BLOODIEST MONTH FOR SOLDIERS IN
AFGHAN WAR

BRITISH ground forces in
Afghanistan have had the bloodiest month since the
invasion seven years ago. The death of a soldier on
Saturday brought to
13
the number killed in
21 days.

The Royal regiment stepped on a landmine while on
patrol in Lashkar Gar in Helmand Province
-supposedly one of the region's safer towns.
Another died on Friday when his
Land Rover overturned.
Warrant Officer Dan Shirley, a
32-year-old from the 13 Air Assault regiment Royal
Logistic Corps, came from Leicester and was married
with two young children.
Colleagues paid tribute to him
last night as 'the epitome of the airborne soldier'.
The toll for June-2008 is worse
than the previous highest figure of eight dead in
August 2006, when British troops had just moved into
Helmand province and faced constant attack.
Only September 2006 saw a higher
total number of British deaths, with 14 men killed
in a single incident when an RAF Nimrod exploded in
mid-air.
In the same month five men
were killed on the ground.
There is some cause for
optimism yesterday when it emerged a Taliban leader
in Southern Afghanistan was killed by a British
Apache helicopter gunship on Thursday.
A military spokesman said the man,
known as Sadiquallah was 'directly responsible for
facilitating recent fatal, IED (booby-trap bombs)
and suicide attacks on British forces'.
These are thought to include
the blast which killed Corporal Sarah Bryant and
three SAS soldiers earlier this month.
Defence Secretary Des Brown
['no shots will be fired Des -your there for
reconstruction' ] is reported to have demanded a
review over the use of Snatch land Rovers after
criticism of their protection.

number of years shows how dilatory they have been on
this very matter show that it is rather late in the
day for Des Brown to give the impression that he is
in charge and things will change-it is as is usual
with much that New Labour have a hand in
TOO LITTLE! TOO LATE!
and because of their
incompetence many soldiers have died because of the
lack of essential equipment and lack of protective
vehicles and insufficient helicopters like the 26
Apache which were purchased at twice the market
price with the wrong specification and are having to
be refurbished at a cost of £500,000
or thereabouts.
We fear when 'no shots will be
fired Des' makes any statement.
He does not look like
a competent Defence Secretary.
He does act like a
competent Defence Secretary

Like many of Gordon Brown's
clowns- or a more apt description is clones
They have not inspired confidence
and their record proves it as members of our society
have learned to their cost .

relevant in that our servicemen and women are not
only fighting for their country but also for their
family and friends and the values and customs of

Celebrity culture and decline of
family' warps children's 'values'
[We felt it important to show
excerpts here as an illustration of how far our
society has fallen in holding to our family values. NOWHERE in the
excellent article did it mention CHRISTIAN FAITH the
very bedrock of our family foundation. There is talk
of morals but without a religious element it is like
building on sand -as our present situation clearly
demonstrates.]

Rising Materialism, the cult of
celebrity and decline of extended families are all
contributing to an erosion of children's values, a
report warns today.
Youngsters are learning unhealthy
messages such as the need to have a perfect body and
to judge success in terms of acquiring material
goods. At the same time, some parents are treating
children as 'possessions' and not valuing them or
family life enough.
The report, based on an INQUIRY by
the Children's Society, found that two-thirds of
1,176 adults surveyed thought that the moral values
of children today are not strong as when they
themselves were young.
[Well! after 11 years of NEW
LABOUR it is now a selfish greedy and violent and
permissive society. With virtually no discipline in
the home or in school and no religion except
materialism it is no wonder we have the fast
decaying once Christian society of yesteryear.]
Seven out of ten said community
values among children today are not as strong as
previously. Over half thought there was more
conflict between adults and children nowadays.
[Well! it is the gross
interference of the STATE in matters of the FAMILY
and the introduction of CHILDREN'S RIGHT'S which are
shown by the typical reply one would receive from a
child who is being sternly spoken too about its bad
behaviour
'I'll report you for abusing a
child'
or
'I have rights!'
There can be few that have not
encountered such comments.
Many parents who chastised their
children in a moderate manner now find that they
have not a child to remonstrate with but a
'children's rights charter' to observe which
reverses the process to a point where it is the
parents who are unable to do what parenting is all
about. Moderate chastisement at times and
encouragement and love at another. Society has been
turned upside down by the Leftist liberal brigade
who have much to answer for with the state of
society today.]
Bob Reitemeier, Chief Executive of
the Children's Society said:
'We reap what we sow'
when it comes to teaching children
values. Every adult plays a vital role, which we
should nurture as much as we can.
[We notice that a biblical term
has crept in above but nowhere else is the
Christian religion in a country with a
Christian inheritance mentioned as an essential
attribute to a Family orientated community. With the
gathering strength of Islam in Britain with it's a
strong religious foundation of FAMILY LIFE their
communities will grow stronger with confidence to
the day when their objective of an ISLAMIC STATE
will replace a once CHRISTIAN COUNTRY in ENGLAND.
Those who have done everything to destroy the
connection of CHRISTIANITY to FAMILY LIFE will then
realise that where ONE FAITH falters another will
take its place.
We live in a country with a once
cherished CHRISTIAN HERITAGE and those who insist
that there is no place for a religious dimension in
a SECULAR STATE will see the results of such an
understatement as the 47,000 Christian churches
dwindle to be replaced in every community with
MOSQUES echoing their calls to ALLAH. Then the
family will be strong and respected in their own
accustomed way and those few Christians still
allowed to worship their GOD will finally realise
what mistakes were made by their fellow countrymen
and women who despised the CHRISTIAN FAITH and
wanted only a SECULAR SOCIETY and now see before
their eyes across the length and breadth of ENGLAND
the towers and strength of ISLAM. ]
It is a documented fact that when
the Russian dictator Stalin was informed that the
Pope (with a over of billion of CHRISTIANS
world-wide) was not pleased with him he uttered the
well-known phrase
'where are his battalions'
or something of this ilk.
In JULY 2008 if you asked the
Iranian President about the front-line troops of
ISLAM he would say
' we have armies of believers
as the West has learnt since its illegal war in Iraq
and its mission impossible in Afghanistan.'
Our brave Armed Forces are doing
their job to their usual high standard with
inadequate support-equipment-and protective
transport and when they capture an objective on many
occasions they are unable to hold it for long as
they are required elsewhere to make a
HEADLINE
for the
SPINNING DEFENCE MINISTER.
(We tremble when we hear
Commanders briefed by No 10 mention the wonderful
news about their success and that the Taliban is too
weak to mount an offensive because within a short
time the gauntlet is taken up and we then see our
brave troops arriving home to be buried amid the
sorrow of family and friends and the general public
who know that they were deceived as to the reasons
for the illegal war in Iraq and their presence in
Mission IMPOSSIBLE 'reconstruction'
activities in Afghanistan)
They fight for a pittance and with
no guarantee that if they are wounded or
seriously injured that they will receive the best
medical treatment and compensation which up to date
is still lacking CREDIBILITY.
The last Military Hospital was
closed denying our troops the comfort and
comradeship of being with their own by being treated
in a military environment -with no members of the
public to tell them that their uniform is offensive
to their FAITH.
The tragedy is that our brave
troops are fighting an illegal war in IRAQ and as
for MISSION IMPOSSIBLE the reasons for being there
change as it suits the
LYING and DECEITFUL GOVERNMENT.
We now learn that many of our
so-called representatives in PARLIAMENT have been
feathering their nests for years. Many of those
THIEVES-because that is what THEY ARE - for any
other occupation -apart from the tip of the banking
fraternity and speculators - would have expected
them to
RESIGN and PAY BACK to the TAX
PAYER every PENNY STOLEN.
(We now hear they are now going to
give themselves a further increase-What Cheek!-What
a nerve! But then they have got away with so much
under their
PRIVILEGE of PARLIAMENT.
What is most galling is that these
are in many cases the same MPs who have voted away
YOUR COUNTRY and LIBERTIES
TO A
FOREIGN POWER
We suggested a number of years ago
that MPs should serve ONE TERM in PARLIAMENT to
SERVE THEIR COUNTRY and NOT THEMSELVES to the LOOT.
This change would enable many people to give up to
five years of their life
TO
SERVE THEIR COUNTRY.
If you will give us support we
will get the ball rolling but up to now we have
received no response for
PR -PROPORTIONAL REPRESENTATION
which had been in place years ago
the
EU
TREATY
would never have been signed as it
was by a
TRAITOROUS ASSEMBLY
AND A WILLING AND OBEDIENT AND
OBSEQUIOUS SERVANT OF THE PEOPLE
THE QUEEN
IN
JUNE-2008

Brown give HER SUBJECTS the REFERENDUM which was
PROMISED.]
