As discussed in Part One, Germany and the 'former' Soviet Union are today bound together today by bilateral treaties and secret agreements concluded in 1990. But these accords simply consolidated and formalised what had long been planned and mutually understood.  As the informed observer Tetens reported in 1953, 'the Russians know they have nothing to fear from Western Germany.  They have secret and open assurances from the industrialists of the Ruhr of German's desire for close cooperation with the East'

Evidence such as this appears to have been ignored by Western policy planners and  especially in the US State Department and at the pentagon.  there, the complacent view had finally prevailed after the war that the Germans would remain filled with hatred towards the Russians, given the rough treatment they had received at their hands, and could be relied upon to remain permanently in the Western camp, if the United States provided adequate necessary assistance to enable them to overcome their defeat.  the mistake here lay with the Western assumption that the suffering of the German people at the hands of the Soviets had in any way moderated the mentality of the German industrialists.  This central error of analysis could have been identified as early as 1948, when a so-called 'great debate' erupted openly among the rapidly recovering Germans, centred around the issue:  West or East orientation? the question was first discussed that year in Buenos Aires-based geopolitical monthly. 'Der Weg' - the Argentine capital being a key locus of German Nazi International geopolitical operations.

The Germans intend to build their new world empire on the ruins of what today [October 10-2005] constitutes the greatness and power of the United States. Whether these professional plotters will help the Soviets destroy America by military means, or whether they will attempt to subjugate us some day through an 'inside job' [as has already happened in Britain] is of no relevance]

Dr Adenauer even claimed, in 1945, long before becoming Chancellor, in the course of a speech delivered in Berne , Switzerland,

 that the German people had never surrendered to the Allies.

This was because the German military leaders who did so in May 1945, had 'no mandate from the German people to submit to the terns of unconditional surrender.  And Adenauer proceeded to characterise the Alklies's confiscation of German patents as 'outright robbery'.  In the course of a mass meeting held in Berlin in 1950, Dr Adenauer caused further embarrassment to the occupying authorities when, at his request and in the presence of Allied representatives, he provocatively led a huge crowd in singing

'Deutschland Uber Alles'

[And Gordon Brown's traitorous rush to Lisbon in 2008 to sign the Lisbon Treaty must have brought a great deal of satisfaction to the German Chancellor [Head of German DVD] Angela Merkel and to the Nazis in her Government and country. We now hear in early January 2009 that the so-called Conservative Leader David Cameron may be considering bringing the Arch traitor and sworn Eurocrat Kenneth Clarke into the Cabinet.  We sincerely hope that the free-loving people of England will decide to join the Irish people in demanding massive changes to the EU in order that it is not in place for a growing ELITE with a select hierarchy who will be above the law but is in existence for the sole  benefit of the free democratic people's of Europe. Regrettably , there will be no significant change because it is based on the Nazi blueprint of Hitler's Mein Kampf which was in 1940 brought into prominence in order that it could be implemented when the war was won in Europe.  But in 1943 the Nazis knew that their days were counted so they used their Nazis Geopolitical Centre in Madrid to prepare the blueprint in the event of defeat as they knew they were past masters at deceiving the ENEMY and they would be helped by the 'useful idiots' such as Kenneth Clarke and  with the Nazis traitors-Harold Macmillan-Edward Heath-Roy Jenkins-Geoffrey Rippon and no doubt many others who are still in place in our Government and Security Services and throughout the country. Even in 2009 there are a number of MEPs from all parties who still insist THAT THEY CAN CHANGE THE EU. they are stark raving bonkers if they believe that the NAZIS will allow but a little tinkering around the edges as we have witnessed of late. In the West Midlands we have our own 'useful idiot' MEP Philip Bushill-Matthews who in his book 'Who Rules Britannia' one would have thought by now he would know it was BRUSSELS but no doubt he will be doing his best to keep his wonderful salary  now increased in January 2009 by £20,000 and perks and gold-plated pension and still be able to convince the electorate that he will be proved right in the END.
