct action against the traitorous GOVERNMENT
The House of Commons and The House of Lords
must protect our Ancient Rights and Liberties but if this fails we have
to be ready to do something other than talk.
OUR PARLIAMENT is under scrutiny of the PEOPLE and IF THEY FAIL then the

against a TYRANT KING
to protect the Ancient

[Saturday, October 20, 2007]
No wonder voters are so disillusioned
SO ENDS a
profoundly depressing week for trust in British politics
Without a shred
of popular consent and in breach of his manifesto pledge on a
REFERENDUM, the Prime Minister has signed away a raft of new powers to a
BRUSSELS-DOMINATED
IMPERIAL EUROPE
He may be a
bigger and better man than
Tony Blair, but after the LISBON summit voters will have
their faith in
British
JUSTICE
tested as seldom
before. But then, When has
ANY British leader reflected the public mood on matters
EUROPEAN?
From the beginning this issue has driven a wedge between rulers
and the ruled, brought new cynicism to
POLITICS and
persuaded millions that it isn't worth voting
AT ALL.
When Ted Heath took us into the then Common Market 35
years ago, it was at the price of losing
CONTROL OF [BRITISH] FISHING
Then came Harold Wilson's bogus
'RENEGOTIATION'
followed by the
1975 REFERENDUM
when Europhiles claimed were in a
FREE TRADE ORGANISATION
and our
SOVEREIGNTY
wouldn't be compromised.
NEXT came the Single European ACT
when Margaret Thatcher handed
more power to
BRUSSELS
(a decision she was to regret)
[We have always been an admirer of the IRON LADY and
still remain so and we hope one day the lady will give us the
bottom line as to why she gave way instead of resigning on the issue of
no further powers passed to the EU instead of waiting to be politically
assassinated by the Europhiles. Her actions on
the economic front were vital to our country but what she allowed to
happen about EUROPE when she was wielding her handbag will also interest
many in the years ahead. Was it as they say 'That Power corrupts and
absolute power corrupts absolutely '-WILL WE EVER KNOW?]
- and John
Major's opt-outs at
MAASTRICHT
-which proved
worthless.
Now it is the
turn of Mr Brown, who has
PROMISED
that
EUROPE
will seek no
FUNDAMENTAL
CHANGES
for ten years,
once the
[new EU] TREATY
is
RATIFIED.
[There will be no need of further fundamental changes
because the new treaty is quite capable in taking care of that.]
Oh , really? Why
should we believe a word WHEN the Labour -dominated European Scrutiny
Committee says -the EU constitution and treaty are virtually
identical and our 'red lines'
ARE WORTHLESS
It isn't that our
politicians acted from dishonourably motives, They always believed
Britain is best served by not being side-lined. But they underestimated
the ruthlessness of the federalist project that simply won't allow
public opinion to get in the way of a
GREATER EUROPE
[WE must
interject here because we are of the opinion that a great number of MPs
since 1972 have not and
are not still acting from honourable motives. Since the letter to
TED HEATH
back in the 60's from his Lord Chancellor-Lord
Kilmuir which without
equivocation showed the totalitarian direction and ambition of the European Union
which was known to many prominent politicians at the time. And since
then ALL governments have followed the Europhile LINE. As for being side
-lined this gives the impression that the British people but more
particularly THE ENGLISH PEOPLE would be the losers by remaining an
Independent Nation State with its own Foreign Minister and its OWN LAWS
and the freedom to act independently on the WORLD STAGE. Politicians
such as Tony Benn and Enoch Powell and a small band at the time
saw through the DECEIT. But for many others the temptation was too great
as we find today in 2007. Over the past 35 years we have unnecessarily
expended over 300 billion being in the corrupt insatiable monster
. 40 years later
we know that our future incarceration in the EU with a down graded
ENTERPRISE POLICY its own continental so-called justice system
that has the individual Guilty before proven and Trial by Jury as a
judicial nonsense ,and a foreign policy which
would be a matter for the EU and our Armed Forces would be
thrown into the fray on the first instant as many of the member states
have no inclination to share the burden. Of course GERMANY with 300,000
strong Army will dominate with the French the direction of future
conflict-it might be against a power who has been an ally of England in
the past but not to the liking of the EU. We stand to lose more by being
in the EU rather than being FREE to take our own unimpeded
direction as we had done before 1972 and over much of our long island history of over 1400
years.
The EU is
BAD for BRITAIN -
BAD for ENGLAND
AND
BAD for EUROPE and the WORLD

Daily Mail COMMENT:
Britain isn't
alone in being denied a vote. The great majority in France , Germany,
Spain and Italy want a referendum too, but won't get one. Federalists
were enraged when voters in France and Holland rejected the
EU CONSTITUTION
two years ago and
won't risk another rebuff.
So now only
national parliaments stand in the way of the European juggernaut. Most
will simply rubber stamp the Lisbon deal. But is it really too much to
hope that Westminster at least will show a spark of courage and
independence?
Admittedly, the
omens aren't good. MPs are - with some honourable exceptions -notably
mainly for long holidays, gold-plated pensions, bloated expenses and a
failure to hold Tony Blair to account.
BUT some brave
Labour backbenchers are appalled that their manifesto promise has been
broken. Meanwhile the Tories have found a new sense of purpose that
should keep them united as they scrutinise the treaty word by word. And
the Lords could throw a spanner in the works by demanding a referendum.
The odds may be
against a Government defeat, but the battle isn't over yet. Parliament
faces a huge challenge. How it responds will not only determine our
future in EUROPE, but whether the PUBLIC can begin to TRUST politicians
again.

[History is
littered with numerous cases where politicians have deceived the people.
The best way to consider politicians is to be surprised if you find one
that has HONESTY-INTEGRITY and HONOUR and cherish THEM. Not as in our
House of Commons where such men are held in ridicule and abused and
drowned by dishonest charlatans when such courageous representatives try
to have their say.
We now hear that David Cameron WILL NOT REPEAL THE NEW
TREATY when he is BACK IN OFFICE though William Hague gave such an
undertaking recently. We have constantly stated that we believe that MR
NICE GUY DAVE was an EU plant in place to take over should the
CONSERVATIVE PARTY return to OFFICE. Their tactics are to be strong
about a REFERENDUM at this time so that the electorate might REMEMBER
which is in line with the TWEEDLEDEE and TWEEDLEDUM basis of POLITICS at
WESTMINSTER. We are all being taken as suckers who will do nothing
better than TALK and MARCH. The ONLY WAY we will be able to protect our
'Rights and Liberties' will be to do great deal more otherwise
OUR JUST CAUSE IS LOST

Parliamentary Sovereignty
Pre-1688 - natural or divine law
The American system seeks to protect fundamental values
by making their reform subject to a cumbersome law-making process
requiring extremely high levels of popular consent. An analysis of early
seventeenth century England cas law reveals several judgments in which
the courts suggested that there were certain values that were so
FUNDAMENTAL
to the
ENGLISH CONSTITUTION
that they could not be changed by any process at all.
[For as long as we can remember we have always
considered this so what ever the courts might rule.]
These principles are perhaps analogous to the
'inalienable rights' of which Thomas Jefferson spoke in the
US Declaration of Independence
Some judges seemed ready to suggest that there was a
system of
'Natural Law' or 'Divine Law'
which placed limits on what the various branches of
government may do. For example in
Dr Bonham's case in 1610, Chief justice Coke had said:
'When an Act of Parliament is against common right or
reason, or repugnant, or impossible to be performed, the common law will
control it, in Day v Savadge, Chief Justice Hobart felt able to
conclude that to make a man judge in his own case, is void in itself.
Similarly in the 1653 case of R v Love, Keble J had pronounced that
'whatever is not consonant to the law of God, or to right reason which
is maintained by scripture....be Acts of Parliament, customs, or any
judicial acts of the Court, it is not law of England.
[The point we are making is that what the Government is
doing is in direct denial of the people's wish to:
RULE THEMSELVES
by THEIR OWN LAWS by THEIR OWN CUSTOMS.
and as Ian Loveland professor of Law , Brunel
University in his CONSTITUTIONAL LAW - Butterworths-1996 said further:
The facts of these cases need not detain us here. the
point one would want to stress is that there was a time in [English
Constitutional History] when it seems that it was widely believed that
there were basic moral or political principles that it was not within
the power of any number of people. through any type of law-making
process, to change in any way at all.
[We can agree with the supreme authority of the HOUSE of
COMMONS to do whatever it needs to do up to the limit of not endangering
the very existence of that institution and the
'Rights and Liberties'
of Englishmen TO
RULE THEMSELVES What has happened
since that time in the 60's when Edward Heath asked a legal opinion from
his Lord Chancellor -Lord Kilmuir should have been enough to make it
clear that we could not be a part of such a destruction to our
PARLIAMENT and CONSTITUTION.
Back in 1640 the result of the then King Charles I
attempts to endanger the constitution led to the civil war and later to
King James II leaving the country in the 1688/9 invitation for William
of Orange to be our king.
In 2007 and since 1972 powers have been
given to the EU which should have been the sole guardian ship of our
House of Commons-House of Lords-and the Monarch as stated in the Oath
administered at the 1953 Coronation and the Oath of LOYALTY taken by
every minister of the CROWN since then.
Rightly it is said that the Queen must follow her
MINISTERS but when such a treaty is in effect the destruction of a
NATION STATE then the Monarch should not sign it because it would be a
great offence to the PEOPLE and an violation of Her Majesty's Coronation
Oath. ONLY when the very existence of a nation -state is at risk would
we ask for such a unconstitutional act.
It will be argued that even if Her Majesty the Queen
refused to sign the treaty the government would bring in legislation to
legalise an Act of Parliament on its own to pass the Bill.
But for the government to do that would bring strong
pressure from the people here and around the world and would bring more
adverse publicity than any British government could ignore.
The House of Commons has usurped the rights and liberties
belonging to the people from under their very noses albeit with stealth
and deceit. the time is now here for the
PEOPLE to take back those POWERS and
hand them back to a LOYAL HOUSE
OF COMMONS.
The choice is with our representatives they can either go
ahead with
THEIR TREASON
OR They can
realise their great error and not proceed with the new Treaty and obtain
the return powers wrongly given to a foreign power-the EU. For many
people it is simply a matter of
BETTER OUT OF THE EU.

LETTERS to the Daily Telegraph
[Monday ,October 22,2007]
SIR -
As you rightly say (leading article,
October 20), in the context of Gordon Brown's plan to force the EU
TREATY through Parliament without a REFERENDUM, "we entrust out
LIBERTIES to our MPs and expect them in return to do what they have
PROMISED TO DO when we elected THEM."
In fact, the one right our MPs
have not got is to give away those
"LIBERTIES" WE ENTRUST TO
THEM.
For three centuries, it has been
central to our CONSTITUTION (under the Declaration of Right) that power
ultimately BELONGS TO THE BRITISH PEOPLE. I is only entrusted to MPs for
the duration of PARLIAMENT.
Under the LAW of the LAND MPs are
not entitled to give away powers that do not belong to them.

Sir-
Why even bother to report (October
20) Gordon Brown's "high risk pledge to block any further extension of
Europe's power for at least a decade", WHEN HE HAS JUST PROVED TO US
THAT ANY PLEDGE WHICH HE MAKES IS
WORTHLESS?
*
[A BIG LIE IS A GREAT LIE and the
greater the lie the greater the betrayal and as we know Hitler was a
master at this art which misled his nation and it enabled him to lead
his country to a devastating war and an infamy which will live with that
nation for decades to come. Gordon Brown is but following in his
footsteps.
In order to show the EU in a good light
you will from time to time be reminded of what it has achieved so they
are very careful to select cases which give them good publicity -which
is exactly what the
NAZI REGIME
was all about.
A viewer from Anstruther, Fife has put
the present impasse with Gordon Brown in context, he says:
SIR.
Mr Marshall's suggestion
(letters, October 20) regarding peaceful protest, though laudable loses
sight of the fact that such a demonstration over something arguably more
serious, the war in Iraq was singularly ineffective.
Perhaps public riots would be more
effective.
[Our comment is that in a situation
when the very life of a nation -state is threatened as in the 17th
century civil war as it is today in 2007 then we agree with the writer
that stronger measures are needed if the Government of the Day ignores
the rights of the PEOPLE by refusing a REFERENDUM which was PROMISED on
the question of the survival of that STATE.]

COMMENT
[Monday October 22, 2007]
We must have a say
[THE NEW EU
TREATY]
As the tear into Labour over its
refusal to hold the promised referendum on the EU, the Conservatives
should take a moment to make sure their own position is secure.
David Cameron has accused the Prime
Minister of
TREATING US LIKE FOOLS
Fair enough.
Gordon Brown's pretence that the new
draft is different from the old is so flagrantly false that it insults
our intelligence. As we report today, even his claim that the EU Charter
would not be legally binding in Britain - the most important of his
fatuous
"red lines"
-is being demolished.
Tactically, the Tories are right to
make the issue one of
TRUST
rather than one of Europe.
This newspaper strongly opposes the
CONSTITUTION
(let's call it by its proper name)
because it shifts power from elected representatives in
Westminster to unelected functionaries in
BRUSSELS.
But even those who couldn't give a bent banana about the
EU will be receptive to the
CHARGE
THAT LABOUR ARE LYING.
Having taken their
STAND ON
HONESTY
though, the Conservatives need to be on their guard against anything
that smacks of playing games of their own with the voters.
A month ago, Mr Cameron wrote:
" Today, I will give this cast-iron guarantee:
If I become PM, a Conservative Government will hold a
referendum on any EU TREATY that emerges from these negotiations."
THAT SOUNDS PRETTY UNEQUIVOCAL.
Now , though, Mr Hague seems tiptoeing away from that
promise, refusing to confirm that an incoming Tory administration would
hold a retrospective poll if Labour had already pushed the constitution
through. WHY?
No Parliament can bind its successor and the Tories have
been prepared on the issue of ID cards, to commit themselves to giving
the people a say whenever they take power. Anything else, to borrow Mr
Cameron's phrase would be to
TREAT PEOPLE LIKE FOOLS.
*
[Well from the accession of David Cameron to the leader
of the Tories we have been firmly convinced that he was always an
understudy of Tony Blair kept originally in the background and brought
out of suspension to protect the EU connection whatever happened.
Everything we have seen since has confirmed this charge. However,
can one explain the happenings in his party at this crucial crossroads
in the life and death of a once Independent Nation -State of over 1400
years in the making?] *
