BRITAIN'S voting system is 'archaic' and divisive' and does not represent the will of millions, a pressure group has argued. The Electoral Reform Society, which has campaigned for proportional representation for 130 years, claimed last month's General Election was the most disproportionate ever. It said UKIP would have WON up to 80 seats using the type of PR used in many European nations, while the GREENS would have got 20. UKIP and the GREENS received 5MILLION VOTES, but under the FIRST-PAST-THE-POST system ended up with ONE MP each. An E R S-commissioned survey said under PR the TORIES would have seen their tally of MPs fall by almost 100 while LABOUR would have gone down 24...

	TO EUROSCEPTIC VOTERS EVERYWHERE-UNITE AND VICTORY WILL BE YOURS. At the European Election last June the UKIP received over 2,600,000 votes. At least a further 1,000,000 votes were cast by other euro-sceptic parties. If those votes had been used to support the UKIP they would no doubt have obtained an increase in their seats. At the coming General Election next May 2005 it is imperative that the UKIP does obtain seats at Westminster –the voice of the People has been ignored for too long. We all know that this will be a Herculean task particularly as we do not have Proportional Representation (other than in N,Ireland except at European Elections whereas it is the general practice with other nation-states on the Continent. But the result of the European Election last June has proved beyond doubt that there are millions of voters who will turn away from their accustomed party loyalty in order to support the greater cause –‘LIBERTY’. The Westminster Parties have no intention in sharing their power base with any other political party and will no doubt make concessions on Europe at the last moment in order to divide the opposition – as they say ‘Divide and Conquer’. SO BE WARNED! Because of the importance of the coming General Election at this time in our Nation’s history when the very survival of our Way-of –Life, Ancient Constitution and Country are at great risk that we ask ALL euro-sceptic parties on this one important occasion to put their Country before Party and their own ‘empire building’ on hold and give their FULL support to the UKIP whose success will protect their own Party from being declared illegal by the dictatorship in Brussels. We are confident of Victory and with the combined support of ALL euro-sceptic Parties- and others whether Left –Right or Centre on the political spectrum.
