WE ARE THE

ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY WHICH CONTESTED THE 1997 GENERAL ELECTION AND 1999 EUROPEAN ELECTION.

We were formed in 1994 and in 1998 it became possible to register the party but our application was rejected because of the existence of other parties using the name DEMOCRATIC but before the English Democrats appeared on the political landscape in 2002 we had contested the 1997 General Election as the ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY. and in European Election of 1999 so we fought that election under the EDP [English Democratic Party]. During the ELECTION we were introduced on the BBC as the

ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY

which was broadcast to millions of of voters in the MIDLANDS AREA. Those who wish to view the broadcast will be able to confirm our statement. At the time of the address to the voters we wore our ELECTION ROSETTE as shown above. In 2002 we were very surprised when a new party English Democrats came into existence as we had been previously informed by the ELECTORAL COMMISION that the word DEMOCRATIC could not be REGISTERED. For the differences between the two named parties refer to POLICIES.

We have been approached over the years by the English Democrats on a number of occasions asking if we would pass over to the them our PARTY NAME and we have refused to do so. These approaches were made even when at that time it was known as the ENGLISH NATIONAL PARTY .

The DOMAIN of ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY. ORG. UK is held by us. AS we have constantly stated over the years we have decided NOT to enter the political arena at the present time for a number of reasons

1) Because we did not wish to divide the EUROSCEPTIC VOTE.

2) WE have felt honour bound to continue the struggle for FREEDOM on behalf of those who voted for us in 1997 and 1999

3) If the time should arise when we considered that our re entry to the Election arena would help the achievement of our AIMS then we would do so.

As you can observe above over 445,813    pages from our over 1600 bulletins have been viewed this past year alone so there can be no suggestion that we are distracting attention from the English Democrats -infact it is more than possible that we are assisting THEIR CAUSE and we are pleased to DO SO.

YET AGAIN! -We hope this clarifies the matter at the present time?

Since 2002 we have received ONLY one letter for their attention which we have forwarded to them.

WE HOPE THIS WILL BE THE FINAL END OF THE HARASSMENT?

On the legal front the BBC and the POST OFFICE both PUBLIC BODIES accepted our TITLE and the latter delivered thousands of our clearly shown ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY leaflets. In the 1997 General Election our PARTY appears on the UK General Election 1997-Results See:

[For some unknown reason the above link appears to have disappeared from sight, whether this is a 'hitch' or some sinister reason we have yet to find out. We were formed in 1994 and in 1998 it became possible to register the party but our application was rejected because of the existence of other parties using the name DEMOCRATIC but before the English Democrats appeared on the political landscape in 2002 we had contested the 1997 General Election as the ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY. and in European Election of 1999 so we fought that election under the EDP [English Democratic Party]. During the ELECTION we were introduced on the BBC as the

ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY

which was broadcast to millions of of voters in the MIDLANDS AREA. Those who wish to view the broadcast will be able to confirm our statement. At the time of the address to the voters we wore our ELECTION ROSETTE as shown above. In 2002 we were very surprised when a new party English Democrats came into existence as we had been previously informed by the ELECTORAL COMMISION that the word DEMOCRATIC could not be REGISTERED. For the differences between the two named parties refer to POLICIES.

We have been approached over the years by the English Democrats on a number of occasions asking if we would pass over to the them our PARTY NAME and we have refused to do so. These approaches were made even when at that time it was known as the ENGLISH NATIONAL PARTY .

The DOMAIN of ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY. ORG. UK is held by us. AS we have constantly stated over the years we have decided NOT to enter the political arena at the present time for a number of reasons

1) Because we did not wish to divide the EUROSCEPTIC VOTE.

2) WE have felt honour bound to continue the struggle for FREEDOM on behalf of those who voted for us in 1997 and 1999

3) If the time should arise when we considered that our re entry to the Election arena would help the achievement of our AIMS then we would do so.

As you can observe above over 445,813    pages from our over 1600 bulletins have been viewed this past year alone so there can be no suggestion that we are distracting attention from the English Democrats -infact it is more than possible that we are assisting THEIR CAUSE and we are pleased to DO SO.

YET AGAIN! -We hope this clarifies the matter at the present time?

Since 2002 we have received ONLY one letter for their attention which we have forwarded to them.

WE HOPE THIS WILL BE THE FINAL END OF THE HARASSMENT?

ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY WHICH CONTESTED THE 1997 GENERAL ELECTION AND 1999 EUROPEAN ELECTION.

We were formed in 1994 and in 1998 it became possible to register the party but our application was rejected because of the existence of other parties using the name DEMOCRATIC but before the English Democrats appeared on the political landscape in 2002 we had contested the 1997 General Election as the ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY. and in European Election of 1999 so we fought that election under the EDP [English Democratic Party]. During the ELECTION we were introduced on the BBC as the

ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY

which was broadcast to millions of of voters in the MIDLANDS AREA. Those who wish to view the broadcast will be able to confirm our statement. At the time of the address to the voters we wore our ELECTION ROSETTE as shown above. In 2002 we were very surprised when a new party English Democrats came into existence as we had been previously informed by the ELECTORAL COMMISION that the word DEMOCRATIC could not be REGISTERED. For the differences between the two named parties refer to POLICIES.

We have been approached over the years by the English Democrats on a number of occasions asking if we would pass over to the them our PARTY NAME and we have refused to do so. These approaches were made even when at that time it was known as the ENGLISH NATIONAL PARTY .

The DOMAIN of ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY. ORG. UK is held by us. AS we have constantly stated over the years we have decided NOT to enter the political arena at the present time for a number of reasons

1) Because we did not wish to divide the EUROSCEPTIC VOTE.

2) WE have felt honour bound to continue the struggle for FREEDOM on behalf of those who voted for us in 1997 and 1999

3) If the time should arise when we considered that our re entry to the Election arena would help the achievement of our AIMS then we would do so.

As you can observe above over 445,813    pages from our over 1600 bulletins have been viewed this past year alone so there can be no suggestion that we are distracting attention from the English Democrats -infact it is more than possible that we are assisting THEIR CAUSE and we are pleased to DO SO.

YET AGAIN! -We hope this clarifies the matter at the present time?

Since 2002 we have received ONLY one letter for their attention which we have forwarded to them.

WE HOPE THIS WILL BE THE FINAL END OF THE HARASSMENT?

On the legal front the BBC and the POST OFFICE both PUBLIC BODIES accepted our TITLE and the latter delivered thousands of our clearly shown ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY leaflets. In the 1997 General Election our PARTY appears on the UK General Election 1997-Results See:

We were formed in 1994 and in 1998 it became possible to register the party but our application was rejected because of the existence of other parties using the name DEMOCRATIC but before the English Democrats appeared on the political landscape in 2002 we had contested the 1997 General Election as the ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY. and in European Election of 1999 so we fought that election under the EDP [English Democratic Party]. During the ELECTION we were introduced on the BBC as the

ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY

which was broadcast to millions of of voters in the MIDLANDS AREA. Those who wish to view the broadcast will be able to confirm our statement. At the time of the address to the voters we wore our ELECTION ROSETTE as shown above. In 2002 we were very surprised when a new party English Democrats came into existence as we had been previously informed by the ELECTORAL COMMISION that the word DEMOCRATIC could not be REGISTERED. For the differences between the two named parties refer to POLICIES.

We have been approached over the years by the English Democrats on a number of occasions asking if we would pass over to the them our PARTY NAME and we have refused to do so. These approaches were made even when at that time it was known as the ENGLISH NATIONAL PARTY .

The DOMAIN of ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY. ORG. UK is held by us. AS we have constantly stated over the years we have decided NOT to enter the political arena at the present time for a number of reasons

1) Because we did not wish to divide the EUROSCEPTIC VOTE.

2) WE have felt honour bound to continue the struggle for FREEDOM on behalf of those who voted for us in 1997 and 1999

3) If the time should arise when we considered that our re entry to the Election arena would help the achievement of our AIMS then we would do so.

As you can observe above over 445,813    pages from our over 1600 bulletins have been viewed this past year alone so there can be no suggestion that we are distracting attention from the English Democrats -infact it is more than possible that we are assisting THEIR CAUSE and we are pleased to DO SO.

YET AGAIN! -We hope this clarifies the matter at the present time?

Since 2002 we have received ONLY one letter for their attention which we have forwarded to them.

WE HOPE THIS WILL BE THE FINAL END OF THE HARASSMENT?

On the legal front the BBC and the POST OFFICE both PUBLIC BODIES accepted our TITLE and the latter delivered thousands of our clearly shown ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY leaflets. In the 1997 General Election our PARTY appears on the UK General Election 1997-Results See:

We were formed in 1994 and in 1998 it became possible to register the party but our application was rejected because of the existence of other parties using the name DEMOCRATIC but before the English Democrats appeared on the political landscape in 2002 we had contested the 1997 General Election as the ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY. and in European Election of 1999 so we fought that election under the EDP [English Democratic Party]. During the ELECTION we were introduced on the BBC as the

ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY

which was broadcast to millions of of voters in the MIDLANDS AREA. Those who wish to view the broadcast will be able to confirm our statement. At the time of the address to the voters we wore our ELECTION ROSETTE as shown above. In 2002 we were very surprised when a new party English Democrats came into existence as we had been previously informed by the ELECTORAL COMMISION that the word DEMOCRATIC could not be REGISTERED. For the differences between the two named parties refer to POLICIES.

We have been approached over the years by the English Democrats on a number of occasions asking if we would pass over to the them our PARTY NAME and we have refused to do so. These approaches were made even when at that time it was known as the ENGLISH NATIONAL PARTY .

We were formed in 1994 and in 1998 it became possible to register the party but our application was rejected because of the existence of other parties using the name DEMOCRATIC but before the English Democrats appeared on the political landscape in 2002 we had contested the 1997 General Election as the ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY. and in European Election of 1999 so we fought that election under the EDP [English Democratic Party]. During the ELECTION we were introduced on the BBC as the

ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY

which was broadcast to millions of of voters in the MIDLANDS AREA. Those who wish to view the broadcast will be able to confirm our statement. At the time of the address to the voters we wore our ELECTION ROSETTE as shown above. In 2002 we were very surprised when a new party English Democrats came into existence as we had been previously informed by the ELECTORAL COMMISION that the word DEMOCRATIC could not be REGISTERED. For the differences between the two named parties refer to POLICIES.

We have been approached over the years by the English Democrats on a number of occasions asking if we would pass over to the them our PARTY NAME and we have refused to do so. These approaches were made even when at that time it was known as the ENGLISH NATIONAL PARTY .

The DOMAIN of ENGLISH DEMOCRATIC PARTY. ORG. UK is held by us. AS we have constantly stated over the years we have decided NOT to enter the political arena at the present time for a number of reasons

1) Because we did not wish to divide the EUROSCEPTIC VOTE.

2) WE have felt honour bound to continue the struggle for FREEDOM on behalf of those who voted for us in 1997 and 1999

3) If the time should arise when we considered that our re entry to the Election arena would help the achievement of our AIMS then we would do so.

As you can observe above over 445,813    pages from our over 1600 bulletins have been viewed this past year alone so there can be no suggestion that we are distracting attention from the English Democrats -infact it is more than possible that we are assisting THEIR CAUSE and we are pleased to DO SO.

YET AGAIN! -We hope this clarifies the matter at the present time?

Since 2002 we have received ONLY one letter for their attention which we have forwarded to them.

WE HOPE THIS WILL BE THE FINAL END OF THE HARASSMENT?
