TERRORISTS who planned the July 7 attacks could still be in Britain and ready to launch a fresh wave of carnage, two official reports warned yesterday

 

They admitted that the four London bombers who claimed 52 innocent lives could have been brainwashed or helped by other UK-based fanatics.

 

Security officials had previously claimed the suicide cell was acting alone. But the first Government report into the atrocity warned:

 

‘The extent to which others may have been involved in indoctrinating the group, have known what they are planning’ or been involved in the planning, is unknown at this stage.’

 

The REPORT of a separate Parliamentary Inquiry, which follows a ten-month police investigation, points out that by July last year MI5 was struggling to keep tabs on 800 terror suspects in the UK -up from just 250 four years earlier.

 

 

[Well! MI5 and no doubt MI6 appear to have plenty of capacity in arranging GSHQ to bug the phones of many innocent subject - citizens who have no love for being within a

 

United States of Europe

 

Any open investigation into the number of such intrusions will no doubt show that the Security Services had no shortage of funding in keeping tabs on those who were not keen to follow the fanatical course a discredited Prime Minister was asserting ALL MUST follow.

 

In America the possible replacement as CIA Director is having his own problems in his use of blanket bugging of citizens, as there is now a swell of opposition to his appointment and his nomination may now fail.

This Report, from the all-party Intelligence and Security Committee (ISC), reveals that, through lack of manpower, MI5 missed a catalogue of clues and opportunities, which could have prevented the bombings.

 

The Security Service held intelligence of three of the four bombers -including phone numbers and photographs -but staff failed to follow up leads because they were busy on more pressing matters.

 

[Such as surveillance and bugging of innocent subject -citizens who Tony Blair with his many close friends in the Intelligence Services who wished to follow John Scarlett’s example of rapid promotion had no trouble in following.

 

At least in America there was a Public Inquiry and it ended with the resignation of the head of the CIA and no doubt of others further down the chain of command.

 

In Britain we have the same names on the Parliamentary Intelligence Committee who have been shown to be associated with a

-for fuelling extremism.

 

[Talk about the left hand not knowing what the right is doing seems to be a clear example above- but this is a Government, which is famous for Double- talk taking its lessons from their masters in Brussels. Doctor Dolittle is already an adherent as we have already found out in his other multiple offices of State.

 

We now hear that the European President is AGAIN asking for his corrupt police-state entity to be understood. Well unfortunately for Mr Barrosa many of us already knew over 30 years ago and we have certainly NOT CHANGED OUR MINDS in 2006.]

·               The bombers appeared ‘happy’ even ‘euphoric’ as they hugged each other at King’s Cross before separating to mount their attacks.

 

·               Bus bomber Hasib Hussain calmly visited a McDonalds and shopped in W H Smith moments before his death, to replace a failed battery.

 

·               The plotters carried out several reconnaissance visits to London to fine- tune their plans.

 

The Intelligence and Security Committee Report lists a string of intelligence leads and warning signs, which MI5 pieced together only when it was too late.

[Well! We thought the idea of the Security Service MI5 was to pre-empt any such happening on our mainland. As a country the 4^th richest in the world (900 billion a year) there should NEVER be such an excuse accepted and those who are in charge of the SERVICE should be sacked or as with New Labour either another remunerative position fighting crime or a seat in the House of Lords and a comfortable pension for life.]

 

Weeks before the bombings, the Joint Intelligence Committee - a top-level [useless] Whitehall body made up of the heads of the spy agencies -judged that suicide bombings ‘would not become the norm in Europe’.

 

[As we are all aware the man who arranged the sexed-up dossier to obtain parliamentary approval for the Iraq War- John Scarlett was rewarded as the future head of MI6.]

Yesterday’s ISC Report attacks that flawed conclusion, warning that it

 

‘could have had an impact on the alertness of the authorities to the kind of threat they were facing and their ability to respond’.

 

 

BUT rather than blame the AGENCY, MP’s and Peers conclude that lack of resources were to blame

 

 

[NONSENCE -we say knowing of some of the occupants of that COMMITTEE who lost their credibility year’s ago-Hutton Inquiry and all that has followed.

As we indicated above the 4^th richest country in the world cannot use such a feeble excuse in order to cover-up gross incompetence. In the future we suggest that the new brush Committee send a message to Mossad or to Mr Putin who will be happy to protect our borders at a fraction of the cost of our present inefficient Security Services who appear to spend their time bugging and making themselves an utter nuisance to innocent loyal subject -citizens at home. ]

Both [overstretch and budget] have risen sharply since the September 11 attacks in 2001 but the REPORT states that the number of suspects the AGENCY was trying to watch in the UK soared from 250 in 2001 to more than 800 by last July 2005.

 

[Well! This information and much to follow cannot be taken at face value as there has been NO INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION OF MI5 and no doubt the same will apply with MI6.

 

These Security Services have carte blanch to do whatever they want and as mentioned previously we have no idea as to whether there are foreign agents still working within the services -which there must be - by past events from the Cambridge University Communists and though not revealed publicly the Nazi Ring at Balliol College Oxford which included Edward Heath -Geoffrey Rippon and Roy Jenkins and many others still about today in 2006.

 

Confidence in OUR Security Services can ONLY be RESTORED when an

 

INDEPENDENT INQUIRY

 

with power to investigate the Security Agencies has completed its task.

 

In a DEMOCRACY there must be the power to investigate all AGENCIES of a GOVERNMENT otherwise it will indicate that the GOVERNMENT of the DAY has something to hide.

 

We are in no doubt that this is the case at present and the whole can of worms must be opened before the powers that be wriggle out of their RESPONSIBILITY to the PEOPLE who put their TRUST in their hands and they NOW EXPECT THAT THAT TRUST IS RECIPROCATED.]

Bombers Mohammad Sidique Khan and Shedzad Tanweer crossed MI5’s radar repeatedly, from 2003 onwards, but security chiefs dismissed them as ‘peripheral’ to possible terror attacks.

 

More worrying, MI5 simply lacked the manpower to investigate Khan and Tanweer when they cropped up as anonymous figures during investigations in 2004.

 

[Well! As we have said before this information cannot be verified without an INDEPENDENT investigation. The Police have their Independent Police Investigation body - OUR Security Services MUST HAVE THE SAME.]

 

Sources have told the [Daily] Mail that MI5 could keep a 24-hour watch on only three suspects at any one time.

 

[We have an Iraqi War, which has cost over 4 billion so far -it will cost more and it is growing by the day with the loss of our brave soldiers almost every week.

 

If the information above is correct then the Government had thrown the people into great danger and had totally ignored the needs of the Security Agencies.

 

But we come back to the usual question why did not the heads of the Security Services threaten to put their jobs on the line in order to get the tools to do the job. We haven’t heard of any resignations over the past four years -if you have -please let us know?]

-the Report reveals. But were ‘soon diverted again to higher priorities’, [like bugging innocent subject-citizens who had no love for the unlovely corrupt and nosy- minded totalitarian monstrosity called the EU

 

One would think that they were talking about the sparse resources of the popular Rockford File detective agency instead of the Intelligence Services of the 4^th richest country in the world with an annual budget of over 900 billion a year.

 

There is the colossal wastage of billions each year -with just one example in the case of 20 Apache helicopters with no pilots and the cost almost double of what they could have been -and this is one of hundreds of projects over the past years which the Audit Office has investigated and found immense waste and overpriced contracts.

Although extra explosives were found in the car left at Luton, MI5 told the Parliamentary Committee there was no intelligence to support the theory that a ‘ fifth bomber’ was involved on July 7 itself.

 

However that did not rule out other UK-based terrorists being involved in the plot.

 

[Well! If there cannot be an INDEPENDENT investigation of MI5 and MI6 how are we to know that there are no foreign agents working in the Security Services who for instance might have arranged the July 7 bombings.

Indeed the REPORT states: ‘Investigations since July have shown that the group was in contact with others involved in extremism in the UK.’

 

MI5 chief Eliza Manningham-Buller gave evidence claiming her organisation had expanded as fast as possible after the attacks on the U.S. on September 11, 2001.

 

[All the available evidence -murder of 52 innocent victims and the 700 injured on July 7 -2005 shows that MI5 was incompetent and failed to do its job to protect the people on our island.]

 

The ISC Report accuses MI5 of failing to act as fast as it might have done given a ‘better appreciation ‘of the threat. [But isn’t it a function of MI5 to in fact have already an awareness of the facts-surely that is the nature of their job. THE FACT IS THEY DID NOT DO THEIR JOB].

 

Nevertheless, chairman Paul Murphy concludes:

 

‘There were no culpable failures by the Security and Intelligence Agencies’
