UK snubbed over bid to revive EU Constitution

BRITAIN was left on the side-lines last night as 18 EU leaders met in Madrid to plot a revival of the European Constitution.

A one-day meeting of the 'friends of the constitution' was part of an intense push for a new blueprint by June-2007

BUT the UK and other countries which did NOT approve the original treaty were LEFT in the COLD.

The talks in the Spanish capital were co-organised by Nicolas Schmit, the Luxembourg European Affairs Minister who said:

'The constitution is not dead. Eighteen countries have ratified the text and they and also have rights'

[The TRUTH of the matter is that a large number of those countries DID NOT have a REFERENDUM of their people's feelings on the matter, and therefore for Nicolas Schmit to talk of 'rights' appears to be EU double-speak as is usually encountered when the question of rights of the individual are mentioned. It is ALL for the EU and NONE for the INDIVIDUAL.]

The meeting ignited fears that Tony Blair could be forced to commit Britain to a new constitution handing key powers to BRUSSELS -WITHOUT THE PUBLIC HAVING A SAY.

Downing Street has already admitted that a 'mini-constitution' could be approved -WITHOUT THE NEED FOR A POLL.

BUT 18 nations which approved the original treaty two years ago -including Spain, Belgium, Italy and Luxembourg- WANT IT TO GO FURTHER.

France and Holland voted NO in referendums in 2005, scuppering the treaty

BEFORE THE BRITISH PEOPLE COULD HAVE A SAY.

[One should be mindful that our present disaster for a Prime Minister is looking for another well-heeled job with much prestige with more than a possibility of his being offered the President of the New European Union

In the past he has already sold his country twenty -five times and he will remain true to form in ignoring the views of the majority which he has found until recently to have been passive and certainly no threat to his totalitarian ambition for our country and his own supposed future Legacy.

We recently attended a meeting of eurosceptic minds and what we witnessed was that for many of the speakers it appeared that there was plenty of time to achieve their objective. A suggestion that it might eventually take a revolution to save our Rights and Liberties brought the answer that one would be put in prison to which an immediate reply that there was no room in prison was shrugged off as of no matter.

It is this total lack of grit to make it plain that we will not accept the New European Constitution and that we will take to the streets in our millions should the treaty become a possibility that gives Tony Blair and all the pro-EU elements in our once world-wide respected Democracy hope of achieving their objection of the slavery of the English people.

Another speaker raised the matter of the multitude of eurosceptic parties and associations and that unless there was a unity of action -for example suggesting that ALL eurosceptic voters support ONE BANNER such as the UKIP which after all has achieved much over the past few years. The reply that it was - in not so many words - a healthy part of politics to have so many different factions - which we agree with but the point was missed that when it came to using their vote -it should be directed at ONE SOURCE.

With time running out it is vital that the present Government and any future Government should be reminded that millions of people will go on to the streets and will not disperse until their aims are met. The situation to day is as in the 17th century where the question of Freedom and Sovereignty divided families throughout the land. But it is lack of information that is the greatest problem though the basic instinct of one wishing to be ruled by one's own people and to protect what has been built up over 1500 years is not difficult for most people to understand. That is why the Nation State has become the norm over the past two centuries. In fact many Nation States owe their existence to the assistance given by Great Britain over that time span.

We have had occasion to view a book by the Conservative MEP for the West Midlands -Philip, Bushill -Mathews

'Who Rules Britannia.'

We don't know why he gave the title to the book as we are sure that the majority of voters already know it is BRUSSELS.

Nowhere in his book does he refer to any of the inbuilt rights and liberties of the English. He constantly mentions what he calls progress in slowly changing the EU's direction and what a wonderful job the Conservative Party has done over the years. It is not difficult to find out he is a confirmed European -whatever that may mean. He applauds his party's association with the -in his words

'Our friends in the European People's Party.'

He further says:

'The solution is to join forces against the enemy, not to find fault with our friends. Our Friends are in the European People's Party.'

This party we remind you by the way is the one which Dave Cameron has now promised belatedly that his MEPs would leave for a more non-federalist grouping in the European Parliament.

Throughout his book he is constantly belittling the eurosceptics -their statistics-their motives.

He says:

'UKIP lump the major parties together as indistinguishable in wanting MORE Europe not Less. This is blatant nonsense. There has always been vivid blue water between Right and Left in Europe. Had the Right got its act together much earlier, and had the Right not been divided, the Left would not have done so well. '

Well! there is an abundance of information going back over fifty years amongst the 1000 bulletins on our website which show quite clearly what the likes of Edward Heath was up to and that he was warned by his Chancellor Lord Kilmuir what affect the signing of the Accession Treaty would have on the constitution and our rights and liberties but he nevertheless went ahead with his intention to enslave the people into a future United States of Europe.

The continued theme through your book was one of complacency -blaming everyone else for your lack of real progress in matters more to the heart of Englishmen everywhere. and at the same time you enjoy the benefits of the most corrupt entity that exists in the world today.

As for the new arrangement offered to the Conservative prospective MPs by the UKIP to offer sanctuary to their beleaguered MPs in the Commons we are firmly against as their record over the decades show that the Conservative Party until the reign of Tony Blair in 1997 was unable to resist signing every EU Treaty placed in front of them even when they knew that Maastricht Treaty opened the door wide to the abomination of the United States of Europe.

We look forward to the next European Election if we are not out of the EU by then in order to see the likes of Mr Philip Bushill-Mathews MEP of the West Midlands trounced by the UKIP candidate who knows best how to protect the future of our country.]
