Tories’ advantage has been slashed to JUST ONE POINT. Most polls over the last few
months have given the Tories a lead of between three and 10 per cent as the
Government lurched from crisis to crisis. But a new survey for the Sunday telegraph put the Conservatives on 36 per cent, with Labour breathing down their necks on 35 and the Liberals on 18. If repeated at a General
Election, those figures would give Labour a 24-seat majority at Westminster-a
disastrous result for the Tories. The poor showing comes just
days after the Tories struggled to hold on to the traditionally safe seat of
Bromley and Chiselhurst in a by-election. THEIR MAJORITY was CUT from 13,342 -at last year’s General

constituents. ‘ I’m beginning to think it
is almost impossible now to have a Scottish Prime Minister because they would
be at odds with the basic construction of the BRITISH CONSTITUTION’ -

told the BBC’s Politics Show. ‘It may be that Labour have
created this massive problem for themselves are regretting it ‘ We, the Conservatives,
have a majority in ENGLAND ‘We have MPs from Scotland
essentially telling England -what to do when they are
doing the opposite in Scotland have no control over what they are doing in
their own constituencies in Scotland and are not in any way accountable for the

protecting CONSTUTUTONAL MATTERS -affecting the majority of
subject-citizens in the UK the English might be defeated by a secret clique of
the 108 Scottish born MPs in the House. We have to ask the question how many
English born MPs represent Scottish constituencies? We believe that any subject
-citizen has a right to stand as a candidate for an election. What we question
is that under the present situation with a devolved parliament in Scotland and
an Assembly in Wales that any Scotsman or Welshman can represent the interests
of the Englishman. By the term Englishman we
include all subject -citizens permitted to vote with the exception of those who
owe their loyalty to their country as now acknowledged by Devolution in
Scotland and Wales. At the same time as
changes are made to bring BACK into being an English Parliament there will be a
need for a NEW UNION. We could see that
each Nation State will decide to become INDEPENDET then All matters pertaining
to the present Union would be the responsibility of each Nation State. WE hope that a NEW UNION
will be the agreed formula as to think of each Nation State to have
responsibility for Defence particularly would be unthinkable. On Constitutional matters
concerning ENGLAND We have the crazy and idiotic situation where the Lord Chancellor Lord Falconer, also a SCOT and to top the LUNACY he is responsible for Constitutional Affairs which we remind him NOW feature the fate of ENGLAND -and we would not trust the future of England in the hands of such a destroyer of everything ENGLISH and an ardent Pro-European who no doubt looks forward to the day when the Scottish Parliament demands its total INDEPENDENCE so that they will receive handouts from BRUSSELS? What we look forward to is to see how the Scottish Parliament will fare when England is no longer footing the bill and they have to rely on Brussels who will not have so much money to throw about if ENGLAND

the shifting of our budget payment to others will prove the future downfall of
the clowns in Brussels.
To
think that had matters been reversed the Scottish people would have NOT
permitted an Englishman to decide Scottish Constitutional matters. Look what has happened to the Office of Lord High Chancellorship of England -an Office of State since 606AD which such holders as Becket, Bacon, Halesbury and Hailsham. We need to send the usurpers packing as quickly as possible-it is such a pity that they do not suffer for their CRIME of TREASON at TYBURN but instead will enjoy their ill-gotten gains as a final insult to their HOSTS who were so naive to believe that Scotsmen would have any reverence for our Constitutional History. Our advice to Lord Falconer is to head for the Scottish border without delay because you and your other clansmen have had your day in England

question: The votes of MPs from Wales
and Scotland should Not be valid on English Matters. We
have to consider WHY our fellow islanders from our northern border and those
from beyond the Welsh border have not since Devolution demanded that ONLY
English MPs should decide English matters.
The TRUTH of the matter is
that it was the New Labour Party machine that refused to correct the wrong and
our fellow islanders decided that as it was of advantage to them they would NOT rock the Boat. So we want no denials from our neighbours of the injustice of the
arrangement and sooner rather than later they can now support the measures now
belatedly being submitted to the House of Commons for English Matters to be a matter for English MPs.] The old expression ‘what
is good for the goose is good for the gander’ comes to mind. To return: Mr Brown, Defence Secretary Des Browne and Home Secretary are among the senior ministers who hold Scottish seats at Westminster. It now takes only a small
number of English Labour MPs to rebel for Labour’s ‘Tartan army’ of Scottish
MPs to become crucial. Labour’s majority in England
was slashed from 117 to 43 in last year’s General Election. That means that if 22 Labour MPs in England
oppose a Government measure, the votes of traditionally loyal Scottish members
become critical. Labour has already relied on Scottish votes to pass contentious legislation, which ONLY applies, to ENGLAND. Including two votes on Foundation Hospitals and two on University Tuition Fees. On Tuition Fees, Scots MPs
who backed Government legislation were accused of hypocrisy because the
Scottish parliament, established in 1998, had ruled them OUT there. A Bill introduced in the
Lords by former Tory Home Secretary Lord Baker would require the SPEAKER of the
CMMONS to prevent Scottish and Welsh MPs and Peers from voting on Bills that
did NOT apply to THEIR constituents. These would usually be in
areas such as: HEALTH EDUCATION TRANSPORT -where POWER has been
devolved to CARDIFF and EDINBURGH, but would NOT apply to UK-wide legislation,
such as: DEFENCE FINANCE IMMIGRATION POLICY [What we find to be
unacceptable and a gross insult and unwarranted invasion of ENGLISH
CONSTITUTIONAL MATTERS. There should have been a
provision in the Devolution Bill -to prevent any change to
the previous ENGLISH CONSTITUTION -which as mentioned above
the loss of AN Ancient Office of Lord High Chancellorship of
England of 1,401 -years in the making. ] * To return: A source close to Mr Brown dismissed
the Tory proposals. ‘It’s unfortunate that David
Cameron’s response to disappointing election results n Bromley last week is to
reheat this personal attack on Gordon Brown simply because of where he was

[The man’s an IDIOT does he not realise that he is on the way to his just comeuppance and a end to his gross incompetence and to think that he has any idea of understanding OUR ENGLISH
CONSTITUTION -after all we have had a so-called British Constitution for ONLY 300 years of the long history of ENGLAND. * To return: Liberal Democrat Sir Menzies Campbell, MP for North East Fife, warned: ‘A Constitution is like a brick wall: If you take one brick without regard to the strength of the wall, it comes tumbling down. [And this from a man in a Party, which has been taking bricks out of the wall for so long that it has almost been destroyed, and it has planned to hand the debris to the Franco/German -nation breakers at the earliest opportunity. What
