German- Nazi- Geopolitical Centre established in Madrid in 1943 by Heinrich Himmler
To understand the significance of all this it is necessary to recall that the Nazis, as indicated, established a central planning organisation in Madrid in 1943, called the German Geopolitical Centre (or Deutsche Geozentrale).
On 13th December 1944, the Associated Press reported that Heinrich Himmler had initiated plans for the establishment of an underground network at the end of 1943, an that propaganda and related warfare operations were to be carried on ‘by some 200,000 Nazi followers in Europe and elsewhere.’ [included our own Edward Heath –Geoffrey Rippon-Roy Jenkins -the Oxford ring of traitors –Balliol College- and many others in our country since]
The news report, clearly based on reliable Allied Intelligence, asserted that many Nazi Party operatives and members had equipped themselves with double or even treble identities, and that the preplanned Nazi agitprop operations were intended to set the Allies against each other.
The Nazi Geopolitical HQ in Madrid was funded for many years by financial and bullion resources, and doubtless by ‘Black Ops’ funds, exfilitrated into Spain long before the collapse of the THIRD REICH.
For years it was known that the Nazi headquarters in Madrid operated an international organisation called ‘Die Soinne’, meaning ‘The Spider’.
Related Nazi organisations were and are known by various exotic cover names such as Edelweiss, Konsul, Scharnhorst, Sechsestirn, Liebwache and Lustiger Bruder, while the covert organisation of the Nazi Elite Guard operated under the name Odessa. Many such films are based on a number of known facts otherwise they would lack credibility.
The present exposure of the work of the Geopolitical Centre by INTERNATIONAL CURRENCY REVIEW in October 2005 is based on such Facts.
THE ‘MADRID CIRCULAR LETTER’
On 29th May 1951, a correspondent for The New York Times, Mr C.L Sulzberger, reported on the existence of an operational group, which had ‘revived’ what he then called the Fascist International, and was functioning in various countries stretching ‘from Malmo to Tangier, and from Rome to Buenos Aires’.
There were likewise reports in the early 1950’s that Hitler’s Deputy; Herr Martin Bormann ‘shuttled between Spain and Argentina trying to work for unity and co-operation among Fascist-minded bodies’ stated one report.
In September 1950, the German Geopolitical Centre in Madrid distributed a secret Memorandum to its many subsidiary centres around the world, including key German covert Nazi continuity circles in Bonn.
The document, known as the Madrid Circular Letter, which was intercepted by Western intelligence or leaked to an Allied intelligence service, represented a General Stall plan for a revised German approach to procure the division and conquest of the world.

At that time, UK/US observers realised that the policies outlined in the document coincided remarkably closely with the direction of those being quietly pursued by the Adenauer Government-which was hardly surprising, since the Second World War, Konrad Adenauer, who became an Abwehr [Nazi agent] official, had been Mayor of Cologne and was close to Hitler’s favourite German bankers, gentlemen by the names of Abs and Pferdmengs.

[Adenauer] told the German Reichstag:
‘We must move cautiously. We ought not to give the impression, either in Germany or in the United States that we shall collaborate in any way with the Russians’
-even though orientation towards Russia was secretly central towards German strategy, as had always been the case, beginning with the disruptive operations of the German agent Rasputin in the Tsar’s court and the recruitment of Lenin [he lived in Germany for some years] by German intelligence at the beginning of the 20th century when he was living in Munich.
Likewise, Lavrentii Beria, Stalin’s odious Interior Ministry police gauleiter, with more blood on his hands than Stalin himself, was a long-term German Abwehr agent [As was the late Roy Jenkins –Geoffrey Rippon and the greatest TRAITOR Edward Heath –a traitor for over 60 years with others no doubt in our Parliament today in 2005]
-Reflected not least in his move, immediately following Stalin’s death, to initiate a settlement with West Germany.
As a result, Beria’s service to German intelligence was used against him, and he was promptly executed by Stalin’s successors who, like Yeltsin and (we understand) also Putin, worked hard to exclude or diminish the influence of German intelligence. Yet President Chirac was Chairman of the ‘Trilateral Commission’, prior to becoming President of France, consisting of France, Germany and Russia.

The national socialist theory of territory or space, like the current theory of race, was put together from ideas that had been current in Europe for a century.
Fundamentally it was merely enlargement of plans for a powerful German State in Central and Eastern Europe, which should expand as far as its military powers permitted. Like the racial theory as Kjellen’s it was not exclusively German.
In fact it was a Swedish political scientist, Rudolf Kjellen of the University of Uppsala, who expanded the plan into philosophy and gave the name, Geopolitik …. Behind Kjellen’s theorizing there was also a fear of the western extension of Russian power.
The national socialist expansion of geopolitics was associated with [General] Karl Haushofer, though many other German writers and scholars had a part of it. Hanshofer added little to the scientific definition of the subject, though he and his associates accumulated vast masses of information from all parts of the world about geography or social, economic, and political matters.
What tied this miscellaneous material together was not its scientific organization but its possible use by a military general to lay out lines of strategy or by a government that was bent on extending its power.
[General] Haushofer also made geopolitics into an effective organ of propaganda designed to make Germany ‘space-conscious.”
These two characteristics were in general what distinguished geopolitics from political geography. According to the definition of the subject formulated by the editors of Haushofer’s Zeitschrift fur Geoplitik, it was “the art of guiding practical politics”
And
“the geographic conscience of the state”
- Practical politics being in substance imperialist expansion. Like the racial theory, geopolitics combined erudition with a pseudo-scientific justification of imperial politics.
The distinctive idea in the national socialist theory of imperialism was supplied by an English geographer, Sir Halford J. Mackinder. Earlier imperialist theory, likes that for example of Admiral A.T. Mahan, had stressed in the main the importance of naval power and had depended largely on the history of the British Empire.
Mackinder in 1904 put forward the idea that much European history could be explained by the pressure of landlocked peoples in Eastern Europe and Central Asia on the coastal peoples.
This vast area he called the pivotal area
or
“Heartland
the core of the world island
(Europe, Asia, and Africa)
which makes up two-thirds of the world’s land area.
Australia and the Americas are merely outlying islands. Consequently, if any State could command the resources of this territory,
and thus combine sea power with land power it could dominate the world.
Mackinder summed up his argument in a kind of aphorism:
“Who rules East Europe commands the Heartland.
Who rules the Heartland commands the World-Island.
Who rules the World-Island commands the World.”
His immediate purpose was to urge the advantages of England of an alliance with Russia, but the meaning of his aphorism was equally clear
to the
Germans
It outlined a project that resolved the uncertainties of German imperialist thought since the Tirpitz naval expansion in 1900, its ambivalence between naval and land power, and the differing points of view of East German Junkers and West German industrialists.
In essence both were right, but expansion by land into contiguous territory on the Continent had priority. Initially the problem is Russia, and in theory the problem might be solved either by a Russian alliance or by conquest.
France as a land power is decadent, in terms of the racial theory “Negroid” in its ethic character, and the pattern of British imperialism is outmoded.
The object of German diplomacy and strategy must be to immobilize the western powers, but against Russia its object must be dominance. Subsequently this was the theory of German politics that Hitler outlined in Mein Kampf, reputedly under the prompting of [General] Haushofer.
The fundamental error of the Second Empire, he said:
Was in choosing the policy of expanding its industries and its exports instead of expanding its territory.
The most decisively important events in a thousand years of German history were the colonization of the Ostmark and the area east of the Elbe.
The national socialists will “terminate the endless German drive to the South and West of Europe, and direct our gaze towards the lands in the East… We can think primarily only of Russia and its vassal border States.”
The lines of reasoning upon which the national socialist theory of Lebensraum overtly depended were, like the racial theory, a curious mixture of sentiment and dubious science.
In part they were addressed to the long-standing tendency of Germans to idealize the Medieval Empire, which existed “long before the American continent had been discovered,” and to this myth that all the political and cultural achievements of Central Europe….
In substance, therefore, the national socialist theory of Lebensraum was the crudest, if also logically the simplist, possible solution of the problems of international trade and politics.
It meant political domination by military power and the maintenance of a high standard of living [Later in the EU –the European Army- and liberal social benefits which Germany is finding difficult to accommodate] -for the dominant power by a system of exploitation that would perpetuate a low standard of living for the subject- peoples.
Short of world domination by a single power, which might of course be the ultimate goal of a power controlling the world’s Heartland, the theory meant regionalization.
The world would be divided into a few great “orders” or spheres of control each governed by its own dominant power [Europe-Asia (Indo/China)-Americas (?)]
This was the meaning attributed to the American Monroe Doctrine, to which the theory of geopolitics as signified a place of high importance as the first recognition of their principles.
American insistence on the rights of nations outside the American sphere they construed as imperialism. Their [Germany’s] own plan they often described as the Monroe Doctrine for Europe]….
Between regions the relations were to be assumed to be merely those of power, since no treaty could be more than a temporary compromise, and no boundary could be more than a “point of calm” where two powers were for the time balanced.
Within each region the dominant power, in theory the dominant racial group, would assign to the subordinate groups their economic function and their political status.
Juristically, therefore, Lebensraum like the racial theory would work out to systems of folk-law and extraterritoriality.
International law would disappear in the twofold
Sense. There would be NO equal rights of nations and there would be NO equal rights of persons or minorities irrespective of race [The EU now has its own inner ‘Elite Guard’ which is above the law –details on our bulletin Board –just as in totalitarian Germany the penal code was amended in 1935 to permit punishment for any act contrary to “sound popular feelings,”[Which meant the ‘Elite’ could decide what offended them] even though it violated no existing law.
[In England today in 2005 –a servant of the people –a policewomen- reprimanded a person who had been involved in a car crash because the subject being asked for a description of the other party mentioned that the person was fat. It appears that each police officer has a list of politically-correct words which THEY MUST NOT USE
BUT
By what authority that police-officer (a servant of the people) had the impertinence to condemn the subject we would ALL like to hear. If this typical example of totalitarian politically-correct practice is not expunged immediately –where will it lead?
And we have had the case of the 82-year old Walter Wolfgang and his close supporter who were forcefully ejected (a method used by the SA
‘Brownshirts’ in Nazi Germany in the 30’s ) from the Labour Conference Hall because he used his constitutional right of Freedom of Speech
He was prevented from re-entering the Conference hall under the terrorism laws which with the Habeas Corpus suspended for at least a year and the possibility of a 90 day detention would have been much more uncomfortable for Mr Wolfgang and his defender had the occasion been in a few years time when if the People of this country do not move themselves will be a Totalitarian State which Tony Blair and the other traitors to our country planned many years ago.
As we have stated on our bulletin board the signatories of ALL past treaties of the EU particularly with the EU Accession Treaty of 1972 received bribes from a Nazi International slush fund for their willingness to sign away the FREEDOM of THEIR COUNTRY.
There was the particular case of Douglas Hurd who after signing the Maastricht Treaty was heard by a close witness saying:
‘ Wed better find out what we have just signed’
So we must all be vigilant about protecting our Rights and Liberties because we have an enemy within our midst who have no time for TRUE Democracy and long for the day when they can rule the roost over the majority-enjoying their enhanced privileges and super enhanced pensions while the subject is fined for a P.C word out of place.
To continue:
“What totalitarianism meant in practice was that any person whose acts were regarded as having political significance was quite without legal protection if the [New Labour] Government or the party or one of its many agencies (Quangos) chose to exert its power.”
Again , it is evident from the political history of Europe between the two world wars that in a State where the Constitution is a dead letter

a parliamentary executive becomes first fixed and then tyrannical, which is what happened both in Italy under Mussolini and in Germany under Hitler…
What was known as Hitler’s Cabinet was not a “collegial body,” in which the Chancellor of the Reich was primus inter-pares, as he had been in the Weimar Republic, but a council of leaders (Fuhrerat(s) which the Fuhrer gathered round him in order to keep himself informed of what was happening in the major departments without reference to the elected assembly or the electorate.
[Sounds like Tony Blair don’t you think?]
These two examples of the way in which a parliamentary executive can be perverted to a dictatorship show how easily constitutional rights can be lost if the electorate and the legislature -DO NOT EXERCISE THAT ETERNAL VIGILENCE OVER THE EXECUTIVE WHICH IS THE PRICE OF LIBERTY.
