The EU obtained its success by the means of 'GRADUALISM' The non  MOVEMENT of EUROSCEPTICS by futile and spasmodic action. There was NO MOVEMENT!-NO WAR CABINET!-NO GENERAL-C.I.C because make no mistake IT IS A WAR we are FIGHTING for the return of our once FREE INDEPENDENT NATION STATE

What we are seeing is a situation similar to that which happened in England in the 16th-17th century which led to many  Christians leaving our shores  to find a home elsewhere so that they may dedicate themselves to GOD in their way. With the gathering storm of political correctness and the abominable so-called human rights which is creating  more confusion and injustice in areas the GOVERNMENT  should NOT have TRESPASSED. It is the same old story when one attempts to legislate in all cases even where it would be more just on balance to leave matters where they are.

We today sighted the following quote  by   F .W. Robertson- English divine-(1816-1853) it had been highlighted some time ago and the message is so clear as to make the point which Lord Carey so aptly made:

What struck us was how complete was this description of the institution of marriage which leaves no doubt whatsoever that it is between those of opposite sex. Whatever others would wish to call their relationship with those of the same sex  it is certainly not.

A British police intelligence analyst who was asked to create a strategic assessment concerning terror threats was fired when he told his superiors

that the threat of an “internal tyranny” was far greater than that of Islamic terrorism, after discovering that both 7/7 and 9/11 were false flag attacks.

Tony Farrell, who has a university degree in statistics, was employed for 12 years as a ‘Police Intelligence Analyst’ with South Yorkshire Police. His job was to provide a yearly ‘Strategic Threat Assessment Matrix’ to enable police to prioritize resources and activities. Fully expecting Farrell to regurgitate the contention that Muslim extremists posed the biggest threat, his bosses were stunned when Farrell instead reported that the 2005 London bombings were staged by British intelligence and that the official story was a “monstrous lie”.

During an hour-long interview with

 Richard D. Hall

which was broadcast nationwide on UK television last week, Farrell revealed how one week before the 5th anniversary of 7/7 in 2010, he began researching information suggesting that the official story behind 9/11 was a total fabrication. Farrell cites the Alex Jones Show as being instrumental in his awakening to this knowledge.

After sharing his concerns with the resident police church minister, it was suggested to Farrell that he also investigate the July 2005 London bombings.

“Something he had not suspected ‘in his wildest dreams’ then started to unfold,”

writes Nick Kollerstrom

“After reading much of the available but publicly-unreported witness statements and other evidence relating to 7/7, Tony found that he could only conclude that the official 7/7 narrative was ‘a monstrous lie.’ Instead of the official ‘suicide bombers’ narrative, which he and all of his colleagues had believed without question, he realized that the weight of evidence strongly points far more towards 7/7 being an event stage-managed by British intelligence than anything else.”

With the deadline fast approaching for Farrell to present his report to the Intelligence Strategic Management Board, he struggled with his conscience, well aware that if he divulged his contention that internal tyranny and not domestic or Islamic terrorism was the primary threat, he could easily lose his job and with it a 12-year career.

Speaking with the Director of Intelligence at South Yorkshire Police on July 6th, Farrell cautioned that his discovery of 7/7 being “deliberately engineered” by the state threatened to cause a “total breakdown in trust between the government and the masses.”

After stating that the threat from internal tyranny “far exceeded” that posed by Islamic terrorism, Farrell’s Director of Intelligence responded by saying, “Tony, you and I will never get them to tell the truth….we are mere foot-soldiers of the government.”

 

Farrell’s superiors then ordered him to visit Occupational Health, a development Farrell took as an implication that his colleagues thought he was having a mental breakdown.

“On July 7th 2010, his first line manager, a Detective Chief Inspector spent a good part of the day with him trying to steer him into keeping to the original plan and to avoid rocking the boat. Could they not achieve some sort of compromise – then he could take his three weeks’ leave?” writes Kollerstrom. “To comply with that, he would have had turn a blind eye to his own assessment and deliberately hand over misleading analysis. His ‘strategic’ models were looking promising according to his line manager – yet he could not set aside his new views about ‘internal tyranny.’”

Farrell’s Christian beliefs and his adherence to the 9th commandment,

 “Thou shalt not bear false witness,”

 eventually compelled him to file a Strategic Assessment Matrix which included his firm belief that

 the threat from Islamic terrorism was “insignificant” in comparison to the danger posed by state-sponsored terrorism.

Farrell was told that his conclusion did not match with the ‘National Intelligence Model’ and that his beliefs were “incompatible” with his position. Despite being praised for his excellent service and told by the police’s Director of Finance that his conclusion “may be right,” Farrell was dismissed on September 2nd 2010.

His case is now on appeal with an Employment Tribunal and is set to be heard in Sheffield in early September 2011.

Farrell’s story reminds us that awareness of false flag terror is so prevalent that people on the inside are now coming to the realization that the entire war on terror is a fable built on myths about non-existent Al-Qaeda plots.

As we have exhaustively documented,

every single major terror plot in the UK or the US has been engineered, provocateured or outright staged by elements within government.

This knowledge is now so widespread that good people within the system are discovering the truth and blowing the whistle, despite the best efforts of the establishment media to demonize any skepticism towards the official story of any major event as tantamount to mental illness.

When the Guardian heard about it and began to ask questions, the Ministry of Defence responded with an extraordinary degree of obstruction and obfuscation, evading questions not just for days but for weeks and months. The RAF’s own police examined the death in an investigation codenamed Operation Raker, but this ended with some of the most salient facts remaining deeply buried. The alleged culprits faced no charges.

CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES OF POWER AND REMEDY

 

The Constitution is specifically intended, indeed designed to limit the powers of the state with respect of the people.   The constitution sets a standard upon which the performance of governance may be measured and contested and to provide a remedy if abused.  The whole constitution originates its authority from the common law.  Supremacy resides in the LAW and PEOPLE, not in the CROWN or PARLIAMENT.  It is a matter of constitutional principle and legal fact that LAW is SUPREME.  The RULE of LAW is the antithesis of ARBITRARY POWER.   Integral to it, is the system of JURY TRIAL.    It places the POWER of LAW ENFORCEMENT in the hands of the PEOPLE.  This is the most vital safeguard against DESPOTISM.  The English Constitution's function is to

PROTECT the 'RIGHTS and LIBERTIES of ENGLISHMEN'

These are the

'BIRTHRIGHT of the PEOPLE'.

The fundamental RIGHTS and LIBERTIES are listed in the preamble of the CORONATION OATH ACT 1688 which declares that the OATH is taken for the purpose of

"Maintaining our spiritual and civil rights and properties"

It is a CONTRACT with the PEOPLE which makes it the permanent duty of the CROWN, and the CROWN in both GOVERNMENT and PARLIAMENT.  This contracts the MONARCH to govern according to

 STATUTE, COMMON LAW and the CUSTOM

and to 'cause LAW and JUSTICE with MERCY to be used in all judgments'. All power of governance is vested in the CROWN.  The two HOUSES of PARLIAMENT may upon their concurrence offer BILLS for ROYAL ASSENT. A BILL is not enacted until it has been authorised by the SOVEREIGN POWER.

 

Whilst the enacting power (a ROYAL PREROGATIVE) of ROYAL ASSENT is entirely vested with the MONARCH it is contracted only to be used in accordance with the CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.  This is a LIMITATION and ESSENTIAL SAFEGUARD to PROTECT the PEOPLE from any over mighty GOVERNANCE.   It was used to DEFEAT the DIVINE RIGHT of KINGS; a claim of ABSOLUTE POWER by the STUART MONARCHS.  The OATH ascertains the SUPREMACY of the LAW, NOT the SUPREMACY of the CROWN or of PARLIAMENT.  There is certainly no DIVINE RIGHT of POLITICIANS.

The CORONATION CONTRACT is of the CROWN owing ALLEGIANCE to the CONSTITUTION.  The PEOPLE give ALLEGIANCE to the CROWN.   Here is a system of MUTUAL PROTECTION for there is a CONSTITUTIONAL INTERDEPENDENCE. 

 

The MAGNA CARTA made provision for the PEOPLE to use ANY MEANS including FORCE if the CROWN is found to be in BREACH.   This RIGHT of RESISTANCE is the ULTIMATE REMEDY.  This RIGHT of PETITION is secured for the PEOPLE by OUR CONSTITUTION.

 

The CORONATION CONTRACT also PROTECTS the PEOPLE from ABUSE of POWER by formalising and causing the SEPARATION of POWER.   It separates the authorisation (ROYAL ASSENT) from those who determine its content or application (in BILLS); the LORDS and COMMONS in PARLIAMENT.  This separation PROHIBITS the formation of ABSOLUTE POWER from falling into DESPOTIC of TYRANNICAL MISUSE   and the JURY inhibits draconian enforcements.   the MONARCH, the LORDS or COMMONS may not arbitrarily suspend or dispense with the LAW.   That LAW may be made or adjusted only by enactment by the tripartite body of PARLIAMENT.

 

The MONARCH is the PEOPLE'S repository of all the SOVEREIGN POWERS of the STATE.   The limited range of remaining prerogatives may not be used in repugnance of the LAW.  The MONARCH is bound by LAW.  The MONARCH may only exercise powers in accordance with the CONSTITUTION and LAW in force.  Thus the RULE of CONSTITUTIONAL LAW is a RULE and PROCESS of GOVERNANCE for PARLIAMENT to OBSERVE.  It is for the PROTECTION of the PEOPLE.   The maxims

'no parliament may bind its successor

and the

SOVEREIGNTY of the CROWN in PARLIAMENT'

have become confused through partial misunderstanding to the

DETRIMENT of the CONSTITUTION

No  combination of these maxims can or may absolve the

 CROWN, its MINISTERS or PARLIAMENT

,from owing ALLEGIANCE, or being at all times in

COMPLIANCE with CONSTITUTIONAL LAW

There can be no implied repeal of

CONSTITUTIONAL of CONSTITUTIONAL STATUTES

Such anomalies as implied repeal weaken the

 RULE of LAW

confusing interpretation, and may tend to breach of the

 CORONATION OATH and CONSTITUTION.

Constitutional repeal must be by express enactment and only where the parts of the

 CONSTITUTION are NOT PROTECTED

by the

ENTRENCHMENT of the OATH

The most fundamental and important is the entrenchment of the whole process of the

RULE of LAW

It is contracted permanently by the

being the

FUNDAMENTAL

We were reminded a few days ago of how our SOCIETY is changing with respect to LAW ENFORCEMENT with the REPLACEMENT of the INDEPENDENT LOCAL BOBBIE-ON-THE- BEAT trusted by the COMMUNITY  and feared by the CRIMINAL which in past days was an efficient and prompt means of catching or even deterring the CRIMINAL from committing CRIME  to a NEW FORCE  of ENFORCERS similar to SNATCH SQUADS to take PREEMPTIVE ACTION  before CRIME is COMMITTED.  This same

feature has aspects of a POLICE STATE which fits the example of the TOTALITARIAN STATES who in their first throes of POWER round-up anybody who opposes THEIR SYSTEM.

AS we have stated over the years it has been the  undermining of the the once JUSTICE SYSTEM by successive governments to a point where the VICTIM of CRIME has no longer any confidence in obtaining JUSTICE whereas the CRIMINALS are treated as if they are guests of a COUNTRY CLUB with the rules made to make their stay an encouragement to return as soon as possible to plan their next crime wave with all expenses paid.

We are now offered the opportunity to see what crime is committed in various locations in the country as if the responsibility for the CRIME WAVE was down to the people in the area when it illustrates how the GOVERNMENT has lost control of the situation and has decided to put FEAR in the minds of millions of law-abiding citizens many of them pensioners who are not surprised at what is happening in their backyards knowing what POLITICAL CORRECTNESS-HUMAN RIGHTS ACT and much legislation which has undermined the once JUSTICE SYSTEM which believed that a CRIMINAL in PRISON - not an OPEN PRISON as the name belies its task- the best deterrent against CRIME.

'A massive victory against Monsanto and genetically engineered seeds has been achieved in the United Kingdom today. Monsanto has announced a total withdrawal from the UK, shuttering its Cambridge-based wheat production operation

UK newspaper Daily Mail was instrumental in promoting opposition against Monsanto through its "Frankenstein Foods" educational campaign.

The paper is now reporting that Monsanto plans to sell off GMO crop-breeding centers in France, Germany and the Czech Republic. Daily Mail reported, "...the company has given up hopes of introducing GM crops to Europe." (Are you grinning as wide as I am right now?)'
