NOT ONE MORE DAY OF SLAVERY-NO NEED OF A REFERENDUM [This bulletin was first shown in June 2004 and our remarks about the question whether a referendum can be justly used in a matter to decide if a PEOPLE wish to be SLAVES or FREE is in itself a contradiction of our proclaimed law that even a slave in chains who reaches our shore has a right of FREEDOM. In June 2007 we still cannot reconcile the use of a REFERENDUM to decide the fate of a whole people because if by stealth or other methods a majority are misled how can it be right to submit the minority to SLAVERY.]
The EDP has on
many occasions mentioned that a Referendum is not the method we should follow
when the subject of the poll is to establish those amongst our citizens who
wish to remain SLAVES and those who consider their birthright of FREEDOM can
never be in doubt. For one to agree to a Referendum on the matter of
such importance as the FREEDOM of a People to be ruled by their own kind by
their own Constitution and Common Law is to comprehend that it is only a matter
of ‘YES’ or ‘NO’ whether one retains their FREEDOM or remain Slaves. Whereas it is the written law of England that
no Englishman can enslave another. If because of the usual
deceit that we have evidenced over the past 32 years a poll should show a
majority in favour of their own Slavery what justification have they to pass
this curse onto those who wish to remain Free.
The
implementation of a Referendum in this instance is both unjust and we believe unlawful under our
Ancient Constitution. It was our Nation that abolished Slavery in our
Empire in the early 19th century and compensation was paid to the
Slave Drovers and to others involved in the inhuman trade. Would we have offered
the Slaves a Referendum to ask if they wished to be FREE? Many of them would be confused and might vote to
remain with their Task Masters because they knew no better. [As with the Euro
fanatics
today] This cannot be the case with the greater part of our population The answer
to our problem is in our past. It was
in 1689 that a bloodless Revolution supported by both Whigs and Tories resulted
in a despotic Tyrant leaving our shore for the Continent. We were well rid of him and
his kind. The resemblance in character between another member
of the Stuart family Charles the First who lost his head in 1649 because of his
Absolute Divine Right threat to the People’s Freedom and our own Tony Blair can
be characterised as follows: ‘Charles [1] was not, to say
the least, a man overly possessed with political skills, and he seems to have
found it difficult to believe that people could sincerely disagree with him on
various matters. His conviction
of his rectitude made him impatient of the political process. Why couldn’t people talk less and see that
their king [Tony Blair] was right? It was this character trait more than any
political theory that made Charles look like an Absolutist…. The problem with Charles was more that he was careless about the way
in which he used his theories. He was in brief, impatient of following legal forms and
procedures [Don’t we know! –Tony] Charles’s statements sounded foreign to his subjects
(so foreign that some came to accept the fiction that he was insane). He talked
about divine right loosely, and sounded as if he was claiming arbitrary powers
to take property and deprive subjects of their liberty. [Font size and underlining

WHAT WE MUST DO NOW! The conclusion that we must draw is that it must be
the People who must take the lead and as they now number in many
millions possibly tens of millions they should tell Tony Blair what he can
do with his Referendum which should have been governed by an Act of
Parliament that demands that any Referendum must be carried out
between within six weeks and no later than 12 weeks from its agreement to
give such a poll in our House of Commons. There should be no delay in hearing the voice of
the People. We believe that a Referendum delayed is Justice denied
What is required is
People Power, which we have NOW! And while we have it must use before we are
conned yet again, over two years, to lose our Freedom. A march on the Capital by millions of our People would save us months if not years of waiting for our OWN rights and liberties to be returned to us -which are ours by right. No Government could stop millions of determined citizens from besieging the Capital until the politicians gave way and listened to the People and pass an Act of Parliament to rid us of the EU. Will you join us? How much do you value your Freedom?- or are you prepared to be
kept waiting for months or years by a proven untrustworthy and deceitful Prime
Minister-a Traitor to his Country and Queen, and the inaction of the Tory Party,
and wait for what is yours by birthright.
The politicians have had their say and on past
performance are prepared to wait up to two years. But now it is time for YOU
the People to make a choice. Over three hundred and thirty eight years ago our kin
in the New World made their choice when they rebelled against a despotic
motherland and implemented an: American
Declaration of Independence (Issued
in 1776) Part of which we declare today as they then claimed
the just- ‘Rights and Liberties of Englishmen.’ ‘ … We hold these truths to be self evident, that all
men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain
unalienable rights, that among them are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of
Happiness – That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men,
deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed – That whenever
any form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the
right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government,
laying the foundation on such principles and organising its powers in such form,
as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.’ Samuel
Adams –principal leader of the rebellion in his Massachusetts Circular Letter
of 1768 said: - ‘Legislative power cannot overleap the bounds of its
[Constitution] without destroying its Foundations? We must not play the politicians games for even one day
longer-it is down to each patriot to decide. NOW! As Blair would say: ‘Are you with us
or against us’?
If you did not know it already your ‘Servant of the People’ is laughing at you –so why not say:
‘Enough
is Enough’ Let
us all meet shortly in London in our millions and we will at last show Tony
Blair and his ilk - who is Servant and who is Master. Don’t Delay –Time is Running Out ‘If
there arise in the State disputes over the Fundamental Laws, over the
Administration, or over the Rights of the various powers which have a share in
it, it belongs to the Nation (1) alone to decide them, and settle them
according to its political Constitution’ -Vattel’s –Law of Nations (1758) Nation – a body of people marked
off by common descent, language, culture, or historical tradition: the people

In case Mr Blair has forgotten?
He has in seven years undermined our Nation State by unlimited Immigration –the
indoctrination of our children and our youth with strident evil Political
Correctness against their Heritage, Culture and History.] It is now- Time for a Change As

In January, 2008 we have not changed our mind about the use of a REFERENDUM to ask a PEOPLE do you wish to be FREE or a SLAVE. We have stated previously that should the vote be for SLAVERY we could not support such a measure and would have no other option but to fight as any TRUE ENGLISHMAN FOR OUR HARD FOUGHT FREEDOM
We have constantly since JUNE 2004 asked the Eurosceptic to join together under one leader with a single purpose rather than what has happened with so many different bites at the same dish that the objective in hand has never been accomplished. We have only to mention the question of a REFERENDUM which the Daily Mail did a wonderful and successful campaign but if the FREE PRESS in total had supported the Mail then the result would have been such as to leave no doubt that the PEOPLE wanted FREEDOM not SLAVERY.
As our regular viewers will have observed we do our best to support all Eurosceptic campaigns to obtain our FREEDOM - including the REFERENDUM question.

Our past includes poets of FREEDOM - like Byron -Shelly-Burns and others in continental EUROPE- and what they had in common with the the sword-bearer of English Puritanism Oliver Cromwell who set the case in famous words: "What liberty and prosperity depend upon are the souls of men and the spirits - which are the men. The mind is the man."
...epochs that men are most eager to keep in living and inspiring memory, are the epochs where the mind that is man approved itself unconquerable by force.' Is this not true for us in England in 2008 with the impending doom of our Nation State - with a unique parliamentary democracy of over 700 years of a unique example of FREEDOM mirrored in different ways the world over. Unless the People look into their hearts and refuse to break the strong precious links with the past which has been secured with much sacrifice in blood and prosperity and which is the sacred inheritance of our Island peoples they will become serfs in a caldron of lost peoples with no minds of their own.
